I have come to this salon twice. I have always loved the quality of their work. Iโve referred people there. Not anymore.There had been another instance that I had an appointment for a new set. I was driving from Horizon to the salon. I got stuck in traffic, and I called the salon. They told me if I didnโt make it or was late...they would charge me & cancel my appointment. Sure enough. I didnโt make it on time and was charged.Fast forward to today. I had a 1:45pm appointment I had made in advance. I got there and the lady who was going to be working on me was barely putting acrylic powder on her client before me. I was told she was running 5 minutes late. 5 minutes turned into 15. This upset me because I did not have a grace period in being late, but theyโre able to do it for themselves. I did let them know that I was upset. Lady who was set to do my nails STILL wasnโt done. I had planned the appointment to be able to pick up my children from school on time. Their tardiness made my appointment not be possible. 15-20 minutes later from waiting, I did end up leaving and letting them know they better not charge me as this was their error...not mine. I was thankfully not charged, but this was very upsetting because I had made the trip for nothing.Expect from your employees the same punctuality you expect from customers...especially for your prices and policies on late/canceled appointments.
I AM SUPER INLOVE!!!!My Girl Tricia Has done it again and she has Made my Pedicure session amazing as always!!!!! She is always bubbly, funny and she is so gentle when working ( she knows Im ticklish on my feet but somehow she never manages to tickle me lol ). I always go to her for my pedicures and OMG HER FOOT MASSAGES ARE HANDS DOWN THE BEST!!!!!!!I chose the same nude color for my Pedicure and It came out very beautiful and gives my toes the elegant lookOnce again Luxury Nail and Spa HAS SURPRISED ME AND PUT A SMILE ON MY FACE.THE LADIES ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY, I usually chat with some of them and we all just laugh ( the usual ) . I always ENJOY coming here ! The Quality of the work I get done here is 10 star rating hands down, The cleanliness is a straight 100%, The Staff is always friendly, professional and they make you feel right at home
So, I made an appointment one day at around 6pm for the following day at 10am. I unfortunately had a family emergency early the next morning so I tried to cancel and this extremely long notice about how all appointments that are canceled after the 24hr mark, are ultimately charged a $25 fee. I wouldnโt normally have an issue with this but I made my appointment less the 24 hours before my appointment so, there was no way for me to cancel either way. I tried calling but they donโt open till 10am which is when my appointment was, so i sent an email explaining my situation and i got no reply but received a notification that i was charged the $25 anyway. I thought about possibly disputing the charge, but then i read the reviews and replies from the owner and i could tell i wouldnโt get anywhere. From the reviews alone i could tell that the โcustomer is always rightโ notion did not exist, and it was more of โmy business my rulesโ type of vibe. From my experience, customer service wise, there is none. There are plenty of other nail salons that treat their customers with more care and respect.
The environment was professional and serene. Latrice was amazing, friendly, good conversation and gorgeous work. They worked with our time and got us out in time for am important lunch. Thank you to all of you. Great job!
In my honest opinion Iโd give here a 2.5 out of 5 and they need to take the word luxuary out of their name because there is nothing luxuary about it . What caught my eye and made me come here was the Instagram page . But whew it is very deceiving . My first time coming to the salon wasnโt too bad I got a soak off and DIP on my natural nails .MISTAKE #1 ( worst mistake by a nail tech ) my nails werent fully examined to notice it was my natural nails and the tech went and cut one off thinking it was a tip even though I said I didnโt want my nails cut .She ended up redeeming herself made small talk etc and my nails came out wonderful. So I thought I would give it another try she recommend me to a nail tech that would be able to do what I wanted so I booked..Second visit I got an Acrylic overlay which is basically a full set on natural nails. The foundation and how the acrylic was applied was great shaping was great but the things that werenโt great was not