Heritage Meadows is a great community to live in! I have lived here for four years now and couldn’t be more pleased. The apartments are spacious and their interiors designed to suit every lifestyle. Great location with easy freeway access, and parks, schools and restaurants within walking distance. The Management and Maintenance staff are friendly and caring. Both Evie and Travis have been exceptional. I highly recommend you check it out if you are looking for your next home.

Nice area to live if your new couple or wanting to see how it would be living in a new area. Usually quiet at night apartments themselves are great place is top scale no issues other than you can’t smoke on property 🤣

Kathy and her team is great! They have an annual BBQ and other events throughout the year. Its great meeting neighbors.

Nice apartments,but lacking sound insulation, no pool,or hot tub..etc,but does have a nice gym with a good assortment of exercise equipment,free with lease. Pets welcome,but fees are charged per month,per pet,just like rent. And requires large pet deposit, Has large pet area outside. Lots of stairs,unless uYou get bottom apartment:)

Great rates, allows pets. Good location off of Coburg Road. Air Conditioning! Good finish to the apartments.
