Amazing experience here -- prices are extremely reasonable and the service is great. I was a bit cautious because I was going for japanese hair straightening, which can damage your hair if not done well, but Hope did a fantastic job and was super friendly, professional, and clearly knew what she was doing. She also fixed my haircut which had previously been done terribly (though I paid much more for it than I did here) and gave me a discount. Highly recommend!!

A little disheveled but the first salon I have been totally relaxed in. Ms Hope also plays Christian music.....so the spirit is great! Plus, I am super happy with my haircut.....I have been turning heads:) Definitely, my new go to salon!!!

Ive been going to this place for years. Looks can be deceaving. Best in town. Very talented and seasoned professional stylists here who really have knowledge in how to cut and more. Just choose anyone. Theyre all good.

I tried to get my hair highlighted from black to an ash gray and although she did the highlights, the toner did not work. My hair is very dark and I told her that my hair type can’t just go from black to ash. She said she could do it. She tried putting toner in my hair twice to get it to ash. I told her 5 times during the process that it was burning very badly. Another worker even walked by and overheard me say it was burning. She kept it in. I went back in a week later to show her pictures of my burning red and bloody scalp, and she refused to refund me. She also did nothing different to my hair, it looks the exact same as before. Now just more damaged with a chemically burned scalp.

Everyone is so friendly and they made me feel very special and pampered throughout my appointment. Ms. Hope is a truly talented stylist and I feel lucky that I found her! She took the time to explain various hair colors and cut options that would work best for me, so that I was completely comfortable with what she was going to do. Hope is one of those gifted stylists who can just touch your hair and you know you are in good hands with nothing to worry about. Thank you Hope – I am really looking forward to my next visit!!

My mother got her hair done here and they claimed full highlights start at the root and stop half way down each strand. They refused to fix it. Bad service. Beware!

The worst hair shop ever in my life. I feel so angry that I cannot give 0 star. I think she doesnt even know how to cut mans hair. The thing is, she admitted that she ruined my enitre hair and told me not to pay and just walk, yet I just gave her money. Please dont go this place unless you just want to ruin your hair.

Making an appointment for redeeming a Groupon: Confusion. Apparently my name is History?? Or Heather?No, History is a subject in school, my name is Henry.Ok ok I see was the response in very very broken, poor English.Arrive for the non existent appointment and was pointed to a chair and had to play MUSICAL chairs for 30 seconds to get to the right one.Then the hair stylist, the broken English proficienado from earlier, took 5+ times to understand and accept 1 inch top, 1/2 inch sides. Kept TALKING OVER ME and not L I S T E N I N G.Focking. Move. Go. Now. Start buzzing.Of course she never buzzed the top, only the sides, leaving me with the High and Tight R1chard Sp3ncer H1tler haircut, then tried to make a stink that I didnt leave a tip for this HORRIBLE experience that makes me look like an actual Neo N4zi in public.Go ANYWHERE else. Listen when customers speak and execute. You idiots gripe about robot jobs, but I would PREFER A ROBOT.

FANTASTIC experience at Total concept salon! Jian is the best. I was in & out within 3 and a half hours and I couldnt be happier with how my hair is! I had some bleach/color in my hair from about 6 months prior to this treatment but it still turned out perfectly straight (he also gave me a trim). Definitely will be back for touch ups!

I went to Jian to get Japanese Straightening, he exceeded my expectations beyond words. I love how my hair look and feel. It seems like he straightened each strand of hair and looks amazing!!! Definitely will be going back to him.

Mimi is a goddess when it comes to color. after having my nephew go crazy and from dark ash blonde to WHITE I decided Id try it there too, I entered with badly cut black hair (even blue in some places) and came out a ginger stylish lady. I have been back since and will try the other services

Worst haircut ever. It was less less than 20 minutes start to finish and the cut was jagged and uneven. The stylist didnt even look to see if there were long strands hanging after she was done and I had to point them out. The place was dirty and smelled toxic because someone was getting a chemical treatment. They didnt wash the comb after using it on me and then used it on the next customer while I was at the checkout.

Price is good. Other than that, you will be disappointed.

I really enjoyed coming here because Mimi was the only person who knew how to style my hair. Unfortunately, she no longer works there and now Im left to go through countless stylists until I find another Mimi.

I purchased a groupon for my sister.We called ahead to inquire.None speaks English.We purchased Groupon but at the location we were told to cancel the Groupon and pay cash only. The Groupon cost us 50 for the same service in cash only. They wanted 80 and apparently 80 was a good deal.NEVER EVER GOING BACK THERE. BUNCH OF THIEVES.
