We took advantage of their Valentines Day special & it was incredible. The manager went above & beyond to accommodate us & work with our schedules. Even before we showed up their customer service was excellent. We got a couples Swedish massage & organic facial. The place is nice, we filled out our paper work & changed out of our clothes into a robe & sandals. We went to a waiting room where we enjoyed mimosas & sparkling wine. The massage was very relaxing we both enjoyed them very much. They walked us back to the waiting room as they prepared for our facial. This was my husband first facial & he loved the extraction process. He has great skin, and was shocked to find he even needed extractions. My husband insists his skin has never looked better & asked me to book another facial. Overall excellent experience, customer service, staff, attention to detail, massages, facials and place/location 5 stars :)

Disappointed on how unprofessional the front desk was. I was rudely greeted, in exception of Desiree who seemed nervous but extremely friendly. Facial was amazing but the therapist seemed upset when she greeted me as well. Pedicure was great, the ladies there were friendly as well. Massage therapist Kensy was AMAZING! She did great. When I was done with my spa day I went to my locker and my clothes were not there, knowing my distracted self I probably left them in the bathroom. When I looked in the bathroom the clothes were not there, a lady then found my clothes and said they were in the trash...the manager then came and said my clothes could not have possibly been in the trash.For the price I would not recommend this place, yes it looks elegant but the treatment Is far from it.

We called on May 29th to book an appointment for 6/23 (which is our anniversary) for a couples massage during the afternoon, 9 min conversation even shows on my call records for that day. We spoke to a lady that day, she booked our appointment and even took our card information and gave us the canceled policy. For some reason I decided to call today to confirm the time since the 23rd is this Wednesday. Low and behold our appointment was never booked, how stupid would we have looked showing up if I had not called. Whats annoying is the customer service when calling, extremely rude and and have that well too bad, we cant do anything about it attitude. They dont care about the circumstance. Never again

I took my wife to this spa for our 9 year anniversary. We loved it. It took a while to find it when It came to the Google map but once we entered the front doors all of the noise and chaos outside just faded away. The ambiance of this place almost instantly aligns your positive energy. The staff is completely attentive, informed and quite warming. Whenever you finally book your appointment, make sure you get there early so you can relax in their relaxation waiting room while sipping on some wine. The sugar scrub is what I recommend first. With a great massage therapist completely detox your body. And if you have any questions or problems thier staff will be quick to solve any problem or questions you have. This was our first time, but we will make a new tradition for once every two months. Six time a year, they should have a membership club.I can say my wife was a little disappointed is some of her services, but I think it was due to her have a lazy massage therapist. We had the same services but different experiences. I think if they could address this issue the customer clientele would have a dramatic increase. CAUTION ⚠️ Always ask what this service you request include.

My son purchased an e gift card for me for Mother’s Day and I cannot use the $250 due to medical reasons. The site does not say it is non refundable. They said they were going to talk to the owner and call me back. They did not. I called and they said again they would call me back. They are very unprofessional. Do not purchase an e gift card from them. They will not refund you. They are just absolutely horrible!

I had spent 20 min on the phone scheduling spa services for myself and a friend due to it being my birthday. When I received confirmation I notice that a service was missing. I tried calling back immediately but there was no answer. I left a voicemail and they called me shortly after reassuring me that all services were scheduled as discussed. Tell me then why the day before my service they call to ask me if I would like to move up my facial time. I told them no that I had spent a significant amount of time scheduling these appointments so that my friend and I could receive services at the same time. The girl on the phone states it’s fine. Then the following day I get a call again making the same request asking for me to switch my service because the massage therapist “was sick” At this point I don’t believe anything they are saying. If I had chosen to take the earlier appointment my friend and I would not have had anytime to spend together completely ruining my plans for my birthday. Not to mention the last receptionist who called had zero customer service skills and talked like she was working at McDonald’s and literally said well “ do you want to take it or not or we can reschedule you.” My friend just ended up canceling her services and I kept mine only because they said they wouldn’t charge us a cancellation fee so long as we rescheduled. They offered 20% off and got me a gift which were some cupcakes and free samples but no amount of gift giving or discounts can make up for ruining someone’s birthday plans with a friend, especially after COVID and getting to spend time with people is scarce. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the therapist did provide good services and it’s not there fault they have incompetent staff ruining the scheduling. Based on some of the other reviews that are poor indicate poor customer service and scheduling issues from the front staff. Receptionist staff need to be able to provide the same customer service as the therapist if not more because they set the tone for the rest of the spa experience. I will not be going back again.

For the atmosphere, marketing and PRICING you would think that this place was 100x better than going to a regular pedicure place for half the price. Guess what? It’s not. It’s not worth the money. There are many other places in town that do a better job for much less. Sad part is when I complained about my 80 spa session only lasting 65 minutes, the girl looked at me like I was an idiot. Dear Woodhouse management, just because you charge like an elegant Spa, doesn’t mean you are unless you provide services like one. Very disappointed.

