Super rude owner, Lyly barely answered any my question and laughed at me with another Asian woman working with her, they talked in their language then laughed loudly. If you don’t want to rude your weekend, never step into her salon. No Covid19 guidance is followed, customers sit next to each other without 6 feet social distance at all. Some of customers have no mask! I hope I could gave this shop 0!

They can always fit me in for a pedicure

I called to make an appointment with Lucy for a pedicure and fills, the owner took the call and she said that Lucy was available. When i got there Lucy told me that the owner never told her about my appointment. So the owner had this other girls to do my pedicure. The girl that did my pedicure did a terrible job, she the oldest girl there. I told her that a wanted my toe nails square and she didnt even file then, they were so uneven. She didnt even do a massage, she only applied the lotion. She asked if i wanted to have my callous remove and i said yes, well she just put this thing on my foot and file them for a few seconds, well pretend she file them, but didnt and still charged me extra 7 dollars. She left cuticles on my toe nails and polish around the nails on my toes. I did told the owner, but gave me a stupid excuse. The only girl that knows how to do nails and pedicures, and that is nice, is Lucy. If it wasnt for Lucy, i wouldnt go there anymore. I dont recommend this nail place, unless you go to Lucy. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
