Among places I have lived this has been m worst. Building smell of dog waste because people just kip bags of dog waste there or even let dogs just go anywhere. Building smell of different smoke scents people smoke in hallways an the moment you open your door it all gets in. Staff try to be friendly but very uncomfortable environment especially if you have kids as people drive recklessly for a price of 1800 for a 2 bedroom this tie the worst place I have lived. My stay was miserable but you can try to luck. BTW people’s cars get broken into everyday

The apartments are well maintained and the staff are friendly. $1400 for a 2 bedroom just shy if 1000sq ft is the best deal around. The only real issue is parking. Its really tough to find a permit spot after 9pm but then again its like that all of the other nearby complexes as well.Recently they have added an Amazon locker to pick up your packages which is really convenient, no more waiting for office hours to pick up your package. You just get a text sent to you when you have something waiting.Best pool area around and cleanest, my kid loves it. There are two playgrounds and a small dog park as well.

We have a great unit!!! Put a deposit on it, virtually sight unseen!!! This is a million dollar view from our deck!!!! Enjoy!!Office: Since we have lived here, the office has always returned my phone calls and answered every question Ive had!!! Some times I almost feel like Im pestering them with questions that I couldnt find in the rental paperwork, but theyre always nice and respectful!Towing: I will address other reviews in regards to the propertys towing; there is towing that happens occasionally....but tenants would park where they are supposed to park, then there wouldnt be any cars being towed. There are not tow trucks running day and night through the property....weve been here for a month and have only seen a couple tow trucks roll through (both on the same day, at the same time).

Nice enough considering it’s just off of US-99. The office staff is friendly and can be in incredibly helpful. The maintenance staff is friendly and helpful but not punctual nor do they have attention to detail. The real issue with is when you choose to move out. They staff doesn’t abide by their own lease agreements. Our apartment was cleaned thoroughly and we even spackled the walls to fill holes from pictures hanging on the wall. We were charged $8,000 dollars upon moving out. Posting photos from the condition of our move out.

I Feel I am becoming repetitive in my responses to maintenance performance surveys ... To begin, my wife and myself have lived at High Grove for 22 months, and in that time have only had the need to put a request in 4 or 5 times, and NEVER for the same repair situation. On EACH and EVERY call, the office staff has been outstanding in listening and understanding our need ..... The maintenance team has ALWAYS been very prompt in responding, VERY courteous, professional and competent!!! ... The office staff and maintenance teams here at High Grove are top notch!!

The staff was very nice and friendly. Maintenance was always prompt with repairs. The apartments are beautiful. I moved because I did not feel safe after dark. Which in the fall/winter is from 4 pm to 8:00 am. I believe they need to provide security after the office is closed. There were too many short term traffic visitors! Too many double parked cars with people hanging out. Too many guys standing around outside my building talking on their phones. The apartment complex directly to the west had after hours security gates to restrict access so they recognized the issue and addressed it. I hope Highgrove will do the same for its residents.

If there were an option to rate it -5 stars, I definitely would. Ashley and most of the people who work in the apartment’s main office are rude. Not one person was kind except for Haley. If you choose to live here, I hope you have the patience when speaking to any of these GIRLS. Not “ladies”. A few months ago, they finally changed the parking policy, which was the only positive thing. Before they did, we had to park next to the pond or on the street if we couldn’t find a spot near our almost $2,000/month apartment. I have never dealt with ANYONE as rude as Ashley. Most of the girls there will tell you one thing, twist it, and tell you another. As if they had forgotten what they had promised you the first time they said it, then blame you for “hearing them wrong”. Another thing: PEOPLE BREAK INTO CARS ON THE DAILY. Make sure to take all of your valuables inside your home. And LOCK YOUR DOORS. There are drug dealers who got arrested a couple months ago. Residents there will also let their dogs poop wherever and not pick up after them. So watch out. Make sure you watch out for the dates on the letters they leave on your door. They’ll tell you they warned you “a week in advance”, but in reality they had just put it on your door that morning. Glad I’m out of this place. I hope you really look into the reviews before moving here. ✌🏼

