2018-2019By far It was an amazing experience living in a studio apartment and by yourself is always fun.The only thing that I would argue about form that year is moving to a different apartment (2 bedroom) and being asked to move out 3 days early and nothing packed or cleaned so really it was the last minute part thats frustrating.2019-2021Everything was still going well however it started to go downhill after management was changed.1. The Wi-fi would cut out rather your in class, a meeting, homework whichever but realizing there are other people that uses the Wi-fi.2. There would be fire drills however there isnt always a notice/email form management that a fire drill would happen so really it will be unexpected.3. Building safety: Even though the apartment/school is protected by Campus security or EPD, there are moment where the building wasnt always safe there was one occasion someone walked up and down the halls being a fake manager taking/trying to take peoples money about rent when it was paid. The other indcident was coming ack to twon and the main windows on the first floor was supposedly hit with a brick or hard object. The safety of the bulding could be better.4. Neighbors: There was times when neighbors can be an issue, Ill just say at one point I started to realize no matter what happened not much intervening happened even if it was law enforecement mainly talking.5. Air Conditioning: This is the part where my health was on the line. When it was scortching day this summer, I had woken up to go and use the bathroom. I had a tower fan,box fan, and the ceiling fan on at the same time. Becuase the apartment didnt have AC it was extremely hot in the room I was in. As I gotten up to go use the bathroom I nealry collapsed/fell to the floor. Luckily I made it to the bathroom but the reasoning for almost collapsing/falling to the floor it was scrotching hot int he apartment. I almost passed out even with all the fans on but also looking at the thermastat it was 85 degrees in the apartment.Really I highly advise you think hard aout living here based on safety and health. The managers are great but its mainly communication issues is all but everything else I would think strongly about. Other than that its VERY convient considering your 1-3 mins away from the bus stop but also there are a couple of good food options.
Titan Court is where I live and its a nice place with reasonable rent for students. I like Titan Court because of its central location and the abundance of fantastic restaurants and many other things nearby. Titan court is located near Eugene Station which allows to move easily.
Good place to leave for students. Friendly roommates and I don’t need to pay electricity bills. However, Wifi is low sometimes and I need to use my Data frequently. I live in the 512, in the morning around 5-6AM, I heard a lot of noises from the down stairs, maybe they use the trucks to collect the trash but it’s so noisy.
Beautiful residences with really fun giveaways that help people make friends. Definitely great housing for students.
Hi, Titan Court is a very nice place for people who seeks to discover and orient themselves. I remember that when I arrived, I was really confused and needed help. Being at Titan Court allowed me to meet people who have helped me find myself and guide me in my choices. In addition, being located in the downtown, we have easy access to a lot of things like restaurants, the bookstore, a bus stop nearby. Also, the activities that Titan Court organizes relax us and allow us to forget a little the pressures of everyday life. The staff at Titan Court are super welcoming and dont hesitate to help us out when needed. The apartments are just perfect the only downside may be the small beds, but thats not a big deal. This place is just awesome and I really recommend it to everyone! Thanks to Titan Court ❤️❤️❤️❤️✨✨
This place just collects money from you. The only pros is that it is in Downtown and you dont have electricity and water bills. There are bunch of cons, for example, laundry and drying machines are never working and people kept telling the staff, meanwhile staff decided to do nothing about it. The rooms are small and the walls are so thin I literally can hear my roommate snoring. Internet connection is also the main concern of current residents and the management is not in control of it. I wonder who is. There are frequent fire alarm checks and unit inspections, literally can not live in peace.
Nice place for students!! However, Wi-Fi is sucks and package hours super inconvenient
I moved in to an apartment that was absolutely disgusting. The previous tenants left behind food and personal items and never cleaned anything before they left. I asked the management if they could send a cleaning crew and they said no. So i am grateful that my family drove from out of state to help me spend an entire day deep cleaning the apartment ourselves. Also the online fee to pay for rent is ridiculous. If you are looking at living here i would recommend looking at the reviews and taking them seriously. I wish i would have. Do your research, there are much better options available.
Mixed bag here, the dorm rooms are very small and living experience is very cramped. The lack of air conditioning is unbearable, during the summer the room stays at around 90-95 F. However the location of titan court is great, it is very close to the bus station and it is also very close to a lot of local restaurants. The internet here is also very solid.
A really convenient place to live, safe environment, great location, friendly staff and with a warm sense of community.
