AMAZING!! I have getting my nails done for years and for all of us it is hard to find a good technician. I was in desperate need and my nail technician wasnt available. I did some research and took a chance. I have NEVER been so pleased with my nails!!!. In addition, the atmosphere was great! Everyone was so friendly and the salon was very relaxing. Of course I got a pedicure and just as pleased. If you are searching for the best around, look no further, you found it!

Went today for my first time. Beautiful & HUGE salon. Lots of stations (nails & feet) I was looking for something specific (French Face/ombré) Whatever you want to call It lol, walked in they were slammed but I was immediately greeted & checked in. I showed the receptionist what i wanted and she said okay & to have a seat. Same girl Came by and asked if I wanted any drinks/snacks, I declined but that was a nice touch. My nails turned out absolutely perfect! She was so detailed and meticulous I didnt have to point out one issues to be fixed! It was perfect! Would recommend 10/10! Only pointer I would give is to make an appointment! Which I will gladly do next time!!

Amazing place! Just found it by accident, and what a sweet accident it was. Pedicure was the BOMB. My feet feel baby smooth. I love the nail art on my hands! My manicurist was very meticulous. Staff was really nice too! Next time Im in town, I will most definitely be back.

First time visit & Im a pretty picky person myself when it comes to my nails. I got acrylic stiletto nails done & I absolutely love it. Even shape & just what I asked for. Salon is clean & organized. High recommendation about this shop. Honestly Ive looked at the bad reviews and its something can be easily fixed if you would tell them right then and there. I wish the end product definitely had more coverage. There’s a lot of spots that needed more nail polish.On the plus side, I came in late and they still accepted me.

Went back after a year and a half to give them another chance (only because its a 2 minute walk from my apartment). I had a great experience here this time, I didnt get acrylics because Im giving my nails a break. I got the regular Mani/Pedi and it was wonderful!

Ive been coming to lush for years now. They are the best place Ive found in town. Most consistent, never had a single problem here. The owner is the best for SNS and he knows the best shape and does them exactly however you want them. He can do ombré in any 2 colors, she does stone designs, anything you want. I love all the workers here. Great place.

Have been coming here since I first moved to El Paso, I absolutely love it! I’ve never had an issue and my nails last so much longer than any other place I’ve been before. Depending when you go, they do get busy but are quick to accommodate you. You definitely get what you pay for!

Absolutely LOVE this nail salon in town. By far the best salon Ive ever been to. The decor is adorable, its extremely cozy & doesnt smell chemically like typical nail salons do. I also LOVE that they can do nail art + designs SOO well! The nail tech (I wish I could remember her name) was extremely sweet and did such an amazing job on my nails. She had great recommendations and was very accommodating. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars!!

I had a deluxe pedicure with my friend today and my technician that I had asked for for my appointment. YAY THAT I DID BECAUSE SHE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Everything felt great and she was just such a sweet lady. This is a big step out of my way, but I would definitely come back for her.

First time doing my nails here, disappointed that my right hand side of the nails looked way wider than my left side of the nails. The left side looks a lot more like thinner nails. You can tell the difference when looking at them! Upset that I cant fix them..

I am writing this review as I’m getting my pedicure done. I am new to the area and I googled nail places near me, there was a few closer to me but the reviews weren’t as good as they are for this spot. I had called in advance to see if they took walk ins and if they had a waiting list, the lady was very nice over the phone and told me the were a little slow this morning. I came an hour after I called and right away they took me in, everyone was super friendly. Kelly, who is the one who’s working on my feet right now, did everything I asked. I always have trouble finding someone who won’t be afraid to take off my ingrown toenails but when I asked Kelly she knew exactly what she was doing and I’ve NEVER been so satisfied with a pedicure before. I found my new spot. Giving this place only a 5 star review is an understatement! 😍

Horrible horrible experience, first and last time I would ever come here. The lady that was doing my pedicure cut my toe and keep being rough even after I asked her to stop. You could tell they were short staff but that was no excuse to run through my pedicure and treat me with such poor service. Waste of money!!!!!

I went to this salon because I saw the good reviews. First they still had christmas decor up. The place was not clean, the lady who did my nails didnt even wear her mask on properly and didnt wash her hands the outcome of the nails was fine . The process was rough she was using crusty nail files.she was rough she cut my skin and my fingers are sore from her filing aggressive. Her technique was mediocre and didnt even clean my nails properly before applying the polish. She also didnt even measure that my nails were the same length and her shaping was also horrible. Overall would not recommend this place.

