Just had my windshield repaired. Had a large rock hit my windshield an hour ago and the crack got bigger from 1 inch to about 10 inches within an hour. Seth did a great job and did his best to stop the crack and fix what he could. I’m amazed of what he did. I’ll definitely come back here if I have another windshield chip.

On a Sunday afternoon after 2:30 pm on 290, a rock came flying into my windshield. In a matter of seconds, I could see the crack and several lines. Several shops on Google were listed as open but they were not. I gave Texas Rock Chip a call and they were actually open. Matthew was super nice and helpful. He explained the process to me and he completed the work in less than 10 minutes.

Went in today for my first rock chip repair for a chip that happened today as well. The gentleman running the place was very informative and helpful. When I got approval from my insurance company, the repair took about 15 minutes. The minor cracks got filled in to where they are barely visible, and all there is left is a tiny dot. Great work. Highly recommend.

Ive had windshield cracks repaired on other cars and have never turn out as great as Patrick did for my car. He got all the air out and repaired it so good I only see a small dot. Matthew scratches my car in the process of fixing the crack on windshield. He then proceeded to tell me that I was going to have to pay $20 extra dollars “cash” since the crack was over a certain length. Mind you, he didn’t give me a receipt for that transaction. (My thought is that he was going to keep that for himself and not tell the boss) I contacted them he clearly said he did make the scratches and now they say they will not take responsibility for it. The crack wasn’t even diminished and I ended up with scratches on my brand new car. They are terrible people.
