This is my first time visiting this salon. Katie did a wonderful job on my nails. The quality of her work is very good. I needed something simple and natural. I plan on returning with a friend tomorrow for a pedicure.

Absolutely adore it here! Katie and Eric are absolutely fantastic they really care about their customers and want everyone to leave with a smile on their face. Katie can do anything you show her and make it even 10 times better! I come here very often because there’s no one else who can do work like this and for such a great price too!

I have come to get my nails done here all the time for over a year. Even though theyre a little pricey I liked the way they did my nails. I had been told theyre werent taking appointments and to come early in the morning. Today I went early in the morning to get a nail fixed and the lady was extremely rude and said to never come early in the morning, charged me 10 bucks for a crooked unfinished nail. Im not a rude person and usually dont complain but that was unnecessary. Ive patiently waited over 2 hours here to get a set of nails and I always for my services. I work with customers too and I know we all have our bad days but she even spoke to the other lady there in their language and Im pretty sure it was about me. I need to find a new nail salon....

Me and my friend went to go get our nails done, my friend was first, the lady took an hour and a half to do just my friend, we arrived at 6 and left at 7:30, i didn’t even get my nails done because they were talking so long, i wound also like to add the man working there that day started doing a woman’s nails when she had gotten there 30 mins after us, my friend had also asked him how much longer of a wait for them to do my nails and he said in 5 mins then i proceeded to wait for 30 mins. I left with my nails not done and frustrated because it took them almost two hours to do the most simple acrylics on my friend.

My daughter wanted to come here since they do awesome nail art. However, I had to come back a separate day to get all my nails redone. They werent done to my satisfaction the first time and the owner saw that on my face. They tired to fix then but I still wasnt happy. Finally got them done and super happy with the final result.

This was a welcoming first visit, we will be returning, and highly recommend. I took my 3 girls and they all left with smiles and feeling heard. I know kids arent easy to work with but they excel at making them happy. Cant wait to go back. Well worth the money.

I came here with my mom a couple of times to get our nails done for special occasions. The staff there is absolutely wonderful, and they are very attentive to their customers. They take the time to ensure quality service, and do all they can to make their customers feel welcomed and happy. The work they do is very precise and swift. This is probably the best nail place in El Paso! We will be returning again soon! :)

I’ve never been one to complain but this time was really irritating. I waited over an hour just not to be seen. I’ve seen plenty of the work done over pictures and it’s very upsetting that I was told they couldn’t be done. If I couldn’t be seen I should have been told from the moment I walked in not an hour after waiting!

Eric was Amazingly great!!!! His work is superb!! I highly recommend this place!!! And they allow walk ins! I just called early am the day I wanted to go and I got a appointment quick! Very happy

I came here for the second time because the first time the lady that did my pedi was very nice but this time the lady that I got was so pushy into getting me to upgrade my pedi. I declined then she just changed her attitude towards me and I felt like she started doing a lazy job on my feet. She was just yawning and rolling her eyes so I felt uncomfortable at that point. She had the nerve to ask for a tip and I gave her one but I guess she didn’t like the amount and was so rude to me when I was trying to fill out the receipt. Idk if I want to go back anymore. They need to respect our choice of service. Not everyone wants to spend $80 on their feet. Overall I like the rest of the staff. They are very courteous with customers. Just don’t like pushy people.

I got a fill for a set of acrylics previously done at LAmour nails. My original set was badly done, but they fixed them. Theyre beautiful, and a lot cheaper!Edit: after getting my nails done there for several months, my finger nails started to bleed, and my skin started to peel. It could be a me thing, but I started going somewhere else and I’m fine now.

Andrew did my pedicure and he was amazing. I had not had my feet down in over 7mths and he fixed them and took care of my ingrown nail and didn’t hurt me at all. Coming back to see him.

It was my first time going to this nail shop and I had a great experience, they made sure to wipe down the seat after each customer, they greeted everyone as they walked threw the door to when they walked out the door, my nail technician was Eric and he helped me figure out how I wanted to do my nails and he was very precise and wonderful, I will be going back to this nail shop for any future business ☺️☺️

A week after, I jammed my nail on the door and it broke. Came in the next day and Katie fixed it to match perfectly. I found my new nail salon and tech :)

I met Katie and Eric this evening. I randomly found this place today. I hardly ever get my nails done so I went in with a basic idea for my nails.. Eric attended to me and showed me different designs and at the end I chose ombré. I can’t describe how unbelievably beautiful they look! He introduced himself and was very kind. Offered me something to drink and made my daughter and I feel so welcome. Katie answered all my questions and was very attentive. It’s beautiful that they both complement each other so well and provide a very harmonious environment. They definitely gained a client with me and I will highly recommend this place. The quality of care and service they provide is exceptional. I will definitely be going back. Thank you both for your kindness and AMAZING detail. Wow! Wow! Wow! The customer service here is amazing! As a FUTURE BRIDE They made me FEEL VERY SPECIAL. I brought my mother, my sister & my mother in law along and they treated us with a lot of love and respect. They definitely know what they’re doing. This nail salon is a hidden gem because I had Zero clue this place existed. I will upload photos of my manicure and pedicure. Try this place out you will not regret it :)

Please take your money somewhere else. This was my first time here and the experience was not satisfying. Aside from not having a variety of colors for dipping, the employee that attended me was sloppy and left my hands full melted dip and didn’t bother to clean the nail from it. I had a reward voucher that you get when you sign up to their rewards program, I got a $10.00 off voucher and only discounted $5.00. Their dip nails are already listed as $45.00, aside from that I did not get any additional services or manicure. The woman left my nails bumpy and I had to come home to files them and clean my cuticle from the leftover residue of the old dip. I attempted to talk to them and have denied my messages. I will never step foot in there and don’t recommend this business. I’ve had bad experiences before and the business owners are kind enough to return my message or fix their mistake. Watch out for additional charges.
