My favorite nail salon everrrr!!! I always get my French tip pedicure here and they are perfect every time!! the ladies here are so sweet and funny. It’s kind of a drive for me but I will never go anywhere else!

Amazing Service! Recently taken over by a new owner and shes awesome! My mom, grandma, and myself get our manicures and pedicures here. Kay is amazing!!! And her attention to detail is excellent. Will definitely be coming back.

Today, my service was not the best from the owner, Kay. I normally see Mary, she’s gentle with my nails and provide good customer service. Mary, wasn’t in and I walked in and asked for a pedi and a mani. I was confused on the color, however, the tech that did my mani was very nice. I thought the first tech would finish my nails, but Kay, come over grab the foil off my hand tossing it as if she had an attitude, and scrubbed the hell out of my nails to get the gel off. I asked was everything ok and she said I didn’t know you wanted nails done too, which I informed the tech when walking in. She said I should come back later. Kay, detected in my voice that I was unhappy about the rudeness and unpleasant vibe she had going on. So, she said she would do my nails, and said that I complain too much. Choosing a nail color isn’t a complaint, and it wasn’t applied yet. Which there was a white woman and her daughters that came back after being serviced, and she treated them very kind even when they asked for her to change something they were unsatisfied with. Also, I had my google translator on and Kay was speaking very unpleasant. I let her finish my nails, I paid and left feeling treated poorly. And to mention, she felt we were close enough when I first started coming to kick me playing, which I didn’t find funny at all. The salon is nice and there are some pleasant techs, unfortunately, I will not be returning and I will miss Mary. People start turning on your google translator and check out exactly what they’re saying about YOU! Unfortunately, I can tell that these nail salons do not like to cater to blacks.

Allure nails should be called RAT TRAP they threw pieces of their equipment out the back of their store with DEAD RATS all over them. If I could have given them a ZERO STAR rating I would have but the lowest star is 1

My wife says Was bummed. Gave them 3 chances. They are more about quantity not quality. First gel mani was okay. The Second time I got my feet and hands gel mani pedi. they filed my finger nails so thin. And cut my toe nails uneven and super short. Messed up the gel on my hands, started peeling same day... Went back had them take it off and re do it only to file my nails even thinner. Now they are cracking..... Not impressed.

I love love love this place. The people are so welcoming an really take care. This will forever be my go to place.

It took 1 1/2 hrs to get a new set of acrylic nails and they charged me $50. I was shocked. Managers were gone on vacation. I was on my lunch hour. Way too long to get them done. And they were crooked. But I had to get back to work. I have not gone back.

Tried them a few times to get a real feel for the place and it really depends who you get. There is 1 person that is good and thats it. If you are going for just a basic color with no design or any additives they are ok if you can stand 7+ woman talking about you in another language. I got a pedicure with a simple design and let the lady have my phone to get something close to the design I wanted and it looks like a kid did it. So I tipped her based on her performance and she made comments about me as I walked out. The professionalism is not there.

I was overcharged the last 2 times Ive gone there! The first time I got the basic $22 pedicure and got gel polish for an additional $5. The second time I went in, they told me its $22 plus $5 to remove gel polish and $5 for new gel polish for a total of $32. They told me to get the Deluxe pedicure with wax and massage and the extra $10 for removing and getting new gel polish was included. They charged me $32 for the Deluxe and removed and gave me new gel. Today I went in and asked for the Deluxe pedicure and to remove and get new gel polish. When it came time to check out, she charged me $42 and told me it was an extra $10 for gel removal and new polish! I explained that they charged me $32 last time and it was included, but she argued with me and charged me $42 anyway. They try to upsell then they gouge you with the price. Dont go here.

Came in once while in search of a new go-to nail salon. Got a gel French manicure and my whole experience was just ok. Quality was ok. Very quiet shop, reasonably priced. Customer service is ok but they didn’t really take time to get to know me, just work on me then on to the next kind of thing. Wasn’t wowed enough for them to make an impression on me.

Needs better customer service. Go across the street in the Belair plaza.

I went in to have my nail fixed after ALL of them lifted. Mind you I just went in for a full set on Tuesday. Not even a week and all my nails lifted. My index finger broke on Thursday so I went in to have it fixed and they charged me for the fill..... never going back

I went here with my friends. were around 14-15 years old and because we were without adults, they were going to charge us extra. luckily my friend spoke viet, so she knew that they were going to charge us more. everytime I go there, they cut up my fingers, make my bleed and the next day the polish chips.

Horrible service the lady couldnt sell me a expensive pedicure package so she dint scub the bottom of my feet and had attitude she cut my toe it drew blood had a scab for two weeks...much to expensive for just what I got..dont go there ...

I get the gel with a full set and they last for weeks without chipping or lifting. Make an appointment with Van she is my favorite.