Booked a spa treatment for my daughter and I. Unfortunately the front desk messed up our booking times. Not very smart of them needless to say. The service was ok but not impressed for the price.

I booked a surprise spa day for Moms Birthday and it was the BEST AMAZING experience she ever had. She said she felt so nice, everyone put so much attention and detail on her, she felt so relaxed and pampered. They went above and beyond from the minute she walked in, to the minute she left. Also, the goodie bag was an extra special touch. Definitely recommend this place! My mother was left speechless and Loved every minute of it- from the Swedish massage to the Mani & Pedi.

I was set up for a surprise spa package from the LOML for our anniversary and went without knowing what I was going to be spoiled with LOL upon arrival, the front counter lady kindly gave me directions and let me know what was going to happen. The place, the decor I fell in love with immediately. The service was the cherry on top. I did the Swedish massage, facial and pedicure and was so well taken care of, I didn’t know what to do with myself. You all did beyond amazing. Thank you ! I had gotten a couples massage package around Valentines Day, although it was on the pricey side. They exceeded my expectations. The place is very nice, clean and very spacious. Before and after your massage they have a communal area where you can relax and they give complimentary drinks and snacks. The massage was really nice and the two ladies were very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend this place :)

The place is great as well as the customer service. It is very clean and cozy. We (me and my wife) were really excited about it. The only issue was the massage specifically. Rather than being pleasant it was painful, we got the volcanic stone massage and it’s was painful, I don’t usually get massages so I thought it was normal that it was hurting so much, as we were leaving i told my wife that my neck was feeling tingly and i had a pain similar to one you feel when you sleep with a bad posture. I thought it’ll get better but a week has passed and I’m still in so much pain. My back hurts as never before, as well as my neck and all my body’s right side. It’s a nonstop pain. I don’t know if the excessive pressure on my back and neck messed up with a nerve or something but it’s been a week of pain. 🤕

My husband and I started getting couple massages about a year ago, and they are fantastic every time! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a smile and guided to relaxation land! The small treats and selection of beverages that they offer while you wait for your services, just goes to show you how they will do everything to make your experience an unforgettable one! The prices are similar to other spas but the staff, the facility, the environment and the services make the cost seem like a bargain. Thank you Woodhouse! We will continue to visit many more times to come.

Overall the experience was alright, but not worth the price. I came with my husband and we both agreed it was more like a generic massage chain versus a spa. Although the massage was good the front desk staff was curt and there was noise in the hallway during our massage. We felt rushed after the massage whereas it would have been nice to enjoy some relaxation and finish the glasses of wine we had requested prior to our massage. (and no one even brought him one!) Disappointed because I really wanted to like this place!!

1st time here & it was for my birthday! What a way to relax! I couldn’t believe how amazing a pedicure could feel. Plus the deep tissue massage made my body feel brand new again. Will be coming back more often. 👍🏽

Absolutely amazing. There were two of us and we both got the Woodhouse Signature Seaweed Leaf Pedicure. Best pedicure I ever had. Andrea, my tech, was wonderful. Very attentive staff and facility was clean. Relaxed in a robe with a glass of wine. Worth every penny.

This is the place to go when you want to relax. Whether you want a wax or a deep tissue massage or a nice hot bath filled with hot oils, it will do the job. They hand you a robe and slippers and lead you to a resting room where you get to pamper yourself with nice cushioned chairs/lounge chairs where you also get fruit water and little snacks before they call you in for your appointment. They give you hot towels and pillows for no extra charge. The atmosphere is just amazing! Prices for what you get are worth it.

My daughter and I had duo 50-minute Swedish massages. We had a very pleasant experience. We felt pampered in the relaxing environment. Enjoyed a glass of wine beforehand and hydrating lemon water afterward. Although we didnt not take advantage of the showers (and soft towels) we did use a few supplies in the lovely locker room (including curling iron). The robes they provided were plush and soft. There were hot or cold neck wraps available before and after massage. Great place for a no-rush spa experience.

The Woodhouse Day Spa is a quaint quiet place where you and your spouse or best friend can relax for the day. They offer a variety of massages, hand treatments and pedicures. They serve wine, hot tea or water. You can also have chocolate covered almonds or raisins plus dried fruit. You can also have lunch brought to you. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make you feel like a queen. Make sure to call at least 2 weeks ahead and experience one of their many services.

