Friendly staff but person that did my nails needs more experience. She was really heavy handed and kept on filing my finger instead of the nail. When cutting the tip nail to a shorter size, two pieces went flying to my face and and she seemed really distracted. Asked for oval shape and some nails have pointy tip and some dont. I asked for ombre nails, showed the picture multiple times and she helped me pick the 2 colors to use, yet she painted the full nail with the light color then went over with a full coat of the darker color with gel nail polish. When I asked what she was doing she said I should of told her I wanted ombre. Instead of admitting she messed up, she kept on saying she didnt know thats what I wanted. She said she could not do ombre with gel polish but then the nail technician next to her said she could. The second nail technician tried to show her multiple times how to do it with the sponge but she couldnt. Instead of asking for help she tried to file the nails to blend the colors and was trying to convince me they looked nice. She even asked the second technician for approval and confirmation that they looked good but she didnt, I do appreciate the second technician for being honest. Some nails looked scratched since she filed them afterwards. The second technician also kept on reminding her to clean the side of the nails. The picture below shows how the bottom of the nails look, glue, polish and pieces of the tip (pinky shows how they look before I removed the glue). There were some hairs from the brush she was using stuck to the nail and the second technician also asked her about those. After she was done she kept on saying sorry and asked if I wanted one solid color so I said yes since they looked bad. I had to ask her to redo some of the solid color since you could still see patches of the previous color under it. At this point I was really tired and annoyed and decided to stop asking for corrections and paid the $40 she charged me plus the fee they added for using a card and still left tip on top. I understand people need practice to get better but wish she could admit she didnt know what she was doing and asked for the other technician to do them. Flying out to a wedding (the reason why I wanted to get them done in the first place) so I dont have time to go somewhere else to re do them. I think it would of been better for me to have painted my nails at home. Currently removing glue and polish that is stuck under my nails.

Absolutely LOVED my nails. I am visiting my boyfriend from Austin and needed to get mu nails done. I was super hesitant to get acrylic nails because I’m super minimalist when it comes to my nails but the girls made me feel extremely comfortable and promised they would look beautiful. They suggested I use a simple color and I am in LOVE with my nails. Seriously in LOVE. I cannot wait to come back and do more.Thank you girls!

Lol, This place is a Joke! Came here for a dip manicure and apparently my nails were too short? But honestly I think this is reflective of their skills or lack there of.When I told them I would go somewhere else, all of a sudden they offered to do it. Needless to say, I walked out of there. You are not worth my money and I will take my business elsewhere. I do not recommend.These two women had the nerve to discuss whether or not they could do a manicure in Spanish with me right there. It turned into a whole discussion. I requested a dip manicure, not surgery. Thank God I may not look like I speak Spanish but yes, I do. And yes, I knew exactly what you were saying. This place just had an Unprofessional feel. Next.

I went to this nail salon last weekend (mother’s day weekend). I called to make an appointment and showed up early because i knew it was a busy weekend for them. I did not mind the wait even though it ran a little over my appointment time. When it was my turn, I asked Audrey to do my daughters nails first and she kind of had an attitude and said “sure” even though the appointment was for both of us (child mani and full set). First off, she did not wash her hands between any of her clients or wipe down the seats, anything. No Covid protocols, except masks, were being followed. So she’s doing my nails and I guess things are going well but after full sets and before the polish goes on, I’m used to my nail tech asking me to wash my hands. She didn’t do this so my hands looked ashy and gross. My nails could’ve used a 3rd coat because the color was light but she didn’t and now you can see streaks. Not to mention, she had another client towards the end come up and started taking off her sets while mine were drying between coats. I thought that was unprofessional. They were getting busy at the time but I was still a paying customer and I had waited for my turn. The next day one of the acrylic nails came off. They have a 2 day policy on their nails but honestly I wasn’t about to go back for another poor quality job. Overall extremely disappointed with the nail tech and the quality. I never took a pic of my nails because I was honestly embarrassed. 2 stars only because they were short staffed.

Love this place they did my nails even though they were about to close, I needed an emergency set. Sophia is very precise and love the attention to detail. Alessa and Sophia make it so much fun We’re talking and laughing the whole time. I always get asked where I got my nails done...they have a lot of designs crystals anything you can think of they can do it!!!

The salon itself is very clean. I used to go when Tina owned it, but the new owner is amazing too. Ive always gotten my pedicures done here. I did the full $45 pedi. Worth every penny, they really know what theyre doing (hot rock massage, callus removal, the works). Its a calm, really laid back salon.

Oh my goodness! My aunt and I went to get our nails and pedicures. The nail technicians were so amazing!! They had everything prepared and ready for our appointment. I showed them a photo and I got exactly what I wanted! ❤️ My aunt was super excited to get her acrylics done as well! The nail salon was super clean! Thank you so much!

I’ve been coming here for 5 years and now under new ownership I am even more in love! I love coming here to relax and enjoy the massage that comes with the pedicure. I have tried other places for pedicure, but nobody compares. Come by, you won’t regret it :)

My mom sister and I went to get pedicures and nails done paid more than $300+. My mom got gel manicure with red gel which looked really bad, the lady realized how bad they looked and said she would give her $10off .we all 3 got pedicures and the gel polish lifted the next day!!!! And me and my sister got acrylics, the first day they looked good because she put cuticle oil but the next day they all started lifting. And realized she had put acrylic all over my cuticle ! Will never go back to this place !!!

