I’ve loved being here. After a lot of searching around the Everett/ Mill Creek area, this apartment just kept coming to mind. I came back 3 times to see the place because I loved it so much. The staff has been helpful and friendly throughout the process. I’ve also met the two repair guys and they are very helpful as well. Really enjoying my new space.
I decided to rent in lakehouse because I realized that it is a good place to live with my family and it is also in a place where shops and parks are close and a very quiet and safe place for my family and when something breaks down in the Department is very fast the answer that is obtained because immediately they come and fix it and without a doubt when we see that we are well here we will decide to renew the contract here
Super convenient location. Right by the store, work, and the freeway! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only downfall is how expensive these units are. Nothing is included in the rent.
Highly recommend these apartments: Located in a beautiful area near the lake; Staff is extremely helpful and friendly; The apartments are affordability and very nice.Had a great experience here.
Awesome place to live. A cozy, peaceful community with shopping and activities nearby in every direction! With good rates and a friendly staff that jumps on any issues, renewing was hardly a question!
We have been living here for 3 years already. I truly love the neighborhood! Its always so nice and peaceful. Lisa is the best manager Ive met always in a good mood and will answer any questions or concern.
Not the greatest place to stay. Parking is very limited, which means that if you use free parking on a weekend, especially Friday/Saturday night you might not find a spot when you get home around 8 pm. Also after moving out they charged for every little wear and tear problem. Six dollars for each of the stove drip pans, three dollars for any lights that are out, and they will not communicate with you after you leave about the move out costs. They pretty much send you a bill and if you disagree, good luck getting in contact with Ave 5 (billing) or the people on the property. My wife and I have been trying for over 3 weeks and no such luck. The grounds are covered in dog poop so if you have kids, playing in the grassy areas is not sanitary. If it was not for the terrible tactics of avoiding former tenants over move out costs, they would have received a three star at best.Edited: Everything was resolved in a satisfactory way. I wont say I am happy and thrilled, but I dont believe we were wronged either. However, I stand by many of my criticisms on parking and the grounds. If they ever do improve parking to guarantee each resident one of the covered spots, rather than charge $50 dollars extra just to guarantee you have a spot, I think this place would not have that as a constant complaint.
I moved in almost 2 years ago without seeing the apartment or pictures and was not disappointed! I have had only the best interactions with the staff and any problems are easily and quickly fixed! Great location and price!
Was looking around for apartments until i found the lakehouse near where i was moving out been here for only couple days so far and i been loving it people are friendly, mins away from mill creek and the freeway.Amber and Nora helped me with the move in process went smoothly as well. Cons i only have is wish there was more guest parking !
I want to say a huge THANK YOU!!! We have just signed a lease with this housing community. The Lakehouse staff have been amazing and so kind even when I dramatic. We are moving for the first time in ten years here to the Lakehouse. Amber was kind and super supportive in working with me in my limitations. I truly believe that she was the right person in the right place and the right time for my daughter and I. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!
Nice property with well kept grounds. The office and maintenance staff are helpful and nice. Definitely recommend!
We are current residents, we love it here. The office staff is very helpful. I’d definitely recommend this as a place to live and I have referred family and friends to live here.
Had the best experience living in that place. Manager Lisa is the best, she always makes sure you are happy with your apartment. Maintenance team is very professional, all my orders were done in less than 24 hours. I would definitely recommend this place asa great place to live!
We have been living in this apartment since almost 5 years. We like it a lot here. The apartments are good, the community is good. The location is very good, especially being close to silver lake and the park and also very close the South Everett Park and Ride. The only thing I didnt use to like was that the areas outside the apartment/building was not been well/cleanly kept. But, that is also seem to be take care by the new Lakehouse Apartment office people. Great job and thanks for everything.
They were so helpful to help us get into our new apartment home during this Pandemic. We are so in love with our Apartment. Perfect amount of space. Away from all the noise.