Mariah is awesome! She got us moved in the day after we signed the lease, and was very pleasant and helpful for the entire process. She was very patient and very thorough, and answered the fifty-some questions I had while touring the space. I would have said 5 stars but there were some things that posed a bit of a challenge. The parking situation is not great, there is one assigned, covered spot per apartment. The only guest spots are in front of the welcome center/leasing office, there are maybe 8 spots there. There are a few guest spots sprinkled throughout the whole complex, but with over 300 units that can be a challenge. A guest is only allowed to park for a maximum of 72 hours per month, and you must register their license plate and check them in/out.Other than that, the location is good (its Everett, you get what you pay for honestly, if youre going to complain about the location, dont live in Everett), its close to both I-5 and I-405, and Hwy 99. Nice floor plans, I feel like the space is used super efficiently, and the balconies are a definite added bonus. I havent actually lived here yet, so will post an update after a few months.

I moved in in the middle of November of 2017, since then I have really enjoyed living here. The staff here are super nice and always here to answer questions about literally anything. However; the parking is extremely off and weird. Theres a one time $50 fee for a parking spot, but if you want a carport or a garage then you not only pay $75 or $125 monthly, but theres a very very long wait list to even get one. Other that the floor plans are super spacious and that is good, but also bad for people, seeing as the rent is high since theres A LOT of space in one apartment.

BEWARE! Although the apartments are nice, the staff only cares about getting you in. Your security deposit is used for cleaning, your last utility bill, and other stuff, but they dont tell you that. Expect to get a bill when you move out. They claimed vinyl damage when I moved out, but refused to do a walk through with me when I turned in my keys. Dog mess is everywhere including the sidewalks and streets. Cars get broken into all the time and dont park on the street its even worse! Some tenants dont respect others with loud music of which the staff does nothing about. Parking is a nightmare, if you get home from work after 5pm you most likely will not find a parking spot. The staff has no clue who has a parking permit or assigned parking. They over charge for this as well; $50 to park one car! If you have a ground floor apartment, you may get very cold in the winter as the insulation is inadequate and the cold radiates through floor. My utility bill more than tripled in winter just to keep it at 65 degrees.Convenient to I-5 and shopping is my only plus from living here.

We pay for a spot every month & constantly am having to wait for someone to move their car out of my ASSIGNED spot or tow them... the lease has rules about parking but dont enforce them. There is a car RIGHT NOW thats been in front of the Q building with a TARP on it & has NOT moved in over a week... the rule is that the vehicle has to move every so often & has to run, no working on your cars here either... I called the office & asked if they are doing anything about it... this was Brandys response we took pictures & are watching it I asked about the rule & if they were going to tow it, she said no but that a resident can call the tow truck company & do it themselves... WHAT?!?! They are YOUR rules on YOUR LEASE... how about ENFORCE THEM... do your job... the list could go on... YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE! Unless you like coming home after a hard days work to someone in your assigned parking spot, dog crap as soon as you step outside your vehicle, neighbors with dogs that CONSTANTLY run back & forth across our ceiling, cars that dont run, and an office staff that has become rude, lazy, misinformative & honestly I dont really think they care (no matter what their positive responses say)

