Vicki, and Candice were so helpful to me and my son during a difficult divorce transition! They were always smiling and warm, and seem to really care about the well being of everyone in the complex🌞 they graciously helped me get into another umbrella property that is close to my sons school, and showed me how to transfer my lease, all other employees always smiled at me and helped me feel welcome 🙏🏻 highly recommended 👌

My Woodland Creek apartment was a good home for the price. The apartments were clean and there was a good sense of community there. While living in close proximity to my neighbors it was nice to have respectful people and manager around me. Very few things to complain about. There was a slight mold problem where I lived but they helped me take care of it. Its also nice that they were willing to prorate the rent.

Going on 3 years here: So far, so good! Management has always been responsive and forthcoming. Our townhouse was delivered to us in great shape. And despite negative reviews, weve never had a problem getting anyone over here to fix anything. Being a high risk apartment complex designed for those with less than perfect credit and a somewhat spoiled reputation, management understands tenant conflicts and will work with any issues involving them. Most everyone here though are either friendly or will just leave you alone (feel free to complain though because management will address tenant complaints no matter how frivolous). Landscaping is well taken care of. Weve never had an issue with the laundry machines not working. The pools - despite less than favorable reviews - have never appeared neglected. Tons of parking. Smoking has always remained under control. Doggie poop bags are provided so no horrible problems with that. Ive never noticed any problems with drugs, weapons, or break-ins - the children do roam free here so thats a good sign. And weve never had an issue with management entering our apartment without notice - again despite older comments. Its a tough job here for sure, but the entire staff has proven their metal to me (especially throughout Lockdown)! Push to get a unit at WOODLAND CREEK if you go with Umbrella Properties and do them a favor by paying your rent since theyre probably the only ones who accepted you. The country needs more management companies like UMBRELLA - seriously. Woodland Creek is definitely one of their better run, professional complexes.

Me and my bf absolutely love the townhouse. However, weve had more issues with on site management and maintenance in the 2 months weve been here than weve had in years spent at other properties. From being given less than 24 hour notices (which is illegal) to not being given a mailbox key and having to pay $40 to have the post office change the maillock to being locked out of our apartment twice due to maintenance changing/mastercutting locks and making it so they no longer work and having to wait over an hour outside because the assistant manager was at a pool party to having one of the employees yell at me and my mother for calmly trying to discuss a problem and more. Never have I felt so disrespected and had such a two faced manager. Everything seemed so perfect until we signed the year long lease and moved in. If we could do it over, we would find a place with better management even if it meant getting a less nice place to leave.

Landlord Vicki is very rude. I wouldnt recommend this apartment. Looks like a slum lord apartments. The trash cans are overflowing with trash and gross furniture. But, the landlord is awful.

Make sure there is clarity about what youll have to pay when you move out.

DONT RENT HERE!! THEY LIE AND RAISE RENT EVERY YEAR TO RIDICULOUS AMOUNTS!!! RUN AWAY!!
