The head service manager ( I believe his name was Mike) was very knowledgeable and more importantly was a great listener to my concerns and questions. He also took the time to show me what he was doing to my vehicle so that I felt comfortable with all the treatments that him and his team were performing. One of the services I had done was an Auto Trans fluid replacement and it made me very happy to see the whole process in front of my eyes with the manager explaining what he saw in my car’s fluids. They flushed the auto trans fluid several times to make sure that all the deposits and gunk were removed. I can definitely say that the manager went above and beyond his job expectations to provide quality service to my vehicle and I sincerely appreciate it when I’m spending hundreds of dollars. I was so happy with the service I received. I believe Johnny and Jerry helped me. They were fast, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind and funny. I loved that I could stay in my car, which especially during a pandemic made me feel more comfortable.

Everyone was very nice and super funny which made the oil change I got a great experience. When they noticed something could be changed they recommended how it could be changed and said that they could replace whatever needs to fixed. Love them and definitely will come again!

Went in to get an oil change wait time was pretty quick considering there was a lot of people. Johnny was very attentive and professional. He showed me the filter he was putting in my truck and made sure I was well taken care of. They also cleaned my windshield. I was able to stay in my vehicle which was super convenient for me since I have 4 kids. I will definitely be going to this location again. Staff and service was great!

Pulled up to one of their lanes and I was immediately greeted. He offered myself and my family water then handed me a card to fill out with my information. The whole process took no more than 20 minutes and the tech who inspected my vehicle was respectful and very knowledgeable. This was a great experience overall and you have gained a loyal customer. I got the state inspection done today (Sunday). I was helped by Eugene. He was very helpful and polite. He offered me new wiper blades since they were already tired out. The service was very good and quickly. I definitely will be back.

I took my jeep in for the yearly inspection first thing in the morning 8/24/21, and while waiting the sales associate approached me to let me know that the machine had gone down during an inspection before me and was very kind about it, I went back later that day around 4 and the associate who did the inspection was very kind and got the jeep in within 15 mins of us being there. Overall the experience was great from the start. My husband and I always take our vehicles there for our yearly inspections, and they are always so friendly. Definitely worth the 5 star rating.

Eugene, Hector and the crew were fantastic! I got to stay in my car while the service was done. They were very thorough, but were not pushy trying to upsell me (an issue I’ve had at other places, so I’m glad they weren’t like that!!). Got my oil changed, tires filled, windshield wipers changed and windshield cleaned, cabin air filter exchanged and free car fresheners. I highly recommend them; I’ll definitely be back next oil change!

These guys are fantastic, they did my oil change fast and I didn’t have to get out. They offered a bunch of services but weren’t too pushy about it like other people. 10/10 place.

What is going on here!? One car in front of me. I tell them I need an inspection. They proceed to take 3 cars that I assume for oil changes. After 15 minutes of nothing, I ask one of the techs is the inspector on his lunch? He replies, Let me find out? Then never comes back. Just keeps on wandering around talking and hanging out with the other guys. This is what gives anything on Dyer a bad reputation. What a zoo.

I have been going here for a few years and their level of service is amazing. Every employee is professional and quick to help or explain anything you need. If they dont have an answer, they will get it for you. I also have never been told to purchase anything unnecessary at the time. Which is a big plus because being female, I find alot of places will suggested things just for the money. I highly recommend this location.

This location is excellent. I was a “drive-up” and I was attended to promptly as I waited in the designated parking places. The service was efficient and very professional. It was a great experience as I dislike having to take care of car things. It was very clear that the communication is priority and it showed as they were on top of every vehicle that arrived, also taking note of the appointment vehicles and the time that everything took.The place runs like a well-oiled machine.My son is still talking about the Lube Xpress branded water bottles.

This has been the most efficient and fastest oil changes Ive ever had plus the staff is always super friendly and makes sure every customer feels welcomed. Today I was helped by Eugine at first and he helped guide me to make sure I was assisted and understood the process of going through, whenever it was my turn Mike then went and explained the entire process out how the oil change will work and help better my car as well as the different options, then I was helped by Johnny who was was doing my cabin air filter and if we all know how much of a pain that is he was the most calm working with it than Ive ever been. These 3 that I worked with were very professional and made sure my visit would bring me back and this establishment has been the one place to change my oil for these past 4 years Ive lived here.