IF I COULD GIVE MINUS STARS I WOULD.I have been here for only 4 weeks, and already can’t wait to leave. My boyfriend and I signed a lease to an apt here without looking at the apt in person (we’re from out of state). We trusted the management team with their word and pictures of the unit. BIG MISTAKE. Before moving in, we were promised getting our window screens fixed and our screen door fixed, our locks to be changed due to not being able to lock our outdoor storage unit. On the day we moved in, we saw all the trim warped about a foot from the floor, and it smelt really bad from what we believe to be water damage (they told us they changed the carpet too, which leads us to believe there was water damage) when we asked management out it, they told us it’s because the people who lived there before us had a dog and said the dog chewed on it. Which sounds ridiculous to me, because I don’t think I’ve met a dog that has caused trim in doorways to warp the way this is, especially ever single piece of trim. They told us there wasn’t any water damage, but if we wanted to pay for a test for any water damage or mold test to be done, we could do that on our own time. This made me really upset and instead of replacing the trim, they just painted over it. After a week we figured out our dryer does not work, then we asked them about trying to break our lease, due to how unhappy we were with the place and how they handle things, they told us they were going to charge us two months rent on top of the month of rent that we just paid that same week when we moved in. So we’re stuck because there is no way we would just throw away over $4,000 to people who don’t deserve to have any tenants at all. Then after 3 weeks, our dishwasher quit working. Now after a month, the only thing that has been fixed is the window screens. The workout machines in the gym are broken, god knows for how long, and the pool is never maintained or even open when you expect it to be open. You constantly see the “ maintenance crew” driving around the parking lot like idiots on a golf cart. And it takes days, or in our case, weeks to hear back from management about anything needing to be fixed, or for them to do anything at all once you ask them about it multiple times. This place is not worth the hassle. It’s old, poorly “renovated” with cobwebs and garbage all over the place. There is never parking available, so you have to park on the street, which isn’t even close. They don’t keep up with landscaping like the pictures show. For how much they charge for rent, I think it should be in better condition. The Management team needs attitude adjustments, better organization and management skills. For real.I would NEVER advise anyone to live here. It’s just simply not worth it. When you pay a large amount of money for something, you expect good quality, and to be taken care of, this place is NOT even close to good quality. So disgusted and disappointed in my living situation. Please do yourself a favor and find a better place to live. I REPEAT, DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I wasnt going to write a review, but this apartment complex is seriously a joke. Let me start off by saying our FIRST NIGHT here- my bfs truck got towed!!! Even though, we were parked in an unassigned spot. While we did have some positive experiences- the bad definitely outweighs the good. Garbage is just atrocious- I cannot believe how overflowed they let it get, to the point where the crows have dragged allllll of the garbage across the parking lot. Literally NOBODY cleans up their dog poop, and now they are forcing residents with animals to do a DNA Testing claiming maintenance will swab poop & verify who the owner is. I highly doubt that will do any good. There were used needles outside our building constantly & people smoking in our apartment hallway. The people below us I swear have 10 people living there because from BELOW, all we hear is thumping & loud music, constantly. We got blamed for throwing cigarette butts off the balcony, when WE DONT EVEN SMOKE! And we just got our renewal- they are trying to charge us over $2100 for rent, like uh no effing way. We toured 6 different apartments in the same kind of area and they were all 300-400 less. Beyond glad we are moving, I will never- NEVER recommend these apartments to anyone.

Pre-Move in and 48 hours post move in experience:Each of the office staff members were extremely professional, friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. The assistant leasing manager and leasing manager went beyond standard expectations for our family. Each maintenance staff that we came across, greeted us without reservation and in the utmost friendly manner! Thus far, we are pleased with the location of our home. What I appreciate most about the structural aspect of the 2 bedroom 2 bath town home is that (1) the attached, tandem garage is not your standard layout as it is over sized in width and length (2) The walls between units are not thin! (3) There are pleasant features that theyve added to help keep up with changing times (multiple Ethernet ports throughout the town home, standard Alarm system, outlet socket with USB ports and updated thermostats. As a veteran, our family has had our share of apartment rental woes in VA and FL (In the last 10 years from multiple PCS moves) and I admit at first I was discouraged with the rating and reviews of HighGrove throughout a number of websites as we desired searching a rating of 4 and above. However, in our experience thus far- we can only give a 5 star review. As far as parking: Our town home garage is able to fit our SUV with plenty of room for storage and we are able to park another vehicle outside of our garage in the driveway. We have 2 vehicles. Yes, the prices may seem high however, after having undergone lengthy research (prior to renting here), their prices for rent are appropriate to market trends. It is in my opinion that we are fairing well when considering square footage, parking and rent cost in comparison to neighboring apartment communities in the area.I intend on making reoccurring reviews as the year progresses. Hoping that the rest of our time here goes just as well!

I moved from AZ without ever touring the apartment before I moved in, they assisted me through the entire process of getting everything complete and ready so Id have a place to live upon my arrival to WA. The complex is also pretty quiet. The apartment I have is one of the newly renovated facilities. The new appliances and cabinets modernize the apartment a bit, with an open layout and plenty of sunlight. The clubhouse, pool area with built in fire pit and BBQ are good areas to spend with friends and family year round. The few times i have had any problems, maintenance has come and fixed the issue the very next day.The only issue I have, which is why I gave a 4 star rating, is parking. I do have an assigned spot for myself, but I pay extra to have a parking permit for my guests. However there are a limited number of permit spots available in the complex, and one permit pass for each spot. Yet the office hands out paper slips that can be used, and thus makes it so residents who are paying for additional parking are sometimes out of luck and have to park elsewhere, which is sometimes frustrating and cumbersome.Overall, I would recommend Highgrove to anyone looking for a decent apartment for a roughly affordable price in a decent area in Everett, with wonderful staff.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!The 5 star ratings you see are bribes...They lower your rent if you give them a positive review. If youre already living here make sure to document EVERYTHING, know your rights as a tenant, and take photos of EVERYTHING when you move in, as well as out.Extremely dishonest, unprofessional and invasive.

