Of course the heater in our rental property would choose winter to breakdown. I am 600 miles away from the rental property and this kind of stuff can be a hassle. We have been calling different AC maintenance companies within the area. None of them would return our calls or say they would call back...nothing. Felt like we were bugging people more than them wanting our business. On the hottest month of the year my Refrigerated AC unit decided not to work. After looking up the local companies and reading their reviews on the BBB website I called Longhorn and spoke with Ian Hicks. I explained my situation and he came out within a couple of hours and my system was up and running.
