We will NOT be returning to this salon. We made an appointment with a specific requested person and when we arrived he was not there nor did they ask us if we wanted another specific person, they just sat us with whoever. I made the appointment for a fill and a full set. The person doing the fill seemed to be in such a bad mood and was rude and rough on my hands. Her work was great, but she was very rude and very rough and made my experience VERY uncomfortable (noticing this isn’t the only review mentioning this). When it was time to leave, the cashier charged us 90. When asked why we were being charged the same amount as the new full set for the fill, they said it was because of a nail fix. We stated there was no nail fix, but the card had already been run without telling us what amount or knowing it was incorrect. Once we said it wasn’t a nail fix they stated it was for a cut down, which it wasn’t because we just asked that the fill be filed to look new. Then they said it was because we got a different color polish on one nail. This salon is overcharging people left and right and can’t even give an explanation for what it’s for. After the over charging situation, we were NOT going to leave a tip. Once the owner saw we weren’t leaving a tip, she then tried to say it was only supposed to be 30 for the fill. BEWARE of what this salon is charging you because I have read reviews of this happening and today it happened to us. Find any other salon other than this one. If I can keep one person from being sneakily overcharged, then I’ll feel better about leaving this review.

Will never come back again. Tech was extremely rough w my nails. Used her own fingernails that were sharp too remove excess and gel from nail bed. I felt like she rushed the whole process. She used the lil drill n cut me. Shape isnt what I asked for. They look to big for my fingers. My nails are flipping sore from the experience.

I had my fills and pedicure done here today.This might be my 8th time here. The guy did my nails. He has a delicate touch it is wonderful. Very professional. I asked him to cut my nails short and he did. I asked him for red glitter and he got me the gel and glitter and it was a great color. He made sure my nails were perfect. I was very satisfied with his work. Great customer service. Then I went on to my pedi. As I waited a tech took the next girl after me so I got skipped. But, another girl came in and did my pedicure. Wow what a wonderful job this girl did. Left my feet looking real good. I felt truly blessed today with the great work at Forever Nails. It was a great day today.

Went in to get dipping powder and a nail design. Showed the nail tech design and asked if she could recreate it and she mentioned she could. Once the nail tech was done I tried looking at them she told me not to look at them yet because they were still done curing… I paid over 80 for them… once I left I took a look at them and some nails were almond shape others were round, the dipping powder was clumpy, the design had bubbles, and the gold was just placed on the nail. I went back the next day as soon as they open to try to get them to fix it and the owner told me I needed to reschedule and the person who did my nails was the ONLY one that could fix them because if he got someone else then I was going to have to pay extra… I said that was fine and he rescheduled me for one PM, I showed up and the owner asked me for the design again, then he told me that neither him nor the nail tech that originally did my nails could recreate the design. Then he tried to reschedule me AGAIN for the next day. I told him that he should have told me earlier when I came in the morning instead of making me drive back. As soon as I mentioned that Angie, one of the owners, told me to relax… 😳 I mentioned to Angie that I was frustrated because they continue to reschedule me and she just staid quiet… At the end Lisa, another nail tech, ended up fixing the design and it looked better… I will not be going back, the customer service from the owners and my original nail tech was horrible.

Today I tried this place since it is close to work and was assisted quickly after I called to confirm that they accepted walk ins. I needed my French gel manicure redone because it had grown out. I did not get the name of the technician but she worked fast. However, it did not cure properly and a couple of nails had to be redone. I appreciated that the business reached out and the nails, once redone were satisfactory.

My toe nails and feet look and feel great. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The equipment and service are excellent.

I usually come here for my nails nobody has been able to top them I usually love the nails here. Today I came in for a simple natural acrylic nail with glitter nothing fancy and I got charged $70 dlls.... I am a cosmetology license and I do nails my self, I work for a salon as well but like I said I’ve always loved the nails here. I was dissatisfied and disappointed on my nail set today, I have a flat nail problem and usually sometimes may need a little filling or applying a little more on the middle to give the little Belly look on the nail bed the nail tech never even used primer before applying the acrylic, hope they don’t lift or break in a few days, and they don’t look cuffing as I requested, some look squared and deformed. might b the last time I come.... last time I came I payed $100 and even though I thought it was exaggerated on the price still was worth the work I had gotten done and even left a tip now I’m not too sure...... thumb down for me today sorry

This has been by far the worst nail experience. My nails are aching after having the nail tech carelessly stabbing me with her nails over and over again to remove the gel or acrylic debris. She was really rough and cut me with the nail file. This was not relaxing or enjoyable. To top it off, the quality of her work was not worth $90. The nail is extremely thin, and the shapes are uneven.

