I called on a Monday to have a leaky pipe fixed and told them it was not an urgent repair. It was on an outside faucet. They were able to come out first thing Wednesday morning. They called on Tuesday to let me know what time to expect them which I appreciated. Ryan was right on time and promptly fixed it. He was great as was the woman I talked to to book the appointment.

We used Laneys few times and we had good experience every time. Recently we had Ryan for a kitchen sink installation and i cannot speak highly enough of him. When my 35 yr old AC went out in 95 degree weather I worked with Tyler who was awesome! So transparent and willing to work out the details with my Bro who is also in this industry. He comped the initial ‘fix’ as as I decided to replace as well as the furnace. Josh who handled the install was also fantastic! I’m not sure who installed my furnace as I wasn’t home but am relieved to not have to sorry this winter with supply chain issues if my 35 yr old furnace went out. Highly recommend!!!!

Excellent service! The technician came out for an annual furnace inspection. He thoroughly checked the whole system, explained how everything worked and made recommendations. We had a faulty inducer motor which he was able to replace same day. He was very professional and respectful of our home. Before he left he asked if I had any additional questions. A/C quite working on Wednesday, called Laney and even though they were very busy with multiple calls. Safar was able to get here the next day and repair the issue. He took his time and explained what was wrong and gave me his suggestions. He then proceeded to fix the issue quickly and at a reasonable rate. Josh came out to repair or replace two VERY old outside faucets and he wasnt sure he would have the parts with him. He kept me informed of what the cost would be at every step, and he was able to repair both quickly and easily without having to opt for the more expensive option. Mark did a great job at a great price. I had both of my mini split units cleaned at a great price plus excellent conversation to go with it. Plus my German Shepherd loved him.

Josh was very professional, personable, and honest on what he could do and could not do. We had him replace the bathroom sink faucet. We wanted the tub faucet replaced but that was not possible with the set up we had. We would have had to replace the entire bathtub and surround. When he was done the area was spotless.

Brendan and Josh T replaced my garbage disposal quickly and were great to work with! They were able to work me into their schedule 1 day after I called and were in and out super fast!

Tyler from Laneys came to the house to understand my situation. He explained the possible troubles. He offered some solutions and it was decided what would be best for me. (I truly like the fact he ALWAYS put on booties over his boots when coming into the house.) Tyler was able to fix my problem within a week. (Parts to be ordered.) Discovered AC for central air was out at 5PM on Friday. By 1200 on Saturday, I had my system fixed, suggested maintenance for better performance, and everything settled. Highly recommend, and Safar, the man they sent out was on time, so polite, and professional.

Called for air conditioner repair. Waited a week for them to come and when I called again to see where we were on list they said there was no list we just go by areas so it could be tomorrow or 3 weeks from now depending on if there was more that needed to be done close by. Goodness we are 7 miles from the store. Called another place and they were there the same day.

The most recent technician was able to solve the AC issues in a matter of an hour or so. I have had 3 previous technicians out and paid for their services every single time and never had the AC issue fixed properly. No refunds or discounts were ever offered for the previous visits. Disappointed in the Customer Service and their ability to stand by their Techs abilities.

I was very pleased with Chriss job. He was professional and competent. On the other hand, I was most displeased that I had to call Laneys multiple times to get someone to fix our air conditioner during 100 degree weather. One service person called to say he was onthe way and never showed up. I was disgusted for two days. Now over it. Sort of.

A pipe leading to an outdoor faucet was leaking and causing flooding in a basement bedroom carpet and damaging part of the ceiling and wall. Josh was able to come well after 8:30pm and take out the leaking section and replace it with a new one. He was pleasant to be with and answered any questions we had with patience in spite of the lateness of the hour.

They even put a clear view bolted down cover on the sump pump for us when the one we had didnt pass inspection. I really feel they go the extra mile. I had Josh and Josh come out to replace my failing hot water heater with a tankless. They did awesome. The area was cleaner when they left then before. They were quick and precise with their work. I got a lifetime warranty. I will use this company for all my heating and cooling needs now.Past week AC cut out. They came over within 4 hrs of the call. Diagnosed the problem and found a couple weak capacitors. Found system was low on R22. Filled it cleaned it now it works perfectly. The techs are awesome. The call center is quick and nice to work with. I love these folks. Whoever is training and hiring and managing has done so well I will always call them for all my hvac and plumbing. He identified and repaired the source of an AC water leak and modified a drainage pipe for ease of cleaning and maintenance. Safar provided detailed information on a Wi-Fi Thermostat, water leak detector and custom drain pan. He will be scheduled for a follow-up installation visit . I had a bad plug (plumbing) in this house out in Harwood - this house has old cast iron pipes and the whole nine yards. We threw everything at trying to get this plug to clear - We finally called Laneys and through working together with the technician, the issue was solved!

My hot water heater broke over the weekend. Josh T and Josh arrived early Monday morning, took out the old heater and installed a new one, quickly and efficiently. They were careful, covered the floors and stairs, and cleaned up well, when they were finished. I will call Laneys again for any other plumbing and heating concerns.
