I went there yesterday morning. The place is beautiful and she did an amazing job on my nails. She wasnt rough and she finished fast.Excellent service

Jennie never finished my pedicure. Charged extra for nail polish on toes that was suppose to last. Looked down today and big toe nail polish was completely gone on right foot. Same foot that was not done and finished will never go there again but will be stopping in there tomorrow without calling. Yeah she even gave me a 5.00 discount on 85.00 I was charged last a pptmentWent there for yrs. Stopped going because after I would get home different lighting. WOULDNT notice how awful they were done. I will make sure if other custermers are in they I will show them and make sure I am heard. I feel I have been treated poorly because I have asked for her and not man that works with her. Because in past he would be the one to not do as I wanted and would be charged for. Plus haveing to pay before they would even begin. Yes. 1 time and 1 time only. Tomorrow. Not leaveing until I am compensated for 75.00 i was charge. No matter what am going to call and put in complaintLike I have thought about doing for yrs. PERFECT NAILS ARE RIP OFFS. DONT CARE WHO SEES THIS...

Really great service, the husband and wife team are very kind and talented. I had a mani and pedi. They were very fast too., and cheaper than other places iv been.

This place was BY FAR my worst experience. these people were so rude. the lady doing my nails was answering phone call after phone call not even paying attention to me nails. she messed them all up they are all so bumpy and i asked for coffin and it looked like a square. And don’t get me started on the place it was a mess there were boxes everywhere and it was just dirty and this guy was walking around with his shoes off and i just found it revolting. sorry but this was the worst day.

Steven usually does my nails but lately they have been rushing and careless. The last 2 times my nails were super thick. The very last time I was filled, it still looked like I needed a fill because it wasnt filled or painted all the way back. I decided to use a different salon for my last fill and had to have most of the acrylic removed because they had been filled with huge air bubbles in the acrylic that could have caused a fungus. I think Im going to take a break from this one for a while sadly.Ive been going here with my daughters every 3-4 weeks for almost a year now. Hopefully they improve in the future so I can maybe give them another try

I went in for a full set the guy was kind but my nails look like they need a full. So I called to see if they could fix them and the lady was so rude. She then hung up on me while I was trying to figure out a good time to go in.I am extremely disappointed. Ive gone there many times before for my toes and I never had a problem untill today. I will no longer do business with them....

The last two times I went here for a gel manicure they seemed to rush to get me out. Ive never had a manicure completed in so little time and you can tell. My gel polish is already chipping less than a day later. They used to do a great job here but now seem to care less about quality and customers and more rushing about you through. Prices are also inconsistent.

I have type 2 diabetes. It is a must to have my feet clean and not to get hangnails. I went into Perfect nails today again. And Jenny one of the owners operated on my nails today. The lady did an amazing job! My nails looked so good that two weeks after they had been done someone asked if I had just got them done, but I wasnt very happy that I was told one price on the phone by her husband and then she charged me $10 more than what he had told me and I didnt get any extras or gel or anything like that and when asked she said that his price might be different than her price... Also I was not very happy with their cleanliness, she used a very old looking used nail file on me and when she was using the big puffy brush to brush off my nails she would brush a little and then stop and use it to brush off her work area and idk if that area was cleaned after the last person so that didnt make me very happy! Also she was a bit rough with me while doing my nails she kept using her thumb nail to push in my around my fingers and cuticles and she was doing it pretty hard it was hurting and each time after she would do it she would ask me if it hurt and I would tell her yes and then she would repeat that with every nail, it was a bit irritating and frustrating! Aside from that I absolutely loved my nails and it was definitely worth the money, Im up in the air on whether I will go back again and try one more time because the work was great!

My nails look great afterwards but the service was terrible. I didn’t get what i wanted because they “didn’t do it.” I asked for regular acrylic nails with a matte top coat and one accent nail with only glitter sprinkled on top. The lady was extremely rude although i was trying to reason with her, she told me i could even leave so i settled for just matte. Will not go back.

