I liked how the did my (very first pedicure) the toes came out super cute and I had no problem. I wish I could say otherwise for my nails. I got sat with a male and the entire time he was busy looking at other patrons speaking to everyone about how his uncle was looking for a Mexican woman to spoil and be sugar daddy for. I wasnt asked how I wanted them shaped (tho from my angle they looked fine). I started getting worried when he began painting them, I could see they were uneven. I have really bad social anxiety so I didnt want to start confrontation :( when I got home I could see the damage fully. I called and they had no problem with me getting a new set but they said the same person would fix them. Im going to go to another salon (one Ive been to) to get the set I really wanted. Im unhappy with them and I wish I had the guts to get a refund but I just want others to see what they could possibly end up with.

If there is no star, i would give no star. There is a reason the reviews are horrible. My toe nails looks like some kid play with a manicure. And all toe nails looks weird. I wasted money and time here. Sincere advice, do not go there. You will have to go to another nail salon to fix it.

Went today and was super upset walking out. I am not someone to complain but my nails are horrible, I kept asking for powder and he used gel. I thought he was going to put powder over the gel never did. My nails are thick, both on top and underneath. My daughter is bleeding from her manicure. Im so upset I could cry. $100 down the drain. I will not go back. Very very unhappy.

This place was not the best. Although I only got a pedicure, it was very poorly done. Most of my nails weren’t fully painted. Within 3 days of my pedicure, the nail polish was almost all gone! The person I went with had a better experience than me. Maybe it was just the person doing my nails. I don’t know, but I won’t recommend this place.

I read the reviews, but had a different experience myself. They were fast, thorough, friendly, and affordable. I didnt get a nail design, so cant comment on that. Just gel pedi and no complaints. Ill go back.

I decided to try this salon out since it was closer to my home, I do not recommend this place though. I asked for a specific design, which I showed with pictures, but it ended up horrible. I asked multiple times to fix the issues but the gentleman that was doing my nails just ignored my comments. My nails ended up way to long, bubbly gel, wrong finish, and they started lifting a day after. I ended up paying $80 for a horrible new set. Ive been getting my nails done for over 10 years now and this was the worst set I have ever gotten by far. I asked to speak to the manager to see if it could be fixed but they always said she wasnt available. As I said I would definitely NOT recommend this place.

My daughter and i got our nails done here since its close to home,, but dont waste ur time guys these people are something else, after i told the man my daughter didnt like her nails he literally did some heart design that a kindergartner would do better i wish i had taken a pic of them,,, he got upset and started talking in their language rudely said dont like dont come back, literally wanted to cry my nails were crooked i kept telling the man and just ignored me,, never again!!

I was reluctant to try this place after reading the reviews, but I had a gift certificate so I went anyway. As soon as I walked in I was pleasantly surprised! The place looked colorful and clean and was filled with women and children. I didnt make an appt so I did have to wait a bit. I had a basic pedicure which was nice and the massage chair made it even better. I also asked for an underarm wax which they did quickly after my pedi. All in all I had a great experience and wouldnt mind going back as it is close to home.

Horrible is an understatement! The “manager” did a horrible job, the nails weren’t even painted completely, did what he wanted and nothing else. My 5 year old could’ve painted them better.

I went for a simple nail take off. And the guy just starts using a drill on my nails. I ask him if he’s going to soak them and he says no. So then he starts ripping my nails off and when I tell him he’s hurting me, he pulls my hand back and keeps doing it. I tell him I will go somewhere else if he doesn’t soak them for me and he yells at me for me to go. The WORST service I have ever had in my life when it comes to nails and customer service!

I love the woman who did my pedicure and manicure but the manager is rude! I love to comeback but I don’t like the manager.

