I am so happy I took a chance on this place! My mom has been coming here for YEARS. Although her hair looks phenomenal it isn’t a hard thing because she has always had amazing hair. Everywhere that I have gone said they could not do anything for my color because of my years of black dye and then my roots that I was dying red…. Other places said I would have to go back several times and spend 300-400 dollars total! The other places said I would end up with damaged hair.Back to this place:A sweet lady, named Van helped me. She made an appointment for the same week and when I went in I was pretty bummed because I felt discouraged from what I was told. Van asked to see a picture of what I wanted. She got right to work. Spent 2.5 hours on me and NAILED IT! I am sooooo happy. My hair feels 10x healthier. And the price was HALF of what other salons were quoting! She was very detailed in how to care for my new hair and what to do to style it gently. I will not go anywhere else.THANK YOU VAN! You are a miracle worker!

Bad haircut! The person who did my hair didnt even wash my hair and gave me a dry hair cut. She did it so quickly like she was in a hurry and kept chopping my hair. I should have stopped her but i didnt. I am very unhappy and will never go to this place again. I paid $35 for a bad haircut. I should have gone somewhere else.

Van & Linda are absolutely amazing at always providing exactly what I want every time with any service from hair cut/style/coloring, manicure, pedicure or eyebrow waxing that I’ve had done over the 5 or 6 past years now maybe more. The Salon has always been very family friendly, staff is kind and helpful. I’m A Satisfied customer!!

I came out with the best hair cut Ive had in years. Im glad they were able to finally reopen.

They were accommodating to my friend and I who I was doing a bachelorette party for so they got stars for that, if the rest of the service had been the same it would have been five stars.my friend loves this place and is a loyal customer but for me Service was meh. I waited quite a while for my pedicure to start even though there were employees who didnt appear to be busy. So my friend and I finished at different times even though we had the same services. The hand and foot massages were brief and disappointing and my toe nail polish chipped badly within a few days when normally pedicures last along time for me. My gel nails faired pretty poorly too. I didnt love any of the colors they had so got the french but it chipped fast, and the white started to get all crackly and yellow, thats never happened to me before.

I walked in after work to get my hair done with no appointment. I was hoping for one of the two younger ladies who do hair to help me out, but they were not there. I settled for someone else and wish I hadnt. I payed $25 for a dry haircut with no real style. I will not return to her at all. I should have just waited to get my hair done by the one I wanted, but was inpatient.If you have the chance to get your hair done by a younger lady named Kim she is amazing and well worth the money, she does great color and cut. She is also the reason why I give them 4stars. Otherwise I would have to give them 1star for the lady who did my hair on Friday february 1st 2019

Got my nails done, along with a browser & lip wax, today. The lady who did my nails did a poor job and I had to tell her to remove the acrylic and glue under my nails. A different lady did my eyebrows. No trim. Nothing to get the remaining wax off my face except a dry cotton ball which irritated my skin further. And no soothing ointment for the skin. I was greatly disappointed since I had been looking to this the whole week. Just got home from work and have to pluck hairs :/

Horrible haircut. Don’t even bother going rolling the dice. No care put into my hair cut! Did completely the opposite of what I asked for. She didn’t even wash my hair. Dry cut it. THINNED it out. Ugh it’s been a couple weeks since and I’m still so upset because my hair looks like a joke everyday. I look worse than I did showing up. GodamnN lol

Ive been here three time already for balayage and I always leave very content with my results which is what keeps me coming back. The hairstylists are great and the salon is clean and well kept.

I had my hair colored here.Color first time with Linda was spot on. I showed her pics & she got it right.2nd time was Lexi, though I liked her and she seems nice.I paid more than Ive ever paid and the color was nothing as I showed. It was super dark.I looked horrible & older. I told her I didnt look good with dark hair though I do like it on some people. But it just doesnt suit me.I wont be back though cuz I dont want to over pay & end up worst than what I started with.U should get a quote prior to coloring then decide if youre willing to take that risk.Thank goodness hair grows so I will be going back 2 my old colorist and play it safe and save money.

Dont ever come here if your a men trying to get a haircut. They dont know how. This is my 3rd times getting a haircut here and they never get it right.

I have been going here for years and it is a rare occasion that I get a bad haircut, mani/pedi or wax, however, the last 2 times have been horrible. My face wax wasnt done well, hair still all over my face, chin and neck, the mani/pedi were bad and the polish came off within 2 hours. The business used to be clean and inviting, but it is dirty and really filthy now. I like my hair cut short and it was trimmed (barely). Usually Van is spot on, but she is slipping. Too much running around doing everything and everyone else other than what she is supposed to be doing. I hate to say this but I wont be back.

Kimberly and Lydia are Great at there job! Never have I found stylist that acctually do there job and are affordable. The place does need a new receptionist tho...she has no customer service and her attitude around just drags the place with negativity....also i noticed the store needs more deep cleaning...but maybe thats just me because I like to have my place super clean 😀 other then that I defently will go back to see these girls they are Great!

Came in to get a Mens haircut. The price was $18, and they used scissors which was nice. Overall, a good haircut.

I was in Thailand in December and got my hair done, but was unhappy with the results. I went to the Philippines in February and was really unhappy. I went to a place in Sorrento Valley as well, but they werent able to get me blonde just yet.Im finally blonde! Its been a long journey, but glad that this salon did my final session.I love my results!

Let me tell you this people stay away from this fkn place they mess up my beautiful virgin long hair i will never ever ever go back to this place never i told all my friends and family what they did to my hair and showed pics of what they did, and i so regret not ging to court and file a law sute on them rite away, but i was so embarrased to even show my face and my yellow hair i almost got divorsed because of them.but karma will hunt their ass. Pliz im not a unpleasent customer i am a customer that pay the price for trusting my hair on some unprofessionals like them. STAY AWAYYYYYYYY FROM THIS RIPP OFF PEOPLE.!!
