Dead on a Saturday morning (10 a.m.). Came for the state inspection and I was in and out in about 5 minutes. They even offer you a bottle of cold water while you wait. Tricky to get in because it shares an entrance with GECU but it wasnt too busy so not really an issue. Great service, Lube n Go!

Went for a regular quick inspection, and ended up wasting a fraction of my day because they left the keys inside the car and locked me out of my own car... Had the audacity of handing me my garage remote instead of my keys lol! All to take no responsibility for their mistake, and tell me if I had my spares on me... Who has their spare keys on them? Then proceeded to ask me if I can have someone who can pick me up or bring me my spare keys. This is a problem in which the manager (David) who was taking care of me did absolutely nothing about, did not offer me a ride or to call me an Uber, literally just walked away. I understand mistakes happen, but there is a certain responsibility that businesses have when they commit mistakes. If I had left my house keys in the car, I would have had no way of getting into my own home all for something I had no control over. I can only advise you to take your business elsewhere, as I can only imagine the way they handle bigger problems...

Dropped my vehicle off for an oil change and came back to a dead battery. They had left the lights on. Then they tried to tell me it was not their fault because my battery was low when i dropped it off. It may have been low, but leaving the lights on is what killed it!

Lube N Go is safe...Every chain is consistent, some are super fast some are slow but you can rely on them wherever you are. Good for car inspections, even if you change your own oil, it costs a filter, and oil...adding up to more than their cost...then add your time and space, tools...

We went to this place and asked for a specific type of oil! Royal purple. Then had our machic take a look at our vechicle and we were told that the oil wasnt what we requested. We were lied to there. I do not recommend this place!

I called to obtain some general information, when they answered my call a man answered with a hello, no introduction, did not acknowledge who I was calling, I asked if I reached lube n go, he replied yup, I asked if they were located on mesa, again he replied yup.... that was enough for me to know that they do NOT deserve my business, very unprofessional!

Super convenient experience. Crew at this location are awesome in regards to speed. They move fast to take care of auto inspections. Customer service needs a lot of work but their expedite service makes up for their at times poor customer service. I do recommend this place to get your inspection.

These guys like to close early. The doors are open and employees are still there. But if you arrive at 5:45 pm they tell you that their computers are updating to come back tomorrow. This has happened to me twice. Just close your doors if you arent open for business. This trip was a waste of my time.

Went to undo the bad work from a back mechanic. The staff took care of my vehicle in a fast diligent manner, while explaining every step they did and why they were done.

I have gone to this location for 15 years. I am now handicapped from knee surgery and use a walker. When I arrived I got out and took out my walker. An employee was standing by the entry door to the waiting room. I was having difficulty opening the door with my walker. The employee ignored me and another customer helped me by opening the door. I dont expect special treatment but the employee could have helped me by opening the door. I felt like the employees were rude. How much time does it take to open the door for an old crippled lady? I am going to find another oil changing place.

Im absolutely DONE with this place! Been a loyal customer over 10 yrs. Wifes car had low oil light come on two weeks after oil change. Checked oil and wasnt even touching the dip stick. 2 1/2 quarts low. Its a 2006 Honda Accord and doesnt leak a drop of oil! This has happened twice to her! I think they take advantage of women! Save your engine and AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!

I was recommended to go to this location because it was quick, affordable and staff was nice! Glad I went had oil changed quicker than where I normally take my car (Vint***) and staff was much more personable professional and friendly! So glad I was recommended here I will definitely refer my family and friends! After reading some of the other reviews I checked my fluids and everything was perfect!

Forget to put oil back in my jeep after draining it out during a routine oil change. Wound up stalling out the next day because of this. Pathetic!

So, I take my car there for state inspection. These young guys are working and attend to me. They take my car in and start looking it over. they then tell me that my wipers are torn and I need to replace them so I wont fail inspection. This car is four years old, but has always been garage kept and only get 7k-8k miles per year. The wipers were not torn. I checked them afterwards and they work find as they always have. These guys were trying to make me buy product from that business in order to get a passing inspection. Beware.

