Cortney Jacobs gave me and my best friend a viewing today of a two-bedroom.Hands down the best experience thus far since looking for a new apartment!Update: If you don’t have or don’t want to show your tax return, you will be denied! I showed bank statements, and that wasn’t acceptable for an entrepreneur. Even though I was told otherwise, unfortunately, this place didnt work out as planned.Updated review to save others from wasting money and time on the application process!

Beautiful and well-kept apartments. The grounds are always neat and clean and the manager and her staff are friendly and prompt in attending to requests. The manager hosts several social events each month. This small community offers lots of amenities.

Kelsey and Nicole are extraordinarily helpful. They helped and continue to help me settle into my apartment with the proper paperwork and amenities. I felt taken care of from step 0 to end result. I highly recommend this apartment complex due to its gated community, clean, and well done apartment interior. The location is just close enough to fort Bragg with grocery stores right down the road.

This is a great apartment community! Every time I come into the office I am politely greeted by Kelsy, Kayla, and Nicole. They are a top notch staff and provide great services. The maintenance staff is always friendly and professional. Jose and Josh go above and beyond.

I want to commend Jose and Jorge on their day-to-day efforts to keep the Grove at Park Place Apartments looking great! The diligent team work and love for their jobs is commendable. These two are extremely polite to the residents. Whatever is requested or needed, they go above and beyond what is expected. I appreciate them both!!

Beautiful amenities, nice employees, but the apartment rentals are much higher that their competitors. They charge for the use of the theater, but the fees are already included in the monthly rent price.

The team that works here is amazing. I have had a few apartment issues when I moved in due to the past renter but the maintenance team has fixed every issue in a timely manner. José even personally called me to sincerely apologize for the problems and tell me he fixed what was wrong. Every time I have to go in the office, the ladies who work there are willing to help with a smile on their face. I have enjoyed living here so far and it is a nice quiet area.

This is the first place that I called where the staff could answer all my questions to my satisfaction. I met the staff (Kayla, Kelsey, Leanna, Jose, and Jorge) they were all very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I really liked the apartments they showed me, the grounds were well kept, and it is in a really nice area.

We needed a short term rental. Georgia at the front desk bent over backwards to secure us a home. I was amazed at the level of service we received while we lived here. Everyone was friendly, issues were handled promptly. If we need another housing solution this is the ONLY apartment I will live in in Fayetteville. We had been turned down for short term housing by nearly 30 different complexes, (military, bought a house, Had to wait three months to take possession, excellent credit, good rental history. The only reason we were turned down at other places was because we have three kids and a baby.)A wonderful place to live.

Nice cozy place. Community manager is selfless with residents and her team members. Theres always a warm welcome and regular activities. Business center, game room with a pool table, fitness center and so much more. Festive during the holidays. :) What a great place to call home.

I moved to The Grove 5 years ago and was the first person to occupy my apartment as it was new construction. I have seen us at our best and at our worst. Today we are at our best. Our management is responsive, motivated, equitable, and wonderfully charming and gracious. Our location gives me immediate access to 95, to Fort Bragg, to Skibo, and to the airport. In my work, I skirt a four county area with frequent trips to Raleigh and Greensboro and The Grove is a great starting point for all these destinations and a wonderful place to come home to. Come and join us.

The Staff, events and overall satisfaction of The Grove has always been well above standard, particularly in the case of the property manager Amelia. Recently we moved from one apartment to another; the amount of patience, information, assistance was well above and beyond the duties that are in the job description. This is a wonderful home for any family with great atmosphere. They spoke to us as friends while maintaining the highest level of professionalism I have ever seen in a manager of any home I have lived in.

The run around I was given just to get into an apartment was ridiculous. Its clear if you dont look a certain way, then you have treat me any kind of way of way written on your forehead. I liked the apartments, but they are over priced for the area and the amenities. Ive honestly never seen so many plastered smiles on the staffs faces in my life. But maybe that was a sign it wasnt meant to be... which im cool with.

We moved here in June of 2016. We have been very satisfied with our experience here at The Grove at Park Place. They sponsor activities for the residents every month. They have cookouts, pool parties, breakfasts, karaoke, and bingo. We look forward to receiving the new calendar each month. Amelia and Kayla are excellent property managers. We live in walking distance of a cleaners, convenience store, pizza place, rice bowl restaurant, fried turkey restaurant, barber shop, hair salon, and Food Lion is less than a mile away. We just signed a new lease and look forward to living here for many years to come.