The service was impeccable. Drove up, was given a sheet of paper to fill out, waited in line for about 5 minutes, drove in, they were organized and had great teamwork ensuring not only the safety of the customer, but the safety of each other. It was like a well oiled machine ( pun intended ). They topped off my windshield wiper fluid, provided a variety of air fresheners i can choose from, and I feel that this is one of the best experiences Ive ever had with an oil change. I almost bought some windshield wipers, but they said to wait and they sprayed the windshield and told me to turn the wipers on, i turned it on and realized nothing was wrong with what I currently have. Honest individuals that show pride in their work. 5 stars.

Needed to get a new vehicle state inspection and I usually go to the Firestone and the Pep Boys nearby, however their state vehicle inspectors were out. So I just came here by chance.I should have came here in the first place! It was quick easy and straight to the point. Only took about 20 minutes! And with people in front of me in line. The Firestone took about an hour and a half to do the same thing!Turns out most of the employees here are certified state vehicle inspectors and all very friendly.The Tech that helped me out, Eugene. That gentleman deserves a raise. He was professional, polite, and efficient. Overall leaving me with a positive experience that I will refer this business to any who ask.This business also does oil changes and offers 10% military discount.Highly recommend.

THIS PLACE WAS OUTSTANDING WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE! Never left my car once (just pull up and they’ll greet you and direct you to where you need to be), asked me what I was there for and greeted me! They did the original thing I asked them to and then informed me about other things that typically need done around the mileage that I’m at! They were knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly, asked if I had questions! They make me feel welcome and safe and even though I was behind 4 cars I was done within 45min! They care about their people and the way they present themselves! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!The prices weren’t outrageous! I got a discount by downloading the app and I got a reminder sticker on my car! I got my windshield cleaned and they have a free air freshener that’s oil based and it smelled amazing!

From the moment I arrived I was greeted by a very friendly attendant, Mike Sanchez, who I later found out was the store manager. I had a list of services that I wanted to get done on my vehicle and he went thru it and told me which ones they would be able to perform. He was very knowledgeable about everything and answered all my questions. Prior to bringing my vehicle here I had had a bad experience elsewhere at a major car dealership in town where they took three hours to do an oil change and used my vehicle to shuttle a customer around. Mike and his crew took about an hour to perform four services on my vehicle in a timely and professional manner. Im extremely happy that I brought my vehicle here and will continue to do so.

From the time I pulled up till the time I left I was educated and treated with professional. They were very knowledgeable and pro customer. When I go there I got a bottle of water. When I left they cleaned my windows and gave me air freshener. And I was only there 20 mins at the most. This is the only place I will go for an oil change or preventative maintenance

Went for the oil change on May 6, waited about 30 minutes but wasnt too bad, could have been longer. The staff was great as well as the assistant manager who showed me how to change the cabin filter in my car while he changed it out for me. Learned something new today. Tried to use the service for an oil change for a Toyota Tacoma but said I have to use synthetic oil only for $62. I have been using this place for 7 years and that was the first time I was told that I have to use a specific oil in MY vehicle. In fact, the young man said it was illegal for me to use any other oil. So I left and used the next place and they gladly assisted me. Ill use them from now on.

Horrible service from the beginning. Went for a simple oil change. They tried to charge me for a few different things. Ex: told me I had a dirty air filter (I literally changed it myself the week prior). I got the oil change from them and somehow they broke the oil filter. The manager was no help and extremely rude. She wouldnt even explain to me why she wasnt liable for the damage to my vehicle.

Best experience I have had since I moved to El Paso. Mike (manager) and Ricardo (assistant manager) helped and provided great customer service. We arrived late on memorial day around 5:10 the shop was closing early for memorial day 5pm, Mike went out of his way past his work hours to help my wife and I with an overheating issue we had with our vehilce. He explained what was wrong how to fix it, what caused it etc.

They did my inspection (2 years in a row), great price, Jay has excellent customer service (which we all know is not common in El Paso) ! I highly recommend!