being able to replicate the idea of what I had in mind and the pictures that were shown and the timing . We were going over the time and into the time of my pedicure so the tech that was supposed to do my pedicure went and started on someone else. If you cannot replicate something or donโt have the skills to do it let your customer know instead of trying and failing . A nail tech should have a special eye especially when it comes to designs and nail art or going above and beyond . Instead I got the bare minimum. Me being irritated and ready to go I went on to getting a pedicure.THE PEDICURE WAS THE BEST THING THERE!While Iโm getting the pedicure I kept re examining my nails and thatโs when you can see everything that was wrong . The V French tip was crooked . The sides werenโt fully polished and she didnโt even bother to polish the front to cover the acrylic .You ever look at the Instagram post that says โThis is what she wanted โ & โThis is what she got โ. I feel like I was bamboozled .Finally I voiced up to get it fixed even though they were fully booked they got someone to fix it before I let . The fix wouldโve satisfied me for the time being even though I basically didnโt get what I want .Until I went outside to leave .TELL ME WHY WAS THE NAIL THAT WAS FIXED A DIFFERENT SHADE POLISH THEN WHAT I HAVE . At this point Iโm just going to buff it off n keep the acrylic color n the single decent finger I gave . Iโm highly disappointed. This shop needs to do better .Edit after response . Iโm looking at the booking website and no where does it give the option to add designs while booking . You may need to post booking instructions on your page . To the lettering you guys didnโt have nail decals for letters so I asked can it be drawn on she couldnโt go based off of the picture because it wasnโt the exact letter . Thatโs why I was like itโs okay to free hand it . But as you can see in my post I didnโt say anything about the lettering . I spoke about the V French tip . โ The V French tip was crooked . The sides werenโt fully polished and she didnโt even bother to polish the front to cover the acrylic โIn nail terms the free edge of my nails werenโt capped .
Friendly, professional, very clean, amazing detail nail sets, fills, and art work. Bryan is just amazing. I can last up to 1 month before I go back for a fill. Pedicure are great! Everyone are awesome!
I have been going here for about three years now. I only go here now because of the nail care thatโs done. Whenever theyโre preparing your nails for either acrylic, dip, gel or whatever it might be, theyโre gentle on your nails. The places that I used to go to, it would feel like my nails were being buffed too much, and my nails would feel very fragile afterwards. I usually try to book my appointments with Eliz or Latrice. For pedicures I always book with Tricia, she does a great job! The owners train their employees, and I think that you canโt go wrong with anyone you book with! If you feel that the services are a bit expensive, itโs definitely worth it. Youโll have really great work done, and you will notice the difference in nail care.
The first time I came here I had a great time. Bryan did my nails, he was careful and precise. I had set up an appt so it went smoothly. Loved everything about it.The second time, I came and it just wasnt great. I was a walk in for a gel manicure, due to not knowing when I would be able to come in. The girl who did my nails was super nice, but she destroyed my fingers. There was one she cut that she audibly noticed, but she cut at least 4-5 of my fingers. I could feel the cuts everytime she put the alcohol on. I could feel everytime she cut me, but the worst part was that instead of using the cuticle cutters as they were supposed to be used, she was using them like tweezers, pulling the skin away. It was miserable and painful. She said it was due to my skin being so soft, but Ive never experienced it before at other salons. I am the type to just suffer through the pain and deal with it, they were busy and I didnt want to cause any trouble.I really do enjoy the salon, the people are nice. I dont want to rate it terribly off one person, the application of the gel is great and I love the color, but my fingers hurt.
I started coming here when I was on the west side. I moved to the east side and I make the drive back because I cant find another nail salon to do quality work the way they do. I usually get a Russian manicure with gel polish and a pedicure with gel polish and it lasts quite a while. My nails always look so, so clean.