Went here by chance and have never gone anywhere else since!! The customer service is outstanding! Youre greeted as soon as you walk in and they always have these cute little cookies out front. I really love this place! Im the kind of girl that needs her nails and pedicures. I have tried mainly different places in town but out of all of them this place is my favorite. Its always busy so its best to call and make an appointment first. And of course the early hrs are best to stop by if your trying to just walk in bc by the evening they will be way busy.

Love this place your in and out with the best care. I hardly have time so this place is perfect for those who just want a quick easy nail care with nice smiling and caring people. Honestly Im beyond words right now with how my nails turned out. I came in at 11 for my appointment and I showed them how I wanted my nails to look. Little did I know she wouldnt follow the picture guideline but instead she added her own twist! My nails came out better than I ever expected. She took her time and was the funniest person to talk to and wow just an amazing person. The place is clean and people that work here are so helpful. Honestly, its pretty difficult for a nail salon to get 5 stars because of their service or the many employees that they have. But this place is honestly my top #1 nail salon(also because I live so close by so the convenience is definitely a plus!) I also have never waited past my appointment time and that is probably the reason why I havent stopped coming here as well. Love that.

I love IGEL NAIL & SPA! They have excellent nail techs and customer care. The shop is beautiful! They even serve complimentary beverages.... the frozen margaritas are an extra plus!! Not to mention my nails are beautiful!!! I definitely will be going back!!!

Honestly I did not like my nails at all. They came out chunky, wide, and crooked. My friends nails came out even worse, which is saying something. They did not even try to match the picture we showed them. They were really rough as well. And they charged me $62 and charged her $67 for nails that didn’t even have a design. Do not recommend at all.

I went in having looked at all of these reviews with high hopes and those high hopes were met. I had the owner and she made sure my nails were absolutely PERFECT and they were. She took her time and was very patient with me, not that I gave her a hard time but I feel as though she had a sense of I want to give everyone perfect nails. I highly recommend them, they are all so sweet and for the amount they charge, it is all worth it.

First off, I dont do nail salons. I figured I would try places out close to my work, this is my second visit and i will definitely be a regular. My first set were Jelly and they were beautiful, I am rough with my nails so I did break them on my own. My second visit I had different tech, She paid so much attention to the shape and kept going over them even after she applied the first coat of the GEL polish. We were so excited for the outcome the first coat was stunning I dont believe this line even needs a second coat or a top coat but its beautiful! Ive gotten so many compliments and these are my favorite nails Ive had all year! They were so nice to offer 10% off since i broke my last set. Theyre also very hygienic Ive seen for my self soon as someone is up they clean & sanitize. This place will be taking over! Thank you guys!

Love this salon so much! I am always seated on time and never disappointed when I leave. The manager does my nails I always walk out so happy every time. The salon is also so cute and girly and you can snap a nice picture of your nails before you leave against the flowers against the wall!

My nails came out terrible, they are not professional at all. The lady I got was pinching my skin and being so rough. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. YOU GUYS SHOULD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE NOT HERE. My friends nails came out so chunky and bad as well she paid $62. They were so plain and she was charged that much. The last time I went I got charged $47 I don’t know why they charged more this time we went. I’m so disappointed andMad I had to pay $67 for some hideous nails.

This is absolutely the best place to go to! They make a true effort to keep everyone safe with their temperature taking and very much important enforcement of wearing mask. Feel completely at ease when I am there. Idan in the front desk is an absolute sweetheart and very professional. All the nail techs there are wonderful. So first of all I live all the way in Ruidoso and I came to this salon. The customer service was excellent I didn’t have to wait long and every nail tech does a great job. Mike did my shape and Hannah did my designs. She is very friendly and just an all around pleasant person. I walked out absolutely in love with my nails and so happy I found a nail tech!

There are so many nail salons to choose from out here, but this place has earned my business and theyre always my first choice. The salon is large and always busy, but Ive never had to wait more than a few minutes for a technician. The employees here are friendly and do a great job, and the owner, makes a point of coming around to get to know repeat customers. All in all, the prices are competitive and I feel like I get special attention here. Highly recommend!