I was just there and I politely told “uncle Lee” that I wouldn’t like to pay 40 USD for the service he just provided since they I didn’t like them at all, not symmetric, they look like if I’d painted them two weeks ago like when the nail grows, some fingers painted, some paint from the nail glued to my skin, I told him that I really liked the salon and the pedicure a girl did to me, but these nails where not good at all, so after he charged me 30 USD he was very rude to me and told me to don’t come back in a very rude manner, to be fair to the other employees, all of them were nice but this “uncle Lee” I don’t know if he is the owner or what but he was so rude, just ask not to have the service with him. You can see the pictures to judge yourselves.

Really rude service, unprofessional. Didn’t care when I told him they were uneven and was missing nail polish. He just kept on saying “No No they are good”. and pulled my fingers.

The facility is well decor and clean. Also the staff was nice and I was seated quickly. The attention to detail when it came to grooming my toe nails was on point. Highly recommend for pedicure.

Worst nail salon ever, and older lady yelled in my face that my nails were not worth her time because I wanted short acrylics not long. employees were arguing in our faces, not wearing masks correctly, no social distance, very dirty. An older man yelled in my mother’s face and cornered her. I had to grab my mothers hand and run out.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The man who did my nails treat me super rude, had horrible behavior because he did not understand what I was saying to him (not my fault) and the service is $40 for dipping powder and the work just horrible and unprofessional, literally never coming back

My wife has tried this place about three times because there isn’t much around that is convenient for our busy schedule. But today is the last time, my wife explained what she wanted and they gave her a price. But for the second time it’s almost double the price they said even though nothing was added. I will not recommend any ladies because these men in here have the courage to yell and argue with them while I’m outside in the car. My wife is very nice and no way a “can I speak to your manager” type. She also had hair inside her nail under the clear coat. Come at your own risk! Pay more for a nicer place because the price will come out the same.

I am outraged and feel very frustrated by my mom’s experience at this place today...one of the male employees there not only yelled and cursed at my mom but even tried to hit her 3 times only because she expressed her unsatisfaction with the work of the manicurist which she was doing rightfully so. I feel very frustrated that someone would treat a person like this, specially my mother. I hope the owner does the right thing and fires this violent person. Do not use Lee Nails. They were rude as I walked in, tried to charge $5 more than what was on menu for a gel manicure. A male employee sprawled on chair snoring loudly. Terrible atmosphere and service- gel manicure also subpar polish on cuticles. Find another place

I have given this nail salon 3 chances, and all 3 they kept changing prices on me. 1st they said $25 for just clear gel powder no mani, next thing you know I’m paying $40. The other time they said 30$ for clear powder, to include the manicure.. I ended up paying 80$ NEVER AGIAN they never showed me a price written in paper. Now for the 3rd time I have a piece of hair under the clear powder and the nail polish is removing itself like if it was glue.

The girl who did my pedicure was nice but the owner was a different story he was not nice he kicked out a customer he got into her face my first and last time I will be going there. For him to be the owner he didn’t have customer service skills

I was hesitant to go to this salon because of the bad reviews but I had no place to go so I figured I’d give them a shot! Let me tell you I was definitely not disappointed at all! The staff was beyond sweet to me and they did a great job on my manicure and my pedicure. Ken was great and hilarious makes great conversation!! I will be visiting regularly!

Not sure why they only have 2 stars, they have great customer service and a lot of dip colors. Ken is amazing and does great designs!

My cousin and I went to go get our nails done here just because we were shopping nearby, the man doing my nails was very sloppy and did not take his time, he cut me many times in my cuticles and nails came out very mediocre. Lumpy and crooked; didn’t even put enough layers of gel polish so you could see the areas that didn’t get attention (which was all of them basically). For $40 I was expecting way more. At least put some pride in what you do or else you shouldn’t be in the profession.

BEWARE!!! This place is very unsanitary and manager Danny has horrible anger issues. I simply mentioned that the water was cold and I noticed the foot scrub was very dirty. I then questioned him of whether he was going to clean under my nail since he was ready to apply polish and he yelled at me. He got in my face as if he wanted to hit me. If this happens to anyone else please report him.