I just have to say all of the staff at The Lakehouse are absolutely outstanding! We have been living on the property for over a year and let me tell you it’s been amazing. Lisa whom is the manager is always responsive and is passionate in keeping her residence feeling understood and welcomed. Lisa was the one that helped my family and I getting us into an apartment when I had moved from texas to Washington not knowing where to look for a home. It was very stressful coming to a state not knowing where to look or where to start! But we found this amazing place driving by! We walked in and immediately felt welcomed and understood. The move in process was smooth and stress free! It was also a same day move in so it was a win win for us! The apartment homes are gorgeous and huge! It’s not your typical apartment home, it looks and feels like home if that makes sense. Don’t get me started with the maintenance team! They are always friendly, and actually get the work done! Nora and Amber are very Polite and very helpful. Their professionalism and customer service is outstanding I would recommend anyone this beautiful place any day.
I just moved in 2 days ago and I have nothing but trouble and problems. Our apartment was not even completed on our move in-date, we were not notified of this prior to arriving. The individuals in the office were not even aware of our move in date and were not prepared (this not the first awful experience). Lastly, I find it very interesting that when I signed the least it stated that you were only allowed one vehicle per person on the lease. Yet, when I came home last night there was NO parking at all, all uncovered spots were taken throughout the entire complex. I had to go across the street to park w/street parking. I do not understand how I pay rent to live at this apartment complex yet I cant even find a place to park. This is a great way to show your new tenants how well this apartment runs. Im very upset with how everything has been and Its only my 2nd day here.
It’s a great community and a beautiful setting. The staff is great when it’s not busy and always offer extra help to residents. The neighbors are good as well.
The apartments are clean, decent size, and affordable! The complex as a whole is clean and quiet. I’ve been living here for over five months and any issues I’ve had (there have been very few) have been resolved promptly. Over all, I highly recommend living here!
Not too bad of a place. My tires got slashed and they are strict about the very limited parking here so they towed my car because I didnt fix them fast enough to move my car to another spot within 3 days. They have a nice workout room but just no access to use it unless someone is in the office. which isnt often, waiting right now to use the facilities. Nice new office remodel but NO key fob for after hours use of the gym (too bad if you have a job that gets you home after 6p). And lastly you have to use a garbage pickup service that is mandatory and sometimes they take it and sometimes not. So if this stuff wont bother you then its a good place.Really wish they would install a key fob, I would have a better opinion if so.
This apartment has the best layout of any apartment Ive been in. It had good lighting. We were on the top floor so we had vaulted ceilings. They didnt hike our tent after the first year, and I didnt have any problems with the staff. I loved living next to the lake and being able to take walks around it. The only reason we moved was because it was just too far a drive to work.
My family and I moved into Waterstone at Silverlake in August 2016. We absolutely love it here. The office staff were so great at getting us into a 2 Bedroom apartment, (they didnt have any three-bedroom available). As soon as there was a 3 bedroom available we were able to transfer in February and we love it so much. I love the fact that there is a ton of parking. You might not be able to get one right in front of your building but there is always a space to park. I also love the fact that we can have parties in the cabana room. Every time we have had an issue with our apartment, it has been taken care of fairly quickly. There has been issues with our billing at times, but they have always taken care of it pretty fast. One of my favorite things that they do at the apartment is that they host events for the kids or for whatever holiday is coming up. Not every single month but the months that they do it, has been a lot of fun.
Ive lived in these apartments for 5 years now, which means even before it switched management to Thrive. Before Thrive, living here was noisy. After Thrive, living here is more noisy because they took the only quiet day, Sunday, as a day to compact garbage all morning too. Seven days a week everyone!! All summer, our money goes to workers who constantly cut the over-watered muddy lawns with loud mowers and weedwackers. During the fall, we must hear leaf blowers rev over and over again all day. Both of these immediately when the quiet hour ends. The sprinklers even run while it is raining, so sand bags must be placed in front of some peoples patios. Then there is the risk of mold that is clearly outlined in the lease agreement that will be the tenants responsibility to clean up and live with. This place is an overpriced joke where the workers take the last of the regular parking.