After my terrible experience at a different nail salon they definitely made up for it. I did have to wait because I didn’t make an appointment so I’d suggest making an appointment but I had Tina she was friendly and quick. She got me what I wanted exactly from the reference picture I showed her and had me out in an hour! Loved it!!!!

We were told there was a wait time of 30 minutes but actually took almost 3 hours. I was told over the phone that they do not take appointments on the weekend but they did take appointments. I went in a party of 3 (myself, my mother, and my sister) for Mother’s Day. They ended up separating my sister from us for an entire hour until they started working on her pedicure. By the time they started working on me and my mom, we were too tired to complete the pedicures. The lady who did my nails did a semi-okay job. But she definitely cut a lot of corners and left me with a sloppy job. She was taking personal phone calls and was ignoring my requests, later saying “I can’t do that at this point, you should’ve told me sooner”. Pricing was not honored as a combo as described when we signed in. Not to mention the worst part of the experience was that they were playing lovely bones on all TVs. I don’t think they understand the level of trigger that could be for some people. I wish I would’ve left before receiving service. Overall not a great experience and won’t be returning

I have been going to Forever Nails for a very long time because they are wonderful and their new shop is absolutely fabulous. Angie does my nails and they last a long time and she does a beautiful job. Tina gives me a pedicure and she gives the absolute best pedicure massage that I have ever had! Will continue going for many years to come😀

Always come get my pedicures here I have tried different girls to do my pedicures. But by far Diana #3 is the best, she takes her time and pays attention to detail. I love that she’s not rushing just trying to make money but rather takes her time and values her customers. All the others always seemed rushed and didn’t pay attention to detail. Place is cleaned and organized. If you want to avoid the wait I encourage to make an appointment. Thank you Diana for my beautiful pedicures! 🙏🏼

First time at this place and absolutely loved it!! My mom got a pedicure and it was so relaxing, they also recommended a special treatment for her feet which left them extra soft!! I usually come here and have the best experience...but today it was horrible! I havent had a pedicure in a long time so I was finally excited to spend a little time away for myself. I went in for a pedicure with my cousin and aunt. We waited a while which is completely understandable because we didnt have an appointment. When they finally took us in there was a young girl with glasses who was being super rude rushing me into looking for a color and getting upset with me because she had to put another liner in the tub. She rushed my pedicure, I didnt even get my ingrowns taken out. She painted my toes and put a clear coat on one side of my feet and the other side has no clear polish so it is all matte...I am super disappointed and super sad... If you go dont ask for the young girl with glasses.

Traycie and Vivian are the best! The keep my nails artfully decorated, my eyebrows on point and my feet beautiful. My colleagues and clients are always anticipating seeing what they will design or do next. If you go and have to wait, these ladies are worth the wait.This design is by Traycie.

I asked for an ombré with white and pink. My ombré was not blended and very uneven. I even showed a picture of the ombré just incase. I also have two nails that are different color pinks!

This is my 3rd time going and it’s not a disappointing place at all. They have a lot of customers the minute you come in thinking it was a good time to come in. (Yes even weekdays) They are always busy. Tiffany is a great person to get your nails done from, she’s very friendly, funny and always talkative.

