This is my second time here and both times were a very pleasant experience. First time was a pedicure a year ago. This visit was a manicure. I really enjoyed my nail technician. She was thorough and kind. The hand massage at the end was a nice and comforting surprise.Note: They squeezed me in at the last minute to fix my nails (done incorrectly a previous salon) because I had an interview the next morning.Would definitely recommend.

I always love my nails when I come 💚 All the nail artists are awesome and do a great job everytime you come in, they are meticulous and thorough with your service and make sure you get what you love everytime. I have never ever left dissatisfied and they never rush your service, making sure to take their time on you to make you look your best. I have been a client here for over 2 years and never plan on switching

Never had gone in to this place but I needed a removal of acrylics and it was the closest open place I could find, since the moment I walked in I felt that it wasn’t going to be the greatest service. The first man that helped me was nice and gentle with a broken nail that I had that was hurting, that was until two woman came in saying that they had an appointment in which the man decided to roll his eyes annoyed, minutes later I was told if I could move chairs in which I agreed thinking that the same guy was still going to help me. A few minutes later a woman comes to help me but doesn’t even say hi or acknowledge me, she as well had an AirPod in which she was listening to probably a movie as she was mostly looking at her phone the entire time she helped me. She didn’t ask me if I had a broken nail when she started taking the acrylic of my nails making my nail hurt even more, I had to tell her my nail was broken so she could actually notice that it could hurt me. Even with me telling her, her technique was not the most gentle during the removal of the acrylic and while shaping my nails, in which she actually managed to break my nail more and attempted to just use glue nail once on my nail. She asked when filling my nails what shape and length I wanted, in which I told her same length and shape of my natural nail, results are in the picture.

This place really felt professional and had a very friendly environment. The nail stylist was very funny and nice and handled my wife’s nails really well and fast. Definitely coming back for the service next week and the months after too.

Trinity is always willing to do my beautiful nails despite the complex design I choose!

I used to come all the time and it was great, but I just went last Thursday and the guy that did my mani and pedi did awful. He left my nails very sharp, and now they are chipping after 3 days… and when he filed my toe nails he kept rubbing against my skin and left them super sore! Won’t be back.

I really like my dip gel nails! Great attention to detail. The front desk girl is super helpful and friendly. Only con is the fact that it does take a little bit to be seated and the manicure itself was fairly long. I was not offered a beverage but saw others with sodas.

They did a really good job on fixing up my acrylics and very friendly staff. Definitely coming again!

Ive been getting my nails done at qnail lounge for about 6 years. The people that work there know what they are doing and for the most part do care to satisfy the customer. The reason I give it three starts and will be looking for somewhere else to get my nails done is their lack of professionalism in respecting appointments. Its such a lack of consideration and lack of respect for other peoples time. It would make such a difference to simply be honest and say you dont have availability that day or at a certain time. For the quality people would wait.... but Im tired of them not respecting the appointments and taking me 30 min. to an hour after. What a shame...

Its always very dusty. Bathroom is usually a lil dirty. Theyre always making some kind of renovation & change. Its looking good but taking forever. Everyone is very nice. But if it wasnt for Lori I would go somewhere else to get my nails done.

Trinity is really nice and kind and did a beautiful job with my daughters nails she’s the best in Texas I really recommend her . Thanks so much for your job I love it ❤️❤️☺️🥰 .

Worse service ever. they were very rude and had a bad attitude all the time. they got mad at the request to make the nails shorter when i have done them shorter in the same place and seemed very unhappy for me to be there. I would not recommend anyone to go there. i would spend my money elsewhere. support other local stores or people that are at least grateful and happy to have you there. they were not welcoming whatsoever what a way to treat a client. never going there again.

I have been a customer for over 3 years and they NEVER disappoint! The service is always friendly and accommodating. They always deliver anything that you request. I have never had a problem with any staff member there. I often take my 3 year old in for a mani and they treat her just a special as any adult customer and give just as much attention to her. You can call or walk in anytime and they will rarely turn you away.

I had been coming here regularly for full set acrylics but switched over to the Nail Studio on Belvidere due to inconsistency. Came here for the first time in over 1 year due to Nail Studio being closed on Sunday, and still disappointed. Glue everywhere, always rushed service, uneven acrylic length and thickness. Had to come home and file down the sides on my own. Only reason I didn’t go back is because I have to pack for a trip the next morning. They do a good job for gel on your own nail but I don’t recommend for acrylics. For reference, my nails were done by the female owner. (Don’t remember her name) Will not be returning.