I have had a terrible time involving the staff and amenities here at Titan Court. I am subleasing a room for $635, keep in mind it’s tiny and only has a twin bed. On TOP of that to pay online they charge $19 to pay rent on THEIR OWN website. Stop taking advantage of young students who shouldn’t even be paying $600 for that room especially during a world pandemic. The staff all tells me different things and has made my summer miserable. Would never live here again, or recommend.
Good luck when you trying to move in because there are no moving carts available.
I have good experience so far at titan court because every place i go is so close. It is convenient and close to the bus station. Im happy to be the one part of residence here.
I just spent about an hour on the phone with Kaleb about the property. Kaleb was incredibly helpful addressing my questions and concerns. He was professional, informed and patient. We are going to visit the property in a few weeks. If the properly is a reflection of his professionalism it should be fantastic. Thank you Kaleb
Brought my son for a tour of the facility and we immediately decided that this was the place for him. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. The apartments were clean and modern. Perfect for my son as he starts his college journey.
Upon move in my apartment was a complete disaster, the previous tenant was a mess. There was molding food in the refrigerator, a sink full of dishes and water that had been there an extended period of time, and hair left over in the drawers of the bathroom. Even though management said they contacted the current tenant to clean it, three members of the team I might add, it took more than three days for this to actually happen. Not to mention the rooms and furnishings are sub par. Mattress are uncomfortable, etc. Plus, for as much as they charge in rent you still have to pay for washing and drying clothes. Not somewhere I would recommend.Update: Upon having lived here for a longer period of time, I would like to double-down on my total and complete condemnation of Titan Court. Not only is it still dirty, but the constant nagging and petty emails/notices about fire alarms, room inspections, and other issues fosters an environment that feels as if management is more conerneczd with covering their own legal liabilities than actually addressing issues. Not to mention their surveys, which people I know have given them negative feedback, that they choose to ignore and instead post about how happy they are about our feedback. Also, they have recently raised the transaction rate for paying rent online, with about a two week notice. So rather than absorbing the cost of VISA transactions, they clearly have demonstrated they prefer to pass that cost onto their residents. This is a corporate resident hall, they run it like a business. They could easily cut down wasteful spending by having fewer community events and then pass the savings onto their residents who are already overpaying.
Titan Court is a super great housing complex, with tons of amenities for residents, an awesome roommate matching service, and staff that seems to really care about residents wellfare. Ive lived here for a few months, and I am really enjoying it! 5/5 would renew my lease again.
Thank you Titan Court for the opportunity to do business with you. Brenners Furniture has been Downtown Eugene since 1938 and we appreciate you buying your mattress sets from us.
Awesome place to live!
I think it is good except increased price. I recommend single room. although it is small, but it is fit for 1 person.
The building is nowhere near as bad as the staff. they consistently ignore concerns and requests from tenets while simultaneously sending out multiple notices to pat themselves on the back for a job well done. if you want to be overlooked and uncared for in a lackluster establishment this is the place for you
The staff is very helpful. Convenient location. It seems like there is always some kind of an event happening.
Ive been here for about a year now and I completely adore it. They have all that you require and would ever request. The rooms are completely outfitted with television and wifi at a decent cost that you cant discover anyplace else. Its situated in the heart of Eugene with a short strolling to the Eugene Station, Eugene Public Library, stores, and so forth.. The RAs are truly amazing and reasonable. They will do their absolute best to fit your requirements.
The staff is super nice and always willing to work with you. Its pretty clean, although admittedly they could probably step that up a bit. 20-somethings can be messy. My biggest complaint was noise. I had a guy in the room above me who would bounce his basketball on the floor at all hours of the night. But other than that, its a wonderful place to make new friends and meet people; they do a ton of weekly functions, its right in the middle of everything and the rent is reasonable for everything that goes into it/the location.
Living here only a few months, I dont have a lot of complaints. The rooms are a tad small, and the roommate matching service aint perfect, but overall my experience with staff and the environment has been pretty good.
I have noticed many times that things like used condoms and used syringes w/ needles are deposited into the alley on the north side of your building. I have no evidence as to how this happens. Please inform your tenants occupying the north side of your residence that the alley is not a place to toss unwanted items. Last summer i did see a woman almost hit with used bong water.
Worst complex I have ever lived in. Small bedrooms, cheap furniture, rooms get searched once a term for “lease violations.” Can’t wait to move out of this place!! At least staff is nice!!
