Am in the process of moving in to a unit here now, and they have been responsive and super helpful the whole time! Our situation like many suffered during COVID-19, but our leasing coordinator Teddy helped us through every step, being eternally patient as he led three stressed ADHD new adults through figuring out this apartment business and talking us through things like submitting our financial records and stuff.

I came from 3000 miles away. Lease representative Teddy was extremely professional. Application process was longer than expected due to out of state. Location was more noisy than anticipated but this appears to be the norm in this area as housing is very difficult to find. Apartment was exemplary, exceedingly clean with new appliances and very well cared for. Choose Apartments that face away from Highway and Highway noise is more like white noise. Grounds are kempt and pretty. Lots of apartments in small place but mostly quiet

Susana García is so helpful every time we going into the office she is always so helpful and pleasant to work with we enjoy speaking with her shes so kind with not only us but our kids !!! Thank you for the great customer service !!!!

This place is really good, I have been living here for a while and apartment are new, spacious, is really quiet place for living, areas are clean always and never had any problems with the parking lot, anytime I have to request any work or help at home, the administration answer right away. We had a appointment @11 to check out this apartments. Looks super nice from outside but the management was very poor. I think it was the maintenance guy that opened the door to the office. He proceeded to kick us out, telling us to wait outside with a attitude. With no mask on, looking at me for touching the door. Lady just peaked out and said nothing. Isn’t it suppose to be welcoming? Nice helping people? We are looking for a new home and definitely not looking here anymore.

Puget Park is a wonderful place, I especially like the guy at the front desk!

Unlivable conditions, maintenance doesnt take your housing quality seriously, been many stabbings in the apartments. DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR A FAMILY TO LIVE IN. Doesnt supply utilities as should. poor customer service, poor humanity. -5 star.

Property is always clean, except the dumpster is always over flowing. I enjoy it here very much except the staff don’t have all of the same knowledge on rules of the property. One day I get told something then the next day by another staff something totally different which has cause a lot of issues for me. Parking here is fine there just isn’t a lot of guest parking at all for how many units there are, which is one of my issues to the poor training of staff.

Made me run around doing paperwork and made me send documents from NY knowing they didnt need them. Im new here so I have no documents to send them and now before move in day they tell me that I have to rent the washer and dryer which is not okay!! I pay rent and bills I should not have to spend more money for a w/d knowing its not even advertised.

I seen all the bad reviews this place had. We still lease here. I cant wait for the lease to end. Its the worst place to leave in. People let their pets do their business in the stairway. Office does not to solve the issue. You can hear every noise from neighbour. I get calls from office almost on daily base. They have their own patrol that literally will be at your door at midnight. Claiming to have noise complaints, when we all been asleep. We have been completely miserable here!

I complained to the Better Business Bureau about my deposit not being reimbursed . Be careful! make sure the maintenance guy fills out the moving out form IN FRONT OF YOU or otherwise he will mark damages once youre gone. He told me everything looked GREAT when moving out. Surprise! I got charged $400 in cleaning fees and whatnot. oh and besides that you get kicked out of the place if your income changes.

Parking protocol is ridiculous. Dont visit your family of you dont want your card towed. Crazy set up at these apartments. If not for the parking situation. Its a five star. All best brand new kitchen appliances and nice rooms.

This place started out as a nice place. The more time goes by and it’s almost like living in a prison! Some of the office staff are good others not so much. The garbage area is always nasty because people don’t care they throw it on the ground in front of the compactor or throw it in the recycle dumpsters. Which soon enough is going to turn into rats and other creatures! The other night we seen coyotes running in the parking lot. The next morning I go and report it to the office and Abby states oh yea I seen them running around a few times! As a resident that is something I would like to know especially having younger children. A notification still has not been sent to residents warning them about the coyotes. At least 3 nights out of the week I come home to cops inside the apartments. Parking is a whole other issue. They have designated guest parking that you have to register the vehicle to the apartment they are visiting with only 9 spots yes 9 in a 7 building area with 32 apartments per building! My friends car was towed without warning!! The office person Abby who does the parking if she has something against you will pin point and purposely tow your vehicle. Which comes with a $427 tow bill. There is absolutely no off street parking in the area. On top of everything else you are monitored off site by cameras everywhere on every building. So before you look at these apartments I would go elsewhere! I’m now counting down the months to get out of here! It’s not worth the hassle or the time.

The apartments are very nice big and comfortable. But it is like living under a regime of high security with constant vigilance. Families and friends can not go to visit because when they leave their cars have already been towed by order of Abby. With only 9 visitor parking lots and having to register who visits you and for how many hours. Only one parking per person so you will be forced to have only one car because you are not authorized to have two. As soon as your visitor parking permit expires there will be the tow truck towing your car without warning. I hope the owner of this property reads all these bad suggestions of their apartments and take the necessary measures so that this beautiful place does not become one desolate and of bad reputation ..For my part I do not recommend them until you solve this problem of visitors and their towed cars without notice and with a high cost of $ 400 to get your car back.