When I moved in 2 1/2 years ago they were owned by Avalon which was a great company. Place was well taken care of and customer service was outstanding. Once they sold to these owners everything went downhill from there. I watched over 7 different groups move in and out of my building of only 8 apartments. People abandon and trash the units. Low income housing allowed to move in (even though management says they dont allow it). You could not leave your windows open without the smell of cigarette smoke or weed from your neighbors coming in. And talk about cigarettes, seems like they all smoked in that complex. There were cigarette butts all over the property and even left in the breezeways and my front door. Neighbors were constantly noisy and up at all hours of the night. Yelling and fighting out in the parking lot. I even heard one bragging about how many times she has been arrested. Parking is not even existent. And they do not consistently uphold their parking permit required rule so even if you paid the extra 25 a month for a permit it did not mean you have a parking spot to come home to. I paid their 3 months to get out of lease fee on the 31st of October and they said I would get my deposit back within 14 days. Well here it is the 18th of November and I still have nothing. And big surprise that every time I call them their computer is down or they have some other excuse as to why they can not look up my account. THIEVES.Stay away from this place unless you enjoy paying too much rent for a rundown apartment complex that surely only cares about getting your money rather than you being a happy tenant. I hope those who read this take my advice and stay away. You will not regret it.12/9/2014Update. I have still not received my deposit or an itemized statement and keep getting the run around on the phone when you call them. This place is a joke of a business. Time to call a lawyer and I am reporting them to the state for this lack of ability to do what they are required to by law.

I was apartment hunting for 6 months when I came into high grove and took a tour with Andrea. She was extremely helpful finding us exactly what we wanted. Since weve moved in, weve had one incident occur with our car being towed overnight, but after speaking with Andrea and the leasing manager they both agreed it was an unlawful situation and got my money and car back from the towing company the same day. Any other times Ive had questions or concerns Andrea has answered me immediately and helped out in every way she could. Every time Ive needed maintenance the staff have been extremely prompt, diligent, and friendly to boot. They also do a great job maintaining the complexs cleanliness and landscaping. The apartment layouts are well designed and the remodel was beautifully done with affordable pricing. Its comforting having families all around us in this quiet community. Overall Ive loved living here and appreciate the leasing staffs helping hand!

FIRST:Horrible parking!!! Last night some random guy parked in my parking spot, so I had to park in Permit Parking, and in the morning I got WARNING that my car will be towed away!!!!SECOND:Make sure none of your windows is facing pool, or you wont be able to sleep whole summer. Security works really bad. They never lock the pool, so people were at the pool at 2 am, 3 am, 4 am...THIRD:You have to remind them to fix something in your apartment. My toilet was leaking for more then one month before they fixed it. And when I got my water bill ( 5 times bigger then usually) manager said its NORMAL!!Im giving 3 stars just because apartment itself is nice. Big light rooms, nice deck, a lot of storage space, but community isnt that great.

Overall, if you have a big family say 3-5 people in total, I wouldn’t live here. Reasons :1. Only one parking spot is assigned to an apartment, then for the rest you have to either pay $100-175 for a spot that’s never available or hustle to find parking on the street which is also never available.2. The apartment rooms are fairly old so the appliances breaks easily. For a 12 months lease, be prepared to contact the office maintenance atleast double the stay or more.3. The master bedroom is way too small to be a master bedroom.I would recommend this apartment only if you’re a small family. Of about 1-2 people.

I think the staff are very nice. They are always welcoming and helpful when I go to the office. Most of these negative reviews are about the parking. Some people seem upset about being towed; and some people are upset about other people not getting towed. You get what you pay for. My unit is nice, I dont know what other people are talking about. And when I had problems with minor things in the unit, the maintenance took care of it promptly.

