Honestly, the woman that worked here was amazing. So kind and did amazing. The guy was absolutely terrible. Was literally on Facebook scrolling in between doing each of my hands for my manicure. Made two of my fingers bleed, had glue alll over my fingers. He sat on Facebook more than doing my nails. Then when he was done, while I was waiting for my friend, he was just sitting there laid back on a chair on his phone. Do not recommend. If you go, ask for the woman. Can’t believe I paid $100 for this terrible service.

First time I have ever been here. The woman doing my pedicure walked out in the middle of my service without explanation or even excusing herself to go outside and talk to a friend and her very young daughter. It was an unreasonable amount of time that she just left. No explanation. Very unprofessional.I began to get my things and leave when she returned. She didnt bother to excuse herself or apologize. Just continued. She was so rude the entire service. I will never return.Had she been friendly or professional, she would have gained several loyal customers.

They did a wonderful job on my toe nails and the pedicure was a great experience. Would love to come back again. The man that did my toe nails was gentle with the massages and did a great job with everything overall. Great customer service. Kind staff.

Do not go to this place. I had a horrible experience this morning. The guy did not shape my nails properly the acrylic was thick and the polish was not neat, my nails was messy and when I complained he had an attitude and didn’t want to fix it. I was also rushing because I had to go to work The worst customer service and poor quality work. Do not waste your tune and money. I wish I could give them no stars. The worst in El Paso.

First time and last time Ill go to this Salon. Ive had my nails for less than than a week and I already have two broken nails and one chipped nail. The older man that did my nails couldnt do any designs on my nails so I was ok with getting ombre. My thumb nails arent the same length, my index nails are shaped different and my pinky nail has more Acrylic powder than my other nails. The old man was in a rush because he had another woman soaking her nails in pure acetone and he was the only nail tech. I hate to mention how BAD the odor that man had, it was BAD (Sorry). $60 for this kind of set?! This Salon should be prepared to have at least two nail techs.Reply: No I wouldnt want to leave a bad review for the wrong Nail Salon

Took my young daughter to get a manicure and myself full set of nails. Was greeted right away asked if you wanted any beverages. Vivian did both our nails let us set together great experience she even asked my daughter a 2nd time if she she need drink while she was doing my nails. GREAT customer service will definitely be back.

Loved the admirable energy, they offer wine or drinks in general. The women talk to you and try to conversate. Comfortable energy. Will come again, and Im from the northeast. Vivian is so charismatic. She makes you feel comfy, she really changed this place up. Recommend it to many.

My daughter and I went to get a mani and a pedi with gel nails. Best experience ever! Made online appt ahead of time. Foot massage was the best and they left our feet feeling nice and soft. They have a wide variety of nail polish colors to choose from, very professional service. Highly recommend this place. Theyve gained two customers.

Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can’t believe how you guys have a business! The woman that started my service left in the middle of my service without saying a single word, the guy next to us started to help me after I complained and did a horrible job because he was rushing since he was with a customer. If you have to leave have the courtesy to let the customer know that someone else will take over. They guy said she went to pick up someone.. and hour passed and she never came back. I picked a red color for my nails and I’m leaving with red fingers as well.. I get my nails done every 2 weeks.. believe when I say I know about nail services. I have been to a lot of nail places and this one is by far the worst service I have gotten.

It was a very nice experience. The person who worked on me was nice, attentive and engaging. I had knee surgery and she made sure to be gentle with my leg. The service she provided was great and I will make sure to visit this salon again.

Bad customer service. They just want you in and out. I got dip nails and my nails are lumpy. The color sample I choose is nothing like the one that was applied to my nail. But the thing I dislike the most is that to shorten the natural nail instead of cutting it they just saw away at the nail with a file. It was a very unpleasant feeling. Never coming back.

With this place being under staffed with only 2 workers and 4 clients already in chairs, I was in and out in 1 1/2 hours. And my manicure and pedicure are flawless. The foot and leg spa almost put me to sleep! Absolutely Devine. Would recommend!

Loved it! Alexandra did my pedicure and she is such a sweetheart and made it a very relaxing experience. My feet feel brand new! Her massages are the best. Will be returning regularly, can’t forget the margaritas!

I went in for a pedicure and it was wonderful, the young lady that did my service I believe her name was Alexa or Alex is very sweet and fast as well as the man who did my nails. Went in for a fill and pedicure. The man did a good job on my nails. They came out nice. The pedicure, on the other hand, was a complete waste of money!!! I get pedicures regularly so my feet are always soft. The pedicure I got here left my feet cracked & dry the very next day. It wasnt worth the price I paid because I paid extra for the foot/leg massage & it was terrible. You could tell the girl doesnt know what shes doing. On top of that, I wasnt able to get the matching color polish for my toes. I had to settle for a similar color with NO glitter. So I was also upset that I left there with my nails & toes not matching.Never getting another pedicure there again. I had to go get them done again somewhere else because they left them that bad. Total waste of money!I DO NOT recommend getting a pedicure from here ONLY nails!

I Liked The Way The Acrylic Was Applied But The Nail Polish ( i think they used the wrong type)Is Already Coming Off Easily With Any Little Scratch Or Pressure And By The Night They Were Horrible Wanted *and Can still Scratch it off*To Go Back And Get Them Fixed But Will Probably Go Some Where Else To Get Fixed Because I Don’t Know How Much they Would Charge Me Also I Did Not Know How I Was Being Priced ( did not know if price was right)

Terrible place to get your nails done. I got a really bad nail infection on most of my nails that has lasted me months and it doesn’t go away. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

At age 55, this was my first manicure and pedicure, so I cant compare it to other salons, but I had a very enjoyable experience. More men need to be comfortable treating themselves to this. My hands and feet felt and looked 100% better.

It went today for a matte yellow, the paint is super streaky, the nail polish from my thumb nail is already lifting up(same day), the color is uneven and the bottom of the nails just doesnt look good. I paid 50 dollars for a basic one color full set, pretty pricey. Will not be going back and recommend you dont either.

Girl filed to harshly around my toes and ended up with multiple opened wounds. The color I wanted looked nothing like what was advertised on the color wheel. Never again will I stop by this place or recommend it to anyone else. Instead head over to Forever Nails off of Yarborough.

Decided to try a new place. Walked in was told a few minutes my bf I and have been sitting in the spa chairs for one hour. My skin is now wrinkled and the water is now cold. My biggest pet peeve is being told a few minutes when I fact the wait is way longer. Still deciding if I want to walk out. But Ive wasted an hour sitting here.
