Beauty Nails has some of the best customer service I have ever received. My nail technician was wonderful; I showed her my design and she helped me pick the color and she interpreted her own twist with it! She took her time and you could tell she really takes pride in her work!The studio itself is bright, airy and clean! They do ask for verification of vaccine which I love- it makes you feel safe and secure and the whole team is wearing masks.If I were ever to be stuck in Eugene for the day and need a place to do my nails or other beauty services, I definitely will come back!

I love this place so much. Im always a little nervous to do nail art because a lot of nail technicians Ive been to arent very careful with their work, and as a result, the art itself doesnt look great. The nail technicians here did an amazing job, and the owner, was so great about helping me select colors (I was literally so indecisive and she helped me pick out the perfect colors for my mani!). She is always os genuinely kind and you can tell she loves what she does here! By far my favorite manicure spot in the city.

An elegant, clean space, Beauty Nails--for me--is nestled into the sweet spot of nail salons: it wont break the bank and the space is not just sanitary, but inviting and elegant. A perfect spot for a post-work mani/pedi sesh. Or a whenever mani-pedi sesh.Everything is clean, luminous, well--dare I say--manicured? Basically, youve feel like youre in good hands soon after walking in.The other reason I figure my polish has stayed put so nicely is the flawless job done by the nail technician I was matched with. While you can make appointments here, I happened to walk in when a few stations were free, and I didnt yet know that my technician was in high demand. We had a lovely conversation *and* she did a beautiful job. Quite possibly the best Ive had to date. Ive been trying out different salons in different neighborhoods and so far, Beauty Nails holds the top spot for me.

My first nail salon experience in Eugene and man, it did not disappoint. Got a full set and it was BEAUTIFUL, also great value. Having been getting fills/polish changes since and I am 100% pleased everytime. All technicians are extremely careful, precise, and creative. Endless possibilities with what they can do. Great experience! I got a mani and pedi done there as a first time visitor on 4/16. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure and both are STILL in great condition (growing out of course but only a tiny chip). Ive been in the hot tub, helped a friend moved, and have been active and I cant believe how great they still look. Found my new spot for sure.

My feet were straight garbage. I walked in and they did magic!

I got a regular manicure. The tech was very rough when he was pushing back my cuticles and when he was trimming them he nipped one enough that I yelped. It bled a tiny bit. Didn’t spoil the manicure (which was average). But I doubt that I will be going back there.

Great new nail salon! Very modern, chic and clean inside. Techncian was friendly and very professional. She gave me exactly what I asked for, loving my nails! I got coffin shape acrylics and they are perfectly shaped and super thin but still strong. Definitely looking forward to returning for my fill.

This nail salon is so great that Ive become a loyal client despite it being out of the way from both my home and work.I typically walk in on weekday afternoons for gel manicures/gel pedicures and even though the salon is busy, they staff enough techs to accommodate walk ins like me each time. Ive always had different nail techs and while all of them have been great.

I absolutely love this place. They always execute my vision flawlessly and check in frequently to make sure Imgetting the length and shape I want. Before I started coming here my pinky acrylics (I have small nails) would ALWAYS fall off... that has never happened here! Very well priced for the quality.

My Mom had been going to herefor years and shes always pleased with her nails. One thing I dont like when going to other places is that you hardly ever have any interaction (talking) with your nail tech. Not that type of atmosphere here I loved my whole experience, and will definitely be back.

This salon offered great customer service and the lady took her time to take care of my nails. She was so meticulous. She worked fast but efficient on my nails. The peach color I selected combined with black lines and some rhinestones on thumb nails and glitter gel combined with her design look beautiful. She followed my request and I really like her personalities. The place was so clean with no chemical smell. Everybody here is so sweet and good communication. That was awesome!!!

I went to Beauty Nails with two of my girlfriends because it was one of the few places that we could get our nails done after work. We had an AMAZING experience!They took us three on so quickly. I got a Mani and pedicure. One of my friends got a dip mani. All of our nails turned out amazing and we left feeling super relaxed and happy!Personally, I had never gotten a dip mani before...but I think it might be my new go to. It looks amazing - they did so good at shaping and keeping the coats thin so it looks natural and beautiful. Thanks so much!

They are so nice and always make sure to see me quickly. I have been here only a couple times but they remembered me immediately and do a fantastic job. I get acrylics done by them and theyre very careful because I have super sensitive nails which is really thoughtful. I cant imagine going to a different place!

Really good . I asked her for marble design full set on my natural long nails. She did everything so patiently and nicely. She asked me on every step that iam I liking it or not. Really nice manicure, with hand massage on my arms, hands and back. Iam very happy with my nails.

Went in for a pedicure. I’m 30 weeks pregnant and have my baby shower coming up. The deluxe pedicure was well worth the price. They do a lot of massaging, lotions, exfoliating, and sit you in a massage chair that you can control while they do everything. Would definitely recommend.

The prices here are really affordable! Not only that but you get what you pay for! My manicure came out looking amazing! The nail tech did such a wonderful job! Didnt cut me once! Nor did she mess up at all! Everything she did was flawless! Sucks I cant bring the salon back home! I highly recommend anyone living in the area to come here to get your manicure done! Every time I get my nails done here without fail they fall off and or break within a day or two, they do fix it for free but they just break off again that same week. The people are nice and the price is decent just not very good quality.