Was kind of rude & when i asked for something they got defensive and wouldn’t let me request certain things and would talk over me. My feet were freezing as one of the employees kept pouring acetone on my toes then not trying to continue to get gel off, but walked away and smoked a cigarette then came back & worked on my toes for 1 min pour cold acetone again then leave, sorry there’s just much better and nicer salons out here. I wasn’t able to have my feet in the water at all. Also called ahead then waiting 20 min before being seen (only 1 other customer in store). I’m always looking for reviews when trying places just wanted to help.

Got a classic manicure and the nail tech was nice but the work was a little below average. You can see the line from the second coat of nail color that was not placed evenly that makes it look a little sloppy. Do not highly recommend this place, it is just okay.

I have been here before and got amazing service as well as gorgeous nails. This time around not only was she more worried about her phone. I’ve had to go through and clean everything she left on my fingers and under my nails.!

Me and my friend went to get our nails done and they came out HIDEOUS AND UGLY. We were so excited to get our nails done just to walk out dissatisfied. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. We payed so much for poor service.

I love how this is one of the places that really values cleanliness and sterility. They autoclave and sterilize all their tools and you see them take them out of the plastic. The pedicure tubs are lined with plastic, they wear gloves while performing pedicures. One thing that I saw at this salon I havent seen elsewhere (which is a FABULOUS idea) is small disposable filing sponges for each person. Sponges are porous and absorb bacteria, so reusing those for different people and not sterilizing them between clients is beyond unsanitary-and that thought never crossed my mind until this visit. Love this.

I live 30 minutes from here And Im so happy I them ! They do such a amazing job ! Their customer Service is above and beyond. My nails last long. I dont care if its a little bit far from me, all I know its so worth it !

I just moved here and came to this nail salon after reading all the great reviews. I want to start off by saying that the staff is very nice. I’ve been helped by both the older and younger gentleman who work there. I have been here twice so far to get acrylic nails and my nails have popped off every single time. Now of course I would understand if they came off after 3/4 weeks, but they pop off after only a couple days of getting them done. I’ve been to many nail salons and my nails have never popped off so easily. They have lifted but never popped off. I’m not sure if it’s because they take shortcuts or don’t properly prepare my nails but I will definitely not be coming back.If you’re looking to get acrylic nails that only last a week, this would be the place. It would actually be way more cost effective to get press on nails for the duration these acrylics last.

Today was my first visit to this place, and Ill definitely be back. I didnt have an appointment and was happy they were able to accommodate me. I picked out a gel color, and they were quick to suggest another OPI polish in a similar color and informed me that OPI is a much better quality. I appreciate that means my manicure will last longer!

They will over charge you to get your nails if you want any thing extra 25$ for rhinestones. Not even in Atlanta! they charge 5cents at most per stone. And No visible price sheet so your guessing price for anything. Just be aware of that. Pedi is the only one with price sheet before service.

Horrible customer service went in for a pedicure had me soaking my feet for an hour and then someone walks in with no appointment and wanted a pedicure as well and they assisted her first while I had been there for an hour already soaking my feet and they started doing her pedicure first so I dried my feet and left. Would not recommend at all very ugly customer service.

My daughter and I went to get our nails done. I was sitting next to my daughter while she was getting her nails done and the lady with the blonde hair, that was doing her nails was rude, and unprofessional. First, her husband called and she seemed upset after her phone call and took her frustrations out on us. She seemed to just hurry us along even though it wasnt packed or busy in there. She told my daughter you change your mind so many times. You need to move forward when the chair could not move further up. She also was hurting my daughter. She kept correcting her on how to hold her hand out when clearly my daughter knew how to. My daughter explained to her how she wanted her nails done and I just wanted to make sure she understand my daughter and she said I am! You wait, I know what Im doing! in the rudest voice. I had no attitude, I was just making sure she understood my daughter. I will never go back after that horrible experience. She If she was upset, she should not bring that attitude to work.

Love this place! I am very picky about my nails. I like the polish to the cuticle but not on the cuticle, I like my finger nials round with the edges smooth, I have to have to really clean cuticle and I need them to last. This place hits the mark on all of these!

