Absolutely the WORST experience I’ve ever had.

I am so disappointed because I felt discriminated, she rushed to do my nails and was poorly done, just because her appointment arrived. My nails look awful she didn’t even bother to put some hand cream and I paid almost $80.00 for something is not worth it. I believe a customer is a customer and deserve the same quality of service regardless how the person dressed or look.

Issy is amazing. This place is well priced especially for how amazing they do your nails every time. Been going here for a while. Best nail salon around

Lee is the best! She always takes her time, does a quality job, and my gel mani lasts for 2-3 weeks consistently. I never feel rushed and all of the ladies in the shop are kind and polite.

This place is so close to my house. I was always passing by it and never really paid attention. I just started coming here and so far I’m pleased with the service and the quality of products. My Gel manicure lasted a month

Been going here for a few years and love place. They do a fantastic job.

One word: RUDE. The technicians didnt know I understood Vietnamese, and they were talking about me the entire time. It wasnt until the end of the service when my 7 year old daughter said Thank you in Vietnamese, that her technician ran back and whispered furiously to all of the other technicians to stop talking about me because I was Vietnamese. Then they acted like they were my best friends, making excuses for why they were talking about me. One of the technicians (the rudest one) said later, Your Vietnamese isnt THAT fluent. I responded in English, No, but I understand EVERYTHING. Terrible customer service. Why would you talk about your customers like that? My nails were done just fine, but there are so many local nail salons--it wasnt worth dealing with the rudeness. Ill never return and dont recommend this to others either.

Rude employees!! I waited patiently for a pedicure and they didnt even acknowledge me, yet when 2 other customers came in they were taken immediately, greeted and accommodated right away. I left and will not be returning. I have been there a few other times and the quality of the work is not great and the color choices are very limited. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Horrible experience!!! Went to get my eyebrows done today and the technician didn’t even say hi, she only asked me if I had cash, exactly the 11$ which I did then I got them done and they come out horrible!!! Now I have one with more hair than the other one. Never coming back here. Super rude employees and bad service.

Friendly staff and clean facility. The pedicure chairs are all new and they have all new gel polish colors. My foot massage was also extra long. Nice place.

I went there yesterday with my daughter because I was in desperate need of getting a pedicure and manicure for my trip. I am not someone who goes regularly to nail salons, but I have gone to a couple in my time. The ladies were nice. In other salons, when I ask them to draw little cute designs on my daughters nails, they usually do all five. She only did one finger on each hand, which I didnt like. When it came time to do my nails, there were times that I felt some pain. They close at 7:30 p.m., and I have never seen a place that doesnt care if there are customers in there, they are bolting out of the door. I also thought that it took way too long to get a manicure and pedicure. I dont think I will return. They seem a little lazy.

Ive been coming to Nail Palace for years. They are professional, give great foot massages and do waxing services really well. Prices are also the best you will find in this area!

Had a manicure and had a nail smudge the same day about an hour after I left. I went in the next day to have it fixed. The lady told me to find the color but the color wasnt on the wall. I let the woman know, she told me to grab any color. I asked if it was in use or used earlier but the woman refused to look, when I asked again she said to just find a new color. Needless to say I left with the same smudged nail. Very disappointing and wont return.

Incredibly disgusted with my whole experience. The nail tech used unsanitized tools, reused an old pummace board (which they apparently clean by brushing it off in used water...as she brushed it off in the water my feet had been soaking in and then put it back in the drawer at her station to be used again), cut my skin multiple times with the cuticle trimmer, and then tried to give me OLD USED flip flops to put on instead of the disposable ones most nail salons have. Nasty. Will not be returning.

Facility is disgusting. The employees are so unpleasant and appear as if they are working under duress. There is nothing calming or pleasant. There is no pride or interest in doing a good job. Work is incredibly and visibly sloppy. Cuticles are left a mess. Polish is not evenly applied. I see this place closing soon.

I have had silk fill for my nails nearly 20 years and pedicures along the way. It has always been excellent

Tried this salon twice. With and without an appointment. No one eager to greet you either way. They seem to rush even if no one is waiting. Polish is uneven and messy. Pedicure was the same, bad polish job. I was charged $65 for full set and pedi and was also charged $65 for fill and pedi, no consistancy on pricing

They have a really bad service, I just only do the regular polish and they didn’t even do well on it.

Not worth it.