My husband and I came in on my birthday and, besides shape, I had NO idea what I wanted. The girl took over and did an AMAZING job on my nails! I love them and Ive gotten so many compliments on them! Had my nails done 3 weeks ago and within a week, almost every nail had either cracked in half, broken, or lifted up. Ive been getting my nails done for years, and decided to try somewhere new and in a better location. Definitely will not be back. I ended up going to a different place today and had to pay $50 to have them removed and a new full set put on. At least they look good now, but too bad Im out the $40 I spent having them done here.

They really do extra step to make everyone feel comfortable and relaxed. Staff is meticulous with her work and never deviated from what i ask for. I love this place and recommend it to anyone looking for quality service!

I asked for rounded nails, she did square ones.I asked for her to please round them off a bit, she did not.I asked for long nails, she told me I shouldnt have long nails.She added: Long nails are dangerous, you can hurt yourself.So she gave me short nails.I asked for gold polish on one nail on each hand, she painted them sparkly silver.and so on...Not one nails is the same length,and worse...they are all uneven!!A few nails looks really really slanted.I think she just didnt know how to do sculpted nails,plus she was stressed and eager to get to the next customer who seems to be her friend.But yes, fastest nail service I ever got ... ever!Worst experience ever!!Oh and yes, of course she filed my skin so I bled some too.

My wedding was coming up, at a location in Eugene, but I live in Salem. I looked up local nail salons online and saw this business had stable ratings. I took a chance and tested it out 3 weeks before the big day. I would say the first set (of fake gels) werent what I expected, but once they knew my next appointment was for something special they did even better work. The end result, three days before the wedding, was great and what I had wanted. I went into the wedding even more confident about my nails. I would recommend to local friends who have special occasions in the horizon!

Tony is great, Ive been a fan of this place for years. Its a comfortable space with massage chairs if your having a pedi. Prices are reasonable & Im always leaving with pretty feet.

My best friend and I went here for the first time about 2 weeks ago, At first I loved my set of nails they were all even and the shape was perfect but the next day the polish started chipping and two nails started lifting. My best friend had a completely different experience, when she got hers done they were all different shapes and sizes and thicknesses.. The polish was see through and started chipping the next day. They were bad enough that she had to go get them re-done at nail la belle in Valley River.Waste of time and money.

The guy who did my nails was slightly rude. He cute my toes way to short and when he did my nails he was so rough with my cuticles that I started bleeding. It was so bad some even mixed in while he was painting them but instead of re doing my nail, he just painted over it. Would have had a better time staying home and painting them myself. Would not recommend.

Came in to get a full set, and was happy to find they took walk-ins. Left with two badly cut fingers and an overall terrible experience. Make sure to read Yelp reviews about this salon before trusting the other Google reviews here. It seems that a few others have had the same experience I had.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the second worst set of nails Ive ever had done. They were rude and tried to over charge me. When I requested them fix a nail that had snapped off just a few days after them being done, they were nice on the phone and rude in person tried to get me to pay for fix tho they said free on the phone because it was their mess up. They obviously didnt put the glue on nail part on right, or they wouldnt of kept snapping under no pressure right along the glued on nail part. Go to tips and toes in river road. They will do a wonderful job everytime.

I’ve been getting my nails done for about 7 months now.I dealt with a few breaks here and there. But over all most of the original tips from my first set back in October were still in tact until 1 or so weeks ago when I went in here, normally I go here for a fill and it’s perfectly fine. While I asked for just a fill and one fix the nail tech proceeded to take a few of my nails off, I saw no problem they were pretty old so I wasn’t too upset. But every single nail he took off and replaced has snapped off out of nowhere. I’ve gone in at least 2 times since this fill for fixes, but I get the same guy every time who is way too into his phone to not pay attention to what he’s doing. I now have 3 broken nails that happened in the last two days from pulling the lace of my shoes and basic stuff like that. Needless to say, I’m absolutely infuriated, I don’t go to get my nails done to have to go in 3 more times the same week to have them fixed.

I have Cerebral Palsy(CP) its challenging to keep my point. I recently moved to South Eugene and needed a place that didnt brake the bank. I saw Beauty Nails before and thought I would try it out. They were outstanding for their Customer Service. The prices were reasonable. They are really accessable for all people as well.

Made a appointment for my daughter and myself for full sets. The guy that did mine kept checking his phone so much that when he was painting them he dropped the bottle of nail polish and it got all over the leg of my nice pants. My daughters nails looked like a toddler did them and the guy that did hers cut her at least 5 times. Not a apology and not even a offer of a discount for my ruined pants. NEVER GO HERE. 3 days later, nails are now just popping off. Awesome waste of moneySeriously?? You think Id come back and spend more of my hard earned money at your place when the first time wasnt even worth $2?? Ya no.

Got acrylics today. Not happy what so ever. She kept hurting me because she was in such a hurry. My nails turned out crooked. She also drilled a huge hole in my acrylic and never fixed it. Then she had the nerve to tell me to tip her....

They are friendly, meticulous, attentive, and they give the BEST leg and foot massage in town. After trying all of the high priced salons and getting dissappointed, I never go anywhere else!!!

Theyre awful. I got mani pedi and they hardly scrubbed my feet, didnt shape my nails, awful paint job. For my mani they just kept messing up and honestly I couldve done a better job. Dont waste your money and go there.

I made two appointments for mani pedis but when I got there they were frustrated that we were doing both because there were a lot of walk ins so nails were rushed. Nails were messy and had bubbles in them and cracks. Some nails are rounded and others are square. Staff seemed frustrated and came off as slightly rude.

Beware...new owners...would not recommend

Find somewhere else to go to these people try to push you out the door as soon as possible. I didnt feel like I got my moneys worth and they werent tentative after they pushed me out of the seat and put someone else there.
