How can you make an appointment and get service with somebody else without even telling you!!!! If the owner told me she can’t because we are late we would have gone somewhere else! Not grab my daughter and work on her!!! They didn’t give us a choice. 🤷‍♀️ Driving from West to NE . A little compassion would be good .I guess they don’t need loyal Customer!

Good selection of colors and the cheapness were the 2 good things about this place. The guy was friendly but the service really wasn’t that good. We didn’t get the shape we asked for, and he painted over a previous color. Our nails also looked unfinished. So if you only go for the price then this is your place but if you want perfection I’d stay clear.

Everytime that I have gone to this salon the gel doesnt cure and I have to go back and get them re-cured. (The next day the hand that was fine started chipping) I ended up going to another salon to get the gel taken off (I had a regular white tip under) and just put a clear coat on. Just make sure than your nails are cured before you leave. Other than that, very friendly service.

I got a pedicure, which was done in a timely fashion and overall a really good experience! Feet felt very clean afterwards and the color looks amazing! Plus you can’t beat the price. I also, as well, got a full set of acrylics. The best part was probably the price for them. I showed what I wanted and they did the best they could. It did feel a little rushed but, I only had an appointment for the pedicure and I was a walk in for the nails. But given the short notice they still did a good job! The nail technician did her on flair on them and I actually think they’re adorable. I will definitely come back, as, the price was very reasonable and staff was friendly and understanding. But I do recommend making an appointment or you’ll be waiting a little bit!

My daughter and I went in for a pedicure. Ana and Vy did a great job. We were in and out in about 30 minutes!

My wife went to this place, and received the worse service ever. She should’ve check the reviews first, place is unsanitary, people are rude. My wife noticed that the sponge to clean her feet look unclean. She asked for a new sponge but the manager told her that they sanitized their equipment everyday and if she wanted a new sponge to request it before getting the service. But they never asked her if she wanted a clean one to begin with, very rudely they told her that if she wasn’t happy with the service not to comeback!! How can this place be in business? Who knows, but my wife and family are never going here and neither should you.

The owner?? Is very rude and the place is not clean. I had asked for gel nail and owner lied to me saying “yes, yes we can do!” But they don’t. Only acrylic, and fiberglass. Gel is for extended nails not just to cover the nails. I called to speak to the nail tech and he was to call me. Never did.They do not do gel nails.

Look at these fabulous nails! Ana did my nails tonight, and she did a fabulous job. She listened to what I wanted, and she did exactly what I asked. The prices were fair, and best of all, she was delightful company. Ive found my new nail tech!

I went here for the first time on February 26th, I paid for 2 full acrylic sets . One for my daughter and I . The man who handle my daughters nails was so rude and very unprofessional. I made it aware to him that he had filed one nail too inward and made the nail crooked . He told me that my daughters finger is just crooked and refused to actually accept that he messed up. He began to argue with me saying he’s done this job for 25 years . You would think that In Those 25 years he would learn to listen to the costumers needs and concerns. It has not even been a week and her nails are failing off. The Lady who did my nails is okay I believe her name was Ana . I would never spend my money here again!!!!!

Came in on a late Saturday afternoon around 6:10. The waiting area was packed, but I was able to secure a walk-in appointment with Liz. She was very thorough and filled my nails with expert attention. I was delighted with the service and would recommend her to anyone in the Northeast.

I had a bad experienced the moment I came in with my daughter. I had asked for a mani and pedicure. The pedicure was good. The lady that did my pedi was very pleasant and did not rush into it as other customers were coming in. She did an amazing job with it. I forgot her name. As for the other nail technician that did my nails was rude and not friendly. I specifically told him that I wanted a white coffin nail dipped powder not to long and not thick either. Instead he did not use the dip powder and did not push the cuticle back so that when he lays the product onto my nail its not bulky looking kind. It was so thick and UGLY and UNPROFESSIONAL!! I even asked for my ring finger to be different with sparkling shinny glitter that pops out and the pointer to have a nice rhinestone added... He put the rhinestone so crooked and it was different sizes . I asked to get it redone he got upset and said.. No they are the same size..(I dont know what angle he is looking at) but its not...And he just ended up putting it in the middle.I went home feeling disappointed because its not how I wanted and that same night... the rhinestones came off because they werent secure tight and when I really look at my nails .. you can see all the imperfections... the nail tip was not file enough looks so gross... the gel polish was not polished enough nor wrapped all around and onto the sides locking it... Its so THICK and LUMPY!! DOE NOT EVEN COME CLOSE TO A COFFIN SHAPE. The nail is lifting... instead it looks so horrible... I was so embarrassed to go out the next day for my bday just knowing how terrible it looks.. I had to go back (on my BDAY) just to get them to re-add the rhinestone on and this time it was BAD! the rhinestone didnt even match the other ring finger... I just left... didnt even say a word.. It was my bday bad enough I had to wait long just to get it redone... on my bday.. knowing it was there error... all my friends said that color is nice because its glossy white. They said its uneven and the texture is lumpy you can see where the gel polish end and its not fully wrapped in the front tip nor the sides and the rhinestones came off as she gently touched it... IT WAS A DISASTER!!Its not even a week that I got it done and I REGRET getting my nails done there.... My daughter and I chose this place because of the ratings... and said lets give it a shot... WORST EVER!! That older man needs CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!!I GAVE IT A 1 STAR because of that young nail tech that did my pedi!!I WILL NOT BE GETTING MY NAILS DONE THERE!! POOR management!

Thy was simply fantastic! Very detail oriented and professional! Listened to what I asked for and really went out of his way to fix my nail disaster. I have difficult nails to work with but he left them thin and beautifully shaped! First time going but will definitely be going there from now on!