It’s my third time at the woodhouse day spa. My session today was with Erica and she did an amazing job! She is very professional and seems like she really loves what she does. Erica went above and beyond to ensure that I receive a comfortable massage. The Woodhouse Day spa atmosphere is so relaxing and clean. Excellent experience every time! This was hands down the most amazing spa experience Ive ever had. I got the great expectations package, for expecting women, and each staff member was so attentive and committed to my comfort. for how dream like the entire experience was, Im surprised at how low the price is. the environment is so serene and relaxing, each detail is thought ahead, down to hair ties in the restroom. I had Melinda for my massage, Veronica for eyebrows and facial, and Sylvia for my pedicure. I highly recommend each of these ladies and thank you for making a memorable and comfortable day.

I have come here repeatedly and have always felt so relaxed I struggle to stay awake for the rest of the day. Yesterday I returned to the spa with a couple of friends expecting the same level of relaxation. Unfortunately, that was not the case. There is new personnel. The masseuse tried her best to help me relax, but in a sense it felt rushed. Im not sure if she fatigued, but she cut my time by like 5 or 10 minutes. I dont know Im thinking if I should return more than likely not. The amount of money for still feeling stressed is not worth it.

I have gotten pedicures, facials, massages and body treatments, which have all exceeded expectations! This was the worst experience I have ever had at a spa. I scheduled at 11 am for a Brazilian wax. The night before, a voicemail was left stating my appointment is at 10 am. I adjusted my work schedule last minute in order to accommodate this and drove from Las Cruces (1 hour away). I showed up at 9:45 am. Per COVID protocol, I called from my car to let them know I arrived. I was informed my appt is not until 11. I was offered nothing but an apology and comment: this is not the first time this has happened. 10 minutes later, they called me back and offered to have me wait in the relaxation room. They did offer tea, glass of wine, and a snack which was the only positive part about this experience.My esthetician was just about to do the wax when she decided to tell me she would not do it because I was on my cycle. They did not warn me ahead of time and there is no information on the website regarding this policy. My research prior had indicated no contraindications to waxing during the cycle although I already accepted it will hurt more. After sufficiently wasting my entire morning, I was able to get an appointment somewhere else the same day and they had no problem doing the wax (it was also significantly less expensive).The manager commented that no one gets waxed on their cycle and I should have known better-- so professional. No compensation was offered except $10 off a $95 massage. For such an upscale spa, I expected better communication, professionalism and customer service. This situation was frustrating from beginning to end, I will not be back, and I have been telling everyone I know to never come here.

This spa is very luxurious. They have many packages to choose from. We went in for a waxing and they did a great and painless job. The waxer gave us tips and tricks for a smooth at home care.The price is high but the experience and quality of service makes it worth it.

Ive done the couples massage, it was a soothing and relaxing experience.Gone for neck, shoulders and scalp massage, that was totally therapeutic.Looking forward on doing a few of there other devices, thumbs up all the way 👍👏

I purchased a $200 gift card as a gift for my wife to use at the Woodhouse Spa in El Paso. Shortly after, the spa closed due to the covid 19 pandemic before my wife was able to use the gift card. We are military and being reassigned out of state to NC prior to the spa opening back up for services. We called and explained the situation, and the manager refused to honor a refund despite the circumstances that are clearly outside of our control. But, they thought it was a positive thing to point out that we can use it if we’re “ever back in the area some day”. Unacceptable customer service and understanding to the situation. We are also filing a complaint with the BBB.

Went with my husband and got the massage/facial/pedicure package. Massage was wonderful, from there it was downhill. Went in for the facial and was discouraged to do the organic facial that had been scheduled saying it would break out my sensitive skin, instead was advised to do a more expensive one. Which was fine if it was best. Halfway through the facial I was told the facial I was getting alone wouldn’t help my skin and that I needed the hydra facial treatment that would take care of the small breakout on my forehead (said it would be gone by the evening) which tacked on even more money. At that point I was sitting at $200+ for a facial, but if it worked like I was told I was okay with it. Pedicure wasn’t anything special for the price. The reason I’m giving 2 stars is because here I am several days later and my skin is so broken out like I have t had since early teens and super painful, it doesn’t seem to be getting better — only worse. I will never get another facial here because it has ruined my skin that has been under control for years save the small stress breakouts that come with being a female and military wife. Was supposed to be a relaxing experience before my husband left for deployment and it was a disappointing experience for both of us. (His face is broken out too and he hasn’t had any breakouts since I’ve been married to him). I might would consider going back for a massage, but nothing more.

Went in for a massage... I could NOT relax.. while getting massaged in the room I kept hearing people talk and laugh outside, I heard door slams and people rolling carts by the hall. I was hurting the following day from my lower back and my calfs. Not worth the $85 for first time visit. I am pleased to say they have apologized and they want to make up for it.

Just what the doctor would order.I was very stressed and tense from focusing on my career, wife-ing, and parenting. I had the 80 minutes deep tissue massage. The 30 minutes I had in the waiting area, allowed me enough time to enjoy a tasty aromatic spiced tea, that started my tension relief. I must schedule a regular monthly JUST FOR ME visit.