I got a new long set and they came out perfect 👌 I’m so happy and I’ll be returning regularly for my fills. 🙌🏻

This salon is a good option if you want your nails done right. First visit was cool, although it burned after acrylic was applied. I think my nail beds where filed down to short. I didn’t say anything but if that’s a big deal for you make sure you voice it to them to be careful before you sit down so they’re mindful. My second visit was also good, just got a fill and pedicure. They’re kind of expensive for an average place. To be honest they need to clean up a bit and take down those old Christmas decorations, have some pride in your establishment. I’m used to really clean and beautiful salons so my search continues but as far as their work they do a good job.

I had a pedicure done first time there cut me on my toe so bad it didn’t want to stop bleeding Hannah went and bought me neosporin to make it stop I decided to give them another chance, 3rd time on June 26 they took a big piece of my toe skin off making it bleed a lot and super uncomfortable for me during my vacation it’s still hurts allot even at single touch n it’s swollen Hannah said “it was an accident can’t do nothing about it “ acted very careless, chucked her shoulders and ignored me as If I was not important NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN,

I am new to the area and went with this salon based on their reviews here on Google. I did a pedicure just to test the waters. I do recommend calling for an appointment since I overheard them tell someone else it was a 30 minutes wait. The services were great!

I had called in before going in to get pricing, and they gave me a price different than what they charged me in person to start off. I went in to get acrylic taken off and just get gel on my own nails and the guy was very rough he just literally started pulling them off and hurting me, I’ve been to other places where they dip your hands in acetone to make it painless to get rid of acrylic, and he still has the nerve to tell me that he wants to finish fast. Then i pick a color and he starts painting my nails and he runs out of the nail polish and doesn’t bother on getting a new bottle or anything so my nail color didn’t turn out the way i wanted it i got a lighter color just because they ran out. Im not going back guaranteed!!!!

Never going back to get my toes done again.

First time going there.. they are so nice the place is very clean they take there time doing the services I went in to get a pedicure and an full set they did a good job only thing is I left and they werent fully dry so I got bubbles and lines on most of my nails but overall great place and prices are reasonable!! Definitely going back!!

I struck up conversations with two people and both were having equally good experiences. When I went out to dinner, I got compliments on both my manicure and pedicure.

I absolutely love this nail salon! They are so clean and always on time. Everyone is always super nice too! They always offer cold drinks and have a wide variety of colors to choose from. They so extremely fabulous quality, my pedicure last at least 3 weeks! Highly recommend!

I took in my daughter for some gel nails and actually showed them the picture and colors that I wanted and ended up doing something totally different on her and to top it off I ended up getting fills on my previous set because they didnt want to struggle in taking off the nails that I had and they were left all lumpy!!

What nail salon doesn’t have white? I waited to see if she could do anything similar but she clearly didn’t wanna help me and left me in an awkward situation so I got up and left. So sad because I love her work but today was very bad customer service.

Ive been coming here for about A year or so, and I will never go anywhere else. Everyone there is always so kind. There have been times where I had to wait 15-20 minutes as my nail tech was running behind working on someone else, but given the quality of service, I dont mind. 10/10 recommend coming here.

No wait at all. Pretty slow surprisingly for a Sat since the reviews seem to say theyre pretty busy. They did a great job on my manicure. Cut and shaped my natural nails perfectly and did a great job cleaning my cuticles. Lady also did a great job on my pedicure. Cuticles look great and its not often you fine a pretty perfect job! Thumbs up to my crew.

Thus far, Ive only been in twice and had different nail technicians but both women were extremely good at what they do. I always refer people here who love natural nails because they are the natural nail goddesses.

My best friend came here on a Saturday during our girls afternoon and loved it. We had already made an appointment for two pedicures and only had to wait a few minutes. The place was spotless and I loved that everything was wrapped in plastic as I am a bit of a germaphobe and am hesitant about having my nails done. The girls chatted with us and brought us drinks while they did the pedicure which was great! The polish turned out great and they really spent a lot of time going through the different steps. I would never go anywhere else!

Loved the service only problem was I was charged $49for pedicureIt was regular pedicure with gel polish and 3 small flowers and on top of that I did my set of nails uneven sizes on the nails I asked for a size 3 but some where size 2 and some size 3 those I payed $55Total I was charged was $104.00 will never think of going back to be honest.too expensive😬the lady told me to call her if I wasn’t satisfied I have been calling and no answer.really all you have to say is sorry that’s stealing.I wish I could add pictures.doesn’t let me.
