I lived here for just about 2 years! The place went through a few managers as well as a buyout but Marcus in the office has been great and a steady person on-site. Hes quick to get things done and responds to you as fast as possible! Manuel in maintenance is awesome as well and he gets things turned around quickly. Parking sucks but what can you do!

I have been a long time resident at The Stinson and have enjoyed my stay since I moved in. The only downfall is management would change frequently and it was hard to get to know your manager and ask questions. Currently, we have a new manager named Marcus and he has been great since he has started and helps with with any questions I have. He always takes time to check in and see if everything is going great. I also appreciate how quick maintenance comes to fix my apartment.

I stayed at the Stinson for a year before relocating to Virginia. I had some challenges with management as it was difficult find anyone in the office. Some of the tenants do not care about parking rules, I have stayed in my car couple of times waiting for someone to move out of my spot or to move away from the dumpster so that I can have access to my parking spot which was close to the dumpster. I even wanted to call Avenue5 one time to report this issue because it was inconvenient. Manuella, the maintenance guy was super helpful. He was very quick in fixing issues in the apartment. Overall, I believe they have some improvement to do.

I lived at the Stinson for a year and had nothing but positive experiences especially when Tiffany took over the property as manager.My maintenance requests were completed quickly and always done correctly.The office was always clean and welcoming.I unfortunately had to move to be closer to work but this apartment complex is great!

I’ve rented at 5 different complexes since I started renting. This is one of my two favorite places so far. We have been living here for a month now and here are my thoughts on the complex:The apartment (our 2bdrm 2bath) is decent size for the price. Our last place was almost half the size and we were paying $100 less but only had 1 bathroom!The walls aren’t to thin. I don’t hear the upstairs neighbors unless their kid is running around during the day but even then it’s not very loud.Parking isn’t crazy. Visitor parking is a little far away from our building, but I never seem to have issues getting a spot unless it’s past 8PM and even then we’ve had luck.We are in a corner unit facing the back so we don’t get traffic. It’s nice we don’t get to hear a lot of noise except for the freeway and to hear it we are usually laying in bed.Michelle was super nice and professional. She was patient with me while I bugged her a few times about our apps. She has a nice tone of voice and a super calm vibe. Very helpful!I’ve seen security here a few times when the office is closed which is nice. Glad to know that they actually come instead of being told they come when they really don’t. The mailboxes are under surveillance 24/7 which is awesome to help keep thieves away.I really enjoy it here so far. The only cons I would say is that the W/D is inside the master bathroom so if you have a roommate (we have our 15 yr old son), they would have to go thru your room and into your bathroom to do laundry. The other thing is the garbage containers are kinda small.

Absolute dump! Management changed 5x in 3 years. Property isnt taken care of. Remodeling is just a coat of cheat paint slapped over the old stuff to increase the rent by 40%. Tenants litter all over the property. Overrun by Hispanics that urinate by the dumpsters and party til all hours of the night. Watch out when you move out. They will send your last water bill to collections before you even get the bill. We paid our rent on time every month and treated the place like it was our own and all we got was grief when we moved out. Management is never in the office even during business hours. Dont rent from this place you will regret it!

5 stars, ONLY, because of Sergio, he is extremely attentive and is the only asset of this complex. Any maintenance issues I have ever had have been resolved quickly and with ease.

In my Opinion Stinson Apartments dont look anything like the Pictures! They are Getto the Kids are rude and the parents let them get away with anything! I wish I wouldve never wasted my money on this place! 😒😕💩😾👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Wasted a year of my life at this place paying rent and having things break on me left and right. If you need to go to the office, forget about it. There never there if you need something.

It was a ok and poor first time moving out experiance for me and my fiancè, the people there dont care! other neighthbors let there dogs off leash run around, and harass us and our dog, kids running around late causing disturbances, the applances there would break easliy like washer, the toliet, and mold grows really fast in the apartment. the one postive thing about the place was Sergio, he was super quick on fixing things in the apartment, super sweet and nice! other than that the place was crap, theres always trash, people park in your spots, and when you talk to the manger about it i feel like nothing gets changed about it... im just glad we got over there when we did!!! no matter how much you complain there probably gonna do nothing avout it :/ not the best place to live, if your really despreated for a place to live go for it....

I live their for ten years and my daughter was sad when we moved away it was better a long time ago and rent cheaper

This place is infested with fleas and roaches, they only have one woman in the office, Ive never met the owners, there always hiding and we got to deal with the bimbo who only says things to shut you up, but never follows thru, the water is due when rent is due totally unfair like were made of money
