I lived in multiple communities in Eugene and this place without a doubt is the absolute best choice. Not only is it incredibly reasonably priced, but the people who work in the leasing office genuinely care about you. This is very rare to find. I felt very unsafe when I lived in downtown Eugene and it was a night and day different experience living in Stadium Park. From the first day I moved in - Paula a lady who works there welcomed me with a huge smile and even went out of her way to help me move my things to my apartment. This is what you call staff being genuinely kind. In a world of fake and deception, stadium park is the opposite. They hire people who care - from Paula and the rest of leasing office, to the tech man (who literally stayed on the phone with me while I was in Target trying to figure out which router to buy) and then came and helped me set up, to the maintenance workers who always came with a smile it was just all around positive energy. The neighborhood is BEAUTIFUL. I had a one bedroom that was spacious and quiet (so important in a college town!) I am very ruthless and critical when it comes to reviews and I just want anyone who is considering moving to Stadium Park to take the chance - i am so glad I did it truly was a sanctuary living in that community. Thanks Paula and everyone else who made living there so special!

Stadium park is by far the best place I have lived at. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were always great to work with. Been here for 2 years and have already renewed my lease for the next year. I really couldn’t imagine living anywhere else especially after some of the horror stories I have heard from friends. Told them about stadium, and they now love it here too. Highly highly recommended.

I lived here for three years, and loved it. However, I have brought up several times in two different years that i had no help cleaning and the carpet was tearing apart for no reason. I received no help or relief and I know no other roommates were charged for the mess they left. Once i moved out, they’re trying to charge me an outstanding fee for items i have sent maintenance requests for, and I even told them who is responsible for the items destroyed, but I’ve been ignored and it feels really unfair how things have been handled. I did love my time there, but this really negatively impacted my thoughts on stadium park.

It wasnt a bad place to live overall. Its very affordable with a lot of amenities. However, I am giving a three star rating because of the ridiculous cleaning fees I was charged upon move out. I felt I went above and beyond in my deep clean. I pulled all the appliances (washer, dryer, stove, fridge) out and cleaned behind and under each of them. There were several inches of dust behind the fridge. It definitely had not been cleaned for several years. I left the apartment better than I found it but was still charged $178 for cleaning. I was charged $45 for tack holes. I asked at the beginning of my lease if tacks were okay and they told me yes. Other than that, it was a little noisy and I did see a few car windows get broken but it wasnt bad for the price.

Obviously most of the amenities were not available because of COVID, but rent was not adjusted to account for that. Areas are not well patrolled, we had a fight break out between homeless people trying to both steal from our dumpster. The close out charges for an apartment with no damages was almost another months rent, so be aware that they will try to gouge you for hundreds of dollars when you leave. They also hit us up for more money every cold month since if you run the heaters they will pass the costs onto you. Oh, and no AC so in hot months so if youre going to be there in the summer prepare to sweat - our animals did not handle it well and we had to keep every window open and go buy box fans just to keep the place under 90 most nights to sleep.I would recommend you look at any other apartment first. Avoid all the Horizon owned properties. Theres a reason this place has so many 1 star reviews. Theres a few people who try and the people in the office greeting you are nice enough, but the management and ownership will find a way to extract every dollar they legally can from you and all the deals and offers and perks can disappear quickly and youre just left with a lease that allows them to charge you as much as you want with no consequences or recourse.Edit: The manager replies to every review apparently, but when you email them and they ask what they can do - they just ignore you again. Also, a month after our lease ended and still waiting on our deposit back - the little bit of it they didnt take for non-existent damages.