I’ve been to this nail shop in the past and they do good work, but it is unnerving to be told it will be a 10 minute wait and then have to wait an hour. After that hour, to be told that it was my fault I wasn’t taken is completely unprofessional.

I called to see how they intake patients due to covid. I was expecting to be scheduled later in the week. They got me and Doctor Wife in at the same time. The wife was happy. It was my first time getting a pedi. It felt nice, id probably do it again for myself one day. I had a good time looking at regulars who get treatments on the regular. ISaw children there with their mothers. The kids looked like they belonged there. Ive been missing out.

I have come here to do a manicure a couple of times and I really thought I found a place. I didn’t like the shape they gave me each time. They left glue and residue from the acrylic powder under my nails each time. I tried getting a full set and they where upset at the style I wanted. They where speaking amongst themselves about charging me more for the shape. And seem irritated with my request. They placed a few nails on crooked and I payed for it anyway. I come back for a fill hoping to fix the crooked nails but they didn’t fix it just noticed and avoided it. Terrible attitude and very unwelcoming. I won’t be going back.

The customer service was excellent. My sport pedicure and dip nails were excellent. The offer wine, and take their time. Great massage. I gave them 4 stars because I asked for a manicure with my dip nails and they did not give me one. Great experience!

Service was great but my dip didnt even make it to a week. $120 for my mani & pedi to last a week is upsetting.

I’m a regular at this place. I called and asked for an appointment on Friday with Kim. They lady who answered told me it would be better if I saw Kim on Saturday. I got an appointment for Saturday and sat for an hour before I finally walked out. All they had to do was tell me they were running behind and ask me to come back instead of wasting my time especially since they know I go there regularly. I get the impression they don’t actually take appointments they just wing it because I’ve had to wait every time but today was the last straw. So rude to make someone wait there an hour without telling them it would be that long.

My nails are super cute, fantastic job! But... I had called earlier to ask when would be a good time to come and they said 2 so I showed up at 2 but they didnt take me until 3🙁also the lady who did my nails wasnt very friendly and was talking to the other nails techs the whole time. Overall it was okay, my friend recommended this place so Ill give them another chance

Q Nail Lounge is my first and onlychoice in nail salons in West El Paso. Im also very fortunate to live within five miles of the salon. Every service and experience Ive had here has been five-star all the way. What I appreciate most is the relaxing atmosphere, ambient music, and high-quality massage (functioning!) chairs. The salon is exceptionally clean, organized, and its obvious that keeping a sterile environment is of utmost importance and concern to them. I would highly recommend Kenny. I can honestly say that hes the best nail technician Ive ever had in my life! He gives a quality experience every single time. He has a very calming, easy-going demeanor and his attention to detail is second to none. Hes a true gentleman. Thank you Q Nail Lounge for being the best of the best!

They sometimes take awhile to acknowledge you when you walk in. But if you have the time, choose your color and take a seat. They get to you as soon as they can. Service is great and they do a wonderful job. After COVID: they installed a small sink at the entrance for handwashing which is great for use on entry and exit! They do try to skip a chair at the pedicure area if youre not in the same party. Masks and handwashing on arrival required.

If you have 4 hours to waste with your feet soaking in lukewarm water.. this is the place 😡

If your expecting a quick service stick to the mall nail salons. Here they take time but give you a true spa experience. I’ve always had a good experience. They give you a thorough message and take their time cleaning up your nails. I’ve had the best messages here ever! The prices are in line with other salons and I think the time and attention here is better. Great west side salon!

Ive given this place way too many chances. Today I got my eyebrows done with my usual lady and she was distracted, unprepared, neglegent and I am livid that its been hours and the redness (not the typical pink) is still very present. Although this place is close to home, I will not be returning. The saddest part is that they were dead at noon, on a Friday.. and still couldnt provide adequate customer service. Bless.Your.Hearts. ✌️

After waiting for 30 minutes I ask how much longer and they tell me to come back in two hours, they could have said that the moment I sat to wait, very poor customer service!