I came here to get a new set of nails done. There was a wait, I understand so I sit and wait for 45 minutes. Then 4 people walk in wanting pedicures and theyre not even in there for 2 minutes before theyre sat and serviced. I am disgusted by the lack of customer service. At least an Im sorry maam be right with you would suffice, but no, not even that.

I have been here three times. Once for the removal of acrylics, the second time for an emergency gel change and the third time I decided to get a manicure and pedicure. The staff is sort of ok. I was really disappointed with the quick pedicure in which my cuticles were not removed correctly so my toes did not look pampered. And then the gel application on my hands and toes was really mediocre. It had bumps and not evenly applied. They did not clean around after application which made it seems I applied the color myself. Very disappointed. I do not recommend. Oh and an FYI they charge a fee when you pay with a card.

The nails i got were not that bad, but they made my finger bleed when they viciously filed my nails and my friend also got her nails done and they came out horribly. I do not recommend going here. The people are also tremendously rude.

Horrible experience ! Got a nail set with a man named Lee and water started going in the nail so I went a week later and asked them to fix it and they said I didn’t need new nails and fixed them by adding super glue. Well that fix didn’t work and 2 weeks later I have fungus on 2 nails. Ladies please be careful if you decide to go there and in case the owner decides to respond like on other reviews “not to go “, which is extremely rude, I definitely will never go back and will tell everyone who asks to not go there .

Unfortunately, the owner on table 11 had a horrible attitude. I had shown him a picture Of what I wanted from the start. There was some sort of miss understanding he got up and yelled “well I don’t know what you want!”. I explained to him once again showing him the picture. He grabbed the stuff and proceeded to throw throw it on the table showing how impatient he was. His attitude from to end was horrific. I tried a few times to start over with him. But unfortunately he continued being disrespectful.To say the least it was only my second time but will be my last.

I had the worst experience here!! I usually go to a different place but decided to try this place because it was close to my house. I got powder dip and the tech took over an hour . He also cut my nails to the base and shaped them horribly. Two days after I got my nails done the power dip started chipping off. When I went in so that they can redo the dip because almost all of them were chipped the owner was rude and was saying it was my fault for them chipping. I have had power dip many times at another place and it has never chipped. They redid the nails but were super rude and were worse than the first time. He filed my nails even shorter and packed on the power so my nails look like they have a mound of acrylic.

Seriously before you go read the owners response to complaints dont like dont come expect that kind of service when you go. The establishment is huge and have tons of pedicure and manicure stations and there is a long wait. The prices are very high and the quality is very poor. There are nail salons on every corner, go where your time and money is appreciated.

Do not go there for dip powder! I did not have a good experience. It took 40+ min for the nail tech to take off my dip powder. It was as if it was his first time. When he finally started my manicure, he asked if I wanted my nails shorter and I said just a little. He didn’t use a nail clipper to cut my nails but the cuticle remover tool! Not to mention he cut them so short and they were shaped awfully. I asked him to put tips (and I hate tips). So one the next hand I politely asked him to simply file them down. The hand with tips looks terrible and lumpy, and uneven. He didn’t even shape the nail. They’re so much thicker. I truly believe he did not know what he was doing. It was my first time there and my last. Terrible terribleUPDATE: In response to the owner response, do not like do not come... I certainly will not be going back and will make sure everyone I know does not go there. Learn to have some decent customer service.

Today my mom and I went for a pedicure but my mothers technician just stood up and left without saying anything. When I asked if she had finished or if shed be back, the lady doing my pedicure starts raising her voice and saying just let dry just let dry along with other comments. I asked her to stop raising her voice, to which the other 3 customers there agreed she was screaming. The other male technicians just supported the female technicians actions. A customer ended up apologizing to us on the staffs behalf.

This is the first time i go and i had a bad experience. my nail tech wouldn’t fix the things i ask them to. my acrylic nails aren’t straight. i asked for long coffin and i got short with a mix of square and coffin. highly don’t recommend it!