The staff was amazing! David provided my Swedish massage, and I left feeling so relaxed. I would book him every time I need a massage from now on! From the moment I walked in until the moment I left I was surrounded by peace, quiet, and very helpful people. My mani/pedi (The Tula), was beautifully done, and I enjoyed my time spent getting my nails pampered.

Dani and my nail tech were amazing. This was my first time and it was EXCELLENT. Relaxing environment and helpful staff with EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. It was a overall experience that I will forever remember.

Enjoyed my experience to the T. Felt like heaven on earth. Although very expensive, it is quite relaxing. Impossible to walk in as they are almost always booked. Need to call in advance. Awesome addition to El Paso. Its been open just over a year and the services and atmosphere are wonderful. The staff is amazing and very attentive. The rates are very reasonable for what you get in exchange and they have the most wonderful robes and blankets available for sale.

The atmosphere is unlike anything in El Paso, a truly relaxing experience. Everyone is very nice. I have been here for pedicures and a massage and both times were excellent. One of those times was for my bday and they surprised me with a cake when I was out! Lovely experience every time and I cannot wait to go back!

The level of detail and care that all staff members put into such a great experience is to be commended. If you are looking to be pampered, this is the place. The relaxation room is heavenly and the drinks and snacks make you never want to leave. I travel to El Paso every 3 months and schedule my meetings around a visit to Woodhouse everytime. 5 stars!

If I could give it zero stars I would! My husband purchased me a pedicure gift to this place and the experience was definitely lack luster for such a luxurious place. I waited in the relaxation room passed my appointment time and when I got into the pedicure room I was told my time was going to be limited because of my gel polish on my toes. Their website does state this policy but reminder this was a gift and it would be have nice to know when they called to confirm appointment. It took the girl 20 mins or so to take off my gel, she then gave me a quick vague message and lotion and then took about 15 mins or so to paint my toes very sloppy and I had polish all over my surrounding skin. Very disappointing, was looking forward to trying this place and enjoying my gift.

I went here last month (April) to get a brazilian wax. I was very pleased! The young lady by the name of Michelle was very pleasant and polite. She made me feel very comfortable and she was very quick without compromising her work. Everything was beyond my expectations. The only thing is they are a bit pricey.

It took me a week to settle on the best spa in the El Paso area. Hands down Woodhouse Day spa was it! Frank was awesome and the ladies at the counter were so pleasant. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this spa to my friends. 😍

Super relaxing experience! I cant wait to go back! Make sure to arrive early so that you give yourself enough time to unwind in their waiting room.

I purchased a Spa Classics package for my wife for Valentine’s Day. Initially I was pleased with the ease of ordering the package as a gift however now a month later, she has still not been able to redeem her gift. We had an appointment scheduled for Thursday the 14th (not our first choice), which was confirmed today via a phone call from the spa, only to be cancelled 30 minutes later due to one of the employees taking the day off for personal reasons. So now when we try to reschedule with a different employee we are told they are all booked. The receptionist explains that they are having trouble fitting in the entire package on the same day and they offered to split it up. What is the point of selling a Spa “DAY” package if you can’t fit it in on one day? By the time my wife will be able to redeem this gift (because they don’t offer a refund on packages) we may as well consider it an Easter or Mother’s Day gift at this point. Unacceptable service and very displeased.

This place was my first time getting a message and now I cant go anywhere else. The staff treats everyone like royalty. The ambiance is so relaxing and beautiful. I leave there smelling amazing. I would recommend this place to everyone.

WORST EXPERIENCE ever!Pedicure didn’t start until 15 mins passed my appointment time.The girl SPED through the “50min” pedi, it only lasted maybe 30 minutes.No base coat under my polish.She left lotion on my feet and asked me to walk down a hallway in flip flops.. I could not even take one step. I’m 39 weeks pregnant and this put me and my baby in serious danger.She made me climb over a dirty and wet foot stool to get out of the chair.What massage?? That didn’t exist.I sat in the relaxation room because I COULDN’T WALK ANYWHERE and bawled my eyes out because my husband was gone at the time and this was supposed to be a sweet gift for my first Mother’s Day, and they completely ruined it. I wasn’t going to post a review but honestly this was the worse experience I’ve ever had in a spa atmosphere. I work in the service industry, doing hair and I take care of others all day everyday and the time I spent in woodhouse confirmed that They just doesn’t have the highest of standards when it comes to this industry. I can only assume that nothing was done to make this right because let’s face it, it probably wasn’t.

The atmosphere and services are great. Really relaxing.

This was truly what I needed to finish my spring break. My husband gave me a gift card and I had the best neck, back and shoulder massage Melinda is a great masseuse and Amber was great during the Agave Mani/Pedi. I feel so calm and relaxed the environment was beautiful and truly something everyone should experience. I will be going back soon.
