I’m obsessed with mint nail lounge! Every time I come to get my nails done I get exactly what I want. This is my most recent design with Bella, she was great during the appointment. I wanted short/medium size nails and no acrylics so she recommended SNS and I love them. I’m so happy with them 😊😊😊

What I wanted Vs. what I got. Why would you commit to being able to create a design if you are not able to do it. I would have gone elsewhere for my design. I did not know that my nail tech couldn’t do the design until after she started doing my nails. I will never come here again and they lost a loyal customer.

Emilie was amazing! She took her time to make sure I liked my nails at every step of the way and was very clear about additional costs. It was my first time at Mint but I think I found my new nail salon for when I visit the area again. Mint is definitely the place and Emilie is the nail tech I will be recommending to everyone. I have been to mint nail lounge a couple times now and Bella does an absolutely amazing job! She is so friendly and always pulls off the cutest designs! I will be coming here from now on!! :) I usually do SNS mani with gel designs and a pedicure! The callus removal treatment has been a life saver for me this summer with all the sandals I’ve been wearing!! So in love with my nails every time I leave this place! Also conveniently located in Mosaic district so I can fit in some shopping too :))

My first time getting sns tips! Typically come here for gel manicure, not adding length. They helped me understand what all went into the process and my nails came out beautifully! The design was a little intricate and I was nervous cause it was my first time getting something more than a solid color. Nicole did an amazing job!! Meghan at the front desk was also so much help! Thanks guys! 10/10 would recommend.

This salon has amazing service I’ve tried many different salons but this has been my favorite by far! They always leave my nails stunning. I was a little nervous to go get my nails done during these times but I felt supper safe in there. They’re constantly cleaning and all the techs wore masks. Definitely will continue getting my nails done here!

Went for a pedi and gel mani. Pedi was fine. Gel mani, not so much. Technician could not remove gel and kept scraping my nail with the metal pick and nail file so my already thin nails were burning. Had to ask her to stop. Left with partial gel still on, decided to not get gel or any polish because my nails hurt. Still got charged for a full manicure (even without polish) and a gel removal (laughable). So yea, $77 wasted, never coming back here again.

Good for something basic. The design I wanted wasn’t done very well. Seemed a bit too crowded for covid tho.

I hated it. They barely removed cuticle and did not accept complaints. Felt like she wanted to be fast and have it done to make more money but very poor quality of service. I just did it today and it’s already cracking. It’s not the polish it’s the professional. I am very disappointed with this saloon.

I honestly feel bad it’s taken me this long to leave my favorite nail place a review. I have been coming consistently every two weeks for the last year and I have NEVER had a bad experience. Every technician is profesional and does an amazing job, their hygiene is unlike most other nail salons, and the salon itself is beautiful and calming. I love Mint and tell every person I know that this is the best nail salon in the area!

I went in to get a gel manicure done during their happy hours. The happy hour price is 38$. The music was peaceful. The salon ladies were polite, fast and clean. The equipment is very clean and all items that are required to be replaced for every client were replaced. My nails look amazing but the only qualm I have is that they werent evenly painted. In some parts of my nails, the polish is a bit transparent.

Nail Mint Lounge is the perfect place to unwind and relax. The technicians are really good at working with my nails. I like to get SNS here because they do it so well. My nails last for several weeks. It’s an amazing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend coming here!

Visited Mint Nail Lounge today (08/19/20) and got the mint pedicure. I am so disappointed at the service and the job that was done, not only did they leave my toes looking terrible but they left my sitting in the chair waiting instead of checking back with me. The nail polish is SUPER uneven and was rushed. It also began turning yellow in color after I left the salon. Not worth my money I will be visiting Luxe Nail Bar instead next time.

This is my favorite nail salon. It may take a while, since they are so popular, but worth the wait if you are a walk in. They give you tea/water/coffee and arent pushy about upgraded mani/pedicures. My nails always come out impeccable; I have nails that are super angled on the sides and they always make sure those are covered.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience at Mint today! He got the gentlemans pedicure and Katie worked wonders on his feet. I had a spa pedicure and gel manicure with Angela and she was beyond wonderful! She was so sweet and meticulous with my nails and they turned out perfectly! The salon was very busy since it was Sunday, but I had made a reservation ahead of time and we were taken back right away. Im so happy to have found a great nail salon near me! Thanks for the excellent service and pampering today!

I’ve walked in twice for nail services and was seated immediately both times. The nail technicians are friendly and professional. They offer a “happy hour” discount during the day on weekdays and all day Friday, and also a small discount if you pay in cash or Venmo. My nails always look nice and the color lasts a while. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you are in the area.

Wow I am impressed! It looked really busy but I was seen right away (I walked in on a Friday late afternoon). Super efficient gel manicure and when she started applying the color and I didnt love it, she got me a new one. They did a hot stone hand massage which felt amazing. Ill be coming back!

It was ok but there is no social distancing and the manicure was just ok while the polish didnt stay on long.

My Sister and I heard of the salon from a family friend. We just had to come to see it for ourselves and it exceeded our expectations. The service was fantastic, the technician were kind and right when I stepped in there was a receptionist to greet me. She had even offer me tea and water which I had gladly excepted. My nails were perfect and had lasted me for a little over two weeks. I highly recommend coming here !!

My favorite place to get Mani/pedis. The orange or lemon peel pedi is totally worth it, $45 and you get an extra long scrub and massage. The technicians are nice and do an excellent job. Also, the salon is super clean with very high standards for hygiene the best Ive seen, no cleaning of tools in the foot baths or any of that. Mint is walking distance for me and I will always go here from now on. Love Mint Nail Lounge! Also, the receptionist is a doll.

Nails last without peeling...which is something that usually happens to me before 2 weeks are close. Plus it is clean and they are doing good at trying to prevent the spread of the virus

I am very particular about going to nail salons that have excellent sanitation practices and great customer service. This salon is by far one of the best in both areas. I travel approximately 30 miles (one way) to ensure that I receive top notch service. Ive heard horror stories of people contracting serious nail funguses from these types of establishments. I can just about guarantee the cleanliness of this facility and that alone means everything to me ✨✨✨✨✨

As dental hygienists we both value cleanliness above anything else & weve always been pleased with their systems. Awful customer service. NEVER coming back! I’m a long time customer that has their nails done every two weeks. I always make an appointment as I know it can be busy on the weekends. I called and was given an 11:45 appointment over the phone. When I arrived at 11:46 the girl behind the desk (who was not Nadia) told me my appointment was for 11:30 and they gave it away. When I told her I was told 11:45 on the phone she argued with me and rudely told me I could wait 20-25 minutes if I wanted. NEVER coming back and letting my friends know not to visit this establishment. Mint Nails you just lost a loyal, consistent customer who brought additional business. You need to do better.

Ive never had a manicure before that has lasted more than a few days. The manicure I had it meant lasted over a week before it started shipping! Yes, its more pricey then some other nail salons in the area, but it is definitely worth it!

I have been coming here for a year now since its close to my work and have been generally happy with my services. My very recent experience left me very disappointed. I went in for a regular manicure. As soon as the technician started applying the color she could tell the polish was very thick, so she added thinner twice during my session. The end result turned out very bumpy uneven coated nails with tiny air bubbles all over. I pointed it out and she told me to wait until dry and it would go away. Well I am not new to this nail polish service, so I knew it would not. At the end I explained to the receptionist that I am not happy with their work and they told me they would redo. I still paid and now I am removing the polish off. I cannot keep less than perfect polish on my fingers. It was to be perfect polish, just like a new car, otherwise why get it polished to begin with!? I did not have time to wait around then and to be honest I will not come back again. I will not be the customer who is coming back again who once complained. Not me...moving on!

Never coming back after my last visit. The manicure I got can hardly be called so. My nails look and feel horrible. The lady (damn I wish I remembered her name but Im sure its the same one another reviewer was talking about), so that lady can not be let near anyones nails. Seriously. She CAN NOT DO MANICURE! She doesnt know how to remove the cuticle (it was extremely painful and left me bleeding). She didnt even touch the loose skin around my nails.I had to ask her three times to do that and every time she cleaned it it looked worse. Eventually she told me that you cant cut the loose skin or it will bleed. Whaaat????!!!! And yes she left it there. Sticking out. Even the dry skin on both sides of my nails. Even after I kept insisting she had to remove it . Even after I told her it does not look like I got my nails done. And believe me I was been very polite and nice to her. Ive never been so pissed off about a nail service. And Im pretty sure the owners of this salon do not care. Otherwise that lady would not work there. Well, ladies, save your nails and money. There are so many better options in this area.

Terrible job with the nail gel definitely not coming back I asked her to re do it since it’s to messy and she said “no its okay you just need to wash ur hand and it well go” I’m speechless!!!

I recently started to do the dip powder for my nails. I love it. This is my 3rd time and I gave the tech (I wish I knew her name and I feel terrible for not knowing it) creative license. I picked the color and she did the accent nail with real dried flowers and some sparklely bits. Sooooo cute. I’m on point for my Cabo vacation. Thanks ladies!

Long review here, be warned.Im very torn as I write this review. I wanted to absolutely LOVE this place because we are frequent visitors of the Mosaic and it looked so fabulous. However the only thing I loved about my experience with Lena was my nail color.Pros:-the decor is beautiful, chic and low key.-location is perfect, surrounded by shopping and some of our favorite restaurants.-the receptionist is a doll!- very clean.And now the cons:-felt pushed toward a gel color on top of my acrylics that I was simply filling, then snubbed when I politely declined, twice.- asked for a certain shape and was told they werent long enough and I should remove and get a new full set (declined that too, only had the set 3 weeks)- showed picture for another shape and length, she said okay; zero consistency! Each nail is a different shape, ranging from a short coffin style, to almond, to round. They also bubble out on the edges on a few. At least, though, they arent uber thick, but so uneven across the surface.- she was so unbelievably rough. It was the most painful service Ive ever received, from Maine to Miami. Horrible. I have 3 bleeding cuticles, and all of them are swollen and red. If this had been my very first nail experience I would NEVER do it again. Not even the accidental nip from cuticle cutters; Lena took a paper towel with something on it and OBLITERATED my cuticles with it, scrubbing back and forth with a ridiculous amount of pressure; Ive had acrylics off and on and regular manicures for over 15 years, I have no idea why that step was necessary. And not once did she apologize when my cuticles bled. Didnt even bat an eyelash.-finally, she left me with my nails in front of the fan to dry, walked away and never came back. Not at all. Walked by me multiple times, never spoke or looked in my direction. I finally just got up and paid my bill ($25 for a fill, totally fine price, be aware you must pay tip in cash).Had I not been in a rush to get to my next appointment I would have complained. I really didnt notice the condition of my nails until I was in my car. If Lena has been doing nails for 18 years, as she told me, I hope I simply caught her on an off day. I have seen beautiful work done by Holly and Millie, so I will maybe try Mint one more time with one of them. Its a very small maybe, unfortunately.

Probably one of the worst manicures I’ve ever had. Not only does it look horrible but the gel removal was done very poorly, which equaled being painful. Never going back.

1st visit I was pleased with my tech and results. 2nd visit. I had a different person and I was not pleased at all. I came home a redid my nails myself after that appt. Prices are high and parking can be challenging.

My gel manicure became discolored twice in 4 days. They tried to blame it on me. In the end, they did a HORRIBLE job removing the gel. She only used her nail file to remove the polish and there was left over glue on my nails. The nail file cut the skin around my nails to the point where it drew blood. NEVER go here.

I was there for 75 before someone clued me in (terrible Verizon Wireless internet service there).So why just two stars?1) I scheduled an appointment, but was not serviced until one hour later. Manager was polite about the situation, but I didnt realize I would be waiting for one hour. She did allow me to enjoy the massage chair until my appointment.2) Jack hammers from construction next door exasperated the experience.3) It would have been nice if they would have offered an additional discount due to the inconveniences of #1 and #2 above