I have been going to Jenny the owner for about 8 years. My I have never had a nail lift, break or pop off on its own. Only due to my own damage of being rough on my nails. She is always quick and very good. Her husband does the best pedicures in town for good prices. I love them and everyone always comment how amazing my nails are!

Was seriously over charged. My nails were super thick. Didnt even touch my cuticals. Took my niece there. She cut my niece and me both. My nieces pedicure was awful. Needed at least another coat. My nails are seriously destroyed. Just went to another nail place and still have seriously tender nails. Im missing a quarter of my thumbnail on the side. My actual nail.... Totally skipped out on the hand massage too. I just went to diamond nails. She fixed me up so good and was so nice for almost half the price. Not to mention my nails werent fully on the other nails which is a huge health violation.

This was one of the most unpleasant nail salons I have ever been too. The couple that runs it are beyond rude and cut corners to save money. They do not properly sanitize tools. They used a pumice stone on my feet that had been used on other clients! Gross! It is against state regulations to reuse tools and not sterilize! STEER CLEAR!Also, Jenny cut me repeatedly while doing my full set she kept hurting me and basically told me to shut up when I said something

I walked in to see if I can get my nails done and she wouldn’t let me get a word in edgewise and was extremely rude to me in front of her customers, I had to walk out. I am clueless how she’s in business

Went in to have 1 fingernail repaired just 1!, The lady who was there didnt even look at my nail didnt offer me any type of time frame she could fix it just was told she didnt have time! Mind you it was 40 minutes before closing, but still it was just 1 nail, and she was in the middle of a pedi. I know it sounds petty but thats their job. You would think she could have at least looked at it.

Steven takes care of my mani/pedi and does a great job. He takes his time and pays attention to the details. My nails are neatly trimmed and nail polish is applied expertly and the foot massage included in the service is excellent and very relaxing. This salon has a large selection of nail polish colors and is clean and well organised. Price is very good for how much time and attention to detail is provided.All employees speak English well and are polite and nice.My all time favorite place for manicure/pedicure.

Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had at a salon. The man doing my nails ignored me the entire time and spoke no English. The woman there had to translate everything between us and eventually had to take over because he did suck a terrible job. The woman then refused to give me the fake nails Id made an appointment for, never going back.

Only place i go! They dont speak a lot of english but they (her and husband) get the perfect shape and never nic my skin and my nails are never sore

Had the worst experience of my life. Came in for a new set of acrylic nails, Jenny did not soak my nails to remove them. Instead she shoved the cuticle cutters under my acrylic nails and was removing them by just ripping them off with the cutters. It was the worse pain Ive ever had getting my nails removed, I kept telling Jenny she was hurting me and she told me youre okay. On my left thumb she was having a hard time removing the acrylic, I kept telling her it was hurting really really bad, she continued to remove the acrylic my shoving the cuticle cutter between my nail and the acrylic nail. When the nail was about 3/4 of the way removed I notice that the right side of my nail was bleeding, Jenny had split my nail in the middle of my nail bed starting half way in my nail going all the way to the right side! I told her that I did not want to put a new set on my nails now that I had an open wound. Jenny told me It will be okay, I will put glue over it before I put on the acrylic I had to tell her four times that I was not going to get a new set. Jenny kept telling me it would be okay. I finally had to say Jenny, I am not going to put anything on my nails now that I have an open wound, I have had a nail infection before. After I said this Jenny became very rude and started to tell me that it would be $12 for the nail removal, she repeated the price about four or five times very rudely. She didnt shape my nails or even try to be polite or empathetic. All of my nails have sharp corners and look butchered. At the end Jenny said $12 I responded You are seriously going to make me pay after you split my nail?! Jenny told me Yes $12 I advise anyone thinking of going to this nail salon to go else where, they are over priced and rude. I cannot believe I was treated this way, I have never had such bad service before.
