This is by far the best carpet cleaners Ive ever used! I have tried 3 different companies and this is such a relief to finally have super visible results that I didnt think I would ever get! My 15 year old carpet looks brand spanking new!!! Super professional and makes it easy to schedule on a time crunch. Kudos!!! I would give them 10 stars if they let me!!

My husband and I had requested a quote on a Sunday evening for a 1 bedroom carpet cleaning as our dog had an accident. Cory responded yet that evening provided a quote and was here with his team Monday afternoon. We were very impressed with their efficiency, their quality of work and frankly wished we would have asked for their 3 bedroom, traffic area service to freshen up the entire home. Next time! We were quoted on the telephone $85 for a two-bedroom apartment. All the furniture was removed and there were no stains that needed to be worked on. There was a red stain that was here before we moved in we told them we did not want to pay extra and do not work on it, he insisted on working on it and then told us after he couldnt get anything out that its a permanent stain. The total bill was 107.38 because he said it was more expensive because it was a two-bedroom. Even though we told him it was a two-bedroom when we made the call. Buyer beware make sure that you get it in writing before they do the job. Three rooms took 20 minutes. Theyre fast an efficient. Beware of up charges and then they wanted to have a different form of payment because they said Bell Bank wasnt a local bank which is inaccurate information as well.

Very Professional service and very friendly owner. Put me on the schedule last minute and completed the entire process in under 15minutes. Only had a small bedroom to clean but offered to clean the stairs as well. Definitely recommend for your next service! Thanks

The service was rushed and my husband used our rug shampooer and picked so much dirt that was not picked up! I am highly disappointed that I paid for this service. I wish I could figure to add the pictures because he only cleaned half a room and had to change the container it was so filthy.I did check reviews before and thought they were good but I am posting this to help others

We had our carpets cleaned today and I am so happy with the results. We have 3 dogs (2 newly potty trained) and 4 year old. He was very professional and made sure I was satisfied with the service before he left. He also was able to get the coffee stain out of my husbands boat!!! Highly recommend Kleen way!

We had a bad tea stain which I tried to get out using 3 over the counter carpet cleaners and a Dawn and vinegar mixture.These only made it worse and seemed to spread it. Initially when I spilled the tea I did blot it right away and use Resolve and it seemed ok, but in brighter light I could still see it so I tried the other cleaners, making it MUCH WORSE. Cory miraculously got it out! I thought I ruined my carpet honestly.We are so thankful for Cory and his expertise. We would recommend Kleen Way to anyone, especially if you need help with stains.

Kleen-Ways website defines their service as magic and I have to completely agree. We had some gnarly stains from our young kids in our carpet that they were able to get out, from an old chocolate shake stain to a purple hardened slime stain. 11/10 will use them again!

Trying to get a quote from this company was like pulling teeth. The man who was responding to my online inquiry kept telling me I could only get a price over the phone. I gave the square footage (I have the paperwork for the carpet that was installed years ago) and he told me I was wrong about how much carpet I have in my house. There were a few other questions he just completely ignored. His email responses were lacking in professionalism, and I will be going with a much more professional company that is not afraid to give an estimate in writing.

I got my apartment carpets cleaned before moving out. There were a couple acrylic paint stains that they got out, a coca cola spill, and some water stains near the door. They were quick and professional.They were also able to get me in at an incredibly short notice. Ive now used them 3 different times. Hands down to be the best service in the F/M area.First time I called, my dog in her puppy stage peed on the bed, very expensive mattress, Kleen-Way said they were booked for the day. However the helper happen to have been in the area and did an amazing job only after about 45 min of my phone call. . . . must other places couldnt help me out for 4-5 days.Second time time i called, just wanted to freshin up the carpet. Kleen-Way was here within 2 hours and went above what i asked, cleaned my stairs and all for a very reasonable price.Third time, today, had another mattress issue. Kleen-Way was here the same day, before noon.I rather give my money to a local small company anyways, but these guys are true professionals and do amazing work
