Jennifer would always do my pedicures and manicures. Sad she is no longer working here. She did an amazing job.Whitney does a great job as well and are very friendly.

Ive been coming here for over 10 years and I absolutely love it! From The ambiance to the lovely techs. The establishment is always clean. They practice safety measures during this COVID era. I highly recommend them. I typically get full sets and spa pédicures.

Never in my life have I had a nail tech make my fingers scab. She was so rough with me. Uneven acrylic and bubbles. Also thier nail tips are garbage. Ive never had a nail snap off clean in half. One week after I got them done 2 nails broke. I went and got them redone, paid almost $12.... should have been free but im not gonna beg. It has now been 2 weeks total and another nail broke, while I was playing with my sweat pants! Dont go here for acrylic nails. 3 nails snapped in half with out any real force applied. Upgrade your tip quality please!!

I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years. The service is getting worse. I look forward to my lotion hand arm massage after a manicure but it’s hit or miss if one gets very disappointed. Last appointment 9/24/19 1:20pm no lotion or hand massage with Mimi.The attention to detail is poor as well as communication.I think it’s time to move on ...

Clean and the usually do a great job However there not very good at designs I asked for a leaf and the picture was 1 like with 3 little lines for leaves and she brought out gold flakes instead. So I said its okay you just paint it solid and I had polish dried in the bottom of my finger tips and the polish kept going in the sides of nails when she was doing it and filled off the dried polish of my skin while she was doing the clear coat which resulted in powder being stuck on my nails and my nails look horrible. There not even filed evenly.

Ive always had good service here in comparison to other nail salons in the immediate (2 mi) vicinity. Theyre prompt -never have had to wait long. They have a wide range of gel polish to choose from. They are very polite and accommodating with requests. The price is great and they dont take too long but also dont make you feel rushed.

They were really awesome tonme and my family. As a man they were able to listen and take their time grooming my feet the right way.

Friendly staff who do a great job. They got new massage chairs since I was there last time and they are SO nice! I got a message and a pedicure for the price of a pedicure!

I love how I can walk in and dont have to wait, of course I go in the middle of the day to avoid the crowds. I did a girls day out with 5 friends and they accommodated all 6 of us at the same time no problem. We had a great time and they provided excellent customer service!

I use to come here alot because its clean and doesnt smell like polish or chemicals. Thankfully it still doesnt. But I use to feel really welcome here and instead I felt rushed to choose a polish color and then my mani took all of 5 min. Its pretty sloppy looking. Air bubbles, and she didnt get full coverage so there are unfilled spaces and some smudges. She wasnt very nice to be honest. The store might be clean but the service not so much.

My last visit was awful. I asked one of the women if she could do a specific design and she agreed and told me to have a seat. Immediately I get an off feeling that she’s not doing the usual protocol for acrylics. The design came out entirely different, she added black polish when the design showed none, without asking me for approval. I checked my nails as I walked out and was horrified to find my left hand almost a full 3 centimeters longer than my other hand and some of my nails being square and not coffin shaped as I had asked. I waited over 40 minutes for her to fix the mistakes, she gave off an attitude and tried to argue with me and at one point threw down the nail drill in a huff to go and collect another customers money. When fixing my nails she applied the wrong color coat as well, when I asked for the student discount she gave me $2 off instead of the standard $5.

Love this place. It’s like a second home. Jenna is AMAZING. She can freehand any nail design and is a perfectionist. Highly recommended!!!

Just had the worst pedicure of my life here. Ive been a few times and I wouldnt say this place is a 5 but normally at least 3ish. The manicurist made me bleed twice by cutting the sides of my toe nails and never apologized or attended to the bleeding. There was no scrubbing, or massaging. And when I got a closer look, all of my toe nails have a different shape to them! When I want to pay she could even bother getting up to ring me up. This place has for gone downhill, with a underwhelming selection of non-gel polish, a staff that doesnt care and lack of professionalism I will not be returning.

Recently, I found out my nail specialist left. Her name is Jenna, does anyone know which nail salon she left to? Shes the only person that does my nails to my liking.

She literallyy did my pedicure in 10 minutes. Dnt go here its the worst service. What a waste of money. The lady did nt have a amile on her face she aas throwing pedicure materials around with a grumpy face. I told her i have ingrowns she just brushed it off on top and did nt even ask if its ouk or anything. After my pedicure my feet still hurts and doesnt even look clean. Very bias they want u to get the most expensive pedicure then they will do a good job. But not wveryone has all that money.

Worst Manicure and pedicure experience ever! The pedicure was rushed and maybe lasted 10 min. I was sent to a manicure chair where the lady was very rude. She smeared the paint color on my thumb with specs of another color and was going to leave it that way until I asked her to please fix it. She glared at me and then forcefully begin to remove the paint. With so many nail salons in the area, they really need to start treating people with respect. I will never return to this establishment again!

No very happy with the service.... Im new in the town and when to this place for first time, had full set and my nail came off on the 2nd day... went to fix and had to pay again.. its seems like the staff never care.. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE..

My wife loves the place. And the old man always gives me bottles water while Im waiting for my wife. Lol. And then she is finished we go to the Pho Dynasty next door afterwards. Win win.

I have been there before and no more when I want to treat my granddaughters to a mani. It is evident the dont want to do that. From here on, I will make appointments for them, and myself when needed, elsewhere.

So I arrived here at 6:20 PM. I asked if they had time for me to get a pedicure and they said, pick a color and sat me in a chair. I was given a bottle of water and ignored from that point on. It is now 6:55 PM and my feeling is they hope I will get upset to leave. HA, I am staying .... After service Iwill post what it looks like.

I spent almost 50 dollars there yesterday for my nails and eyebrows, two nails have already broke and it hasn’t even been 24 hours, the lady who did my eyebrows there was no change it’s as if I didn’t even get them waxed, after my nails dries the painting was terrible you can still see a little of the regular nail The lady who did my nails stabbed my middle finger so hard and didn’t even apologize personally I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Worst customer service ever I wish I could do 0 starts and stop speaking in your language like we can tell your talking bad about the customer never ever coming back and I I’m telling everyone i know not to come there.

Poor service, waited for 15mins. When I got up to leave they started talking to me, telling me you are next. I just walked out.