I don’t even know how to begin to describe my frustration with this apartment complex. I put a maintence request in to have my fridge looked at because it’s not working properly. Anyway, this is not only the second time I’ve had to now do this and it’s still as of this morning not keeping things at a proper temperature. Yesterday, about 4pm my boyfriend and I had gotten back to my apartment after running errands and getting a few things done that we needed to in preparation for our son. When we arrived maintence was still in my house, which is fine and I’ve been there before when they have gotten around to finally half-assedly completing requests. But when I had gotten home it, it seemed like he had been there about an hour if not longer, because almost all of my freezer stuff had spoiled and sitting out on my counter. As he “worked” on the freezer, which wasn’t the problem with the fridge. We waited another 30 minutes for him to leave. He didn’t clean up, in fact he left the fridge still out from against the wall. If it was just myself there I wouldn’t have been able to push it back into place. My boyfriend and I cleaned up my kitchen, and then took a nap. We got up from our nap around 7pm. We were not planning on leaving the house again until the next morning. We had no reason to. My neighbor called me after we woke up from a nap asking to borrow something and I walked over to give it to them, at my amazement and honest shock the maintence guy had left the key to my apartment in the front door. Which meant the 2 hour nap we took the front door was locked for no reason. And if my neighbor hadn’t asked to borrow something we wouldn’t have noticed until morning, so the door wouldn’t have been easy to access for anyone to break in to my house at any point in the night. This neighborhood has been known for break ins. Most of the time I am actually at this apartment by myself, since I currently do not have a roommate. On top of that, I am 7 months pregnant, and if I had been by myself there’s no way I would have been able to defend myself. And that person would have gotten in with a key. Do not move into stadium park apartments if you want to live safely. Do not move your children into stadium park if you want them safe. It’s been nearly 24 hours since they were in my house with the key, and no ones even contacted me to ask if the key got left.

Stadium park is a money hungry monster. All they want is money. People at the office have a high self esteem, but they don´t relize they work for Stadium park. Appliances probably older than I am. If it breaks down good luck on getting it fixed. Lucky for you they will mow the lawn and blow the leafs at 7 am Saturday. Thank god for these people. Thank you Stadium park. I can´t express how fun this stay was!

This was the worst place Ive lived in my 8 years of living on my own. When I moved in, everything was dirty and they failed my move in inspection. When I moved out they said I failed their inspection! How can I fail everything, when it was already dirty to begin with? They charge you mandatory cleaning fees and this place is so gross.During the pandemic they offered deferred rent, which is not helpful at all. Further they encouraged us not to do it because of the risk of getting behind in rent.I got out of here as fast as I could. Ive never lost a security deposit before, but it is clear this place only cares about money. Theyre awful.

If you’re looking for a decently priced place That you can get fast and live in for a year, this is the place. Long term though I would not recommend since they screw you over. Was very disappointed to hear they charge $350 if you get a sublet and $500 JUST to cancel your lease and you can’t cancel it after 30 days prior to moving in. I’ve lived at other apartments before and they never charged me for getting a sublet nor for canceling my lease. Additionally, when I moved in I found some used cigarettes in my closet, showing they don’t do much of a deep clean before people move in.

Im genuinely conflicted, because living here for the most part was a good time. The apartment was alright I guess, no ac which was horrible in the summer but kept warm in the winter. The facilities were excellent I just wish I had found the time to go to the pool in the 2 years i lived here. The appliances they provided were very vary old and the stove didnt always work. Roommates were hit or miss, one stole my bike. I probably would have stayed longer but then covid hit and I couldnt pay rent (lost my job) they wouldnt work with me because my copayer still made a good amount of money (they couldnt help me because they also were struggling with bills) so stadium kicked me out in the middle of a pandemic and charged me over 2k usd in fees and cleaning/carpet replacement (still had communication with an old roommate they never replaced the carpet.) 1 star because the front office was always nice but the management was scummy.

Even the maintenance is friendly and on top of it, Id never have to wait days to get something fixed. This complex is a great student living spot, and if you love sports the stadium is just a few minutes down the street! I loved going to games and not having to worry about parking! If youre trying to weigh out the options, Id go with Stadium Park for sure :)

Not only are they fully furnished (Which was perfect for my situation) but they are also pet friendly!! No size or breed restrictions. I have a pittie :) and shes the sweetest thing but of course because she is pit bull bread housing has been very hard. Having the relief that I can have my fur baby with me with no problems is weight lifted of my shoulders. The office has been super nice and helpful through out this whole thing. :)

It’s a good and okay place to live. However, some employees that live on site and have access to equipment like their golf carts miss use it. I literally almost got hit with them flying 20-30 miles down not really lit parking lot and racing around is unacceptable. And then when I get in my car asking them it’s appropriate use they got mouthy with me and said what is he going to do and laugh. On top of that they said they were working. But wait, Sunday at 1:30 am working, last time I checked there is no on calls here that can assist you, so they weren’t working and mocked me and almost ran me over. So not a really appropriate. And they claim that I am not going to do anything, tho office will be hearing about two employees that use golf carts to race girls around the property at night, with no lights in the dark, and then make fun of a person that lives here! I think the city of Eugene Housing will not be pleased to hear about this.

