Emma did an incredible job on my hair! She did everything to it that I didn’t even know I wanted. It was a super reasonable price for all the services I got. My hair has never been softer and healthier than when I left. Emma was super friendly and personable so it made it easy to chat with! Comfortable environment and they use great products. I would recommend this place and would go back!

I went here after I bleached my hair and half of it fell out leaving me with bad color and only 3 to 4 inches of hair left. It was a really terrible day for me. The staff there were all very friendly and willing to help. They fit me into the schedule as a new client the same day and they did an amazing job fixing my hair and making me feel pretty again. I worked with ally and she was super sweet and went out of her way to make me feel better about the situation I put myself in. My hair turned out looking great and I am going to go back here every time from now on. Here is some before and after pictures of the hair. They did amazing.

I also haven’t had anything done minus a really poor box diy deal where I went way to dark then Decided to cut my own bangs 😬😬 Elizabeth was so sweet and welcoming and a really knowledgeable stylist. I was a first time client and saw Alissa. She did an excellent job. She was a great listener. I brought in a few photos to show her the look I was going for, which included bangs, and she helped me make the right length choices for me and my hair type. After the initial cut I told her I forgot to ask for some face framing pieces to fall down when my hair is up. I showed her another picture, and she nailed exactly what I was looking for. She even took the time to teach me how to style the bangs correctly. The salon was very clean and everyone was wearing a mask. I appreciated the care for our safety during this time.

A freaking mazing!!!!!! They took my half dark brown from roots to bleach blonde halfway to the ends, into a beautiful ash blonde! In 2 hours! It was a great experience...Lisa Wildman did NOT FRY my hair and put the extra care into the whole experience and make me feel relaxed and comfortable and took a really really stressful day, week, month, YEAR, and actually genuinely relaxed me to laughing by the end of it.

I just dyed my hair for the first time in over ten years. Cheri did an amazing balayage and took my boring brown hair to a gorgeous caramel. I went in to Hair Studio 408 with 4 inch roots and an at home quarentine hair cut that desperately needed to be evened out. Not to mention the mid length to ends of my hair were several shades different than the rest! I had not been to a salon since the beginning of February and it showed. Allisa did an amazing job and I literally left with perfect hair. She was able to fix my at home haircut while keeping the length I wanted. She took care of the dark root situation and toned my hair to be all one shade. Allisa went above and beyond to make my hair exactly how I wanted it. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Hands down the best salon I’ve ever been to!! I have a lot of hair that usually takes all day to do and they were able to cut my time in half with amazing results! Definitely recommend and will be going back regularly.

I recently learned that she returned to Eugene and is the owner of Studio 408.I booked an appointment and Elizabeth cut my hair today. It feels like coming home! I have missed her skilled technique!The studio is lovely, clean, with plenty of parking, and exceptional professionals. You will not be sorry!

I have been going to this salon for over 8 years. It has changed owners in the last year or two? My favorite stylist left (luckily, I followed her). The current owners have done a nice job of transforming the look of the space, but they have not done much to retain highly qualified stylists.

Davina does a wonderful nail job however the lady who works with her allowed a customer with a serious cold sit next to me for an hour, coughing away. That mask didnt protect me from getting sick. Suffering since Saturday with more days to go. Not happy.

I have been going to this establishment for years and have an amazing hair stylist there (5 stars for this) ! So I thought I would try them for an eyebrow wax. They booked me with a hairstylist who also does waxing. I never should have made this appointment since she made my eyebrows uneven and waxed a whole in one so I now have a missing gap in one of my eyebrows. :(Dont go there if you dont know who you are going to or have not had a recommendation for a specific person.

Courtney is a magician with the haircut. Ive never been as consistently happy with my haircuts as I am with her. She is responsive to what I want, including not wanting a bunch of product in my hair, and a friend with thinner, trickier hair also loves her work. Highly recommend her.

I absolutely love this salon! The style of the salon itself is super beautiful and inviting, and all of the hair stylists are super sweet! I see Cheri specifically and she has magical hands! I started seeing her back in April. I came in with black box dye and mentioned to her that I wanted platinum blonde. Even though that’s a difficult and long process we both decided to go through with it and to this day I’m still on that journey and she’s been working wonders! I couldn’t love my hair more. I always look forward to my appointments!

