Live been living here for a year now and still live here it’s a really a good place and i appreciate the good communications and understandable and I appreciate Yai&Ana for your service and hard work.

Rent increases are too expensive for this area.Extremely over priced for what you get. In unit washer/dryer? Nope. heard gunshots 1once a year over several years. Dont walk around at night. Better value in Bothell and Kirkland and better safety.

Ive lived here at Copperstone for almost 4 yrs. I am very proud of my home. The management here are wonderful as well as the staff. They keep our place very nice. The grounds are always always clean. The cabana is always welcoming and they always have coffee and they even have a variety of flavors. If you ever need help then Copperstone is the place to live. Best place to live.

Cost of rent not worth it for this area. about $1300 for 1 bedroom apartment. rent went up 23% in 2018, 16% in 2019. not much improvements other than buildings got painted. Open parking lot so need to be careful with thefts of items in car. Management friendly, some times the new assistant managers that get rotated in for a couple of months have attitudes and bad manners but not all of them.

I am currently living at Cooperstone, hopefully this will change within the next year. The only reason I am not rating it 1 star is because of the excellent staff. I have had amazing interactions with maintenence staff and the leasing management. Now to the bad, the first month we moved here our cars were towed 4 times. The first time was on our move in day!!! The low price is tempting although I do not believe it is worth it at all. The security team that they boast about has done absolutely nothing in regard to multiple noise complaints we have put in in regards to our disrespectful and noisy upstairs neighbors. I do not feel safe in this complex. I have contacted management through the resident portal and called trying to voice my noise complaints and yet nothing has been done about the situation. I might as well move out when the lease is up in February 2021. Im hoping that by posting a public review that maybe some action will be taken, although I highly doubt it. Again the staff is amazing, I just wish someone would listen to my concerns.

I had place a couple of calls to the emergency phone. I always get a professional greet with thank you for calling emergency maintenance this is vinny how can I help you. Very kind polite and helped me with my car parking. He never replied with not an emergency and hangs up.

My best friend and I just moved into these apts. Been here for a few days and these joints are definitely NOT bad. We havent had ONE complaint. Property manager Alma is a godsend and has been nothing but nice and gracious to us. Cheap rent, cool neighbors, no problems. I cant hate on this at all.

Great Experience-Friendly staff and always willing to help. This was a corporate rental and Christine always responded quickly to my questions and made the process of leasing a unit very easy for us. Have no complaints.

Only positive I have to say is that management is friendly. Amenities and utilities are never taken care of and is constantly is state of disrepair and neglect. Mold exist behind the toilets, the floor would have visible damage, closet is made out of cheap material that you have to pay to have fixed.

I was hesitant about living in another apt because of my previous experience - apts so close together that theres no privacy or peace; abysmal maintenance, neighbors from hell lol. However, I’ve a great experience here - the layout is amazing, Vinny is friendly, helpful, professional & always available - its clean, well maintained, well priced! I could go on!! I would definitely recommend these apartments!thank you Vinny for the pleasurable living experience! :)

Ive lived here for over a year now and I love it! The office staff genuinely cares and are friendly and knowledgeable and the maintenance team is quick to respond to any issues. Pricing is right and its in a convenient location. Gym. Pool. Good neighbors... One of the nicer communities in the area and right by the school. :)

My kids and I love to stay here. This is the first apartment I live at US as I used to stay at my sister house. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They always smile and help me whenever I have questions and request. My place is nice and clean. Just a little difficult for the reception. Whenever someone calls me, hard to find a place to hear and talk better. But overall, I like to stay here. I appreciate that my first apartment in US is great.

Decently priced but in a rather bad area. Laundry room is absolutely disgusting and never swept or cleaned. Maintenance does the absolute bare minimum and should invest in a pair of glasses before painting the interior of any more units.

From the time of moving in until now have been a great experience. Christina B. And Asia has been great help with the issue i come to with. Also they made the process comfortable and easy. The maintance team is also awesome. They take care of problems and a timely convenient fashion. The love the copperstone staff. There easy to talk to and great help all the way around the board.