I used to like this place. I have no issues with the layout of the apartments. Their maintenance people are pretty good too. However, a lot has changed in the last 4.5 years Ive lived here. I have a garage that came with my apartment that I am now paying monthly for (I didnt used to have to pay). The parking situation for everyone else is a joke. They currently have the worst office staff Ive had in the last 4.5 years of living there. They are nice for the most part but extremely inconsistent. They are always dropping the ball on communication and not timely about their responses. You may hear something from one person and get a different message from another.

I use to work for Riverstone residential and I have pretty high expectations of the apartment I live in, the grounds, and office staff.I fell in love with the two bedroom the minute we walked into it, its so spacious, beautifully renovaded, and has hardly any wasted space!I was pretty skeptical after reading reviews, but honestly I am so happy we moved here, our unit is great, I rarely hear our neighbors, repairs are done quickly, the staff has been pretty nice and helpful. As far as parking goes, Ive never had issues, except our neighbors friends parking in our carport but they move when asked.. if you use your permit, park where youre supposed to you wont be towed, its not that hard ..!Anyways 5/5, some of the negative reviews I do not understand but I assume those come from people who do not follow the lease!

This place is a joke, I pay for an extra parking permit but I never have parking because the complex doesnt have any visitor parking. My car gets towed because I get off work late (midnight) and dont have a single space in the entire complex, so I have to park on the street, where my car has been broken into 3 times in less than a year. I started parking in the complex and I get towed, yet Im the one paying for the permit. Im literally parked out there less than 5 hours a night due to my work schedule. Also, Your rent will rise at least 150$ if you renew your lease. It doesnt matter if youve never paid late. They dont care about getting good renters, they care about getting people in and out for as much money as they can right now.

Our move in experience was great and we  really love our apartment that we now call our home. Thank you Mariah and Management for helping us with our move and for being so accommodating to our time and needs. We chose HighGrove among other apartments nearby mainly because we like our unit being very spacious and private with new renovations and having updated appliances. Just some minor things we have noted with property management about our window fixture, bathroom and lights, but all in all we are confident that we will be enjoying our stay here. Sidenote about the gym facility, the toilets werent working and are in need of maintenance. And the parking slots are a bit tight, especially when having to get a toddler in and out of a carseat, but we are happy that our car neighbors were all very nice. Thank you HighGrove Apartments!

High Grove is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Be prepared for regular 48-hour entry notices and even ones with out notice. about once a month so far with sometimes vague reasons. The office staff will not help you they will say theyll take care of a problem then no one does anything though. They just want you to go away which is why they don actually answer the phone even if there are a few of them in there. I TESTED this fact in the lobby! And they are actually bribing people to give good reviews with the possibility of money off rent if you win the raffle not that Id trust them to have a winner so DONT TRUST POSITIVE REVIEWS.

Our experience in this complex was pretty negative. I will start with the positive first. It is a beautiful apartment complex and layout of the buildings are great. I think the staff is friendly and the maintenance crew was really good if we need them. However the reason its two stars is this below and its honestly more important to me then having a gorgeous apartment complex.1) The front staff are friendly but they do not know what they are doing. Every single time i have had questions regarding our lease or other issues we get told one thing from one staff member and something different from another staff member. They also never get back to you about anything which has caused issues that i will talk about in a moment.2) A major problem is the parking and parking permit issue. You get one parking spot that is yours alone and if you have a second car you have to pay for an additional spot. I have no problem paying the 40 dollars for the second car spot but this is whats wrong with it to me. To start with there are not enough parking spots forcing people to have to park on the street and thats a risk of getting a ticket. The second is that even though you pay monthly for this spot if your vehicle is in a parking permit spot for more then 3 days it will be towed at a very costly price... And trust me the tow company is their nightly towing cars. Now the assigned spots cause problems as we would come home at night and someone would be in our assigned spot and we then have to wait or go hunting for whoever is in our spot at 11pm or later because we cant park else where or we will get towed. This last one goes back to the staff never getting back to you. We had gotten rid of our second car and told the front staff so we could take away the 40 dollars a month and the one staff lady said she would have to talk to the main lady and they would get back to us. Needless to say they never did and for the last 4-5 months of living there we had to pay 40 extra a month, even if we went in their multiple times about this.3) They have a charge that is added to the your water bill for cam charges. I really hate this because it dose nothing.... We have had one of our cars broken into while here. We also had issues with people taking things off our front porch at night as we are on the first floor.I will say this to end, we have moved around a lot due to the military and lived in a lot of places and no where is perfect they all have some issues but none has left such a bad taste in my mouth. As we got closer to leaving we got to talking to neighbors who have had a lot of the same issues and more and i just feel sad because this place has potential but it just feels as if they are they to screw you over. They really need to go though and make changes and train staff better. I wish i could say i feel like they care but as ive read reviews that have come in from the past year its seems like they only pretend to care because no changes actually happen.