They charge 3% if you use a credit or debit card. There are 2 dozen pedicure chairs, and chandeliers but they charge the customer the credit card transaction fee! This establishment seems shady. Something definitely isnt right.

No stars bad service ever dont come to this place, my nails were bad one standing up another short long, bad work ask to correct he stated he would fix it nails were bad, he got mad took them off asked him to clean up the glue and mess, he started to talk in his language and was mean. I had the worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done. I asked to have my nails filed down a little. They are so short I hate them. I need an acrylic fill. I dont know what he did, but I have acrylic all over my nails and it is painted up against the skin so it pulls. As he filed my nails there were several times I pulled my hand back because he hurt so bad. When using the file he actually cut my skin under the edge. I wanted to have the tips of my nails painted in a burgundy color with a line of silver glitter. My previous visit to the salon the tech painted like this and they were beautiful. I showed him my nails and said I wanted them to be painted the same. He said why dont you paint the whole nail. I should have taken the hint he didnt know what he was doing. He didnt paint the tips, he painted half my nail. Then the line of glitter wasnt straight. I had him take the polish off and just put clear. Around my beds are still burgundy. I just gave up. Ill never go back. I only gave a 1 star because I couldnt give anything lower.Given the owners response to me and several others lets you know what kind of place this is. Wont be in business long with this quality and treating customers like this. There are to many very good salons to put up with this place

Terrible. Terrible experience. The tech filed my nails horribly and misshapen. I tried to correct him and asked him politely to fix it. He couldn’t. My nails cuticles were left bloody. I had to stop them mid manicure and leave because I just couldn’t take it anymore. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!!!!

I was very hesitant to even go in after all the reviews I read. I did not think that for the price I was charged i received the service i paid for. I got a fill with gel and the guy who did my nails didnt even pay any attention to applying to my nails. I have glitter on some nails and it looks like he didnt even put 2 coats on. Not to mention he burned me with the drill and blamed the nail salon I went to previously because they drilled too much. Believe the reviews that are left!

WORST MANICURE I HAVE EVER HAD!! I asked for fills on acrylic nails with a new color and a design which they said they could do. The design looked like a child had done it, the coats of paint were uneven, the tech cut my finger, and my nails were chipped by the end of the day. When I went back the next day to see if they could fix it they told me that they could not and that they did the best they could. I thought this place would be professional and good quality, but it’s so bad and terrible quality. Definitely not worth the 40 dollars I paid for it.

So today was my very first and last time I will ever walk into this nail salon. I had a few hours to spare waiting on my sons so I went to this place, not exactly sure what I wanted. As I walked in, a man who I believe to be the owner, walked over to me and asked what I wanted. I asked to see the list of services (because I wasnt sure at that point) and he said, Well what do you want a mani or pedi? I again, explained I wasnt sure but first wanted to see the list of services. He made an ugly face (of impatience) and tossed the service sheet at me.I took a breath, gathered my composure and looked through the services to see what I might want to do. After deciding, I motioned for him to come back and smiled (hoping to start over) and said, I would like to get my brows with a mani & pedi. He interrupted while I was speaking and said thats $10. Put aback, I realized I was the only African-American in there and he automatically went to pricing assuming as if that was why I wanted to see the service/price list. So I lifted up the laminated serive sheet he showed me which clearly showed eyebrows were $8. He rolled his eyes and said, thats an old one.I said, you know what, this is my first time here and I dont spend my money anywhere with poor customer service and you are rather rude. He said ok. So I left and walked 2 stores over to European Wax Center and gladly paid $21 for my brow wax along with a very welcoming and sweet customer service.At this age in my 42 years of life, I can easily see & dont have time for racial bias ✌🏾

This was my mom’s first time going and we had a horrible experience. The guy doing our nails was INCREDIBLY rude. I asked him a question and he blatantly ignored me, I thought maybe he didn’t hear me the first time so I got a little louder and he still ignored me. He was very rude as demanding almost like he was making it a goal to make us uncomfortable. He was also rushing with his technique.

