The older lady that did my toes was so rude and made me feel like she didnt want my business, I shouldve walked out. From the way she talked to and the way she talked about to me to the lady next her. I paid 38 for her to basically paint my toes with a big attitude. This is her tip to get an attitude check and learn how to treat customers.

I walked in, they took me right away, a full set of acrylic with the tips white and cuticles cleaned up was $45. The lady was friendly. She didnt jab me with her nails and was good with her files.

The WORST experience ever! I went to get 1 nail fixed and walked out before they even put acrylic powder on me. Had to go across the parking lot to other nail shop because i wanted my nail to match the other nails and she made coffin even though the rest were square. I asked her to not rip my broken nail off but to soak it in acetone. She ignored me and did it anyway. Said it, Took too long to soak.

Hannah and Tom have become like family to me...Tom has been doing my nails for many years now...I have never been disappointed with my nails..People stop me and compliment my nails all the time...Tom is so creative and artistic, most of the time I let him design them however he wants...Ive never had the same design twice...They always treat me so well and accommodate my needs...Hannah does amazing nails as well...She does hand painted designs better than anyone Ive seen...They are pretty up to date on all the trends...Hannah has also been doing my eyelashes for almost a little over a year and she does them the best, Ive had them done by others and hands down she is the best...They offer other services too like waxing, pedicures, massages, teeth whitening and more...Their prices are really good too...

They ladys here dont speak clear English a regular full set is $30.00 and white tip is $31.00 I have been here 2 times the second time I was here is asked for white tip and the lady tried to tell me white tips are not strong enough and that I should pay more for her to paint the white tip on i didnt pay more and continued to get the white tip. Update one month later with no fills for the whole month and I have had no problems with my white tips. Does anyone know of a cheaper nail place in Escondido that do good work ?

This was my first time at this nail salon and my experience was amazing. Kim was the one that fixed my nails that a different salon messed up. She was very gentle, great attention to detail, and made sure they weren’t sharp as I have a little one.I did not get the feeling of being pressured to upgrade and for everything that Kim did it was reasonably priced. Better priced then the other nail salon I visited.I’ll definitely be returning again to have her do my nails from now on!

These ladies are fabulous. I come here exclusively for pedicures as they just always go above and beyond my expectations and desires. I also come to get my eyebrows waxed, and though Ive tried a few other places locally, none of the others compare.Theyve even stayed over time to help me, just because I had to stay late at work and forgot their hours. They are fantastic, and I highly recommend!

I always get my nails done in San Marcos at the best place ever called Champagne Nails but because I live in Escondido I figured I would try this place out. Not only did the lady laugh at the nail color I picked but she was also so aggressive with me. My nails are legit so ugly that I’m embarrassed to let anyone see my hands because she did a horrible horrible job shaping them. I wish I could get a refund . Such a waste of $35. Lesson learned.

This is the WORST place I have ever been at. Cheap products. I got a gel manicure and it only lasted a few days before it started chipping. My mom also got a gel manicure and it did not last a week!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! DO NOT GO HERE

Love this salon! They do nails, pedicures, eyebrows, eyelashes,etc. I go to Fiona! She does great work! When shes out of town, I go to Cindy, shes good too! Staff is nice & friendly. I suggest making an appt,as with all nail salons, coming in as a walk-in is hit & miss.

I personally give this place a low rating. The person who did my nails made them thick after telling them to narrow them, I’m also not sure if they know what shapes are because they definitely made my nails flare. I’ve tried removing these acrylics for hours at home. I wouldn’t doubt if they used MMA (and illegal version of acrylic that can cause numbing after several uses and can cause permanent damage, it also turns into a gooey substance when trying to be removed). Average customer service but their work is.... just not it.

Horrible from the moment I walked in. I am all for giving people chances, but oh my gosh the lady at table 4 didn’t listen. I was only there for a fill and as she was filing my nails done she broke my nail and said I needed a full set. So I went along with it and then started ripping my nails off aggressively. She then continued filing to where she started burning my nail and kept doing it when I said it hurt. Then she kept messing up my nails and saying it was my fault and to just go somewhere else and not come back. With all that being said I was very nice and gave a tip.

I love Kim she always makes sure my nails look great and she does my eyebrows so good barley any pain, so quick and easy

Eyebrow waxing is super good i specifically love getting them done by kim.

Got gell polish, on top of the full set, looks like regular polish. There are pieces of my nails that are not even polished. I got acrylics . The nails were placed very crooked on one hand. She went back to add more of the powder after I pointed it out.. made a little difference. Spent $83 not including tip... if I could get a refund and go else where I would. Not returning.

They take their job very seriously!! The woman that did my nails (got lazer gels) was VERY precise and particular about making sure everything was perfect. Never been happier with my nails!Highly recommended, telling all my friends!

The shop was very clean and quiet with light music playing. The people were very friendly too, although quiet. I got a manicure and a pedicure done at the same time. The whole process was really nice.
