Gina was very nice, talkative, and gentle in applying the nails. Her salon is clean and so are her products. However, I believe the nails are not worth the price, nor the time. I’ve attached photos of what my friend and I got, versus what we wanted.Do not trust the images from this salon that are shown on google! Look at the salon’s Facebook page. I went with my friend yesterday, and Gina (the new owner) did our nails. She told us that the salon was rated the best in eugene a year or two ago, and that the salon specializes in nail art. In my opinion, this seems misleading. It seems to me that Gina just started doing nails recently, and I think she bought the salon recently.My friend and I each got a full set; it took Gina FOUR HOURS to do two full sets! These nails are not detailed. I got a French manicure and my friend had simple nail art done. My friend’s full set looks nothing like her reference photo, and my French manicure is lumpy, and has bubbles in it. She charged us $100 each! It’s the most expensive full set I’ve ever had, so I got it with the understanding that I would be getting the nail design style that is shown in the images on google. Instead, I got nails that I could’ve paid a lower price for at another salon and been done in half the time.

Gina is great! Shes been taking care of my nails, pedicures and waxing for several years now. Just love her.

I have been with Cicile since before she came to Lacquered Up. Joining this team has been one of the best things for her and her clientele, I think. All the ladies of the Lacquered Up team are awesome and so very talented. I dont know of anyone who has walked away from their appointments unhappy. I know that I havent. As much as I love Cicile, if it came down to it and I was unable to see her, has only happened once, I would not hesitate to book with any of the other ladies. They are all very awesome and Cayla only hires the best and the best fitting for the salon. Love, Love, Love this place and will never go anywhere else.

I love Lacquered up. I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 15 I’m 27 now and Cayla is the absolute best nail tech I’ve ever had do my nails she is creative and is always down to try new designs. I’ve received services from Haley as well she is hilarious and does fantastic waxing (she does lovely nails as well). The salon has a wonderful laid back atmosphere. I moved to Vegas 3 months ago and i still have yet to find a nail salon I love as much as Lacquered up. With out a doubt check it out. 💜

I have been going to Lacquered Up since they opened! It’s the only place I like to go to get my nails done because all the girls there are so sweet and talented! I always leave my my nails looking perfect! I can’t recommend them enough.

Went in for my first ever waxing (other than brows) and found Hailey to be amazing. She made the whole experience calm and comfortable. Will be going again to see this awesome lady!

Cayla has been my nail artist for well over a year and she’s never disappointed me. She can do absolutely anything. ANYTHING. I constantly get compliments everywhere I go. I couldn’t imagine getting my nails done anywhere else. She’s very fast and efficient. Not only is she my nail lady but she has also become a friend. I always feel valued here. What I love about my nails even more is that she shapes the acrylic herself and doesn’t use fake nail press ons like many generic nail salons. Very high quality nails. I would absolutely recommend going here.

First time coming in and Im glad I booked a full set with Taylor! She is super sweet, has great conversation, and makes sure you are comfortable. She went beyond from what I came in wanting and let me leave with an upgraded nail set. Thank you for having such a great nail technician at your business!

My new favorite place. Spent 10 years with my last nail person and never thought Id find another at that caliber.I was wrong! There is a reason why you have to make an appointment.... because these ladies are worth booking!

I tried cancelling my appointment BEFORE the 24 hr mark via multiple different methods of contact the nail tech LISTED on the scheduling app, and I was still charged for missing the appointment even tho i contacted her before 24 hours, and the lady was not helpful whatsoever. very very disappointed.

I only gave one star because I called for an appointment, the girl said she would get back to me and she never did. I will change/edit my review if I ever get in for an appointment.

Came in yesterday to fix my nails as they were grown out, needed filled and I wanted to test drive a nail design for my upcoming wedding. Steph was ama,king, super friendly, and my nails look beautiful! Ill for sure be back and will refer to her over and over!

I’ve been going to Cayla for 4 years and have never had a set of nails I did not absolutely love, she does magic! Love the salon atmosphere and all the ladies that work there are very nice.