I have been here six months and am very impressed. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment.

I have never experienced an appartment type living with such a great staff, with maintenance Jorge as well as Orlando are always here to take care of the few things that arise within an hour or even less of a work order being put in, the office staff are always kind and more than willing to assist, Amelia has come in on days off just to hold events and bring the community closer together, she is professional, kind, and with listin to problems in a non biased manor, never failing to have a solution on hand! Recently she has been ensuring that rules of importance that were never enforced before her appointment, are thankfully being implemented! I love living here and would always recommend this as a home to anyone looking!

I loved living here, until we got the new manager who closes the poolFor weeks at a time without notice or explanation. Now, it’s just another place to live.

We moved here from owning a home, and i was super nervous about apartment life. this place has definitely made the transition a lot smoother. we had issues with a large wasp nest, refrigerator not getting cold, and funky smell in a closet, and they were taken care of first thing next morning. we were able to sign the lease and do everything online well in advance to moving in. they were able to get us the floor plan we wanted even though it was limited. this is one of two or three complexes that allow great danes in the fay area, and i’m so happy we choose this one. there is tons of green space for us to walk him and the doggy stations are so great for disposing of poop bags. we can hear people walking above us but it isn’t terrible at all. cannot hear anyone talking, just a couple foot steps here and there. it’s a very quiet community! the only thing i am a little disappointed in is the dog park. it’s very muddy and other tenants haven’t been picking up after their dogs. i would recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice apartment in fay!

They have a big problem with stealing,,me and neighbors have been robbed.i do believe its the company one keeps I honestly donot believe the residents are stealing in a gated community. ITS THE GUEST THEY BRING IN..THAT RIP OFF HARD WORKING PEOPLE. .get renters insurance for sure...

Both Amy and Rita were fantastic! They processed our application in record time and we are moving in right away. The apartments are fabulous! We are so glad we found them.

Great management. Very clean. Nobody is loud. Pet friendly. Sometimes the WiFi stinks, but other than that this place is awesome.

I been living here since 2016It is the WORST! place to live property manager EMILIA WRIGHT tells you IF U DONT LIKE the community WHY DONT YOU MOVE TO A HOUSE!your neighbors SMOKE MARIJUANA around your CHILDREN and your FAMILY in Smoke free Building!!!a PLACE WHERE I Dont care to PAY A THOUSAND DOLLARS Without military or teacher Discount paying Full PRICE from MY BUDGET to have peace and tranquility but it has been the WORST Experience since Ms. RITA JONES left.the neighbors are very inconsiderate and annoying complaining for every single move I do in my apartment, they speed in the parking lot, leave their pets waste on the lawn, there are neighbors who have their own garage and take another parking spot where someone else could park their cars They stomp on the floors early in the mornings or late at night, I never say anything but after talking with the property manager She doesnt know how to talk to people appropriately and has been very disrespectful. And on TOP OF THAT, she goes to peoples doors harassing them about small noise complaints at 2:00 clock in the afternoon. I put this review up because I see that she doesnt care to take care of the situation professionally.I cant wait for my lease finish to move to a house like the property manager told me by phone BEING UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Great apartment, great staff, and everything is at a great rate compared to other places

The site manager is wonderful but the rental agent Nicole is to worried about gossiping about co-workers and other tenants she doesnt have the desire to help the tenants that arent part of her clic. Things need to be kept professional. If I have a problem and it was brought to Nicoles attention it should not be repeated to other tenants.

Unprofessional people man they did the application wrong for friend who went there to try to apply! Messed it all up for them!!

Ive lived in the community almost 2 years now. Rita the Property Manager is awesome, maintenance request are handled quickly.

I am looking forward to my lease being up in September. I would not recommend this place, at least not for most. Here are a few of the things wrong as Ive personally experienced. 1) The complex is near a busy road. Especially when the weather is warmer, you will hear cars with loud mufflers into the late hours of the night and loud music as well. 2) Obnoxios tenents who blast thier music in the parking lot early in the morning or late at night. 3) Walls so paper thin that you hear EVERYTHING. Not happy with my move here. I also forgot to mention neighbors who feel the need to broadcast thier problems to the world by having loud arguements, right in the parking lot even. Not even two weeks after I moved here, several cars were broken into in the parking lot. Some staff are nice, but the location and rude/loud neighbors is not. Shop around, ask lots of questions, and dont commit to anything unless you are absolutely sure of the quality of the living environment.
