Loved it they are open so early that I had time to get ready for the party.

I moved recently, tried to other places and I was HIGHLY disappointed. The Staff at Depot Nails is very welcoming and friendly. I have never had issues with my nails w/in a week or even 10 days when getting them done here, they last 4-6 weeks without any lifting or breaking. They Keep the appointments you make and prices are reasonable. I recommend this shop to all my friends and family.

I have never been treated so poorly in the 27 years i’ve lived in el paso. I believe i was discriminated against and they took the three people who came without an appointment before me. They most likely made an assumption and i was patient and sat at a chair, no water running no attention being paid to. I sat watching them take care of other people and be rude to me for 25 minutes before i left in tears. Little did they know it was my first time out in years by myself after having a baby. Would never support this business and will be telling everyone about my experience.

It was ok . Didnt get greeted with the vibe I expected but then the Vietnamese gentleman warmed up. The place was pretty messy and the restroom didnt look like it had been cleaned. It has been only one week that I got a full set and my nails look like they need a fill . I dont think Ill go back.

Everyone here is super sweet and good at their job! This place is so clean and way better than where I used to go. When they relocated I went with them! I absolutely love all of the people here and I have NEVER had an issue with my nails. My appointments are always taken at the exact time I make them so I have no wait. 🖤🖤🖤 (also don’t show up late to your appointments, always arrive 10-15 minutes before because this a popular place in the northeast and when they are busy appointments won’t be made. It is also common courtesy to be early)

Best nail salon in the Northeast! I have been going to my nail tech Lina for years. She is very friendly, professional and consistent with her work. Im happy with all the services they provide. I have all of my co workers from ADP coming here. Her family is now the new proud owner of this shop so go check them out (previous reviews do not apply). Prices are very reasonable. They have so many colors to choose from and you will not be disappointed!

I hadnt gone in a while and was excited to go. Went with my daughter who was going to get a pedicure and I was going to get a gel manicure. When we arrived the staff was all busy but advised us they would be right with us. There was 2 ladies waiting and my daughter and I.....after about 45 min they sat my daughter in a pedicure chair with no water and made her wait about an hour before anyone attended her(I wanted to leave but she wanted to wait since she really needed her pedicure and didnt want to go anywhere else. We were in her car) All this time Im still waiting to get seated for a simple gel manicure. About 3 ladies that had appointments went in and were tended to. They did not acknowledge me after the first time. I had honestly already made up my mind that I was not going to need their services but since I was waiting for my daughter I wanted to see how far things would go. 2 more ladies went in and that had no appointments and once again they tended to them ( I figured it was because they were either regulars or were needing services that were going to pay more than I was) After about another hour they asked me to sit at #7 and wait 5 minutes....5 minutes turned into 30 and nobody ever came. When my daughter was done with her super long pedicure I got up and told her I wasnt going to get anything done. That is when they told me they were ready to do them...when I was ready to leave....after being there for almost 3 hours. I didnt feel like waisting my time saying anything but the customer service needs to seriously be worked on!!! If they have so many appointments they should let you know in advance and they should keep track of whos next not who they like and want to help next. I will never go back again.

Dont bother making appointments. Youll still have to wait over 30 mins. Couldve been more, who knows. I walked out. I followed this group from another salon because Lina is truly gifted at her craft. But the Male owner is always rude and disrespectful. I made an appointment for a reason. Yet I waited while other people walked in and were attended. Never wasting my time or money here again.

Ive been getting my gel manicure here for a lil while now, and so far every time I go the service is awesome. Very professional crew and quick too. I plan on getting work done with them feom now on.

I called a day before to ask how much it would be for a regular full set the man answering the phone said $25 no matter the length. Next day I get here the lady tells me that it’s $33 and up. I asked if that was gel she said no that’s regular nail polish. I asked how much it would be for gel polish she said $45 and up depending on the shape and length. Left me wondering who it is that runs this salon. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Love this place have been going there quite religiously for about a year now. Haven’t had the best experience with the males, ask for females they do such a better job. I went today for a pedicure and gel manicure (same thing I get every time) I got the younger boy and didn’t have the best luck with him the last time I was there. He rushed though my pedicure and quickly lotioned my legs, didn’t even lotion my feet when he brought out the hot towel he just wiped the lotion off and moved along. Then we head over for the manicure I asked for a very SIMPLE design on my ring finger and he couldn’t do it. He also tried getting me to do a color other than the one I picked, so after I corrected him and asked for the original color once again he seemed to have got an attitude and started slamming the polish bottles down once he got done. He doesn’t communicate and got pretty rough. He taps your hand when he’s done or just roughly moves it to where he wants it. This is the SECOND time I’ve gone there asking for a very very simple design and they couldn’t do it either time. It’s a great place but definitely a hit or miss. I hope he understands why I didn’t tip him.