Just went in to have some me time since I didn’t have time to schedule an appointment with my regular nail tech. I had one broken nail and the rest just needed a fill and gel polish. The technician, John, asked me if I wanted my nails longer and I said no. He proceeded to add acrylic to fill the nails and then added acrylic to the bare nail that was broken. I asked him what he was doing and he began to argue with me stating he asked me twice. I specifically said I wanted a fill and the broken nail fixed. I mean who in their right mind would not want their nail lengths to match??? after another minute or two of back and forth he offered to soak off the acrylic on the broken nail. I said fine. He then tried to reiterate how I was wrong after I had already forced myself to agree it was a misunderstanding. At that point he had already ruined my experience so I told him to just go ahead and soak off the acrylic he had just put on, I would pay for the soak and be on my way. He got really mad at that, and kept trying to argue. He finally huffed and said I would have to pay for the fill which he didn’t complete. I refused and again asked for the soak that I would pay for. At that point he said he wouldn’t soak off the acrylic and I could go. I said thank you and was on my merry way. Who argues with a customer 🙄 I’m a customer who works in customer service this man has no idea how to retain business. Back to my nail tech I go! 💃🏾Beware

Fair prices.OK quality of work.I went for a manicure and the edges of my polish were not a priority. Polish peeled off about 8 days later.Pedicure was great, again except for polish. The center of my nail had to s of polish/coverage, edges not so much. I would go again but as a third option.

I went to this place twice. The first time it was entirely a great job and excellent service. I dont know what her name is, but she is very professional and personable and knows what shes doing so the rating, and the title is not what this review is about. To preface, she is the only reason why Im giving this place any more than one star. However, the second time was a different story. I dont know what his name is, but he has to be worst. Ive never been treated so poorly and disrespected so badly anywhere than by that man in there. The other night I went to get my nails redone, and he said okay. He also told me he would try something to save me money; a red flag went up immediately because with DIP POWDER unless you have false nails put on the cost should always be the same. I asked for DIP POWDER; I made it abundantly clear what I wanted. So when he started putting something on my nails after hed already filed them down, that looked suspiciously similar to acrylic I said I dont want acrylic, I want DIP POWDER. He said it was. I left, looked it up and realized it was acrylic that he put on my nails.I went in this morning to get them fixed, and the lady said I had to be specific when I asked for DIP POWDER. The man nodded to me smug and said now I understand. Then he proceeded to mock me saying that the reason I thought it was DIP POWDER is that he told me it was and that I, therefore, dont know everything. What!? Thats how you treat your customers, one who likely wouldve been a faithful one. I got up and told them Id take my business somewhere else, and he tries to get me to sit back down. No thank you. Be unprofessional to someone else. Im done.

I have been going with MY VY since 2013...the treatment I receive is 150% what makes me happy and complete! Everywhere I go...not one time has it failed when people ask me where I get my nails done! Shes family and I am super loyal to her! Im blessed to have found someone that gives me that new nail tune up with my pedi and fills! 🥰🙌

If there was a negative scale, it would be a negative 5. Went to get a pedicure, got my toes almost chopped off, He actually clipped the tip of my toe along with my toe nail. Also, the paint job was like a two year old did it. If I was able to post a picture I would. Couple of the toe nails didnt even see the nail polish because they failed to notice the rest of the nail and only painted half. Yes, only half. Once I spoke up, they said, Oh sorry you pay one dollar. Yeah you better not charge me full price if you even noticed that you suck. WORST place ever!!! I went there 17 JUN 2014 @ 1 P.M. They like to watch T.V. instead of work. I know now why they were not busy, because they suck worse than a 2 year old.

I wasnt happy with my gel refill or the gel color job. Definitely hate my pedicure gel color job too. Felt like I was rushed out and didnt get a spa pedicure as I wanted. Nails were left un even and sharper than I prefer. Too bad as they were recommended since Im visiting family.

I was a loyal customer for years and Vy is great, however I will not spend another dollar in this establishment again after the unprofessional experience I had yesterday with John.He ranted and yelled at me like I was a child over a quick 2 min fix of the gel color rippling and me asking him to fix it because hes done this for years and its my fault for not sticking my fingers all the way in the UV light. As I stated Ive been going there loyally and put my hand inside the same EVERY SINGLE TIME and they came out just fine. I kept my composure after he confirmed he wasnt feeling good that day but then he persisted to yell and complain at me, the customer, about it not being his fault but mine. THEN on top of that when I go to pay I pull out their discount card that Vy has signed EVERYTIME I went and he asks me whos signature these are because theyre not his wifes! So now hes insulting me basically saying Im fraudulent over $2 off! Then to top it off my nail polish is HORRIBLE and chipping/peeling on almost every nail. Just Unprofessional, Im not your child Im your customer.

The technician was nice and professional, but the nails were slightly crooked, werent filled all the way to the cuticles, and started popping off after only a few days. Pretty disappointing for $35 plus tip!

This was my first time having this location do my eyebrows and she did a great job! I was more impressed with the fact that they were staying open to customers as long as they were finishing a job.

I got a acrylic set and gel Polish put on. The place was really nice and the ladies had a very gentle touch. They made them too long after I asked for them to be short. Alittle less than a week and my idex finder nail popped off. I went back and they fixed it for free. The next day another nail popped off. I decided to just take them off myself. 3 stars for cleanliness, great attitude and fixing my nail for free. Surprisingly my nails are pretty hard underneath and not breaking or flipping .

Ive been going here for many years and I dont plan on stopping! They have excellent service and Vy is a very sociable person and she always gets the work done correctly. I always have her do my eyebrows and I dont let anyone touch them. Highly recommend going to Vy for eyebrows, pedicure and manicure!(:
