10/10 after a bad experience at harmony nails 10 Perfect Nails took great care of me! Angie was amazing! She was gentle, efficient, and skilled! I dont get tips, I use my real nails, short and cat claw, which can be difficult for nail specialists. She was able to shorten and maintain my shape, without burning me with the dremel (which has happened to me in the past). I also use the chrome powder with a different color underneath. 10 perfect nails has a wide variety of colors and chrome powders. She listens and checked on😍 💅🏽 very happy with my experience!

I went in for a full acrylic set and a pedicure with my best friend. My pedicure was great but the older man with glasses that did my nails did a horrific job. They are the worst nails that I have ever seen. I specifically asked for natural looking set. They are as thick as jelly beans and so wobbling and uneven. I had to ask him 4 times to thin them out and even the shape. I am so embarrassed of these nails, I am going to have to get them completely redone. I normally never leave bad reviews but this man has no business doing nails. I have been going to this place for awhile, will never have him do my nails.

Went in there for a full set and waited about 10 min. i finally got up and went to the chair, but before i even sat down i showed the lady a picture of the nails i wanted. she told me she could “maybe” do them. i sat down and picked out my colors waiting for her to come back. when she sat down and looked at my nails she told me they were too short and that she couldn’t do the design i wanted and was gonna have to make the acrylics short and not like the picture. i knew my nails were short but i’ve been to many many other salons and they don’t even comment on it. very weird that this was the only salon that did. i got up and left after she asked me what i wanted to do since she couldn’t make them look like the picture. all in all a very terrible experience and will never go here again.

Amazing place! After being turned down from a previous nail place, ten perfect nails got the job done!! They gave me beautiful nails with the crome powder I wanted, also the person who did my nails spent time working on a crooked nail from a previous place! I was in town and had some time, decided to get a pedi. Was not disappointed, I was attended quickly, the place was clean. Kim who attended me was so friendly and did a great job on my nails.

I had an appointment at 2:00 p.m. when I walked in they asked me to wait. a few minutes later a lady walked in to complain about her gel manicure that was fading they took her in and a little after took another lady in that Came in after me. I still let it pass when finally someone was available and she started doing her own nails I told the receptionist that I had an appointment at 2 and that that lady was doing her own nails whike I am kept waiting. And she said oh yeah I just left never, coming here again.

My daughter and I both got our nails done. Great service and technicians replicated the nails we showed them to a T.

Ive been getting My acrylic nails done here since 2014 by Kym Tran and I have always been very pleased. I have seen what the Other Manicurist work looks like and I believe its good as well. Pedicures of all kinds and the equipment is kept clean. Also the place you put your feet! Not like Other places that dont appear to be sanitized. They do a good job and are very nice. They aim to please! Try Them, what do You have to lose!?!! 💅👣 (I prefer Mine shorter than most people)

I paid $50 for a deluxe pedicure with regular paint. It was supposed to come with $15 minute massage but she massaged for maybe 2 minutes. She seemed to be in a hurry. It was not a good experience for being so expensive

Very clean and pretty. My technician Annie was very quick and did a great job on my pedicure. I called about 5 minutes ahead on a Friday afternoon and they were able to take me.You cannot tip on your credit card but they have an ATM on-site that only charges a $1 ATM fee. Also the services are slightly cheaper if you pay with cash.I’ll be back soon!

Nail health is important, even for a Man...Took the time during a work respite to allow myself a little bit of relaxation with a pedicure. Professionally done, the staff ensured my comfort and desires throughout the experience. Getting the callous skin taken care of as well as cuticle work that I could not complete myself is a big bonus. Clean, sanitary, and with prices that are clearly displayed, this a must when Im in the area...I only wish my state had the same standards and training required.

A pretty big salon, super clean, and friendly! I got there right when they opened and got me in right away. The nail tech was great! Im pregnant and was wearing a dress, someone brought over a towel for me to drape over my lap- super thoughtful!! Great job on nails, and customer service! Also, to my pleasure not super chatty, I appreciate that sometimes. I came to relax in silence and read a book, and did just that! Will be coming back!!

Ivy has done my nails for over 20 years! I ALWAYS get compliments on them! Theyre not too thick, rounded square and they last! No losing a nail, etc. Ask for Ivy or Tammy! You wont be disappointed!

