Horrible horrible nail service. Nails are crooked, wrong size, wrong length. Have cuts all over from the rough filing. I would never recommend this place. I usually dont post bad reviews but this is the worst nail service I have ever had anywhere. Very rough and I have tons of cuts all over my fingers now from the rough filing on the skin. The acrylic was all over around my nails on my skin. The lady would try to pull it off with hair nails and it was very painful. Most of the nails are different lengths. Some of them arent even the right width size for the finger and dont go all the way to edge. They look horrible. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I would have asked her to correct them and do it over but I didnt feel like enduring any more pain.

If I have an option for no stars I would!no idea how to clean or shape or file, he even paused in the middle of my pedicure to make me pay before he started to paint. Also he didnt give me time to dry my nails!! As he rushed me out! Missed the corners

DO NOT COME HERE. First time customer and I will not be coming back. I was cut twice with the nail file. They don’t clean their supplies properly. They simply bag them. Literally watched them use the same callus file and foot brush on my foot AND my friends. Very unprofessional. I got athletes feet after my pedi. Not sure if shared from my friend or from their soaks. Very dirty

As always, upon entering the salon..... you are ALWAYS greeted to make you feel at home!!!! Excellent customer service and excellent craftsmanship by each employee with the customers!!!!!!!

I had gotten my nails done somewhere else yesterday but I didn’t like how it looked so I went to Helen’s today and they not only changed the color but they reshaped them as well . you can see the major change in the before (mint blue matte polish )and after (nudish pink polish) pictures . I definitely recommend! They were really nice & gentle with my hands .

Helen and her staff are excellent. They know their business. I have found that most people who write reviews are upset with their experience, and this is why I wanted to take time out and share my experience. They do great work on my feet. They even teach me how to speak Vietnamese.

I love this shop! My nails always look amazing. I have been going here for years. I have never had a problem. The owners and staff are fabulous.

Horrible booked appoitment and didnt start for 35 minutes after appointment paint all uneven and shape uneven then proceeded to lock me in after i said i wouldmt pay for the horrible service dont go they arr horrible and extremely rude

I was very skeptical about trying this place, I’m from out of town but I had an emergency and I thought well don’t judge and try... prices on the boards don’t match what they charge, they don’t clean the equipment, and they work was really bad, so bad I have to go look to another place to get it fix, I’m not trying to take business away from them but I feel is my responsibility to let ppl know this place is not good at all . Never ever try it. Is not about the money I’m just hoping we don’t get any infection.:’(

This was the worst nail experience I have ever had. The staff had no clue what they were doing. I am actually going to report them they probably have unlicensed personnel working there. The manager had the worst customer service as well. After having my nails done there I had to somewhere else and they asked who did this horrible work to your nails and I gladly said Helen Nail and Spa. Think twice before you go and end up with fungus on your finger nails and toenails! I wouldnt even give them a 1 star rating!

First of all this is the first time I ever write a review but this place Helen nails is the worst I walk I asked for what i want and first the man say oh that to expensive like whos paying for it me or you then he sits me down and tells me thats not going to look good so I changed what i wanted then he starts on me and I tell him how I want my nails shaped then he shows me and I told him no thats not the way he gets mad says something in his language then he say you dont even know what you want wow I couldnt believe it he kept going when he was done filing I told him thats not what I asked for and continued to talk bad in his language I asked him speak in English if you have something to say about me after that I said to him dont touch me anymore I dont need you to do my nails this lady Helen said come sit here I will do it for u I said plz just take them off i dont want to be here your employee is very disrespectful the man kept continuing to bad mouth me and I told him your very disrespectful he yelled at me in front of customers and told me what you going to call cops on me then Helen spoke to him in his language and he walked away I just wanted to get out of there but Helen kept working on me I told her u know how much its taking me to sit here a lot she said sorry after she was done I asked who is the owner I want to complain I was astonished when she said Im the owner I was like wow u let him talk that way to your customers so at that point I just got up and she charged me 45 dollars I couldnt believe it not even from the owner never will I even step a foot in there worst place ever dont go there its not worth your hard working money and well the owner finished doing my nail she did a horrible job as well coming from getting your nails done by a owner I wouldnt even give them not even 1 star but doesnt have that option be aware... thats all im saying have nice day

Went on 9-22-17 for a pedicure. That same evening I noticed that the gel polish on my big toe was smudged, and my little toe was 3 quarters polished. SMDH!!!! 45 dollars down the drain, plus a 5 dollar tip.

If I had an option to pick no stars I would. The customer service was horrible and so were the nails. I had to go in to get the 1st set fixed and the fixed nails came out worst then the 1st. DO NOT try this place.

They are never consistent with prices. Prices not match their board. They end up charging 5-10$ more for everything.