Very poor management. Ashley is the manager and she does a terrible job. We had BOTH of our cars towed within the first week of moving in (despite paying for TWO extra parking spots). After a month of waiting to have keys made I had to steal the master and ransom it until I could get them to do their job. Finally, today, I had a package delivered and signed for by Ashley....who told me twice that UPS hadnt come yet, then when I told her she signed for it she told me I should wait and see if it comes tomorrow.I asked to speak with her manager, and she told me that she was the manager, then she hung up on me.I cant wait to move.

My girlfriend and her family lived there for a year. At first it looks like an OK place to live, because its newer but the management is very iffy.I think the biggest issue with this place is the parking. No matter how they try to (mis) manage it, there is not sufficient parking for all the residents. Many park on the surrounding roads which are marked as no parking zones, making their cars vulnerable to tickets, towing and break-ins.The grounds also leave a lot to be desired. The garbage containers are regularly overflowing and the doors always left open for all to see. I dont know about you but when I get back to my home, the last thing I want to see is a pile of garbage staring at me. There are also serious speed bumps all over the place that can cause serious mechanical problems to your vehicles no matter how slow you drive. Notably, they had to replace their CV joints. The neighborhood is pretty rough. We walked the nearby streets a few times and found broken auto glass, hypodermic needles, stolen IDs and property dumped everywhere. Theres also frequent police activity happening all over the neighborhood.Inside the apartment, things were just OK. The finishes are very cheap: Linoleum flooring in the bath, painted cabinets, cheap appliances, crappy carpet, broken screen door, toilet not securely bolted to the floor and the laundry machines were not working properly, despite multiple calls for service. The worst thing, however, happened when she was about to move out and looking for a new apartment. The management decided to re-think their parking arrangement, and as part of that tack on a bunch of random parking fees without notifying tenants. When her new apartment background check company called, Highgrove reported that her account was in arrears due to those bogus fees. What a rotten thing to do! She was feeling very nervous about the prospect of her family being homeless as her new apartment was going to reject their application based on that. They were also unwilling to mitigate their mistake and work with her to quickly provide proof of payment when she paid the fee.On move-out, they took a sizable chunk of her deposit away for cleaning even if they did leave the place as they found it. I havent read their rental contract but that is possibly illegal if they dont explicitly state that a portion of the deposit is not refundable, and in this case, the amount was also very high for cleaning.

This is my second time living at HighGrove. Both times it was managed by AMC not Avalon, and honestly, I dont understand why so many people give it negative reviews. All the staff members are excellent and remember you by name when you walk in, which is a big deal for such a large property. Yes, there are rules, yes your vehicle will get towed if you break the rules. Its not that hard. You are GUARANTEED a RESERVED parking space that is included with your rent. If you have enough common sense to follow quiet hours, parking rules, and have common respect for your neighbors this place can be an amazing place to live. I love it and so do my friends that live here!

Nine cars have been broken into today at HighGrove around building L including mine...I have made sure Police was present on the scene to take reports on all vehicles broken into! Amanda at the front office has promissed this will not happen to convertibles especially due to the fact that they have security on the property! Well as of today that was not true! They got rid of the security on the property and as a result this happened! Police related to me that this will have happened anyway! Even with security present! The cars vandalized - One was a convertible (mine), the other cars Ive heard about had a sunroof and the perps jumped on it and caved it into the vehicle. I spoke to the owner about this when he called his insurance to file report. One lady said her broken glass window was shattered all over the parking lot...Spoke to High-grove and they said that they just fired their security detail the night before but were looking to remedy the situation...I asked them how they could do this to us and get rid of security in such volatile times and I got kicked out of office for my temper! I insisted police gets called to the scene and the gentleman that came was very nice and even took fingerprints, smiled and said the vandals used surgical gloves! This is the second attack on my car in what was considered a somewhat secure area! A triad of individuals were gathered parked illegally surrounding my car...I took snapshots of them...The police did not care! Im about $3K out in damage repair!