This 3-star rating is not based on the apartments as we have never lived there. However, were basing it solely on the website and misinformation that we received in regards to possibly leasing for a relative. We had inquired about a 2 bedroom apartment in an email, but never received a response. (Which alone I thought was rude and unprofessional.) So, giving a benefit of the doubt, we made a special trip from out of town to specifically do a tour of a unit ... which the website said was available. But it wasnt at all. Thirdly, the leasing price listed on the website was nowhere near the real leasing price. Nowhere on the website do these apartments mention that they cater to mostly college students and the price listed is based on how many bedrooms there are. My advice is to talk to a human. The website is simply fluff and marketing.

Stadium park is greedy and does not care about its residents. Most of the appliances in our apartment did not work and even after being fixed continued to be faulty. They woke me up so much with loud leafblowers and lawn mowers outside my window at 8am, like why? they could have them come at any other time during the day. Yet they still took forever to fix our appliances which is way more important to me than the grass outside. I never felt safe during my time living here, my roommate was aggressive towards me and when I contacted the office to complain there was nothing done about it in order to make me feel safer. Furthermore there was always sketchy people roaming outside making it scary to even walk my dog. A person on drugs came to my door one day and after awkwardly asking him to leave he came back the next day and was standing right outside looking through my window, I called security and they did nothing about it the person on the phone treated me like I was crazy for being scared even though this was the second time he was at my apartment. When Coronavirus left everyone without a job they refused to reduce rent, even though all amenities were closed due to quarantine and many residents expressed we should not be charged for maintenance fees for these amenities (pool, gym and clubhouse, free food) they still charged us full price, all they did was reduce the late rent payment fee from $50 to $25 proving once again all they care about is money. When I moved out I deep cleaned the whole apartment even though there was 3 other roommates in my apartment and they still took my security deposit only giving me $16 back. You will not feel at home here the office ladies will treat you like youre being inconvenient when you ask for something even though its their job and there will always be at least one non working appliance in your apartment. This place is alright but the maintenance is way over the top. Feels like they’ve been doing work to the building for over a month. They have their own maintenance staff and it’s really not that big of a property. It just feels like every single day I get woken up to lawn mowers and leaf blowers etc..They are also a bit intrusive. One time they came into our apartment to do a quick inspection, which is totally fine. Then two weeks later, they sent us a letter on our door that they were coming into our apartment AGAIN to check the fire extinguishers. This wouldn’t be so bad if they gave you the exact day they’re coming, but they just give you a ballpark estimate. Something like “we’ll be there sometime between Monday-Friday and between 9am-5pm.” I don’t think it’s really fair to expect tenants to have to anticipate your arrival for a whole week, knowing at any minute you can be taking a shower and someone comes knocking on your doors and enters your house, without your consent. It’s not a bad place to live. The rent prices aren’t too terrible and the parking availability is really nice. It’s like any other student housing, so keep that in mind. I would’ve given it 4 stars, but the maintenance and construction has been awful to live with for the past month and a half

The worst place to live. Do not recommend at all. Worst customer service every. When we first moved the apartment was completely DISGUSTING. All the bathrooms had to be deep cleaned. The kitchen was trashed as well. One could tell the carpets had not been cleaned in year. Nor had they painted anything recently.Everything was falling apart. We spent the first two months CONSTANTLY calling maintain ace have people come in to keep fixing things: the kitchen skin, shower rods, widows, fans, lightbulbs, and EVERYTHING you could possible think of. Eventually, we just stopped because when we called to complain one of the maintenance workers gave us attitude when we brought it up he stated, “that’s why I have a job” extremely rudely. All we had mentioned was our frustration with us always calling the office because things had constantly been broken. We had girls living down stairs from our apartment who were constantly extremely loud and rude. They would leave their dog poop everywhere never bothering to pick anything up. When we called the office the said they would handle it. I called at least 15 times and they did absolutely nothing about it. The would play music so loud we could hear it during the week days when all my roommates had school the next day. When the pandemic hit like many people we weren’t sure how we were going to pay rent. Eventually I called them to explain my situation and the lady I had talked to claimed we had everything figured out and put me on a payment plan. Frustrated at the fact that they lacked understanding I was hoping the situation was over with. After a month, the kept calling harassing me and I explained that I was already on payment plan. They had kicked me out of my apartment assuming I had already moved out. They put a bunch of charges on my account like painting and cleaning when nothing had been done to my room. I called and the manager was extremely rude and had an attitude because of my financial situation. She proceeded to explain it was my fault and that she had not heard of this payment plan. Which wasn’t my fault because their office did not communicate. Finally, when moving out I had packed everything and cleaned. My roommate spent hours cleaning and assuring everything was in order for when they came. Their had been an abundance of charges for cleaning, painting and damages. The place was absolutely disgusting when we had moved in so I knew the cleaning we had done could not have been any worse then that.I will be calling to sort out these false charges and showing them pictures that prove that they are huge scammers. Everyone that worked here was absolutely rude. I do not recommend living here. As you can see by many of the comments I am not lying because many others feel the same ways this place is absolutely terrible. DO NO LIVE HERE!If I could give it less than 1 star I would!