Ive been going here since December. I usually get my nails every two weeks and once a month my pedicure.They never, not even once, asked what type of pedicure did I want, however I never made a big deal about it because even the one they gave me was a good one.I got my nails done with a lady who used to sit on chair #8, apparently shes not there anymore, but excellent job. Then I got them with the guy who sits in #2, hate them, they were ugly, not smooth, didnt even do a good job with the paint. I came back, got a different lady, kind of rude but nice nails. So next time I called to ask for her cause I really liked the nails, they told me to go with her, and when I got in (at the hour we said) she says shes waiting for another client, so they sit me with ANOTHER lady, she sits #4, super rude, didnt even say hi, treat me badly, gave me the colors when it was already time to paint and made ugly faces when I couldnt decide what color, I asked if she could show me more oranges, she said these are the new colors so I told her, ok but I want to se more, didnt even stand up, my boyfriend do me the favor to do it for me.I ALWAYS tip, no matter if the nails are ugly or they were rude, so I did that time, and suddenly she was so nice, how convenient.I did my nails for a special event, I did them on Thursday and my event was Saturday. On Friday one nail broke, I literally was putting my shoe in and it popped, so I dropped everything and went to get it fix, the guy who sits #2 fixed it for me, it took ONE HOUR from the moment I open the door till I left. ONE HOUR FOR ONE NAIL. He didnt charged me. Next day, on Saturday (the day of my event), I SCRATCH my leg, AND MY NAIL BROKE, I was so mad, and had to dropped everything AGAIN and go, the lady who did them fix my nail, she cut it too short and now my nails are all different sizes, and charged me for something that was her fault. She did a nasty job, I dont know if they were too thin on the front or what, but they were breaking for something she did wrong.

He did an fantastic job with my nails. As I walked in he greeted me right away and held my seat as I was seated, which you don’t see now days. He made sure if I wanted water, snack, and that I was comfortable before he started. I didn’t feel rushed and he was informative the entire time with what he was doing. I had everyone worked on me there before and everyone is great but Michael will be my forever nails tech. Congratulations again!

This mail salon DOES NOT SANITIZE THEIR EQUIPMENT, like the cuticle clipper, mail files, etc. Nothing was sanitized.

Sat with the lady at #13 was nice but left my nails either really bumpy or indented and she cut my finger. Besides that the most concerning thing was that the salon was not following the 6ft. apart rule. Also did not appreciate that they dont tell you the price til after they are done with the whole set.

Came here with my bridesmaids. They accommodated for all of us and we enjoyed the complimentary drinks. The strawberry daiquiri was a bit too sweet for me, but I enjoyed the moscato. I don’t have a fresh photo of my nails but they came out nice, and I appreciated the technician letting me know when a color wouldn’t be a good fit.

I cant Rave enough about this place and its Staff! This place is well-managed, provides great services. The manicurists are attentive and detailed. And they made things happen. My manicure was tidy and efficient. Hands down, best pedicure Ive ever had. Make sure you call ahead of time so you don’t have to wait.

I got recomended here and attended their grand opening. Besides loving my new nails, I was treated with food and beverages and a great party! Great job FOREVER, you guys go above all expectations to treat your customers well.

Signature manicure and pedicure, natural nails: nipped both a toe and a finger. Two toes needed glue repair but she didnt seem to understand that I needed a repair WITHOUT overlay. Manicure was supposed to be without polish; she didnt buff my nails, just put oil on them. My nails were square cut (blunt) and she clipped my skin but not the cuticle overlaying my nails. Not my go to place. Will do in a pinch.

Ive been coming to this spot for my gel manicures for quite some time now and shes done an excellent job every single time. Ive never had to worry about the gels popping or breaking off. I once made the mistake of going on vacation before having them do my nails and decided to have it done while on vacation. Two of my gels popped right off of my nails while others were starting to lift off. And this was from a place that charge quite a bit. Ive never had this experience at their spot. It must be the quality of the product along with the thoroughness of their work. She is truly the best: quick, detailed and very sweet. Highly recommended!!!

This will definitely be my nail salon home forever! Everyone here is very kind, but Tracey and I have the best time together! She is very kind and she remembers everything! Lol. After not seeing her for almost a year once, she asked how my grandma was doing living in her new place and things like that. She is a very wonderful lady and does absolutely GREAT nails! It may be a little pricey to some people, but I believe that the way my nails come out, and with how great Tracey is to me, it is worth every single penny! Definitely give this place a try!

I was politely greeted in the front AND showed a picture of what I wanted. They were meticulous and talented. And always took a great their time onto my nails! I am extremely satisfied with their customer service!! Make sure to call for next an appointment.