Ghetto atmosphere, NO PARKING EVER, tons of rude people and drug addicts and nobody cleans up their dogs poop. The office people seem nice when you move in, but dont be fooled.. They will rob you blind when you move out. I gave 2 stars only because the workout room is nice.

Imma Make this short and simple not worth the price there charging the rent at all there are better and safer apartments in the area and for a cheaper price unless you have a child that goes to the elementary school next to it’s worth it but again across the street are nicer apartments

Ive been here about 3 years, the only thing I would really love for them to improve is parking. They are really good with maintenance request and they do a good job with working with their residents in times of need as long as you communicate with them in a timely manner.

Thanks to Aisjah Taylor! she made the whole moving process easy, comfortable and warming. My fiancé and I are loving our new place. the staff and its maintenance team has been super sweet and great to us. Plus the pricing is right and its in a convenient location.

Copperstone Apartment HomesI have been living here at Copperstone for a number of years. I like the location of Copperstone in its near location to the freeway going both North and South. I also like the location in its near relationship to the Everett Mall Way restaurants and the theaters.I am retired and I very much appreciate the wonderful support I get from Property Manager Alma and assistant Manager Christina and the quick work of our maintenance persons.

Very bad apartment And bad service

Moved in about maybe 3 weeks ago or a little more and really like the apartments. They were nice and clean when we moved in and everyone here is very nice! Asia was the leasing agent who helped us from the start and was super helpful and professional. She got back to us the day we turned our applications in and said we can get the keys next day! The carpets in the apartments are nice and we have a ground level with an awesome patio thats really pretty and private! Great apartment!Ok only bad things are I ALREADY had my nice thick blankets stolen from laundry room. Which is ridiculous and maybe if they had cameras in there they can stop people from theiving. Also the washers are verrry dirty, I went with cleaners when i moved in and completely cleaned one out, my cleaning wipes were completely BLACK and it took around 45 minutes but I wasnt going to wash my newborn babys clothes in a nasty washer! They were really bad and i get they probably have people maybe come in and quickly wipe them down? But it smelled and all under the black flap inside the washer was caked in a thick layer of nasty black filth and crumbs. I even found a band-aid in one.Other than that i like this place just sucks about the theives and that i literally have to clean the washer so i dont wash my clothes in dirt and other peoples feces!Also apartment building is in a great area and they do seem to keep good with the landscaping. Other than the laundry room i would recommend this place.

I just recently moved in and so far I really like this community. The Assistant Manager was so nice when I moved in, very friendly and happy. My apartment is very cute, sure it is not fancy like you would find in Bothell or Mill Creek but I didnt expect that it is Everett after all!!. Parking is tight but they explain that very clearly before you move in. I did have an issue with my neighbors the first week I was here however the Manager handled it very professionally and timely. So far this is a very cute community no complaints here :)

Amazing apartment..its close to my work .

I just moved out this month. WhenI moved in on July 2013 my apartment was not ready. I had to wait the whole day to move in. I had moved from another state so I had all my belonging in the moving car. When I finally got my apartment it was dirty the carpet had not been replaced or washed, it was missing drawers in the kitchen, there was mold inside the closet, bathroom door was broken and would not close, paint was chipped balcony would not close correctly, the whole apartment was dirty, and many other things. The grounds are always dirty I could not go down the stairs without stepping on spit or feces from other animals. The parking area always has trash. The laundry facilities are locked on Sunday because the office is closed so good luck getting clean clothes on Sunday (sorry if thats your only day off,) besides you clothes go missing. Parking is horrible if you have two cars there is never parking! Also when it comes time to pay for rent make sure you double check your statement, sometimes they charge you more. If they forget to charge you something they will not own up to it, instead you will see a letter by your door saying that you still owe and your payment is late. I moved out and they charged me 2k to break the lease. I gladly payed that to get out of there. Their office staff is completely useless, they cant even alert you when you have a package waiting for you. You can not walk at night without the fear of getting shot or running into some drug dealers. Also just so everyone knows the pet deposit is non refundable and therefore will not cover any of the damages they will claim your pet made to the apartment because I was told those damages were done by an animal . Oh and do not even try to explain that it was not your pet who made the damages (it was already old & dirty!) because the woman named Amy is a complete b!tch and does not let you say anything. She apparently does not know how to talk without arguing. Also a tip for moving out of there, do not clean after yourself, they are still going to charge you 100 for cleaning and they are going to charge you to replace the carpet as well as cleaning the carpet, which I do not get. why would they charge you to clean the carpet when they are charging you to replace it? Living at Copperstone was the worst experience of my life! I would not recommend it to anyone! Rent is overpriced for what they offer.