I had a job interview that required me to search for a last minute hair cut and styling. Lisa Wildman was kind enough to squeeze me in with minimal notice and had me looking phenomenal for my interview. I absolutely fell in love with the hair style that she crafted using only two photos and a very poor explanation I provided her. A couple of days later I felt frustrated I couldnt replicate the style Lisa had sent me away with and with a simple call Lisa agreed to walk me through the styling process in the studio the next day, and even gave me a little touch up, free of charge. I went into this studio two months prior to plan out dying my hair blue and upon showing up decided to dye it pink! There was no problem with the switch. I’d never dyed my hair before and my worries were quickly put at ease. It was explained to me the difference between bleaching dark hair like mine and then just applying dye. Despite having used a boxed product in the past the skilled stylist Alyssa was able to achieve the vibrant lustrous color I wanted.The front end treated me to tea and cookies while I waited my turn and for things to get prepped: the entire atmosphere warm and welcoming. I especially felt welcome because when I let them know I had a service dog there was no access issues (which is a big deal for me because often places claim requirements that don’t exist by law.) They were prepared to allow my service dog but she ended up staying home due to sickness. Because of this I was a little nervous going without even though I didn’t live far away at all and would be home after my appointment.I was advised on several products to care for my hair and how to keep the color lasting. Alyssa was very friendly, cheerful, charismatic, and patient with my innumerable questions.I had my hair done January 2nd and waited this long to show just how amazing my hair still looks a month later.I would highly recommend this stylist and will be returning to make this place my regular go to salon. Im from NC so looking for a hair stylist was on the check list. I am so happy I found hair studio 408. Allisa was who I saw for color and cut. OMG I absolutely love my hair! I did a midnight purple color and she helped to cut my hair so that it frames my face perfectly. Yes I even get bangs! I feel like me again and I will keep seeing Allisa. I definitely got lucky finding this place very clean, well lit, and eveyone was very kind.

I wouldnt trust anyone but Studio 408, Its amazing! Elizabeth has cut my bangs, Cut 15 inches of my hair off, and she has dyed my hair silver, Its all turned out phenomenal!!!

I picked this salon based on reviews but this place was just awful. I just moved here to Oregon and needed a stylist. I had gone to another place in Eugene several weeks before and didn’t like the cut I got. So I decided to give this place a try. Big mistake! I am willing to pay good money for my hair and prefer higher end salons. This place looked nice inside but their clientele should have been a dead giveaway. It was mostly old men who looked like farmers and their wives were with them. I felt in my gut immediately that I picked the wrong place and I should have walked out but I didn’t. The “stylist “ I chose based on reviews first asked if my part looked good but I told her it was crooked. A good hairdresser wouldn’t have to ask and they wouldn’t make it crooked. Then I asked for very light layers for my shoulder length hair. When she was done one side was much longer than the other. I had to have her correct it TWICE!!! And it still looked totally hacked up. I had to stop because the more she chopped the longer I’d have to wait for it to grow out in order to get it fixed. It’s so uneven and crappy looking I’m going to have to tweak my style daily to hide this hack job. Ladies, do not come to this salon if you love your hair. Trust me!!!

DO NOT GO FOR HAIR COLORING!!! my first appointment with this studio was decent and pretty good. the balayage was toooo white, and had orange streaks here and there but other than that, fine. Then, I booked an appointment specifically for all aLllllllll blonde hair. that means no brown anywhere so we did not ask for highlights or balayage and we were very clear when describing this to Elizabeth. when we went in, we were clear with the color and showed pictures. She seemed like she agreed and understood the color we requested. Instead, she did almost nothing to the current grown out balayage, and made it much worse leaving so much brown in. be careful if you want all blonde hair when arranging an appointment with elizabeth!

My whole family has been going to Oona for many, many years. When I first met Oona, my youngest was a toddler (and she did a great job of cutting his hair). My oldest is now in college, and gets weaves regularly. All the employees are friendly, and the salon is clean and professional. Well be going here for years to come.

First off I want to say I don’t normally write reviews about a place but I felt I should share this. I went to this salon yesterday to get a my hair done and the stylist totally did a different style then I asked for. I showed the stylist a picture of the style I was wanting, wanted to keep the length of my hair, wanted to add very small amount of layers longer layers, and a little bit of a sweeping bangs to the side. I ended up leaving with layers that were up to my neck they were completely unever layers, no bangs, and she curled my hair with my natural curls because she love my natural curls looked which was not what I had shown her in the picture. I ended up leaving there calling another studio of a different ( Hair Salon) going there and having them to have to shorten my hair even all the layers and give me my supreme beings that I asked for. So now I have shorter hair than I wanted. Again I hate complaining I am not a complainer but I felt I needed to share what my experience was at this hair studio.

I had a great experience with Cheri. I got a wash and trim and she made my bangs perfect, plus she curled my hair too!