This is my favorite place for a pedicure. The chairs actually work. The nail techs are super friendly and artistic with fun toe designs. My feet are so smooth after their service. I highly recommend.
This is exactly the type of nail salon/spa El Paso needed. Iโve been a customer for almost two years and their services are second to none. Every technician is highly motivated and professional. However, there was no ombreฬ change in nail colors. The nail technician handed me the nail color samples and I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She said she could do it and she started looking through the samples. I was helping her find transition colors but she took over and I trusted her expertise. While she was doing my nails she even commented that two of the nails werenโt transitioning correctly. I suggested maybe applying a darker color. The point is, it was not done well. They didnโt transition at all. Have you ever had a bad haircut and you didnโt notice until you got home? That is exactly what happened to me.I wrote to the salon in hopes of fixing them or taking off the polish. The owner began to argue with me saying the tech said I wanted those colors. I should not even have been helping but I was because she seemed lost. Point is she took control as the expert and the owner made it a โhe saidโ, โshe said situationโ. An offer to to take them off wouldโve sufficed but they made me feel I was to blame. There was an offer to fix the situation and was quickly replaced with a 10% off service offer after โchecking the camerasโ (what a joke) and speaking to the tech. I was at fault for choosing the colors, which I didnโt do alone. She was the one taking lead on colors. Point blank, a tech should be able to provide a service without a customerโs help because we trust in these โprofessionalsโ. Arenโt you suppose to relax and let them no their thing?Their prices are outrageous for unsatisfactory work and for inconsiderations. Never going back or recommending to a family or friend.
Iโm very pleased with my nail tech here, her name is Janet she takes her time doing everything is very clean and always asks me questions to ensure that my service is perfect. She is always polite with me and does an awesome job doing them my gel nails always last more than a month. I recommend everyone booking with her!
I went for a lash lift and the lady must have not known what she was doing. My eyelashes were burnt off and eyes were bloodshot red. There is a Lash place next door that did assist me once my eyes healed. I highly recommend their neighbor but NOT this place

I contact them to nail polish remover service. All they ask was if I wanted regular nail polish or gel; they never asked do you have acrylic nails, or dipping powder. We set the appointment and nothing more was said. I get there, and as soon as the nail tech saw my nails he asked if I had acrylic, which I say yes. He then asked a question to another nail tech. I kind of knew that I was not going to get the service. He says to me that they donโt do nail polish change without me getting a refill, completely understandable; but why not saying that before making the appointment? I understand your time is valuable, but so is mine. As simple as, we donโt change polishes with out a refill or a manicure service.
Ive been to them multiple times, even though are far from my house, they have wonderful staff very nice and clean. I like that they offer other services such as things for lashes and eyebrows.I dont like that they dont do certain services for customers who prefer dipping powder over acrylic. I personally went there for a service and was kinda disappointed because I was told through their IG account that I would be able to get that service if I wanted it. So I was disappointed to have to settle for a color when I really wanted something else.But that is my grip.I always get compliments on my nails when I leave the shop and even when the nails are 3 weeks old. I will continue to come just when I want a service like ombre or marble I may have to consider another shop.

Got my nails done 2 weeks ago and in the first week one of them fell out, it hadnโt happened before, itโs kind of unacceptable keeping in mind I payed 95 dollars for a set of acrylics with French tips. And they took 3 hours to get it done.
I have been getting my nails done for so many years and this place has, by far, been the best salon I have been to. Jailene does such good work and always takes care of me. All the staff is friendly and very welcoming! I have become a regular thanks to their remarkable customer service. Highly, highly recommend!โค๏ธ
I absolutely LOVE this place. I have had a great experience every time I have gone. Tricia, did an amazing job on my pedicure today. She was careful, precise, and wasnโt in a rush! I recommend this place to anyone. I would never try to โwalk-inโ because they have a set schedule for each client coming in.
Customer service was good. Employees were very friendly and gentle, however, not even 2 weeks later I have 4 broken nails. I have been getting acrylics done for over 3 years and never had this many nails break with daily activities and be so fragile.
Worth the read! So I debated writing this review but I think people should know what theyre walking into! I went and the first set that I got was definitely not what I saw on Instagram and the work varies from tech to tech to say the least. To get them fixed I had to pay an additional $15 on top of the $55 for dip with tips! Ive never had to pay to get nails fixed which says a lot about the integrity of the establishment. In addition, the second tech was noticeably rude with me because of a bad review prior to my second appointment to fix the issue.
Do not listen to the bad reviews! This salon is by far the best I have found. My youngest and I have gone several times and loved it each time. Yes, the first time we went in as walk-ins, and they could not accommodate us. We were actually shocked and pleased, because guess what? This means they NEVER rush their work. I have sat in too many salons where it is empty when they start on me, but as it starts filling up, they start rushing and do bad work. So we made appointments through the website. Yes, it was a little confusing for me, and I did not book correctly, but they were very accommodating. I am learning as I go, but they have been nothing but nice.Bryan, his wife Eliz, and all of the staff actually care about their work and pleasing the customer. As an example, every place I have been before have me wash my hands when they are done. So when Bryan had me wash my hands the first time, I thought he was done. Nope! He had me wash my hands so he could inspect my clean hands (without all the powder, etc) and was meticulous in examining my nails. And for the person who complained about how quickly her nails broke, I HATED paying for my daughter to have her nails done before because she was always breaking them within a week. This hasnt happened since we started going to Luxury Nails Spa.We have had pedicures with Mercedes and Tricia, and they both did a great job and took their time. My daughter came in from Dallas over the Christmas break and told me she cannot find such great service even in Dallas. Bryan and Eliz know exactly what customer service is. Their receptionist is exactly that - a receptionist. It is not one of the nail techs running back and forth. She is very friendly and always willing to answer questions.Sorry for the long review, but I think people need to know the truth and understand how this salon operates - great work, relaxing atmosphere (never feels rushed), and friendly, knowledgeable staff who all seem to enjoy their jobs.
Iโve been here only three times as it is very far away from me, but Iโve gotten a gel manicure, pedicure, and eyelash lift. Every time it has been great. I made an appointment for acrylics next week and even though it is very far for me, I had to come here as this is the only place I trust with my nails. Very cute and modern salon with friendly staff. They even give you a beverage while you wait or get your nails done. I also appreciate all of the colors they have and how they take your time on your nails to make them look their best. Canโt wait to finally get my acrylics on here!
I donโt get my nails done too often so I was amazed! Itโs the first time I donโt get rushed in and out the door. Itโs also the first time I donโt walk out with bleeding cuticles, and I absolutely love the work done on my nails. Super natural, classy looking gel nails. Elise was super nice, never a hint of impatience or rudeness. Lovely person! The place is also quite clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it!

This is a modern and pretty nail place and looks to be clean compared to other nail salons. The salon has unique nail polishes that you wont find just anywhere a long with the popular nail polishes. Liked the fact that they say they change the liners after every client ( if this is true I didnt get to see it) so I guess you have to be the judge. It is a bit more expensive than other nail salons but I personally think its worth it as they seem to be different than other places is a good way. I am only taking one star because the guy forgot to clean my cuticles from the nail polish, he didnt file the corners and the pinky toes didnt have well covered polish. I am going to still go because other than that I liked the place. But I will be correcting my nails and extra polish off my toes.
This place is a hidden gem! Tucked away between Whole Foods and Chipotle! If you need to relax after a long day, week, month, or if you just want to treat yourself this is the place. Ive had a hard time finding a good nail salon here and this will be my new go to. They serve drinks here as well, which I love. All of the staff is very friendly and pays attention to details.
Honestly this is my first time ever writing a review but I have to do it because this nail salon totally satisfied my standards. Iโm not an easy customer and sanitation is my first concern. This place goes beyond my expectations. I have been doing my nails and my pedicure for years, and some of the places use liners to minimize cross contamination. this place not only uses liners but also disposable jets which Iโve never seen before. I feel completely safe and clean!!!!! My technician is so professional explaining all my questions with a beautiful smile. She did an excellent job on my gel manicure and pedicure. Love love love it so much. I definitely will be back. Thank you luxury nails spa again!!!
Iโm giving 3 stars because my pedicure was amazing. I tried getting dip on my natural nails for my manicure, Iโve never done before and it was awful. They cracked after a week on multiple nails. They were also messed up in spots that I didnโt notice until leaving the salon. Iโm very disappointed and shouldnโt have let myself get talked into getting dip. $110 for dipped natural nails and a gel pedicure is really expensive as well.
I liked the place, clean and comfortable.The receptionist is extremely friendly and courteous. Jaileen and Vanessa are exceptionally good. They are both very professional and efficient. They really know how to do their job.Unfortunately, I returned to have one of my nails fixed and I was help by John. It was a very stressful experience. I am not sure why was he so upset but made me feel really uncomfortable. He did a really bad job with my nail and ruined the good image that I had of the place. I guess John has many costumers and loosing one will not make a difference to him. But if he did not want to help me, all he had to say was no and it would have been fine with me.