New resident as of this week and not happy with my new start here. I understand that this is student housing. I was very up front with what my needs were before moving in and it now feels like a bit of a let down. As much as I enjoy attempting to fall asleep to the sound of basketball, sneakers, and the f bomb each night (my first 2 nights so far) it would be nice if you wouldn’t allow residents to play Basketball past 10pm. I’m sure it’s a seasonal type thing but still. When I called the after hours I was told that it’s not a 10pm cut off time. It’s actually 10:45pm. Great, that’s fine. But when you hand your new resident a document that states a 10pm cutoff time it’s very unprofessional and now I look silly calling the after hours number. I’m optimistic that living here will get better. Just don’t get why you’d allow residents to basically be as loud as they want in an outside space (basketball court) right next to other students/residents who may have lives that begin earlier than 8am.

I cant say I was ever excited to live here, but it has served its purpose well. I chose it since I was finishing up at UO and the 79x was super convenient, but after 2 years living here the cheap appliances/furniture, not great location (everything is out of the way and theres always construction in the nearby complexes going on), and living with assigned roommates got pretty old. I was actually able to find a place with much better appliances and location for not much more rent. I will say I wasnt super taken with the free food and gym, they just were not things I needed but this place is okay for students on a budget.UPDATE: I changed my review to one star because they sent me to collections for their incredibly cheap furniture during a time of economic crisis. I am fully able to pay the amount they are charging, but this irks me on principle alone because Im sure this is happening to others who may be worse off than me. Ive lived in Stadium Park apartments for several years now and I have never been more pleased with an apartment experience. Nice, fully furnished rooms, with private bathrooms and amenities. Its also located in a fairly nice neighborhood with little crime or noise. The reason I write this review today though, is to single out one of its maintenance staff. I wrote in for the staff to send someone to tell me if a spot above my shower was mold or a water leak so I could properly deal with the problem. Instead, the employee identified and got rid of the mold, identified and took care of a leak that was starting to form, cleaned my tub, cleaned my toilet, replaced a light, and cleaned my sink. He also showed me what supplies Id need to properly do the same. He did all of this within what I would say was roughly an hour and a half. Most maintenance workers Ive dealt with have been rude and unprofessional to the point of me avoiding any issues like the plague just so I wont have to deal with them. Instead, this gentleman performed his service so professionally that it was less a maintenance request fulfilled but more one of those remodeling reality shows where the guy comes in and takes care of the place in an episode. The bathroom literally looks better than the day I moved in.So, if you do move into Stadium Park and you need some maintenance done, ask for a guy named Austin. But hurry, hes probably got a TLC show in the works!

I moved in here because at the time I had no where for my daughter and I to live. I also had an old roommate move into the same apartment as me because he was also looking for somewhere to live. I signed a lease from November to August and made my rent payments on time every month. I eventually found a new apartment and spoke to Stadium Park about the process for a lease take over. They told me I had to do it on my own and the whole process was done online. I found someone to rent it out by the end of April. He came and looked at the room got the keys and told me he was already in the process of moving in. I talked to Stadium Park and they specifically told me that everything was taken care of and all I had to do was pay the $350 lease sublet fee. Which I did, and got confirmation that they received that payment and I was released from my contract. Then about a few days ago, now in the idle of May they start asking me for rent. I told them I did a lease take over and wouldnt be paying them anymore. Then someone from Stadium Park calls and texts me saying that I am still responsible for my lease and that they moved him in as a new tennant. I am currently in the process of getting all my paperwork together and taking them to court because now they are trying to stick me with a broken lease as well as late fees and rent. They are complete criminals there. Im a single mom and also dealing with the issue of not working as much due to COVID19, I cant even really afford an attorney, but everything they have done is completely unacceptable and I wont have my future ruined by selfish unjust bullies who think they can lie and steal and leave me to deal with the consequences.

