Needed a last minute carpet cleaning and pet deodorizer. Quick and friendly service for such a great price! It smelled fresh and clean when they were all done. I forgot to mention a small hard to find space that had carpet. I remembered when they were all done but they were quickly on it as soon as I told them about it. Will definitely contact them again for any of their services!

Called to get our dryer vent cleaned out and got an appointment the next week. They showed up earlier than on time, and I really appreciated their punctuality. With the pandemic happening they were very professional and wore a mask unprompted while in our home. The service took under an hour to do. Everything was clean and easy. I highly recommend!

Ive used several carpet cleaning companies in town, but none were able to offer the level of professionalism that big fish did. I enjoyed their promptness, and their communication skills were excellent. I was well informed as to when my appointment would be, and they showed up directly on time.Ive also seen some of their other services, such as their air duct cleaning jobs, and they do a very thorough job. The owner, Nick, is very friendly and amiable. Their prices are competitive, and I never felt like I was being overcharged.Overall, I would recommend them to anybody whos looking to get some hard stains out, whos looking to move out of their apartment, or who just wants their house to smell better. A great company that offers a great service.

I had Big Fish at our home at the end of November 2020 -- they did a fantastic job with our carpets & area rugs --- we also hired them for our duct cleaning & air exchange cleaning service --- in addition, they provided a complimentary dryer ventilation clean --- I highly recommend and will be using these guys again for future needs.

We used Big Fish for dryer vent cleaning. They were on time, friendly, and thoroughly cleaned our roof top dryer vent.

I had a rare day off work coming up so I called two weeks in advance to schedule a dryer vent cleaning. The person I spoke to was very nice. The day of the cleaning, nobody showed up at the scheduled time. I called and left a message and it was never returned. A full two days later, I got a text that said they had an employee no call / no show that day. I will be looking elsewhere.

Big Fish Service Company did a great job cleaning my carpets! Nick made them look like new and got all the nasty stains out. I can finally sit/lay comfortably on the floor while watching tv, hanging with the family, or playing with the pets.