I wanted to love this place, thatโs why I went back, twice......... The first time I walked into the salon, no appointment and I was told they didnโt have time to perform the nail service I was requesting.... I had heard numerous great things about this place so I thought maybe the first time I was turned away it was a fluke, they werenโt busy but simply told me I would have to come back...I went back recently about a week ago, again I had no appointment but it was a Sunday, and when I walked in, there were literally two people in the salon, one getting a manicure, the other getting a pedicure. I was told I couldnโt be helped because 1) I didnโt have an appointment and 2)they werenโt taking walk-ins. I was flabbergasted. The salon was DEAD and there were three techs just standing around the salon... I donโt understand how theyโre going to advertise that they take walk-ins, then on the two occasions I do walk-in, Iโm denied service. Iโve also heard from friends that theyโve had this bad experience as well.This is horrible business practice, needless to say I went elsewhere, a busier salon, didnโt have an appointment and was helped right away!On another note, I added a review to their instagram page and they immediately took it down because they didnโt want an honest and unhappy person leaving a review that might negatively affect their business, just goes to show what kind of business they run.
Iโve been coming here for about 6 months every 2 weeks and absolutely love it! The convenience of setting my appt through the app is great and the way my nails look are prefect every time! The entire staff is great and I canโt say enough which is why this is the only place I come to get my nails done and so should you.
Luxury nail spa is the only salon that I trust with my nails! They do an amazing job every time I go and the staff there are very friendly and talkative! They also have a huge variety of colors that you can choose from, which is amazing especially for those of us who are incredibly indecisive. Love them!

The facility was very clean, cute, and modern looking. They also have very high hygiene standards, and are proud of it. The workers were very nice, work efficiently, and have tons of options. We left a pair of shoes and as soon as we went back they were there, and the workers were very nice about it. They even have a bidet in the bathroom! Definitely will be back!
The most relaxing salon i have ever been to. I often come to El Paso to visit my family; and this place is where my cousin and I favorite spot to hang out and having girls day out. The place is super cute and clean. They have so many color choices and their products are very unique. The staff is so friendly, everyone does very nice jobs. We always feel so pleased and relaxed. Highly recommended. Oh yah, they do crazy fun designs :)

I usually travel to El Paso for work, and this is my favorite place to get my pedi and mani done. This place is super clean. Everyone here is so friendly and very professional. Itโs important to have my nails looking neat and clean since my job requires a lot of meeting and talking to client, and they never failed me. Highly recommended!
Great customer service! Loved the dip. It chipped on one nail within less than a week. I went in to get it fixed and they fixed it gladly! Really clean professional place. Highly recommend.
I went back to get my nail polishes fixed due to the gel peeling. The owner (male) proceeded to tell me it was my fault. That my nails were too short. Well, they cut my nails.... however NEVER have I had an issue with gel polish on my short nails. His attitude and demeanor made it very clear that he does not take constructive criticism very well, nor does he like to make his wrongs right. Will not come here again.REPLY TO BUSINESS: I have the right business. This business is located in the parking lot where Whole Foods, Chipotle and Orange Theory are. The person that originally did my nails was Mercedes. When I returned to get my nails fixed I sat at the station nearest to the front desk. Whether it was truly the owner or not, which he was pointed out to me when I originally got my nails done is not the point. The fact that blame was being placed on me and getting my nails fixed was frowned upon and not welcomed.