I decided to try something new post COVID-19 so I traveled from LC to El Paso and I love it there! They’re professional, efficient and very creative with their service. I leave there each and every time with a unique nail design :) I would recommend every one to visit this nail spa!!!!

Very bad experience with the quality and time it took to do a pedicure and full set. I had an appointment and was the only customer there and took them over 3 hrs to do it all. The paint on my toes looks like a kid did it. Same with the paint on my nails they got it all over my cuticles and looks really sloppy and I have cuts on 2 fingers from them accidentally getting me with the electric drill when they filed them. Not to mention they kept switching between 2 nail techs while one was dealing with a personal insurance and bank issue on the phone. So I had to keep telling them where they left off to make sure they didnt forget a step. Ive been getting my nails done for over 5 years on a consistent basis and this was by far the worst experience Ive ever had.

I came in here to get acrylic nails and a pedicure. I am satisfied with the overall experience, and would recommend it to my friends.

I would give this place a zero if I could. I arrived at a later time due to my work schedule. It was around 5:15 pm.. As soon as arrived I could tell the technician maybe had not had a very good or maybe it was something else. Anyway is just shrugged it off, I mean who does not have bad days? I had originally asked for a nude pink with one pinkish chrome on each hand, well the said they couldnt do because they didnt have the chrome, which was totally fine. I saw the tech was getting a little annoyed by me so I settled with a nude pink glittery color. I just wanted an acrylic overlay on my nails nothing too fancy. Well she suggested a dip, and because I did not want to be difficult I agreed. Any way she started the procedure and the tech notices that the she doesnt have the actual polishes to do it and one of then has gone bad and one of them was obviously thick and wouldnt work. She asks the owner and the owner starts saying to use those, that it was fine and insists on this. Then they start arguing as I am sitting right there! Eventually, the owner takes over and starts doing it herself, at this point it is clear the owner was being cheap and was hiding the good bottles for herself! I realize that it is not the glittery nude I wanted and so I let her know and starts saying something I am not quite understanding. The tech is standing over the owner and starts saying the same thing. That it is not what i wanted. Then again, they start arguing over this . At this point I just tell them to seal it and that I had to leave. I had been sitting there for over an hour hearing then argue and fuss over how to do this dip procedure. As I am paying, the owner wants to charge me full price but the tech refused and gave me a discounted price. Thank you! In the end I did not get what I wanted and I was hurt twice and bled. In conclusion, I feel bad for the tech and the owner is a cheap nightmare. I will never return to this establishment again and I would be wary if you are interested in going there. Disgusting customer service!

Such a wonderful experience. Audry was my nail tech and she did a superb job and really took her time and made sure all the steps were taken. She was also so nice and welcoming. I got a soak off for my old acrylic set and the new dipping method on my natural nail.First time ever leaving a salon calm, relaxed, and happy with the quality of my nails. The prices are great and not expensive at all. I will never go to anyone else.

I went to Nail Spa about a month ago and my nails are still lasting this long. I called them around 12-1ish and they told me they could get me in right away. So I went in and had a very very good experience. Audrey was so nice and very friendly. I am new to the area and she told my husband and I about some local places. She was so helpful and sweet. I will be going back and recommend her to anyone.

The owner, Tina, was very knowledgeable about nails and was able to help me with a bad full set I had received at another nail salon. She gave me recommendations for my next manicures even though I wouldnt be able to come back to her location. (Im from out of town.) The facility was immaculate and there wasnt that strong smell of acrylic and acetone that one often encounters when entering a nail salon. If I lived in El Paso, this salon would be my go-to. I definitely recommend it.

This is a great nail place. Staffs working here are great and well trained. The manager has been working hard constantly to give their customers the best care and sevice they could. They trained their staffs hard to help their customers get the best out of everything. I love this place!

The staff were extremely friendly and not standoffish or pushy about sales. My pedicure is still there, two weeks later, and they honestly did a great job. Ill be back again also thanks to the great prices! The salon was clean too, with all of their instruments sterile.Update: I went back for another pedicure and its been great as well. They have the new mood color-changing gel nail polish here. Ill continue to come here for salon services!

They seemed friendly enough but the work was very sloppy. I got a simple gel manicure and upon looking over the work they had done, I saw that the edges of the nail were either not fully painted or over painted in some areas. Something this simple should not be this messy. She also charged me more than the prices that they had displayed. I will not be going back.

My nails came out horrible! I wanted a certain color that required gel. She used powder and messed up horribly. Very unprofessional, then noticed she messed up and didnt offer to fix it. She proceeded to put another color over the powder made me very upset! Still charged me full price! Had to go get them redone at a different nail salon

I called to find out their hours and was told I could come right in even though they had just closed. The salon is very clean, and the staff extremely nice and professional. Tina did an awesome job. Ill definitely be back.

Worst experience ever. Went in for a gel manicure. Lady kept telling me she has been doing this for 15 years. That may be true, but she does not have experience with gel. The job was sloppy. I had told her I wanted my nails short and she cut them way too short, all the way down to my skin. I was in pain all weekend. There was nail polish all over my fingers and she kept wiping it with a Kleenex. I could see a large portion of my nail by the cuticle after she had applied several layers already. I told her I was not happy with the job and she tried to fix it by applying more and more layers of gel. I was there for 2 hours!! Went in last Thursday for the gel manicure and by Saturday the gel started to peel off in layers!!!! When I first walked in, there was no customers in sight!!! There was a lady and a gentleman that walked from the back when they heard me walk in. That should have been a red flag for me but I wanted to give them an opportunity. But I have to say that I will never go back to that place.