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! I lived her for 9 months, what a nightmare! Where do I begin? First they are nice friendly and then you move in. You can hear everything your neighbors, in every direction are doing, let alone smell their weed/ cigarette smoke. This place is not kid friendly at all. My kids came in for lunch and left their bike in the bark, out of the walkway, and the office came and took them and put them in a locked room. This was always a problem, kids are forced to play in unkept muddy parks, and if they walk or ride in the road to get home they get harassed. PUD charges are ridiculous, and there is no way to say they are inaccurate, and water charges are added in and ridiculously priced. On both of these i paid less in a 4 bedroom house, with heat. The staff is rude about any issues, my dryer never worked took 5-8 tires to get one load dry. Had them come fix multiple times and they never had it right. To top it all off, after 9 months in hell living there, they kept the full deposit and charged me in excess of 2600 more and sent it to collections, with no notification to me, at all. When I reached out for a break down, the didnt give one to me. I did in no way do damage or leave the place in ruins to charge that much on top of a 1500 deposit. Over prices rent as well, horrible horrible place. Best of luck to those stuck there.
Beautiful, well-maintained grounds, really fast and responsive maintenance crew, and a helpful, welcoming, and eager to please new management staff. Now that GreyStar has taken over, the focus on quality of service and resident experience is apparent. They are still catching up to demand and slowly implementing changes, and I trust in a year my review will be 5 stars. Sure, like any modern apartment community, parking is limited but available covered spots are quite affordable and actually less expensive than other complexes in the area whose grounds are not as nice. Also, looking at other reviews here, I just want to say: at ANY collection of buildings where a management is unable to police resident behavior 24/7 (because were not in Communist China), youre not going to escape loud neighbors and the fact that you can hear people from your own apartment. If you didnt know that before you moved in and didnt notice that the buildings were not thick concrete structures and that you werent living alone on your own property, then it seems kind of silly to complain about it in the reviews.
I only gave this place ONE star because that’s the lowest I could give. When we initially moved into Waterstone it was awesome (and if you see any reviews about Stephanie she was with waterstone). Since new ownership has taken over and was Silverlake apts now the lakehouse, it has been nothing but problems. We have had people in and out of our apartment every other day, plumbers that cut holes in our walls, the pool wasn’t open all summer, and then for almost a month they shut our water off from 9am-2pm. My car has been towed from my PAID parking spot because we bought a new car and didn’t register it that same day.. so instead of calling us to verify they just towed it. Oh and there’s no such thing as security cameras so when your car gets broken into (and lets be real this is everett so it will) they will tell you to call the cops Bc they don’t care. 25$ to have your trash removed even though you are fully capable of doing it yourself for free. And please don’t bother complaining Bc even corporate doesn’t care.. just warn anyone and everyone to go somewhere else.
Worst rental experience ever. After moving across the country I was not told that there would be major renovations on the apartment which to me should be illegal. Realtors should disclose the condition of a property especially when someone is relocating out of state. I felt like I was sold a lemon. I have had to move everything in my apartment my stuff was damaged by the sloppy work crew plus I have had to spend even more money vacating my expensive apartment because they have been working on it for the past week!!! Argh!!!! With no compensation offered. I am now seeking a lawyer as if I had time and the energy to take this to court after moving cross country but I will. Next stop Everett courthouse. The picture is how my back patio looked the day after moving in....I hate this place.
New ownership is investing significantly in the property. A much better place to live.
Would love to give this place 5 stars but the assistant manager took some personal jealousy issues into business with us when my roommate worked out a payment plan for rent owed while he was unemployed for two months. My family lived here for a total of 5 years. One mistake cost us everything. My two small children and I are homeless because the assistant manager was upset we didnt talk to her about the rent...we chose to go to the main manager instead because we didnt like the assistant manager and avoided her as much as we could. Dont bother renting here. One minor slip up and youll be evicted.
Over priced cheap remodel worst maintenace team i have ever seen cant or wont fix anything. Just moved out because im tired of how lazy they are. I have had our vehicles broken into 3 times and my motorcycle tampered with and they wont even add a camera because they dont do anything.
Pretty good facilities, Stephanies hashbrown are the bomb though. Went back for seconds, then thirds.
Great apartments and 3 bedrooms available.
Youll NEVER find any free parking here EVER
Great place to live and the staff is very helpful & friendly
Free rent would still not be enough for me to move back into your complex.
Loving my new place
Was not impressed. Plus that location is boring.
They have horrible service when it comes to maintenance (half ass)the rent is basically the amount for a house
Nice little place
Theyre expensive water pressure is too low they wont repair it and they allow car to be parked in the parking lot with the tires are flat
Bad place to live!