I have been coming here for years, since they were located in a small suite location. The place is large spacious, modern, clean and bright. I love the people there.. actually all of them. They are fun and caring. Kim is a friend at this point and she is the best! I would trust any of them in the spa, they are top notch. You get what you pay for

The staff here is very nice & professional. I get my eyebrows done here & nails. Everyone I have encountered has been utterly pleasant. I recommend this place! Bim does a really nice job with acrylic dipped nails.

Been taking my father here for a couple years to get his nails trimmed and manicured, a needed treatment, and quite frankly something he really enjoys. He and I have always been treated very nicely by staff and ownership. He has Parkinsons so of course this hands shake a little when unsupported (such as eating) but this was never a problem until this previous Saturday when the new owner, upon learning he had Parkinsons refused to let her staff cut his nails. Now mind you, when his hands are supported such as on the towel pad in front of him while the manicurists works, they dont shake.The fact that my father has been a regular customer of 2 years and is recognized by staff when he comes in, and we recognized 3 employees who have worked on him that day did not seem to matter to the owner. It was only after protesting this, and pointing out that we knew some of the workers, did she relent to allow the service. The manicurist was very apologetic to us, which would point to this only being an issue with the new owner. At the end of the treatment, the owner loudly announced that this was the last time and he was banned for life from the salon.Now I certainly dont know salon risk factors that must be taken into consideration when a client enters their store, but surely a 78 year old kind man who doesnt have a lot of joys anymore due to his physical limitations is not one of them.We will never set foot in Ten Perfect Tails again, and hope you will consider this treatment of our elderly population when you make your decision as well.

Wow this place is horrible. 2 hours after I got acrylic refill, the gel started to peel off. AFTER 2 HOURS!!! I was warned not to come here but I was in a hurry to get a fill before my birthday the next day. Total waste of 35 dollars. DO NOT COME HERE.

People are so rude here, not a relaxing experience at all. All the workers are yelling across the store at each other in their native language, you cant have any peaceful thoughts to yourself. I had a regular manicure & told my technician I dont want gel and she got so mad & aggressive with me. All the other customers & I were looking at each other, like why are we doing this to ourselves...lol 🤦‍♀️

I debated for a few days if I should write a review about my experience, but even after a few days my fingers still hurt. Went in for a manicure and a predicure. The male who did my manicure was very rough and he trimmed my cuticles back way too far. He also cut me and when I told him, he scraped his nail over the cut to remove the blood pooling by my nail. That was disgusting and I was so shocked he did it. I just wanted it to be over at that point so I let him finish. Needless to say my manicure is already chipping after a few days. I will not be going back, it was a very uncomfortable experience. I’m sure there are great people there, but I did not encounter them.

This place is SOOOO CLEAN!!! Idk about other people but thats one if the 1st things I pay attention to at a nail salon. I came in at 730 (they close at 8) and they took me and did an amazing job! And the atmosphere is so calming and it looks beautiful inside. It was my 1st time but this is definitely my new go to salon 💅

I came here or the first time during the week in the early afternoon. I was greeting very quickly and warmly and asked what services I wanted. I only needed a pedicure and it was one of the best ones I have ever had. I like that they give you the prices of the services much like you get a menu at a restaurant. The service menu is detailed and tells customers exactly what they get and you choose the level of service that you want. You can get just a basic pedicure with just a polish change to the works, like the spa massage, etc. It also has all the exact prices. Most nail salons have the prices on a wall and it does not explain what you get and then you are surprised at the counter when you pay. Very clean, quiet salon with very attentive staff and reasonable pricing.

Poor technique. My nails were not smooth. They came out lumpy and the polishing was sloppy. I wont be returning. Do yourself a favor and skip this place if you want beautiful nails. This place is not a perfect 10.

Been coming here for at least 10 years. Lisa is amazing. My mom has been coming since they opened at least 30 years ago. Highly recommended. Ive since moved away but I ALWAYS make sure to get my nails done here when I am home!!!

I got a set done. Before she was done she asked me to pay. I was offended because it felt like she didnt trust I was going to pay. And then after that when looking at all my nails none of them were cut the same shape and the coats were not painted evenly. I was so mad I just left and couldnt even deal with being there. And the the prices were very high. I would not recommend going there again. It was sad to say this was my first time going also.

