This is quiet community.Maintenence keeps the ground clean.The office and maintenance staff is very friendly, polite with a smile everytime I c them.They always greet me when we c each other always saying how ur doing 2day Ms Doris,do u need anything done 2day.I love that.I felt so much love,comfort,respect and special from them. I was very scared to sign the paperwork for the apartment before I got to see it. Taylor and Alexis assured me everything would be nice. When I got the keys I got to see the apartment for the first time and I love it not seeing it the first time made it even more exciting. Taylor and Alexis were amazing with their customer service. I couldn’t ask for better people to help me with my apartment. I love how attentive and mindful they are to the community these ladies know there stuff.

I move in last January 2020. It has all i need, quite, friendly, secure, near to all needs (GYM, Swimming poll, schools, fire department, police office, shopping mall, medical facilities, etc).

Me and my husband absolutely love the living in Austin Creek apartments! The staff is amazing, maintenance is extremely helpful, and the community is very nice and the space is wonderful. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live !

I initially signed a 6 month lease at this complex because, frankly, I didnt know what to expect. During my time here, however, I found the complex to be safe, quiet, well maintained, the office staff (Ashley & Nicole) very friendly and attentive to my concerns, and any maintenance issues I encountered were addressed in a timely manner. As my lease is nearing its end, I have decided to renew it - this time for a full year. I am looking forward to a continuation of this great experience.

I have been living here for a little over a month. I have zero complaints! Everyone is so friendly and the apartment is the perfect size for my daughter and I.

Don’t waist your time not worth it neighbors play loud music until 2am in the morning often you will smell marijuana a lot living out here even when your in your apartment the trash dump is always overflowing with trash because they only have one dumpster for the entire complex. If you complain about any of it just know it will be ignored. The grass area is always full of dog poo...the office staff will never tell the truth about anything...you have to call multiple times just for them to even answer the phone. The rent is high considering the apartment need a major update the light bill in these apartments will always be 150.00 are higher because it’s PWC

I was visiting a friend and was absolutely disgusted. We couldnt even sit outside on the patio, because there was dog poop everywhere. It stunk and had to watch where you walked so you wouldnt step in it.

We initially moved to an apartment because we didnt want to take care of the grass no mow. Ha.No but actually these apartments are fairly pleasant. The layout is ideal if you want to do a roommate style situation, or just like space between your main bedroom and the kids room or guest bedroom. The community surrounding it is decent, not a ton of noise especially if you sit on the backside along the treeline. The pool is clean and a good size. They have a nice little dog park, and a small clubhouse and gym. The gym is great and keypadded, so for safety its nice.The one thing we werent huge fans of, was the security we were promised that didnt stick around. When we first moved in, security patrolled the parking lot, 6 months later it was only on weekends. And the second year we lived there security only came if you called. And by the end of our stay they no longer had security as an option. It was a little disappointing, since initially it was one reason we choose those apartments over others we viewed. We felt pretty safe in our apartments though, it was just the added security was nice.The apartments are set up for security systems if you choose to have one though. And beware the walls are thin, so you hear quite a bit and I highly recommend a top floor apartment.The management changed 5 times in the duration of us living there, but the people we had when we left were super nice. So if Jeremy is still there, I definitely have to say he was great to work with. And really tried to do some community events.

The apartments are spacious, the management is nice and the property is well maintained . My family and I lived here for two years and plan on staying here until we relocate . Close to base and we feel safe here due to living near to a fire station !

I still live here and I love the apartments. My issues isnt with the apartment itself it is with the choices they make. So I have lived here a little over a year and they have went through 4 managers that I know of. Not only that the front gate is constantly broken. Literally for the past six month if it gets fixed it is fixed a top week max and thats it. Well then they changed the valet trash we used to get because the price which is all fine and good. Then recently they took the dumpster on the side of our community away because a few people complained of smell. There is 48units that use that trash dumpster and instead of seeing how everyone else feels about it they took it away. My husband is currently deployed and it is super inconvenient to have to wait till my son goes to bed and then leave him in here to drive my trash to the other side. Not to mention if it leaks it gets in or on my car. And so now the whole complex has 1 dumpster. So they other day I drive it down and there is 50 bags of trash around the dumpster not in it because there isnt enough room in it. That makes the community look so trashy and nasty. Instead of taking something like that away you need to consult with everyone in the building because I know it sucks for everyone to have to load up trash and drive it down and now we dont have room for our trash in the other one. It may seem petty but trash smells and I live bottom floor back apartment and I have never smelled that trash unless I get close. Needless to say we have been looking for other places to live and if I dont move when my husband is gone I will when he gets back because t is getting ridiculous. Not only that he staff is never in the same page. One person said I get a carpet cleaning with a lease renewal the other said no but she would if I left a review. Well here is the review. Not to mention there has been multiple maitenance men in and out of my home because they fire them all the time and it gets to a point I dont want strangers constantly walking in my home. When I moved in my apartment wasnt properly cleaned and the carpet sucks it needs to be changed. There was mold in my window seals a d nothing was vacuumed it was gross and I have them more then enough of a notice.

Was wishing I could give 0 stars but I was forced to do one I am disappointed in the new management there after a shoot out one resident had with the police (mind you this is supposed to be a secure place to live) I decided to no longer reside there my lease was up at the end of the month so I didnt see a big deal they called me every day to convince me to stay. And when I refused they told me even though my lease was up I still had to pay next months rent I agreed even though it was unfair. Signed my papers and moved on with my life. 3 months later I get a paper from them stating that they have charged me from January 31 until may 1st when I moved out on the 31st . But thats not all they claim I had some trash left behind in my apartment so they figured someone was living there thats why I was charged also. Along with the charges a eviction notice that I was unaware of and a light bill!!! I was outraged the manager Nikki states she cant do anything Im confused on how I can be evicted from somewhere I have not lived in 3 going on four months. Oh and to put the icing on the cake I got charged for pet fees and I have no pets not one pet fee but two . Charged every month for the washer and dryer and trash pick up for every month I wasnt living there. No officer contacted . Neither did the office. When I asked why they never sent me anything the witch responded we posted it on your door . I asked why didnt she mail it she stated she didnt have my updated adress but she sure had it to send me this bill . Moral of the story dont waist your time or money they love to take advantage of you and charge you for every little thing even if it doesnt pertain to you
