Very nice people worked efficiently. Only problem was price. $75 for oil change on a Buick Verano. Seems excessive.

Please please please dont take your car here. Took my car for an oil change, 2 days later my car exploded on the highway. If a company cant get a simple oil change right would you really want to trust them with anything else?? No!

I took my SUV in for an oil change, inspection and a car detail inside and out. They did an amazing job detailing and cleaning my SUV. It looks better than the day I bought it! Changed the oil quickly but I didnt see them check the air filter or the tire pressure, and as far as I saw they didnt check any other fluid levels.

I just got my 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse inspected here and after the inspection I noticed that the area that surrounds my drivers seat reclining lever is broken now. I know my car is used and isn’t in the best condition but I am aware of what is broken and what is not in my car. I’m disappointed in the care taken of my car and lack of care for it because after I made an employee aware of it they just tried to snap it back in place then left. I was then told to back my car out because they have other cars to inspect and work on. Like I stated earlier I don’t have the best of car but I do love my car and expect it to be treated like a new vehicle would be.

This place is awesome! Ive been coming here for about 15yrs now. Recently I had a problem with my jeep and they took it and wouldnt stop until they found the problem. I was updated frequently on the status by the owner. My jeep is running perfectly thanks to these guys. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, they know how to give great customer service. Do not go here, they just try to rip you off. I went in for a simple state check. They started making up stuff that was wrong to get me to spend more money. My truck just got out of a state approved shop to make sure everything was good to go. So today I’m going to DPS to put in my complaint and hopefully someone will shut them down. I’m not from El Paso either and it makes this city look even worse.

These guys are great at what they do and are honest. Excellent customer service and very professional. No wonder they have been around for so long. They were able to do a complete tune-up on my vehicle with original manufacture parts at a very good price. They saved me money on parts I didnt need to buy and had me back on the road in no time. My vehicle ran better than it did the day I drove it off the lot and my gas mileage even improved....saving me even more money. They also have an awesome detailer to make your entire vehicle look like new. My engine was detailed so good it also looked better than new....and its eco friendly too. Great business and definitely earned a repeat customer for life.

I went to Walmart and decided not to wait. Went here and they took my car in right away! Changed my oil quickly and answered all my really dumb questions!! A little more expensive but well worth it! Will definitely be going back!!!

Expensive and poor quality job.They never put back the oil cap again, and the oil were spilled everywhere.The motor hood was down but they didnt close it, because the oil cap was there.Maybe these are the reasons they’re quick, these little things can damage the car or cause accidents.

They basically did this to my car. Do not come in here. They weren’t willing to fix the cut they made through my bumper. And the manager was very unprofessional.

Dont take your car here for an oil change! They stripped the oil plug on my truck, didnt tell me about it and left me with a pretty bad oil leak! When I went back they told me that they informed me when I picked up my car, and that they wrote that the oil leak was specified on the ticket. Well, the guy did not tell me anything about it when i picked it up and did not write anything about it on the ticket. I went and bought and replaced the oil plug myself. I had to file a complaint in order to get a refund because the manager told me I was making a big deal out of nothing and hung up on me when I had called him. This guy obviously doesnt understand how serious an oil leak really is. Overall theyve got mediocre mechanics (who dont know how to tighten a screw) and poor customer service.

Went in to have them look at my car and total missed the whole reason why my car was leaking coolant! Quoted my $300 for The hose part and labor when it cost me less to actually fix the real Problem which was the 1 Radiator fan that needed to be Replaced.... Completely over looked the fan!!!

I have only been here for inspections. The atmosphere is sketchy, employees contibute to the overall atmosphere by being a bit unattentive and careless of your presence. I feelt like i was intruding on their time. I cant really speak much of the service because there isnt much to service in a inspection.

Refused to pay for repair for damage caused by mechanic negligence. Came in for an oil change as usual, been coming here for years. Afterwards the truck acts VERY odd, transmission kicking hard, over-revving, loss of power. I took it back and asked them to look it over and see if they did something by mistake, they looked it over and said it was probably just my corroded battery posts. So i took my truck to the dealer and they found my transmission partially drained of fluid and the oil pan plug gasket missing. I went back expecting them to pay for the repair and they refused, saying we dont touch the transmission on those vehicles.. Sad to say but i can no longer trust theses guys.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!! My wife has been coming here for years to get her oil change. Shes a regular and trusted this business. About 6 months ago, we took her car to get an oil change. It was a new car and it was its first oil change. We paid for full synthetic oil as well. Today I changed the oil myself and was not happy to find that the car still had the same oil filter from the car manufacturer. If they did not change my oil filter, there is no telling if they even actually changed my oil. Never again will I bring my car here!

Dishonest, rude and excessive charges!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!! Manager quotes a price and will rip you off at the time of charging! My son and I went for an oil change, were quoted $34.99 but at the time of paying it was twice as much for each vehicle! He claimed it was the filters, disposal fees and taxes! Really??!! 😠 And on top of that, he ridiculed us for questioning the increase! He is not to be trusted!!