Stadium Park Apartments has been one of the most positive renting experiences that I have ever had. Their front desk, and maintenance staff genuinely care about their tenants and prove it by their actions. Sarah was who we signed our lease with and she helped me and my roommate out of a terrible situation with another landlord by getting an apartment ready for us a month early. They truly strive to create a community for all residents and always give great service.

This is one of the worst student living spaces I’ve ever been in. Lived here for 2 years. Had awful roomate experiences, one that included the police. The roomates I had endangered me and made me feel unsafe in my apartment, and Stadium Park did nothing to help me. They charged my friends roomate $500 for having her boy friend stay a couple nights, but didn’t help when another roomates boyfriend brought guns to the apartment and endangering them because “the police were already involved”. Front desk people are not genuine, unhelpful, and do not care about your well being. Yes they have cool amenities and free food, etc. but they do not take care of you in any other way. If you are considering this place for your child, do not. Sincerely, A Concerned Past Resident

My best friend & I moved up here last year (2014) and at the time didnt yet have an upgraded apartment but that didnt stop us from making the apartment our home. We became really close with the leasing manager Sarah & she always takes care of anything we need & so does Nick from maintenance. We re-leased with them & got upgraded furniture as well as the hard wood floors & it looks amazing! Honestly if youre nice & follow the stipulations they give you to get something done they will do it! You also get cable & Internet, free tanning, a free 24 hour gym, a pool & a volleyball court! They also do fun little parties down at the clubhouse where you can almost always win prizes! I recommend living here :)

So if you dont want to feel scammed years after moving from this place I advise saving every piece of evidence from the bank while living here

I love the walk/bike path that takes you to UO, its beautiful to see so many trees all at once! Yesterday was my first duck game and it was crazy fun! I lived here many years back when it was called University Commons. This was by far the worst living situation in my four years of college. The apartment was cheaply built, but I can get over that. One of my 3 roommates decided to go on an internship across the country and they sold his lease to some random dude in the process. He was a 28 pot head working as a bus boy at Chiles. Nothing against bus boys, but one would hope to be something more by the time youre 28. Anyway, his room filled our apartment with the smell of B.O., weed and ass crack. He had random people coming to our door asking for, the guy with the beard, leading me to believe he was selling drugs. This makes sense judging by the smell constantly coming from his room. The apt management didnt care at all. Once someone is placed in an apt, it takes an act of congress to get them removed. While asshat was living with us, our apartment was burglarized. Gaming systems were stolen right out of our living room. Again, the management doesnt really care. He eventually left on his own because we called the cops and said he was likely involved in the theft. He took more of our stuff when he left and we were on Christmas break. We chose to leave that alone so we never had to see him again.Reading more current reviews, it seems that things havent changed much. I would recommend never living here. They care about profit, not about tenants safety

Dont rent here!! These are awful apartments. I had a horrible time living here. The apartments were dirty and falling apart when I moved in; the actual apartments are nothing compared to the show room. My apartment looked as though it hadnt been cleaned in years. Things broke constantly, because they were old. When I needed things replaced, they wouldnt at times because it required too much work or they didnt have the item on hand. The women in the office are completely clueless and cannot answer any questions. The woman running things in the back is extremely rude and unprofessional. At the end of the year, they attempted to charge me $165 cleaning fee for a spotless apartment, that was much cleaner than when I moved in. It was a complete disappointment living here.New management, decided to live here again and give it another try: still sucks.

I would never suggest this place to anyone that is looking for an apartment unless you have to. They never know whats going on. Walking in from the back of the office, I saw a staff member shopping for clothes online... Maintenance men will randomly show up to your door (never any notice, when being home alone thats not really..okay) saying theres no other time they can come back, even though theyre there all day long. Promised new carpets, never got them. Pricey... In the end NOT worth your money. Not conveniently located, but you can figure that yourself.