I currently live here at Titan Court and while it is usually in the staffs best interest to keep the residents happy by organizing events, most residents, including myself, are left unsatisfied. I have only lived in Titan Court for four months and have already dealt with an out of service elevator for a month, and on and off heating that never seems to be fixed. The ceilings and floors are so thin that the upstairs neighbors have shaken stuff off of my walls just from walking around and using their dresser. That can be very aggravating when I have a class at 8 am the next day and the people upstairs are up and about until 4am. I know that is not the fault of Titan Court, but more just a problem with the insulation and the architecture of the building itself. However, the hallways and stairwells are almost always dirty, and when I moved in, there were ants in my apartment. My rent is $600 and there are four of us. So for our small apartment, Titan Court is making 2400 dollars. Youd think that would be enough for them to pay for wi-fi that is decent enough for me to do online class work. I cant even browse videos in my bedroom. Titan Court is cute, and cozy, but it is poorly run. Sadly. The people are nice, but they are student workers, so it is obviously not great service.
Very personable staff, reliable with any issues that may be had. Did move in with problems with the dishwasher but other than that it has been a satisfying expirence with the free WiFi and utilities.
It has been really nice to be part of their community ; Right spot for students !
I have lived at Titan Court for about two years. I have experienced some of the cleanliness issues prior to the change in management. The amenities may not appeal to as many students as newer buildings (no weight room, no pool, etc). The free garage parking in downtown, and everything except food and laundry being covered is are great amenities for the value and the rent is comparable to similar residences and lower than many downtown. Many of the other complaints, such as fire alarms, occur near the beginning of terms and are more due to inexperienced cooks. As an older student many of the issues being complained about are for the most part related to non-residents, including LLC students utilizing Titan Court for access to LLC.
The service is super bad. You will never have anything repair. The dish washer in my room is broken and I asked them to fix it like hundreds times but nothing. The room and the bathroom are small for $600/month.
Being transgender we face a higher rate of rape than cis woman and more discrimination than the average African American.Living at Titan Court apartments for around a year has been nothing but great. This is the best living experience ive ever had. I believe when you live in a place with people who are educating their mind they have built healthy judgment from a healthy brain they know how to treat one another . The staff are some of the best people Ive meet. If you are the type of person who cares about others you will fit in not only here but other places. I hope the staff stays for a while. Outstanding staff
Titan court is awesome and accomadating. the staff will bend over backwards to make sure you are taken care of and every request is fullfilled. they even have on call staff 24-7!!! they really love their residents.
Our high school graduate picked Titan Court because we live in a rural area without a nearby college opportunity. Dorm like living associated with the proximity to a good community college sounded like a good fit other than that a year unbreakable lease is required. By contrast, university dorm lease obligations are only term by term. We were assured that the place was s a safe environment for someones first experience away from home including strict prohibition of drunks and alcohol on site. Infact, the place is rampant with drugs and alcohol and nonstop partying available. Our student became ill in that environment and had to withdraw from school for medical reasons. Despite living in the facility for less than 3 weeks total and having already paid at least 3 months of rent totaling over $1800 he will be held responsible for at least $7000 more. The lease option of subletting is not as simple as we were led to believe when the lease was signed. One has to buy the option to even be allowed to look for a sublet and that buy out amount keeps going up as unpaid months of rent and late fees accumulate. My son is not an innocent victim, but Titan Court seriously misrepresented their facility as a safe place to live.
It is the dirtist apartment of all Eugene, the public paths were smelly to endure all the time,if U are a internetional student your personal rights were difficult to keep:they will urge u move to another room with out talking over, also put new guys into without talking·the most funny thing is that when I was urged to move into another room, the toilet the last one left to me was too dirty to use, and they the staff of Titan told me they would not do the cleaning for next one. At last, I guess the staffs mathematics were not learnt well, when they charge the lease fee they often make mistakes.
Since manager change, place has gone down. They charged me 400$ for not cleaning the living room after 6+ different rotations of people living there and left all of their belongings in the communal area/kitchen. The manager doesnt help or have any concept of sympathy for their residents. If you decide to move here, take pictures of everything thats wrong or the high turn over rate of employees will just result in them losing, or forgetting to pass on, the memo
High price. When i wanted to move to another room, they didnt allow, or at least make it easy.
Good place. However, it too expensive for me
Titan Court spies on its residents
Good
Trash
Good day. a beautiful and cozy building has everything you need.
