Got my swamp cooler swapped for refrigeration and this is the ducts that they left and never replaced.All of this rust is now on my refrigeration coils that they installedNow the owner is saying that this was never on the contract to replace the ducts, when it was clearly stated to me that they would replace the ducts as part of the job.My question is . Why would someone install a brand new device withouth changing out the main ducts, which in reality thats why i switched over to refrigeration because it was corroding everything.Its like wearing brand new underwear without wiping or taking a bath 🤷‍♂️💩

Was having a problem with me ac making a squeaky noise the tech came out and looked at my ac and explained that it was probably moisture from the rain we had been having he did diagnostics on my ac and told me everything was ok glad I had them come out to give me peace of mind

Had my conversion done and all was well the first month then I had issues. Heater wouldnt turn on so they came to fix it. Then I had a leak which they said it wasnt because of their work. Never had problems until they did the conversion. After that never responded.

They showed up on time. Explaining step by step what they were doing,and why. Finished product looks professional. They helped with finance. All and all a good experience. I now have a cool house...

Not very good. The oven is big too. Short cycles.