And her daughter was delightful 😃 I forgot the name of the lovely lady that did such a fantastic job on my pedicure but have to say if you want someone to do nail art for you or you need a little extra TLC for your toes she is your gal! What a wonderful, friendly, and CLEAN environment! This is someplace I would definitely recommend 💅👍👍 I wanted cherries 🍒 painted on my thumbnails and my big toes and they were EXACTLY what I wanted, just like the picture 🍒🍒🍒

Friendly staff, high quality service, and its really fun to pick from the menu of different pedicure treatments. That offer a complimentary beverage while you relax in the massage chairs are amazing. I have my acrylic gel nails done here and they are the best around.

OH MY GOD !!I’m so impressed with how great my nails came out I got a French ombré with glitter and it looks so GOOD not everyone can do this and I’ve tried at other places and it always looks terrible but these ladies killed it! Trinity did the ombré and shape of the acrylic and her daughter Natalie did the glitter and smooth color diffusion and they did amazing I will definitely be coming here from now on

I really like this place just today the girl the did my nails did not do good;( i asked for short nails and its looks like gum nails! The acrylic is extremely thick!! I wish i can post pics. Im going back just not with the girl who did it today

Have tried it twice and really like their customer service and work. Ive gotten the spa pedicure and basic manicure. It might be a bit of wait so best to call before you head over there.

They only know how to do one shape of nails which is square. Was very very rude when I tried explaining her how I wanted my shape even after I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails done. The lady Was on the phone and not paying attention to how uneven the nail lengths were. My left thumb basically had no nail length compared to my other nails. I got home and I quickly filed my nails the shape I wanted but its noticeable because the color on the sides got off. I couldve done a better job without spending $40. Never coming again.

To slow they told us 20 min wait and was 90 minutes wait

This was the best nail place, easily. Excellent service: excellent customer care, amiable surroundings, and efficient. I have arthritis, so it means a lot to me when someone is gentle and considerate.

Ive gone to a couple of nail places here in SO, this is by far my favorite. Really nice salon, friendly staff and I got a complementary Moscato! Took some coworkers and we all had a blast!

Its a hit and miss here. Been 3 times. Once was good.Staff will sit on tablets and cell phones eating while you wait for a chair. $$ for what you get. Both toes got trimmed too too short; one will be ingrown....thanks. Its not good news when they bring out crazy glue to fix their mistake. She said it was there before. Are you kidding me? She poked under my toenail so hard on other foot blood filled under my nail. Was that me too? I get regular treatments I have nice feet ...well I did before today.My daughter almost 14 didnt get anything she asked. When we asked them to correct it they just kept laughing saying most girls just want their nails painted not a manicure. I even said to her its not funny stop laughing I wont be back. My $10/extra leg massage was good but its $10/extra. So my pedi was $60.Now I know why my Real-Estate Agent told me not to come here. Guess what ladies word by mouth spreads fast espically bad word by mouth. PS Talking about customers in front of them ( foreign language or not) RUDE. Ashamed

First time I made an appt and they made me wait an hour, Gave them a second chance today, I was told 20 minutes, thirty minutes later they hit me a chair but no one came. Hour and half there wasted, had to walk out. Wish I could do 0 stars both times bad service.

They charge much more to work on callouses. I showed them mine before the service...she filed a little & made an excuse...I request that she finish...she balked...mgr came & tried to make excuses but got it done after I nicely explained bad biz practices. Go elsewhere

The custore service here is absolutely terrible, the woman that did my nails pretty much mocked me and my choice of nails the whole time, although it was in another language it doesnt take a genius to know theyre talking about you. She was in such a rush to get to someone else that she did not even pay attention to my nails, came out crooked and unpolished. I do not recommend going here. Horrible service.

The nail tech seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing and careless. She cut my toe while cutting my nails, bleed-in pain. Walked out-as she seemed untrained.

Nails done here come out poorly and ugly. they have a variety of nail color collection but the way they do acrylic nails come out weirdly shaped and bumpy. secondly, the color i wanted came out bad and ugly (which they took 3 hours to do) with the gel nails. i do not recommend this place whatsoever, i get my nails done often and this was the worst place.

I orginally had a mishap with my nails and the owners were quick to attend to fixing the problem. They were able to not only manage the problem but they ended up giving us a perfect mani and pedi. Trinity and Kenny were wonderful in their service. I highly recommend this nail salon.

Friendly customer service however it takes them forever to put you in a seat. I took my friend to get our nails done. We got a classic set for $25 each. They charged scrubbing your feet $5 more which is ridicoulous.