They have great options for nail design and colors. However they need to update the online menu... Online gel polish change $20 in store $25.. manicure $30.. but dont clean under the nails.. so your left with dirt on the bottom and fresh paint on top yuck!. Customer service could be better. But dont care to elaborate. I give them a 1 because of poor customer service and there are other negative reviews on being over charged.That is all.

The BEST salon experience I’ve had in a really long time! I was a walk in at a nail salon I’ve never been to so I definitely walked in being skeptical, but within 5 minutes of being there they completely changed my attitude. Angie did such a great job on the ombré nails I requested. If you’ve never been here you 100% should call and set up an appointment and try this place out!

How are you still open during this time!!! Went in and the place isnt up to cdc and el paso standard. The equipment is not clean and used over and over again. Stop being money hungry and shut down and stop infecting everyone.

Been going here now for a few months. Love this place. The people that work here were incredible. Great staffs. She did an excellent job on my gel manis. Their shop isnt noisy and cozyyy. I am extremely pleasant. I have never regularly gotten my nails done, but now I will.

I had an app today, they sent me to the station, the water wasnt ready, after 10 min someone did the water and left, then 25 min later I left because they did not do my pedicure☹

Waited two hours and ended walking about just to get a mani and pedi first when I walked in wasn’t asked what I wanted done I just signed in And was called to sit in a chair for a pedicure and still waited got there at 3 and left at 5:15 with nothing done I understand that people have appointments but they should at least inform you or don’t take walkins if you’re that backed up.. place is really nice but didn’t even end up getting anything done because the wait was just ridiculous!!!

Vivian was awesome! It’s a pretty good drive for me but I will definitely go back there for her to do my nails!

I’ve been going for a year now, it was always good costumer service and I was always satisfied with my nails. I never cared about the price as long as my nails were to my expectations and always were. But this last experience was horrible, and won’t go again, I’m never picky about my nails and I’m always patiently waiting and never give a hard time but this time they were being so rude, hurt me serval times after I told him he was hurting me and still did whatever he wanted to do on my nails and at the end tills me I can’t get what I want unless I do refills which is bs because I’m paying for it not him. I won’t go again and I hope no one else experiences what I did cause my feelings were hurt and I was very disappointed because I loved this place, and never thought this would happen.

The manicurist did an incredible job at making my toes feel and look beautiful. If youre looking for a perfect manicure or pedicure, with long lasting polish and immaculately cleaned up cuticles - this is the place to go!

They do nice work and they do it fast. They have a lot of cool tips you can pick from. The only thing that sucked is my girl didnt drill off my old nail she peeled it off leaving my nails sore and weak.

I leave for vacation soon and sadly Im stuck with nails I hate I almost cried until I found it. Everyone was so nice and attentive. Im completely happy and receive lots of compliments! I would definitely being coming back in!

Very overpriced. I went in for a pedicure because it was close to work. I sat down, chose a color, I received a 30 minute pedicure, charged $60. She said it was because I got a deluxe pedicure. The price was never discussed before And I was never shown a list of options for different types of pedicures. There was nothing deluxe about it, she did my nails and rubbed lotion on my legs. I could have got the same pedicure at another place for $25

Was over charged twice by them, got a gel polish change, an eyebrow wax, and a pedi was charged 100 bucks. Got a polish change (toes) and fills with gel charged 75 bucks. I was informed by another client to call and ask what the prices for those services are and was told way lower prices than I paid. Its always the same tech that has over charged me as well. Now that I know, I will not be allowing her to do my services again.

Went in for the first time to this place. Im new to town. I got a pedicure. It was ok. They werent busy at all which was good. I was able to get seated right away. Sat down and soaked my feet.. Water wasnt warm at all. It was cool. Never did they ask how the water was. The girl who did my feet did a good job. (I didnt get her name). Im very picky when it comes to my toe nails being painted well, and she did a good job. The massaging of the feet, and legs were good. Not the best, but defiantly not the worst. I think I would go back and give it another try.

There vary fast at what they do and vary good.. even though sometimes I swear there talking about you in there language lol... Just playing I love that place....

I used to like their job before, but now at the new place; not only is it expensive, the tech hurt me about 4 times while doing my pedicure, and I even ended up with an infection on my toe! Im never going back!