Went in the salon with 4 family members after reading good reviews. Started out well and then they sort of forgot we were there. While one granddaughter was getting her nails done the other 3 sat and waited while 6 other people came in and were promptly taken care of we still were waiting. After another group of 3 came in and were immediately seen I asked why we were having to still wait. At that time someone finally took our final family member. Needless to say we wonโt go back, too many nail salons with better service in the area
This was my first trip to this nail salon and I loved my full set. They did exactly what I wanted and it didnโt hurt at all. In the past at other nail salons I always got my cuticles nicked or the drill would make my natural nail bed hot. This place was great, the staff were so nice and Iโm never going anywhere else again!
Iโve been getting my nails done here since January. They came highly recommended by a co-worker and Iโve never once been disappointed with their work. I personally use Eliz or Jailene ( when Eliz is unavailable) but all the nail techs are good. Their work is amazing and service is one of the best Iโve experienced. I only used to get my nails done for special occasions but since my first visit, I go regularly now โค๏ธ๐

Which small talk isnt a big deal, but makes the experience nice. I just book with Eliz now...shes nice, helpful, and does a nice job as well.
This 5 star review is specifically for Eliz. She is by far the best nail technician Iโve ever met. I walk out happy with my nails ever time. I will say however, the customer service in general is really bad. Itโs a little bit tricky scheduling for the person you want. And probably the most disappointing thing about this place is the fact that some of the staff can be very rude. For example, today when I paid, a gentleman took my money and right away turned and walked away. Didnโt say thank you or even glance my way in appreciation for my business. Very rude.
I have been looking for a home salon and chose Luxury Nails Spa. Thats comfortable!I have never been so disappointed with their services. My technican is fun to chat to. She stayed up to date on the latest trends and practices. They have a very high standard for the safety of clients.This place will be the best friend on me.

Professional and courteous staff. Brought my 4.5 year old for her first pedi. She loved it! The atmosphere is chill which, of the nail places I have been too, I usually fine lacking. The prices are fair and the shop is located conviently close to WholeFoods. The next best thing would be if they served a glass of wine as you relax and unwined.
I LOVE this place-clean, sanitary and newest nail tools so no cuts and knicks when getting new nails. 160 Dipped colors, European Salon. They do waxing and tons of other services as well. Staff is AMAZING, ask for Vanessa.
I donโt understand anyone who could give this place a bad review! Bryan and Eliz are the the best nail techs Iโve ever seen and are some of the nicest people Iโve meet. They truly care about their guest, and employees. The employees are always super helpful and Iโve never once seen anyone be rude.People who say itโs pricy donโt understand you are paying for high quality nail services and itโs worth every dollar.Very happy I found this salon!
The technician was nice. Problem is my French tip looks unaligned, unclean. If you can It make a straight line. Please admit to it.
First and last time, huge waste of time! Scheduled an appointment through Instagram which redirects you to their booking page. All the reviews about Bryan were great so I selected him as my tech. When scheduling the appointment you are asked what services you need and to leave additional comments to which I did. I booked the appointment Friday for services Tuesday morning. I arrived on Tuesday at 10am was greeted by the front 2 girls who were very friendly they Checked me in and instructed me to pick a color maybe 10 minutes later Bryan emerges from the back seeming preoccupied he tells me to have a seat and takes my hand asking what I wanted to which I said coffin nails (which was left on additional comments when I booked) he shook his head and said no you have a flat nail bed we canโt do coffin nails I can give you short square nails I said but I always get coffin as I have been for the past 2yrs without issue at various salons he again said I can do short square I told him thatโs not what I want. There is no disclosure anywhere on the website saying they will not file to shape nails which EVERY salon does. So basically he would not do my nails unless I agreed to short squared nails so I left. Drove 20 miles to the westside for no reason. Full set with get and a gel pedi plus tip a loss of at least $130 because he refused to actually work. Got my coffin nails done on the east side 45 minutes later, thanks angel nails on George dieter!
Spectacular service, excellent facility. Best nail place Ive ever been to-- I wont go anywhere else from now on!

