Very friendly and do an excellent job. Have gotten my nails done and filled a few times and each time they did not peel, lift or crack. The shaping is phenomenal, non of that bulky bulging center. Such nice staff and did I mention they do an excellent job?

The folks here are friendly, warm and have a real attention to the work they do.My wife has had acrylic nails for twenty years ... in that time, tried more than several salons. I think theyve earned a loyal customer . Been going there just over a year, and never failed ... not one broken or loose nail, impressive ! Thats 5 star service.

So glad this place was recommended to me on facebook. Not only was it wonderful, but it turns out that the nail place next to winco on barger has been doing my nails wrong and there was huge air bubbles in my acrylic fills that could have caused fungus. She fixed me up 🤗♥️I paid more than im used to for a fill but definitely worth it for the quality.I will be going back 👍

I have never had a pedicure where there was no attempt to deal with calluses on my heals and big toe. The sanitation was shoddy as well.

A good choice if you are looking for a clean and friendly location. Mimi and Daniel both do such a good job! They take their time and their work is very clean and neat. If you call they will always do their best to fit you in. Grateful to have such a nice place to do my nails close to home.

Mimi is a master at her craft! Her application and nail shaping is the best work Ive ever experienced here in Eugene. I was referred to her by a friend and she didnt disappoint!!

I literally love this place. They are so nice. So gentle with your nails but have very good paint jobs and I love Mimi she’s so good at painting and taking her time. My friend that I go with every time got her nails chipped at work and mimi completely fixed them for free. overall great place highly recommend!!

I got a new set of acrylics last Friday(something I havent had in about a year.) Everything seemed to be okay, the next day a tiny bit of the acrylic on one nail chipped off. Okay, irritating but not the biggest deal in the world. Well today, I was taking a shower and noticed that the acrylic was moveable (I could squish it and move it with my fingers) I have never had a set of acrylics do this to me ever. I paid $53 plus tip for this set and am not impressed at all. A set should last more than 6 days, especially at that cost. I will be calling tomorrow to see if they will remedy this situation and will update.UPDATE: Went in to see if theyd at least give me a partial refund. No such luck. Very rude and unprofessional about it too. Would not recommend going here. Youll end up paying double because you have to get them fixed somewhere else.

I love coming here so much. i’ve gone to a good amount of nail salons and this one is by far the best. i leave incredibly happy with my nails every time. the prices are good, the people are great, and the nails are fantastic.

I made an appointment with a friend at 12:30 and they asked if Id like to go at the same time or back to back, I said same time. 45 minutes after the appointment, I was still sitting waiting to be acknowledged:( I wont go back!

Cant give more then that, had an appointment and of course on time but the wait was crazy. Sitting there watching one guy jump between two women, trying to finish as fast as he can so I dont wait. Just told them to take care of their clients and left. Found another place that got me in. Just needed an over due manicure. Im sure this place is great from some of the reviews...

My favorite and preferred location. Owners are professional and efficient. Their services are often booked up which is always a good sign. I call ahead of time to schedule services. Nails always on point . Very satisfied customer

Always get my nails done here. They do a great job and very nice,gentle and always try to get u in the same day if u call. They also accept walk ins.

The woman doing my nails placed four nails crooked, when I asked her to fix it all she did was file one of the nails which obviously did absolutely nothing. I had to ask her to go back and properly glue two of my nails. The polish doesn’t even go up to my cuticle, it took a ridiculous amount of time. they tried overcharging me for two separate items I did not request. Overall I wouldn’t NOT recommend and am never going back

Mimi is fantastic. Her English is good, and unlike so many of the other salons owned and run by Koreans the customer service is great. Theyre fast & personable. Mimi is a perfectionist and fast as lightning. Ive been a loyal customer for over 8 years.

This place is great. I go and see Jessica. She has been doing my pedicure for 3 or 4 years now. Has so so many choices for my toes. Oregon duck ones are the best. Love you Jessica.

I walked in on 8/21/18 for the first time. No customers and 3 staff lounging on sofas playing on their phones. Not a good impression. I was greeted courteously by one man, and chose color for my pedicure. As is my custom, I checked the bathroom first. The toilet looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a month, and dirty cleaning cloths were drying on the handicap handrails. YUCK!!! If they dont pay attention to simple things like this, Im not going to risk an infection by having a pedicure!. I then pointed out the problems and said Im not staying. The manager proceeded to cuss me out and escorted me to the door saying, Get the F... out. NO PROBLEM. Never going there again.

I have been going here for over 10 years. Found this place near our home. They are amazing at the final touches: tapers nail fill so it’s a smooth edge from fill to nailbed. My husband and I enjoys their spa pedicures too, so pampered. Convinced husband hto go after a long day of golf, now we have regular appointments.

They lied about price.you know how they lied. I called a head of time and I asked how much acrylic set r. They said 35. I come in get a set done. Im about to be done and they said ok 40. I said I thought they were 35. I called and asked. Then the guy said oh we raised the price and that was all after I told them there were great. And I was a good customer for so long and how they havent seen me in a long time. Well thats bullshit.im never coming here again. And ima tell all my friends . But peace

20 plus years. Tried others, none were as good or thorough.

Generally are good, however when I asked to have my acrylics removed, they pried them off my nails with tools and I was physically recoiling in pain from it.

Best nail salon in town! Been going here on and off for 10 years. Nails are tough and will last all month long never breaking! ;)

The tools used on your nails are covered in previous person(s) nail dust. Looks like they do not clean their tools. Just think, everyone that they nick a nail bed, that person blood is on these tools. If that person has a blood disease, it can be transferred to you.While I was getting a fill, another person was getting s pedicure from another technician. After the customer was done, I watch this tech take the used dirty towels over to the sink, the one that you wash your hand in after your manicure, and proceeded to rinse them off, ring them out, rerole and put the dirty towels back into the warmer.

I called before I went Ive to make sure they could use water stickers and they said yes I even repeated myself and they said yes. It turns out they knew nothing about water stickers and they Gave me a horrible Polish afterwards and wasted a set of stickers I had bought myself.... very bad service