Copperstone took my money! We viewed an apt on Saturday. Was told if we applied the posting would be pulled and we would be contacted as soon as the office reviewed our application. 3 days later I received a call saying we were approved but someone else put a hold on the apt so it was no longer available. Ive called back 4 times today no answer no callback. I just got taken for $126.00. Super pissed!!!!

Over priced. Staff us rude. Once you move in youre insignificant. They pretend to be nice, but they will nickle and dime you. They will tow your car regardless if you have a permit or not. They are partnered with Marys towing. They will NOT make exceptions for your sitiation. They will charge you fees that cant even be explanined. No they will NOT talk it out. Police is constantly here. 1500 for a 2bd and 1bth. 670sqft. Nope. Dont move here. Do you and your family a favor.

Too expensive for the space the rent goes up every year...and they dont even upgrade the paint (inside or out) there was a hole in the ground for 2 solid years covered with a board...probly still there..

Its soooo not worth the rent they want. Its off Casino Rd for one thing, There are GUNshots fired all the time in that area. My SUV was broken into 2 or 3 times and they allowed the night security guy to have my SUV towed away because I didnt get the new cling to the window parking permit. I still had the old one hanging on the rear view mirror. They new this was not an off the street vehicle and that it belonged to me, but towed it away at my expense at $185. I had to borrow money from my young son. This place does have nice landscaping but the cost is too high for the neighborhood and allowing your vehicle to get towed away.

Worst place to take your business. Low quality apts. Constant towing of cars even with a permit, and they wont hold themselfs responsible of any charges or anything in general. Horrible place. There are many more options available.

We only got to live here for 9 months before getting evicted. We tried working with the staff and explaining I was laid off AND just found out I was expecting baby #3 AND was in a wreck (with our brand new car) a month prior. They didnt work with us and served us, took us to court and we were evicted and homeless for 3 years! Beware, they DO nickel and dime you for everything. We owed $750 for rent and when we received our amount due (after eviction) $5,000!?!?! We were lucky to find a landlord who recognized our situation in 2013 and gave us a chance. Weve been in this house for 18 months and always paid rent on time. Too bad my credit is trashed because of this eviction.... This place smelled like weed (before legal), ants always came in our apartment (2nd floor), and lots of violence on casino road.

There is not positive thing I can say about this place. The office staff is the worst I have ever dealt with. They are rude, if you have questions they look at you like your wasting their time. Parking is a joke, they re did the lot and still no parking at all. They claim to have security never have I seen them, the one time we did call security it went to someones voicemail. Apt is small and way over priced.

Moved out last dec 2013 and with my $600 deposit I only got $150 back! Really? Anyway let me talk about the pros: the apt is decent, minutes away from mall, Costco and other grocery stores, and maintenance people are awesome! Cons: you only get one assigned parking and if u have guest coming then good luck finding a parking since they only have 5 guess spots for one bldg. laundry rooms are always full and most of the time are trashed! I just hate that there are some people from housing that hogs the parking (e.g: parking there non working cars, crashed cars and etc), place is full of creepy people! Manager is nice tho but workers inside the office seems to be stuck up! Would not recommend this place, I guess u get what u pay for

When others say they nickel and dime you for your deposit, that is a total understatement. Out of a $1000 deposit I gave them (it was my first time renting, I dont have a bad renting history or credit or anything), I only got back $227!!I I had no kids or pets in that apartment, and, at most, all they needed to do was repaint and clean the carpets, but apparently thats $700 worth! They also dont do a final walkthrough with you, THEY do it themselves and then send you the check, just so they can keep more money! The office staff is rude, they never return phone calls or emails, maintenance is a joke (you will end up having to track down a maintenance person and ask them to fix it, or call the emergency line. the offices system is horrid), it and they blatantly lie about their amenities. In my year and a half of living there, I never ONCE saw the security they mention routinely comes through. The apartment itself wasnt bad and I wouldnt necessarily say overpriced, as the area is just turning into an expensive one for some reason. I wasnt planning on leaving them a 1 star review but after having $700 basically stolen from me they deserve it.