This was my second and last visit to this establishment. The first visit was great, I had a great detox pedicure and dip manicure. I was there this past Saturday. The nail technician working on my toes was sick, she let me know she had a fever. She had visible goosebumps and was shivering and shaking as well as very pale. I felt awful saying something because if sheโs this sick and at work it clearly means she needs the money. The manager should have made the call to send her home. Instead of being relaxed I was paranoid I was going to get sick and scared she was going to cut me due to her shivering so much. It was 30-45 minutes of full blown anxiety. Come on! That is poor management. It was awful. After the pedicure I had my dip manicure, it went ok but I got cut really bad on my left middle finger. And now my left middle finger and right thumb have this awful bumpy rash around them. I usually donโt like leaving negative reviews, I just let it slide. But this was too much, awful pedicure, stress, and a manicure that is painful days later.
Manicure was great but no hand massage which is usually part of the service and the best part

After seeing Great reviews I decided to get my nails done with luxury nail spa the place is very clean, The staff is not welcoming at all at the front desk, the price on the menu at the front is not at all what they charge, it said acrylic full set $33 and I was charged $57, the work was great so I didnโt complain at the time or argue, how ever 5 days after getting my nails done a nail falloff/broke and then the next day another pretty disappointing not even after a full week of getting my nails done, I have my nails done quite often and have never had this happen. Honestly way too expensive to have nails fall off. Sticking to the cheap places, their nails donโt fall or break a week later pretty disappointed definitely not going back. Considering it cost $57 for a full set of short plain polished nails that didnโt even last a week
Started off well, I was happy with my nails. A week ago everything changed. I wanted a new set with tips. The tech insisted tips werenโt necessary. The acrylic over my natural nail was not shaped properly, nails were different lengths, and the gel polish was outrageously overpriced. Not going back.

Ive learned from the local salons on the west side that if Im asked if I live around here that Im to leave. I so wanted to like the expensive salon but, the services I received were not worth what I paid. The gentleman applied a thick coat of gel polish which lifted and came off. The services provided to my friend was stellar. It maybe hit/miss with the quality you receive BUT the price is the same.
I honestly dont know how someone can give this place a bad review....Every time I come in they always greet me with smile and attentiveness ...the staff is very friendly...Eliz my nail tech is amamzing!!! yes it is alil pricey but it is so worth it!!!.. I recently moved to the far eastside....But I will continue to come here no matter how far I have to drive!!!
Updated 4/2/18 - Based on my previous experience I came in for a full mani/pedi. I have to say I am incredibly impressed with this nail salon.They take a lot of care and effort to keep the place clean and sanitary. An example of this is the fact that they use disposable liners for the foot tubs. I have NEVER been to a nail salon that does this. Another example of their attention to detail is the quality nail polishes they use on clients. Everything is on display and all tools used are sanitized.I also really love the fact that Luxury nails offers vegan nail polish.This will be my new go to spot for nails! ๐ *ORIGINAL REVIEW* Came in for just paint on my nails and they have lasted well over a week with minimal chipping. That is unheard of for most nail salons.I havent come for a full mani or pedi yet but I will be soon thanks to the great paint job I received.
Inadequate job with a high price tag. The manicure lasted less than 4 hours. Unprofessional behavior from staff. Very disappointing.