The worst service not friendly at all! My gel on my toes was peeled off with cuticle clippers, I told him I’ve never had that done and he replied “some nail techs do things different”. My fingers were twisted while he was doing my manicure. I was cut twice. My sister had only one hand massaged after her mani. My sister and I felt like we were bothering them, they prefer their phones rather than give customer service. It’s unfortunate because the salon is close to my house so needless to say I will not be returning!!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The WORSE customer service experience in my life... the owner who did my eyebrow put his hand on my chin and struggled it left to right to left really rough then put the hot as heck wax on my eyebrow and it burned me and didn’t apologize.. As I felt the Bur I said Ay CabronSo he got really upset yelling don’t say that I explained. Well you just moved my chin really awful and burned me, that why I said it.. he got so mad I paid and as we attempt to walk out he started yelling...Don’t come back to my place get out, get out, now. Get outWow awful experience💔💔Too bad I’m not a violent person. To have hit him ...The way he was so angry moving his hand running us out the door. He was displaying violent tendencies, yelling and shaking his face and hands and he yelled for us to get out.. he acted as I stole something...Will never go there again and pray that no one has to experience this king of behavior.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I went in to this salon excited that it was newly opened by my house. Initially, I was not even greeted upon entry. When a nail tech finally did greet me, he coldly directed me to the back of the salon to pick a color. While i was waiting i noticed that there was quite a bit of nail residue on the floors, chairs, counters etc, but summed it up to being a busy weekend before the holiday.The nail tech that helped me advised me to try the dip for the french I wanted. His rationale was that its healthier, stays on longer, and goes on much nicer. Due to his seemingly educated opinion of this product, I agreed to his suggestion despite having never used the dip in the past. He changed up his method after four fingers, and seemed unsure of the correct technique. Being that this was my first time receiving this type of service, I was unable to judge or critique early on, and decided to give him a chance to complete the task and review the end product. I noticed the white strip was not equal on any of my nails and crooked on some of the individual nails themselves. Also, there were so many prominent bubbles on every nail, it looked more like a bad version of an ombre than a crisp french. It was terrible. I asked him about said bubbles, and his response was simply that this is how the dip is supposed to look. After expressing my discontent and explaining i wanted a crisp french He agreed to take it off. While doing so he wound up burning through (yes through, as in no more nail) the nail on my thumb and also the 2nd digit of my right hand. He also lacerated the skin on my pinky in attempt to remove the excess dip from my skin by being so vigorous. I couldnt stand another second of this process while keeping composure as I was devastated and in pain. So i excused myself from the salon.The nail tech showed no remorse at all during our encounter, and did not request help from his coworkers in an effort to save my nails or my business in the future.At no point did he attept to put acetone on my nails or check for comfort. I literally was grimacing in pain and had blood dripping from my pinky and all he said was to wash my hands. I have a few nails that are now paper thin, and a few that still have this terrible (now scratched up) bubble dip. I should of waited until my regular nail salon had an availability. AND read the other horror stories from this place. Take caution. It will take weeks for me to grow out my nails now.

Long wait, understaffed, decent prices, nice people, but did a rush job on my eyebrows. They look decent but I had to go back and get what was missed

I came here because where I usually go was really busy and I didn’t had time to wait so I wanted to give this place a try since I had already brought my daughter for mani and pedi it was bad they did everything in less than 10 min I though she’s a baby maybe that’s why then today I decided to come here and It’s the same I’m guessing the owner is the one that helped me out and he is really rude didn’t even bothered asking what I wanted and was hurrying me to choose a color he pinched my toe and didn’t even say sorry I will never be back here again and to top it off it was way expensive😡🤬

A girl was getting her pedicure done right next to me she told her technician several times the type of services she wanted which was an Arcrylic toe nail the tech failed to follow instructions and got up really rude went to get the items she had already had a really bad attitude .