Long story short; I got acrylics she told it would be $50 but in the middle of doing them she changes to $55 and two day later my pinky nail was about to come off already and I didn’t do anything to it. I went to the nail salon again to tell them to fix it but the lady just glued it down and told me to come back later to fix it but they had one hour until they closed so I didn’t see a point on going again. I will never go to the salon again bc they have scammed me and they suck :/

They got me in right away the staff was pleasant the prices were very reasonable and they did a great job on my pedicure and eyebrow wax. Also the salon itself is very classy will definitely be back.

Very unprofessional. I didnt even stay to get my nails done. All the workers were yelling back and forth in their own language. I felt very uncomfortable. One of the guys that was doing a ladies nails took a phone call on his cell phone and then hung up and called someone else meanwhile the lady is just waiting for him to finish his personal phone call. Thats when I got up and left.

Yup. Finally a nail place that makes my nails look dainty and feminine. Theres a lot of technicians, i assumed i would have to wait since it was so packed with women, but they glady accommodated me with no wait. I fell asleep at the massage part of my pedicure and for my manicure, the techinician shaped my nails the way i would do my own at home...perfectly. They cost only a little more than the other nail places around the way but they do a better job and they are worth it. I also didnt have someone jack up my price trying to upsell me. They were consistent with their prices for the 4x ive been there. I had a different nail tech each time and was satisfied

The first time I came here the girl who did my nails did a fantastic job. Yesterday I went in for a fill and the man Who did my fill for me was completely rude and nickeled and dimed me Even charged me to file my nails down. Will never go back to that salon again. 22$ for a fill and on top of that he didnt even do a good job!

Only reason I came here was because they were open on a Sunday and I needed my nails done asap. Overpriced, slow, not attentive and the lady that helped made my thumb bleed. :/Overall painful experience .

Two times in a row my gel manicure has chipped off only couple of days after putting it on here. This has not happened with other places so makes me think its the way they are doing it. Last time the lady that was working on my nails took more than two hours just for the gel manicure. She did not give me a massage although it is supposed too be included. The worst part was that she kept talking really loud to her co-workers from across the salon, sometimes yelling in my ears. When she would get into the conversation, she would just sit there, holding my hand and not really working on it! It was really frustrating as I was trying to get home to my kids and then when time came to do the polish, she rushed through it so Im thinking it did not really get the heat it needed to stay on. Now they are having me wait an hour to fix it for me. Not a good experience at all.

Was not very happy with this nail salon the lady told me that my daughters n friends nails would be $30 each which was a lie she charged mh daughter $40 because they were a difgerent shape and then my daughters friend they charged her $50 because the lady said and i quote shes from Vegas and her nails are longer so i charge her $50 which was completely wrong we will never go back there again

First of all the pricing is very high! Secondly, they did such a horrible job on Friday, that over the weekend they already looked horrible as if I hadnt had a mani/pedi in weeks. I come back in Monday after the weekend and simply just ask them to at least cut my cuticles and they would not without me paying for the full service again. Not a way to keep a customer!

Beyond disappointed. Complete waste of money for the crappiest looking gel manicure and spa pedicure.

They just expanded their salon, and it is stunning inside! there was no wait when i went it, and they even stayed open late for me. the woman who did my mani did a fantastic job, showed her a photo of nails from pintrest i liked and she did them exactly how i wanted! The woman who did my pedi was able to get my ingrown toenails out from a previous salon and my calluses are gone with out being ticked too much ;) WONDERFUL JOB LADIES!

My pedicure polish is a mess! Did not clean off the previous color properly and lines of the old color can be seen through the new color. Also not neat at all. Guy who did my full set used tools from containers that said DIRTY. I didnt see the label until it was time to polish & when I asked him about it he acted like he didnt understand English and kept pressuring me to do Gel color. Price I paid was more than listed on on price list. Charged for Gel & when I tried to refute the cost I got no where. Will Never Return!

Had a terrible experience today. My elderly mom and I went for a pedi, a young man refused to work on my mom, he even raised his voice at me. Everyone, employees and customers were uncomfortable. So we decided to take our business elsewhere.