Is it possible to give minus about a million stars?! It should at least be an option to give ZERO. NEVER LIVE HERE!This was the absolute worst place I have ever had to deal with! Everything is highly overpriced. The entire staff is completely unorganized, incompotent and inconsistent. After moving out 4 weeks ago Im still being charged for things, and three times the price that was said.It actually started from the VERY FIRST day I moved in:The office forgot I was moving in, and did not have the apartment ready at all, no paint, no blinds, cabinets were being put in, etc.Had to come back later with all my movers, delaying the entire dayThey were still painting and doing the cabinets the entire time I was moving things in, which made it very difficult when unloading vehicles and bringing up the furniture.I didnt get my blinds installed on any windows for 3 weeks, and they broke within a week after that.I had to wait until the end of the day when someone got around to actually giving me a copy of a key to this apartment.I had no guaranteed parking spot for the 2 years I lived there, even though I had a 2 bedroom.I almost had my car towed at 545 in the moning because the office didnt give out correct colored passes to all the residents. They lost a package of mine in their mailroom for 14 monthsAnother time they couldnt find my amazon package, even though Amazon guaranteed they had signed for it. I had to go into the mailroom myself (when they said, you can go in and look for yourself and was able to find it shortlyI was charged 4 different rents in 2 yearsUpon my lease renewal I was offered one price, accepted it, then 3 days later i was offered another one which was $200 higher and had no choice but to take the higher or risk further increasingI was punished and charged more money for them not charging me the right amound of rent.I gave notice to move out within 30 days (they only require 20) in person in office, they lost the move out notice, and had to re-give it in an email, and had to re-give my forwarding address 3 times because they kept losing it (or just asking everytime for no reason?)On my move out day, they forgot I had scheduled to move out and I had to pull up emails to prove it to them before they would send someone over to do a walk-through with me5 days after my move out, I was still charged the next months rentThe facility itself doesnt even have 1 spot per apartment. There is garbage and broken glass EVERYWHERE, at least twice I have almost stepped on needles in the parking lot. Since they have no parking, you are most often forced to park up on the street, which is very dangerous, didnt go a day without seeing a broken car window or smashed up vehicle. It was also uncomfortable walking to my car in the morning when it is still dark and there are often homeless people digging through the dumpsters.Moved out on May 31st, the maintenance guy who did the walkthrough with me said I would probably be charged about $250, just got the bill today and its actually $726.01. WHAT A JOKE! I cant believe Im still dealing with this horrible company, I cannot wait until you are out of my life forever!Funny side note- between emails and texts, you have asked me to give you feedback 13 times in the last 2 months, somehow I cant imagine it would actually do anything to make this horrible place any better!

Beautiful apartments and town homes! We just moved in this past weekend. Wonderful, professional and friendly staff. Unit was spotless, and has the best layout and quality updates by far after viewing many, many different communities. Cute dog park that was surprisingly clean, great lighting throughout complex, well taken care of grounds and common areas. Very happy with this choice! Reviews regarding parking....there is not one community that does not have these issues, get a carport.Edit: 2 years later. 2020: I absolutely loved living here, the space, privacy, quality and quietness of the apartment was unbeatable. Wanted to edit and give them 5 stars for the move out process. Was quick, easy and I received a refund (which is unheard of with apartment complexes) I did all the cleaning myself and we took care of the unit the 2yrs we were there. All the staff there were always pleasant with me. Thank you!We decided to move because we found a couple places a little cheaper, free parking and free water and were looking to save money where we could....I completely regret leaving, I want to go back and I hate it here. You get what you pay for!!The new community and issues we have since moving was not worth the savings at all. New place (NOT Highgrove) Loudness interior and exterior, quality of finishings is garbage, cabinets peeling, non secure fixtures, mold that’s obviously been painted over, cheap doors, things breaking, doors not shutting all the way, patched up fixes, no screens on windows, ant infestation, rotted siding and decks and the list goes on. A lot of these things you don’t realize till you move in and I realized how kept up and remodeled Highgrove was in comparison. You pay for quality and the price point Highgrove charges may be a little above others, but is definitely worth it as well as clean and spacious and amazing amenities.