If you want to start any sort of life for yourself do not live here.. WORST EXPERIENCE of my life. They literally robbed my boyfriend and i, They overcharged us, My car was stolen out of my parking spot and they did nothing about it, My belongings have been stolen off my balcony and once again they did nothing about it, They towed my car even in an unmarked parking spot because my boyfriend parks his truck in our parking spot.. the people who work in the office are rude and useless, Do not waste your time and money!

Worst place to stay at ever! cold air drafts out of every window/towel closet (and when they blew more insulation into the attic it came in behind our bathroom towels closet and got fibreglass insulation bits all over. been there one year (lease contract or have to pay $1000 to leave sooner) and there had been three different times the police came to take people out of apartments into custody late at night and way early morning, police twice (just out of our section, several other times in others) and once early morning the swat came for tenents just below us. You hear everything around you in other apts. You pay for your parking and pay extra for tab to hang in your car, but doesnt matter because parking is a free for all always having to struggle/fight for your own parking cause somebody els is always there and the free parking spaces are always full. Manager is nice face to face but doesnt care/does nothing. Back porch is a deathtrap waiting to happen, floorboards so weak theyre soft. closet falling apart due to rain water, and all the maintenance ppl did was paint all over everything,...yes everything, the porch, railling, door, our new tomatoe plants bicycle and they seemed to have helped themselves to stuffing our belongings we had on the porch into the closet not so carefully and without any warning or anything. not to mention some backword wiring here and there also. naighbors had kids, and they double parked their space all the time(because of such parking hassle) that they would often hit our car when opening their door, would always leave a literal trail of trash from car to front door at top of third tier to their door, with angry kids screaming, and kittens...at 12at night to 5am. and also about parking and our car getting hit, we had to park a block away a few times and our car got hit by another car and the owner just happend to run away. and had parked for a day one time and got up to work the next to see someone parked just 2 inches in front of me, and the person behind me dicided to jam the front end of his car about 4 inches under my cars back bumber so that he was out of the way of the entrance, which caused a huge hassle at 6am having to get three kids including infant in arms to babysitter, and having to get to work. payed just about the same here for the price of much nicer places. this place just IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE at all. not evey worth your sanity. read the reviews, this place needs to stop. There is much more rediculouse things to say about this place but you get the idea. You read this in need of making a decision of where to rent...well, DO NOT GO TO COPPERSTONE!

Do Not Rent here! Copperstone is a joke of a place to live. They try to evict you when youve never missed your rent or even been late! They add fees like crazy for things that sound made up and make no sense whatsoever. Their management is pathetic! They are rude and so unprofessional! They started to do some fixing around the grounds but never finished and it looks worse than it did before. The place is unsafe with drug busts happening all too often. Parking is horrible, the neighabors are the worst but management does nothing about any complaints or any kind. Ive never had to call the cops soo many times for soo many things. IT is not a place to live no matter how dire your finicial needss are. We moved in here last second when our place fell thru right before our wedding and didnt check it out like we shoudl have. Worst decision ever!

This place is probably the worst place ever. There are no places to park for guests and theres a possibility of their car being towed.

Their staff is unhelpful and little to no security. Laundry was stolen.

Im a resident for almost 3 years and in the last 4 months this place turn into an expensive ghetto, no security, swimming pool gate broken for a week, no respect to parking spot, load music, cars park in the middle of the parking lot with music crack`d up to hell, this place is really suck.

I am living here 3 months ago, and for rent it is very hard, because I have my rent on day 4, and the last day to pay is 3 and they charged me 125 dollars more, but the kitchen was delivered to me all old and ugly the doors open and they never fixed me, I want my contract to be over to leave
