I will say that the Helm overall has been nice, but there are just a few things that are really annoying and it’s not necessarily the management doing anything wrong. The most annoying thing is that the pool closes at 10pm and a security guy consistently comes 20-30 minutes early to close it, the pool is open till ten! Let people relax. Parking is horrible if you get back after 9pm, you can’t find a spot at all.Here are some other small things. You hit your head on the dryer door pulling clothes out of the wash because they are right on top of each other. Super uncomfortable. Communication between neighbors is poor, often times we would get back late from work or have the dryer running late (which we found out was causing some noise), which prompted neighbors to file a complaint. I just wish that they would call us about it and/or have the neighbors talk to us directly so that we would have figured out not to run the washer and dryer late.One good thing is that maintenance is prompt and responsive. Day solutions for any apartment problem that we had with the power/ plumbing.

I have lived at the Helm Apartments since October. Living in this community has been a positive experience. The staff from the Property Manager to maintenance have been fantastic. My maintenance needs are completed within the same day. The guys are friendly, polite and professional. When I call or stop by the office I am always greeted by my name and very helpful with any of my needs. The property overall is always kept clean. Very comfortable having guest come to my home to visit me.

I have lived at helm in a 3 X 2 apartment with my boyfriend and our roommate since March 2021. Apartment shape: open and cozy.Furnishings: modern, tons of cabinetry space, good closets and bathrooms. Fiber internet capability.I love the heated pool, hottub and gym. Im super excited to use the pool table in the really beautifully set up common space/leasing office. Always enjoy stopping by and chatting with the office staff. They know our pets (and us) by name.The surrounding area has an awesome, open field park for pick up sports. Many different connections to the interurban trail make biking super viable. We are also very close to the mill creek town center which is adorable and has a ton of great shops.This is my favorite of 4 total apartment experience. 😊

New complex is super modern which is an upside. The apartments itself is either facing the freeway, a motel and or a gas station. I was told that my inquiry about a 3 bedroom having 4 cars could not be accommodated.... which makes no sense. The responses from management was that I would HAVE to pay for tandem parking ($100/month) which is insane. Overall, nice interior, bad parking, and loud and busy location.Update: they reached out to me about no being able to accommodate due to limited parking. I feel like it common sense to assume theres going to be more than 2 cars per apt espeally if all applicants are adults. Pushy and non understanding management

I have had a wonderful time so far in the new apartments here. The fast internet possibility, pet-friendly events, helpful happy office staff. This complex is a great place to live if you can afford it.

The apartments are really nice but the area is not and there is a $300 nonrefundable fee to even apply to an apartment... The one bedrooms I was looking at were a minimum of 1.8k-2.2k+ -- no apartment in this area is worth that. The salesperson that was working with me was super pushy. After my showing she spammed my phone with voicemails every day for a week. I ended up calling back and applying, but decided not to go through with the apartments bc of the price & area. Thats $300 wasted for me :/

Outstanding place to live, for sure. The staff was very accommodating during the move-in as we relocated from across the country and have continued to be exceptionally friendly and welcoming!The units are gorgeous in their appearance, layout, and how they were outfitted when built. Excellent facilities including a great gym! The one service request we have submitted using the user-friendly tenant portal was resolved within minutes - Jeremy is the man!Would not change a thing about my experience with the Helm.

We love living here! My fiancé and I moved in about 6 months ago and we are so glad we signed a 17mo lease! The units are super nice and everything is brand new and very modern. The amenities are great we love the gym and parcel pending! The staff is so friendly and very quick to respond and help with everything. Parking is not a problem and the area is very safe!

Great experience so far Great staff and good maintenance!!! You break it they fix it like handy Mandy 😅 but seriously lived here almost a year now and couldn’t complain, peaceful we got a trail that connects with interurban trail! Even a gym!! ✨

We’ve been living in helm for Several months now! The apartments are beautifully made and spacious! And the staff are always there and extremely helpful. It’s close to a lot of good restaurants and shops! The gym is so clean and nice!

Helm is the perfect place for someone who is looking to be close to shops and restaurants, while also living in a resort like facility. Amenities ranging from a heated pool and hot tub to the functional gym, this place has everything for any age. Valerie & Adi and the rest of the ladies that help at the club house have been really inviting, quick to help and professional.When an issue was brought up they were quick to get it resolved and followed up with clear communication via email and phone. They truly care that you have top notch care.The units themselves are brand new and well thought out. Although you may have the occasional sounds from your neighbors, this place otherwise is wonderful, safe and comfortable.

This is our third week as a tenant in Helm apartment complex. The place remains clean and comfortable. Its quiet most of the time despite being close to the freeway. Its close to major shopping areas. Easy access to Gas stations. Restaurants are walking distance. Easy access to the freeway. Noise free indoors. Appliances are up to standard. Great view all around the complex. The mangement is exceptional in their response and dealings. Parking is not a hussle. Great place to rent.

I love this place. Great service, great amenities, great area I highly recommend Helm. They really take care of their residents. Val is awesome as well they make the process really easy!

Although the apartment complex is new, it is the cleanest place I have lived by far. I really appreciated the front office workers willingness to help me with my move in and be there with me every step of the way. I have had my share of past experiences with front office employees who were rude and could not help me with needs or questions. The onsite maintenance worker is definitely a plus. He showed up to my place less than an hour after I called the front office about a few issues I needed fixed. The location is excellent (literally a couple of blocks from the highway) and there are fantastic restaurants nearby. The apartment provides great amenities such as multiple outside grills, a swimming pool, and fitness center.

I have been living at Helm for about 5 months now and I can absolutely say that I love living here! The office staff are incredibly kind and helpful, the apartments are comfortable, modern, and clean, and the onsite gym is arguably the most well equipped apartment gym in the area! Im so glad I chose to live here when I moved to Washington.

Jessica was extremely helpful when I had any questions. She responded back to me in a timely manner and was very nice. The apartments are adorable and seem to be a wonderful price for being brand new. In my search for a place to move to, this is where I want to live.

Such an amazing new apartment complex. The staff treats you like a friend and not just another tenant, and are always willing to help.