I wish I had good things to say about this business but unfortunately from my recent experience with them that is not the case. I paid $200 to reserve the apartment but was told I made too much money and that I did not qualify to live there due to my income. I was informed by Abbie and Margo that the $200 would be mailed out to me (mind you this all began about two months ago). I have called multiple times and either not had my calls replied to, and when I was able to get a hold of Abby just now asking when the payment was going to be sent she just hung up on me. I advise anyone looking into this location to go elsewhere and they can do better. This company definitely does not know how to provide customer service or run a business as they have many other one star reviews on their Google listing, so I am not alone in this. If anyone checks this, I would advise that Abbie needs to be spoken to on how to properly represent the company that gives her a paycheck and Margo either needs to follow through with clients and return promised payment or her position should be replaced as well. I should have expected better quality but given the other reviews, sadly, Im not surprised. I will also be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau in addition to the same review posted on their Yelp page.

I love the apartment itself, but the office people not so much, they need to work on their communication skills with the renters especially when it comes to important stuff.....and every couple of months, you have to sign papers for updates, about your job, how much you make a year, and if you are going to school, you either have to be part time or meet certain requirements, and if you don’t you will be kicked out of your apartment, and be responsible for paying the rest of the months you were so post to stay there......They get funding from the state I guess, so they don’t want to lose money or what not....hopefully they change their policies for future residents

The apartments and amenities are typical for the price range in this area. What stands out for me and really adds value to apartment living is the staff here at Canyon Park Apartments. They are super friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about the well being of the tenents and the property. It makes a huge difference especially with so many apartments to choose from in this area. Im glad I chose to move my family here and if youre considering moving to CPA rest assured youll be glad you did too.

Great managment. Units are large and new. Very low key here. Hardwood floors in the units so if you live under a unit with kids bit gets loud. Not real happy about having to rent the washer and dryer, so the rent is about normal for this area.

Close to freeway entrance (which also means noisy), brand new building, close to hospital (right next door). Unit I visited has fairly low counters. Heated pool. Over all a pretty nice place

I have lived here a couple months now at first it was very nice all the fun things you can do and nice big new apartment but then realized its a front the walls are paper thin and not to mention office staff does not take care of anything ive been attacked by my neighbors two times and nothing so if i could give zero stars i would

I moved in I or June 7th Im currently looking for another spot they forgot to clean the carpet before I moved me in me and my granddaughter cot Mersa from the carpet fungus.i hope theyre going to clean it up after I move out. So know one else gets it.

Terrible apartments. Even tho there is no paid parking they towed my sisters car after less than a night. It takes months to get any service call taken care of and the pool and hotub can only be used if you sign the book and get a card with a number. For the ridiculous price theyre asking these apartments are awful and the customer service is non existent. Do not move here you will regret it

There is something going on at this place. They are kicking people out..not for inability to pay rent..but for the incompetence of THEIR leasing agents. They will even tell you its not your fault..but it becomes your problem. They do not take into account that these are people who may or may not be able to just up and move or that an error made by their employee should not become the tenants problem. We are very excited about this apartment and we apply there but we are not quality because of income base and we put $200 dollars deposited for holdings apartment .so I wait for deposit refund and i got 2 week ago my refund and thank you must and god blessed your business .

Do not move here!I and my family are currently being kicked out from this awful place.......not for being in violation of our lease but, because of the incompetenceAnd misleading of our leasing agent.Its just as well tho, between experiencing the drugs, shootings and dog poop you will be able to enjoyThe overflowing dumpster and non working gates.The staff only enforces rules every once and a while, but god help you if youre on the wrong end of that enforcement. Absolute worst place my family and I have ever lived. Thank god we only had a 6-month lease. The staff is constantly being switched out, especially maintenance. The place may look nice but it is deceiving. The walls are paper thin, you literally hear everything your neighbors are fighting about and walking around/banging on walls/music/you name it. Leasing office does not do anything about it no matter what. They claim they do but they don’t. It’s all lies and I won’t be surprised if a lawsuit is filed against the entire complex. From pot smell coming through the vents to dogs barking all day and noise from 5am in the morning waking you up and disturbing you and your family; it will drive you insane. Do NOT live here it is absolutely horrible. Smoking is a huge problem and a hostile place to raise kids. You waste your time writing to and going to the leasing office in regards to anything that is disturbing your living. The only good thing is the property surveillance otherwise who knows what would happen in this property. The dog park gets filled with residence dog poop and nobody seems to care about any one else’s living. It’s a horrible place to live and we are happy to be moving to a home, far away from this place.

This was my first experience with a large apartment complex. If you have to live somewhere like this than Puget Park is as good or bad as the others.

Puget park apartments are being built on Meridian near Mill Creek. I am unable to get information on the facility, so must assume their management is non-existent. I am wondering if they will be this lacking when they open. Thanks for letting me know what kind of company you are.

HIGH CRIME. Management needs to take more effort in Crime Prevention. In June 2018, there was a stabbing. On Aug 19 2018, there was a Kidnapping by gun point on the complex site. In general, the Snohomish County Sheriff are constantly having multiple problems at the Puget Park Apartments.

We were told our income was too high during Thanksgiving week. It is now January 9th, and we are still waiting for our holding deposit. They dont respond to email and dont answer their phones. It just seems like no one wants to actually work there.