When I lived in town this was my favorite oil change location. I happened to be in town for other business and decided to get an oil change here. Saw staff that I knew had been working there for years which to me says a lot about a place. Decent prices and fast service.

I called ahead to find out the wait time and they said 15 mins. I arrived within 3 mins and stood waiting at the counter for someone to assist me for 25 mins. Even attempted to call the business number at this location again repeatedly to get someone’s attention, but to no avail, as every call was ignored. This used to be my favorite location for a quick oil change, and I repeatedly drove across town to get their once stellar service on my car. This is no longer the case. Will be taking my services elsewhere. Highly disappointed.

The uninformed staff, or perhaps improperly trained on the ways of quoting a price cost me quite a bit extra in my service.I came in for a safety inspection and was greatly disappointed at the service I received. I was told the price would be $18.99, as soon as I sat down in the lobby the person servicing my car tells me that it would be $18.99 but I need new windshield wipers, okay-thats fine, he tells me that its $11.99, okay thats fine as well.When I went to pay my total came out to over $40. I asked why and was told that the wipers were $11.99 EACH. which was not explained to me by the person servicing my car, which is entirely unfortunate because by that time the inspection was already done. The cashier said hed have a talk with the employee, but that doesnt help me in my situation because I was still mislead for a product and had to pay for it. I will NEVER come back to Lube N Go, I will never recommend Lube N Go, and I will be SURE to voice that people should NOT go to Lube N Go.

I have taken my car here for years for oil changes & state inspections.I took my car in this year for state inspection & they didnt pass it due to engine light on. Well this light has been on for full 3years since I had accident & even though car was fixed this light has never turned off.Ive gotten car passed last 2years however this year they wouldnt pass it and then they were so rude about. These new mechanics need training on how to communicate with customer. Very rude & condesending. Yet manager just sat back & did NOTHING about how this mechanic spoke to me.So how did my car pass last 2years with same light on, humm.

It was a very quick, oil, power steering, and radiator service. The employees were all business and answered questions without runarounds. Will visit again.

Douche bag youngster said my car was in perfect condition, left my car with no fluid, my car over heated had to take it to a mechanic to find out the retards never checked the fluids, never again nor do I recommend this crappy service to anyone. Putting a manditory lock on the your oil pan policy is some bs preventing you to get your oil chainged elsewhere they really do a good job.

I understand that when a business is busy with customers then the wait time is directly affected by it. I live closer to the location near Artcraft but this location was on my way to work. Although I perform the oil changes in my car, I take it to Lube n Go once a year when it is time to perform the state inspection. I drove up on a typical windy and dusty El Paso day at about 4:00 PM. I noticed 2 of the three car bays in use and mentally conditioned myself for a longer wait. I made a cup of coffee with the Keurig Brewer they supply and sat with an ipad to keep me busy. Seven minutes into a tv show, someone who I assumed to be the manager called my name from behind a desk. Thinking that he will ask me routine questions about considering a fuel injector cleaner or changing air filters, I walk up to the counter getting ready to say no thank you. I meet this guy that looks giddy with a smile...the type of smile that infects your face with a smile as well. He tells me that the oil has been changed and the state inspection is done as well and he is there to return my keys and charge me?! I was astounded. I asked him what they did to my car to make sure that everything requested was performed and indeed it was all done! Wow. That is a first for me. I recommend this location due to my experience and mainly due to the managers genuine customer service skills.

If only all places had this customer service. I went to Mercedez Benz dealership and I got ignored left and right. I went to Lube n Go and I got treated like royalty. They even wiped the bird poop that was on my ugly old car...Above and Beyond!

Took my car in for an inspection which passed and literally drove 2 blocks and headlight started to malfunction and started pouring smoke out my exhaust pipe checked my oil and was not showing up on dipstick went to another store and had to add over 3 quarts to my vehicle because they started to drain my oil and never topped it off

Levels my car has to pass inspection and the people there did not help me with the supposed problem that my car had in the emergency and they did not refund the money, I had to take my car to another place and in the end my car had nothing in the emergency alone they did it to collect money

The manager took the part that marks the miles and put another. There was someone waiting for the part. I complained and got angry. What a shame that this clause of people in that place work
