Opposite of stellar. No matter how desperate you are, do not do it. Living in car is better. You will regret it and will pay in emotional and financial and rental history pain. When you read this review, you will know who you are that I’m writing about. You are evil to the core and there is no excuse for the turmoil you have caused so many people over the years. Your life is in shambles and you walk on the dark side because you are in the dark.
Probably one of the worst place to live. They raise your rent EVERY year 100$. The staff are rude and they literally do not care about you! I’d you have a maintenance emergency say a dishwasher flooding your kitchen they will tell you to wash dishes in bathroom. The man on the phone hung up on me. They sprayed our garden for the past two years an killed all our veggies. Please for the love of lord live in a box. This place is horrid!
Thank You! This company recently took over Heron Meadows Apartments and I couldnt be more pleased. Management has been super helpful and very responsive. I had a number of challenges over the months and they handled everything very professionally. And the apartments themselves are quite nice. I highly recommend.
Do not rent from these crooks. Now that umbrella has taken over Heron Meadows it’s gone to hell. We lived there for 3 years and after moving out are trying to charge for carpet replacement and nickel and dime us for other wear and tear issue. Plus they don’t do anything about the homeless going through the trash and breaking into cars. The hot tub and pool are always disgusting and never cleaned. The staff are rude and disrespectful.
I currently live here, its alright, but theres lots of noise
Worst place in Springfield to live
Why are you raising rents during a pandemic and 25% unemployment? I wonder if the local media knows about this shameful behavior.
My friends been renting from them and just found out his rent is being raised. In a pandemic. He got laid off and can barely afford rent as is. Everyone is going through an extremely difficult time right now and these guys couldn’t care less. Don’t rent from a company that will raise your rent in the middle of a world wide pandemic. Bad business practices and bad people.
It takes especially terrible kind of people to raise rent when loads of their tenants are out of work during a pandemic. Worst.
Extremely rude staff. Went in to ask questions about a rental and she told me most people just figure it out online. Okay, well there were no pictures of the duplex available. She also told me to go tot he website and look, even though the website is not up to date - so defeated the whole purpose. Not a way to get renters. Extremely rude. Did not want to help me.
I dont ĺìke that the gate is locked out at 8:pm
Over priced for the outdated apartments and the price goes up $50-100 each year. Maintenance is good though with them showing up quickly.
Raising peoples rent during a pandemic and statewide stay-at-home order (and subsequent recession) is not nice
I love them best place to help you with a comfortable place to live
Wish I could give negative stars. Stay clear of this company
Can’t say much about the main office people but the apartment manager Susan collett at Southtown was awesome. I lived above her and she rarely complained about the weird stuff I did.
This is the worst place ive ever had to deal with. Mean management and lazy maintenance. Stay clear of this place.
Black mold that they refuse to deal with, oh and better be home when they wanna come check, if the door is locked they’ll kick it in. Then charge you for it.
Great people