The staff are professional and take pride in their work. I always leave happy with the work theyve done, and they are happy to fix anything that I am not comfortable with such as length, color, or shape. I have been going here for 6 months now. I get lots of compliments on my nails and I refer everyone to this place. The technician is not rough which is very important to me. He takes time to make sure that everything is even and symmetrical, and to clean up any excess paint around the nail. They have great prices as well as a rewards card for return members. They are in a convenient location right next to the Walmart parking lot. I highly recommend this place, you wont regret it!

Depot Nail & Spa is under new ownership! They’ve completely remodeled and have impeccable service! I’m familiar with the nail techs that have taken over and they’re extremely good at what they do. It says plenty that I’ll follow them to this new location! It’s so relaxing and calming here as well. I thoroughly enjoy visiting for a mani. Great service, great prices... what more could you ask for!

I have came here for years. Everyone was great! The past 2 weeks I have came here they werent open at 9:30. I waited until 10 and then went somewhere else. I understand late... but now I am wondering if they are closed for good or just real late... either way they have lost a long time customer.

First time I went to this place and they are very friendly and welcoming. I have been getting my nails done for over20 years and have never been this happy with my nails and pedicure. I highly recommend this place.

Especially the oldest and the youngest guy.The youngest guy is antisocial and just taps your hands when hes done with them and wants your other hand. He doesnt communicate, even though he speaks English.I can understand if you dont feel like talking, but dont slap my hands as a form of communication.The girls do a good job, and they hold a good conversation with you.

Leena does my nails very well BUT I will not return. I get the same service everytime I go,and the price is different each time. I only get an acrylic overlay. Which cost me 28 dollars the first visit. When I returned for a fill, I was charged $28 dollars, only to find out my next visit that it should have been $20. The fourth visit, I was charged 25. And the used the wrong color acrylic, so my nails were two different colors. Today, I went back and asked them to do it over since they mistakenly used the wrong color. For some reason I was charged 35 dollars today + 15 for a manicure( why is that separate) + 5 for them to undo their mistake. When I asked why the price was different, they said it was because I used color acrylic. Confusion set in because I use color everytime, except the one time they messed up and used clear.Prices are not posted so it seems they are made up as they go.

This establishment is disgusting. There are roaches running around and when you bring it to the staffs attention they get attitudes. Also, it is clear the male technicians have issues providing services for male clients. It is clear they discriminate against male clients. This is something that should most definitely be addressed. Another issue that I had with this establishment is the staff speaking negatively about the client while the client is in the chair. Lastly, they overcharged my card “accidentally”. I know they charged me extra because I brought up their deficiencies . This establishment is extremely unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone.

I made an appointment at 1030 for removal, pedicure and eyebrow. I arrive a few minutes late and I see the salon full of customers. I inform the gentleman that I made an appointment for 1030. And he just say Ahh yeah 1030. So I stand there waiting for him to give me some type of direction or information and nothing. I stood there for about 5 mins and nothing he said nothing. I have never been to such a unprofessional place in my life. Granted they were busy however that’s why you make appointment and schedule accordingly! I will never step foot back into the establishment!

Never going back! They did an awful job on my pedi AND mani, two different people did it. She cut my nails so short without even asking what I wanted. Dont waste your money.

The prices are ok but I sat in a tub of cool water for 45 minutes waiting to get my pedi, and when a man came over to do them, I wasnt greeted or even asked what I wanted. He just started and then rushed through everything. My polish doesnt look very good, its way too thick and my feet are nowhere near soft. I wont be returning.

Staff are very nice and courteous, great prices and good selection of services. Lynn is a great tech and handles what I want very well.

Great place! I came in at 6pm on a Wednesday and was a little leery when I was the only customer, but the service was great and the staff was friendly. She was gentle and did a great job on my pedi.

Never had an issues with Leena, and also made sure I had the nails I want. staff is super friendly and always make you feel comfortable.

It has been either a hit or miss, I thought I found the right place finally. Lately not so much, last visit felt like I just donated money. Nails filed crooked, acrylic lumpy, polish patchy looked like I had fungus and I have been going here for the past 6 months the tech said oh dont worry I will file it off. I am going to have to follow up somewhere else and make sure I am ok he filed it down said it fine no worry. Pedicure felt like no pedicure for the first time. I have sent so many people and the last few said they wouldnt go back and I defended the place. Feeling really disappointed.

I give them 2 stars. The prices are great and cheap but, they are a little unsanitary and my nails didnt look so great. Wouldnt recommend unless you want cheap nails.

Great service and people, but my nails are already wearing off and its only been a week since I got them done. And yes I got gel nails done which wasnt cheap. Not to mention I havent done any wear and tear so it must be the polish theyre using.

Normally they do a great job but i just went in on my day off to get a pedicure and full set i sat down and the water was super hot mind u i find out the girl is new because during my pedicure she was slow then when she was done and about to put on the nail polish i told her i looked at it and it looked clumpy she said u should have picked it before im like i did and she got up with an attitude and i told her its not my fault the polish was clumpy she got up to asked her boss and finished at that point i didnt want my full set i called back after i left and the male owner answered and i told him he said well what do u want me to do! I hung up last time ill ever go there!
