Marshall and Dylan cleaned my carpets this morning and did a great job. They were very professional and kept me in the loop as to when they would arrive, and were even early! I also appreciate the quick emails back when setting up the appointment. Very easy to deal with, and I would definitely use this company again.

We had them come clean our carpets. We had pet and child stains. They came on time, they were very friendly, and they did an amazing job!!! We have hired other companies before and they by far did the best job! I will definitely hire them again!

I have been using K & S for years. I just had my apartment cleaned on 7/1/21 and the two guys that showed up were great. They did a great job.

I had them clean my carpets in my dining room & living room.They used some special enzyme cleaner because I had an older dog that had alot of accidents in her last couple months of her life.I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet, but turns out I dont!. They did such a great job!! Its been 2 weeks, and it still looks & smells great.The 2 guys that came were very nice, and I totally felt comfortable having them in my house.I would highly recommend K & S !

Diamond Carpet Cleaning didnt show up as arranged, so the landlord suggested K&S. There was a reason. K&S squeezed me into their busy schedule and did a great job. And they had the master keys because theyre who the landlord goes to when lesser carpet cleaners fail to do satisfactory work.

K & S did a great job cleaning the house. They were on time and didnt t take a break until the 5 hour job was done. Great price and fantastic work.

I have used K & S Carpet Cleaners many times. They are professional, prompt & do great stain removal. I’ve always been happy with the job they’ve done.

I am only giving one star because I can’t give zero! They were awful. Didn’t vent actually clean my carpet. The guy that came was too busy on the phone calling his doctors office and telling them he would be late. He even told me he was in a hurry to get out of my apartment. When I spoke with management they were even worse. Wouldn’t help me. Couldn’t tell me anything. Please don’t use them. It’s not worth your money or the headache.

They never showed up. I had my parents drive three hours to let them in because I had to work. They never answered the phone. Very disappointed in this business.

K&S has cleaned for us twice now, and both times we were impressed with how fast they work and how courteous their staff is. Most recently, we had asked them to just clean the center of our family room (puppy had an accident) and not worry about moving any furniture out of the way - but sure enough, they had moved furniture to the side and elevated some smaller items so they could clean more area for us. And of course the carpet looked and smelled amazing when they were done. Always impressed!

K & S Carpet Cleaners did a phenomenal job at my two bedroom apartment. When they first showed, they acted in a very professional manner, got the job done without any messing around, and the carpets were clean! Super clean! The soap they use also smells really good so that is a bonus! I will definitely be calling them for any services I need regarding carpets!

I had already moved across the country when I had them enter to clean the carpets. They did a good job, however my lights were left on and there were many internal miscommunications that left me furious. I called and complained about my issues and the receptionist was very apologetic and understanding of my frustrations. She did a great job at correcting the situation. So I would recommend as a good company to use if you move within town and can follow up easily.

I recently had K & S Carpet Cleaners come out to my home and clean our carpets . I have to say the technicians that came were prompt, very cordial and professional. I was very happy with the work they did. My carpets looked amazing. I highly recommend K & S to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned.

**UPDATE** I had a manager contact me the next day and let me know that I had been overcharged by accident, and my bill was adjusted accordingly, and he apologized for the other issues that had occurred. I appreciate him reaching out to me.I had an appointment for 145pm, the employee called at 1 letting me know they were running late and asked if it was alright if they came at 3pm. I said that was fine, I didnt really see what my options were at that point. I needed them to come today since its my only day off. 3pm came and I got another call telling me they were on their way at that point. They showed up at 320pm and let me know that they had needed to go back to the business to get more water. They did a fine job, but when I asked to use one of the Val-pak coupons they told me they gave me 15% off of the carpet cleaning, and a bottle of spot treatment for free. I didnt push the point but it was a little annoying.I had my living areas upstairs and down cleaned, 13 steps, a couch and an ottoman cleaned. The total was a bit more than I was expecting considering they were an hour and a half late. This is the 2nd time Ive used K&S, the first time the employees vacuumed everywhere before they began to clean, but this time they didnt do that, so Im glad I had vacuumed prior to them coming.I will probably search around more next time instead of immediately calling K&S.

The folks who came out, showed up early and were extremely nice. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns that I had. The carpets turned out great and definitely would ask them back.

The owner reached out and was very apologetic about the cleaning review I left. Seems like he actually cares about his customers.They were 2 hours late for the cleaning I scheduled. I had to then reschedule my apartment checkout time. So if you need a business that sticks to its schedule use someone else.

Anthony and his helper were very good. He came back several times to ensure everything was completely dry after I had water damage.

I almost wish there was a zero star option. These people need to be more professional. The guy who came to clean our carpets hit on my girlfriend, gave her his number when I wasnt looking. She told me about it right away. His name was Phil, Im thinking Im going to call them and try to get him out of there. Its your damn job, act professional! The other guy he was with was nice and polite but they didnt even do a good job, acted like they were in a hurry to get out of there. But the guy hitting on my girlfriend pissed me off, Ill never be calling these people to be cleaning my carpets again. Pathetic.

DO NOT USE THEM....If you are going to get service from them get a quote in writing. Was told different prices each time I had a interaction with this company, and its staff. Then got a bill and it was twice as much as any of the quotes....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

K&S came to my apartment as I was moving and had hired them to clean the apartment after my move outthey came early, were very efficient in their set up, and began cleaning asstated and were done in the specified time quoted,when finished I was very pleased and impressed with the professional results and would recommend them to others and use them again

I didnt like the effort your guy put into cleaning my carpet. He was very polite and nice talking to but, he didnt seem interested in trying to remove a couple stains and left two closet floors uncleaned in the living room area because I asked him if he was going to clean the closet in the bedroom and so he cleaned just that. In general the carpet didnt look clean enough, even my neighbor agreed to that. I expected a better job for choosing a more expensive place compared to others.