When I married my husband, I moved across the complex into a 1 bedroom with him. Ive lived here for almost 2 years and he has been here for about 5. The amenities are wonderful ( I especially love the pool).Recently when we fell on hard times, the leasing office was very understanding and gave us an extension on our rent, as it was our first ever time being late with rent. Paula, Lindsay, Connor, and Edatu are all super kind and welcome you into the office with smiles on their faces everytime! They take time to get to know you as more than just a tenant, which in my opinion, goes a long ways. On top of the office staff, the maintenance crew goes above and beyond to get things fixed in a timely manner. If you have a dog, this is also an amazing place to be! DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE.Three of my old friends and I moved in here last year because it was the cheapest option. Sorely regretting it. When we first moved in, the floors were so filthy that they made the bottoms of any socks absolutely BLACK with dirt. The couch was old and ripped up. The room I was assigned reeked so badly of cat pee that I had to switch rooms with my roommate because every time I went in there, I had an asthma attack. Every single room is a different size. All of them extremely small, the bathrooms are also different sizes. One bedroom has a completely different doorknob than the rest, and only one bedroom actually had closet doors and a bedframe. We had to request bedframes because otherwise we would be sleeping on the floors. The carpets were NOT cleaned and were filthy as well. None of the appliance worked and it took very many calls to maintenance to actually get them to work. One roommate moved out and left the apartment such a huge mess that we have spent weeks trying to clean it all out. Maintenance came after posting over a month ago that they would be in our apartments over the Summer, showed up at 9 am and started using power drills. Another worker showed up and told us that another person will be moving into our aprtment in three days. We had to do our own cleaning in the apartment to make sure we didnt get a bigger fine than it will be. My lease is up in two months and Im not even planning to stay to see the end of that.

Don the head maintenance guy is wonderful and will even help you scrape the ice off of your car. I also take full advantage of the free gym and tanning. The location is also a great advantage because you are centrally located to stores and school but not in the middle of downtown Eugene. Since it is not in the downtown area I feel safer and that I have more privacy. Its super convenient that the rent is all inclusive so you know exactly how much you owe every month. It makes me sad that Im leaving to move to Idaho and I will miss it here and everyone who works so hard to make this place an amazing place to live.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! I could write a book about the flaws of this place but I will keep it short and to the point. The maintenance and management team have absolutely no concern for the people that are paying to live here. Most likely you will be moved into a mold covered and maggot filled unit which maintenance will do nothing about. On top of that, management will find any reason to blind side you with a new fee every month. In sum, do not be fooled by the nice model unit they show you and most importantly READ the contract they give you so you can catch all the ways theyre going to screw you over.

I was super excited when I first got to stadium but soon after an altercation with a roommate management changed locks on me without calling me. So I had to sleep on my buddies floor. Fortunately they let me move to another apartment without evicting me and having that on my record. The only real plus I experienced was the free coffee. The girls in the front office were always nice but not exactly helpful. The only way to get to the bottom of anything was to go directly to management but even they never e-mailed me back. Renting here is an okay experience. But be ready to experience some difficulties. It doesnt really offer a lot of relaxation from the stressful circumstances of the college student lifestyle.

This was the absolute worst place I have ever rented from. I lost 275 dollars total to these bums from fees (yes thats how they make their profit) and frankly I expect them to charge me more eventually. Plus when I turned in my keys 2 days late (couldnt turn them in on sunday as theyre closed), the manager proceeded to rudely ask me WHAT YOU WANTED TO STAY FOR THE WEEKEND? as if I intended to mooch off of the place (mind you this was AFTER I got handed a 200 dollar fee for being late). NEVER rent here, theyre bad people. The one thing I liked was the quality of females in the front office, but whatever you do, dont catch the manager in a bad mood and all the more, dont rent from these people unless you absolutely love to get excessive fines.

