They were nice. I had to wait. My tire light was on, meaning the air pressure was low. Instead of the guy fixing the issue, he just said he put 35 in each. I advised that the light was still on and that it shouldnt be! He just said it has to reset itself. It didnt! We had to take it to Hyundai to get more air and fix the problem!

Took it in for an oil change only. Got the bill and they rotated my tires and added a cabin air filter which I just changed not even a month prior and I did not request this nor did anyone inform me they were doing this. My $50 oil change turned into $100. Like do you guys just do work on cars with out asking the owner first?...wont be taking my car back.

The oil change was Great fair price, but they didnt tighten the splash guard all the way, resulting in we went down the street bought two tires and the splash guard got caught coming off the lift and ripped the front end off my car.

Great crew they all deserve raises...I used to be a manager at valvoline and I know a good crew when I see one...they handled themselves accordingly and managed to get me to purchase a cabin air filter ....

Did great job changing oil in my bmw 750li. They very friendly and professional.

The lady working the cash register started yelling at the poor guys working on the cars telling them to slow down because she couldn’t keep up cashing out everyone. I brought my own oil noticed that there was still 2 quarts in the jug. Got home checked oil it was extremely low had to add the rest that was In the jug. They we’re friendly but did poor job.

Used them for years on all my vehicles. At my last oil change (this month) my car started leaking coolant after my oil change. They added coolant which they said meant there was already a leak. However, my car had never ran hot nor have I noticed a leak. The day after the oil change, puddles of coolant was on the ground at every stop I made and then my car ran hot. Coolant has a sweet and very noticeable odor. It my have been a coincidence that it ran hot or leaked however, it upset me and I told them it was handled properly. I do think they caused the issue but ofcourse, I cant be certain. Sad! Because I have used them for so long.

Have taken our vehicles here for several years. Took my mother in laws car in for an oil change last week, being aware that she has an oil leak, ( waiting for our trusted mechanic to recover from surgery to have repairs done) Because of the leak, I checked her oil yesterday, and found it to be overfilled with oil. This is concerning to me, as this can be worse than being low on oil.Could have been a minor mistake, but I will check after each change and edit this review as needed.

I dont have much mechanic expertise but as business, pricing, speed, and customer service goes this is the best experience Ive ever had.

Prices misleading. Manager sounded like a robot.

Their service is just wonderful they go above and beyond to get your oil checked and out the door.

Great service every time. They have a room to wait for you vehicle in with water and coffee. Service members are nice and typically get the job done quickly.

A big shout out to Robert Elmer. He went up and beyond with great customer service to help us out with our daughters car this weekend. We went in on Saturday to have everything checked out. She had a bad battery and starter. Thank you Robert for putting in the extra hours to get her going. We appreciate it more that you know.

First visit to Jiffy Lube. A bit more expensive that my regular oil change but the service was thorough! They will replace bulbs, engine filters, clean your floors and more! Customer service was truly excellent!

They did an excellent job with my oil change I will say I was slightly disappointed when they offered to vaccum my floor boards for a fee and then they only vaccummed the front floor boards not the back also....overall the place had friendly employees and no serious wait time so I recommend but if you want the front and back floorboards vaccummed Id recommend telling them that.