Upon moving in, I requested a room switch, they made me a key, and I tossed my stuff down and left. When I returned a week later to move in fully, there was someone else in my room and my $300 worth of bedding was thrown in the garbage, assumed to be left there by the previous tenant. I later learned the woman at the front desk forgot to put the switch into the computer. A couple weeks later, I also got a hefty late fee because the same lady also told me the rent would be removed from my bank account automatically, which was wrong. Demo is nothing like the actual rooms. The actual rooms are covered in stains and have disgusting old furniture. Staff is friendly but completely useless and completely incompetent (as can be deduced from the beginning of my review). Even the property manager is impossible to get a hold of. Took him two weeks to reply to me about being reimbursed for my bedding and every time you go to the office to talk to him, hes either at lunch or in a phone meeting, and makes zero effort to contact you.EDIT: So about a year later, Ive resigned my lease because stadium ended up being the easiest place for all of my friends from the dorms and I to live incredibly close, but Im regretting it.So for starters, stadium happened to offer a bring a buddy promotion, offering bonuses for referring friends if they sign leases. I signed 7 people (yeah, 7 people- friends from the dorms who all wanted to live close, but since I was the only one who previously lived here, I got the referral listing). I was supposed to receive a fairly substantial check from them for these referrals, and in all fairness, I did still get quite a bit, but they found some ridiculous loophole to short me $600, saying that even though my friends signed leases during the promotion, the first point of contact they had (by which they mean the first time my friends called and inquired) was before the promotion was going on, which is a bold-faced lie because it was painted on the window in their office and was a large reason my friends and I signed.Secondly, living on the ground level is not safe. The parking lot is poorly lit, theres pretty much always a homeless guy or two poking around in the garbage, and most of the people who currently live here are human garbage who drink at 8am on a Monday and verbally harass you on a regular basis.Theft is a pretty big problem as well. Someone climbed right into our living room window two nights ago and stole the TV we bought less than a month ago.If you have a nice car, dont move here. If you end up on the dimly lit end of the complex that Im on, youll end up with at least a couple door dings, or youll have hoodrats targeting your vehicle. Twice this week Ive seen three guys standing in the dark around my car and had to yell at them myself (because when theres no spots in the light, I park where my car is visible from my window). Stadium claims to have security, but they dont. They have one dude who leisurely strolls around the property with a flashlight but who Ive also seen sitting in the lounge eating instead of watching peoples cars. And lastly, what the hell is with the roommate system? You cant just shove people wherever theres an open room. I got fairly lucky last year before I moved in with people I know and for about 10 months of the 11 that I was there, I lived with some good guys, but for the last month before I moved buildings, they put some random dude in the room next to me, who on his first night there, had two of the trashiest girls Ive ever seen over, and were absolutely hammered at like 8pm, smoking weed in the living room and talking about all the times they had to run from the police. I was also told that they had some serious problems with a guy who moved into the unit I was previously in, where several police officers had to be called in the middle of the night. So to summarize, yeah the rent and parking are cheap, but youll probably end up paying the difference when your TV or tail lights get stolen.

First off, the actual quality of the apartment was nothing like the apartment that they show you when you tour the complex. There were so many things wrong with the apartment when I moved in, but one of my biggest issues with Stadium Park is that it seemed like they always had an excuse as to why they couldnt fix something. I was told that our carpets couldnt get cleaned because they didnt want to spend the extra money to get them cleaned from an outside company and that they couldnt replace our broken light cover, which was potentially quite dangerous, because they had no replacement parts. Additionally, it seemed like I was never given a straight forward answer when I had a question regarding really an issue while living there. However the greatest issue I had was when I moved out. When I went to check out of my apartment I was not informed that I needed to schedule a move-out inspection and then they tried to tell me that because I did not schedule an appointment, that I essentially waived my right to protest any cleaning fees that they planned to charge me. I was then notified that they were going to charge me $140 dollars collectively, over things that I found to be quite unfair, considering the quality of the apartment was probably in better shape at that point than what it was when I moved in.

Literally the worst. Only move here if youre desperate, and even then, keep looking. Management takes months to deal with major discrepancies. Months. I just had a girl move in (had no notice that she was moving in) that stole money from me. I emailed them about it and received no reply. They literally just dont care if youre happy or not, only if they get your money. They talk up about how great this place is, and though the apartments themselves are okay, it isnt worth it. The dishwashing machines are awful, the laundry machines break frequently, and everything is just super poor in material. I would have rather lived in Medford, my crappy hometown, for a year than this place. I cannot wait to get out of here and live in a studio by myself. It ruined wanting to live with others for me, as well with the two hellish ones Ive had (the other two were great). The only reason I gave two instead of one stars, is theres a pool. Which is always nice. But aside from that, this place is pretty terrible. I would never renew with this complex. You couldnt pay me to live here again.
